Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is for piping used to fix a plurality of pipes (gas / water / electric wiring pipes or sheathed pipes such as corrugated flexible pipes) in parallel to the floor, ceiling, wall surface, etc. Saddle related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a plurality of pipes such as pipes for electrical wiring, water pipes, gas pipes or sheath pipes (corrugated flexible pipes) (referred to as pipes in the present specification) arranged side by side, floor, ceiling As the saddle for piping used for fixing to a wall surface, etc., it is described in JP-A-8-145242, JP-A-9-79431, JP-A-10-231958, JP-A-10-313527 and JP-A-11-325320. As described above, there is known one that clamps and fixes a pipe by a holding member that is divided into at least two parts in the vertical direction.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional pipe saddle is fixed by placing and supporting a plurality of pipes on one of the two holding members, and then attaching and fixing the other holding member to sandwich the plurality of pipes. It is configured to hold and fix in the stopped state, and in the state before attaching the other holding member, the support state is unstable because only the plurality of pipes are placed, and the other holding member is attached In a later state, the plurality of pipes are clamped and firmly fixed.
[0004]
Therefore, there is a drawback that inconvenience is likely to occur when it is desired to adjust the support positions of a plurality of pipes in the pipe axis direction. In other words, when the pipe is a flexible sheath pipe or when the position adjustment range in the pipe axis direction is large, the pipe axis direction is simply placed on one holding member. When the position is adjusted, one or all of the plurality of pipes are easily dropped from one holding member. If the other holding member is attached, the multiple pipes are clamped and fixed, making it impossible to adjust the position. To adjust the position without dropping the pipes, all of the multiple pipes must be handled manually. It is necessary to adjust the position while holding it down. However, since the piping is not supported by one piping saddle only at one place, but is supported by many piping saddles at many places, it is extremely difficult to adjust the position while holding it by hand. .
In addition, when the pipe is a flexible sheath pipe, there are many cases where a wound rod remains in a wound state before laying, and a large winding rod or a pipe with large deflection is simply placed on one holding member. Then, it was easy to drop off from the holding portion of the one holding member, and it was necessary to press the plurality of flexible sheath tubes by hand until the other holding member was attached, which was extremely complicated.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a pipe saddle that can adjust the position in the pipe axis direction in a stable support state of a plurality of pipes, and can hold and fix the pipes with simple operations. Objective.
[0005]

Details of the present invention will be described below.
[0018]
1 is a front view showing a first embodiment of a pipe saddle according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a right side view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a left side view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a plan view of FIG. 5 is a front view showing the pipe being held, FIG. 6 is a front view showing the temporary holding support state of the pipe, and FIG. 7 is a right side view of FIG. In addition, a present Example demonstrates the aspect which supports the two piping P in the juxtaposition state.
[0019]
In the figure, the saddle 1 for piping is composed of a pedestal metal fitting 10 and a metal fitting 20, and the pedestal metal fitting 10 is formed by bending a metal plate, and the metal fitting 20 is formed from a metal material. In this embodiment, the fastener 20 is mainly composed of a base member 21 made of a round bar and a pressing member 31 made of a plate material.
[0020]
The pedestal fitting 10 has a pair of side plates 14 and 15 raised from both ends of a bottom plate 11 having a width that substantially coincides with the width when two pipes P are arranged. 12 is a through hole for screwing for attaching to attachment surfaces, such as a floor, a ceiling, and a wall surface. In the present embodiment, a pair of stepped portions 13 and 13 are formed on the bottom plate 11.
[0021]
A pair of attachment portions 16 and 17 to which both ends 21A and 21B of the base member 21 of the fastener 20 are attached are provided on the upper portions of the pair of side plates 14 and 15, respectively. One of the mounting portions 16 is a through hole to which one end 21A of the base member 21 of the fastener 20 is connected in an inserted state. As shown in FIG. It is the structure which can carry out loose fitting support of 21A of one end. One end 21 </ b> A of the base member 21 is inserted into the through hole of the mounting portion 16 and then screwed with a nut to prevent the base member 21 from falling out of the through hole as the mounting portion 16.
[0022]
The other 17 of the mounting part is composed of a notch 17A through which the other end 21B of the base member 21 can pass from the side 21C of the other end 21B and a through hole 17B connected to the notch 17A. By allowing 17A to pass, the other end 21B of the base member 21 can be attached and detached. It is preferable that the tip of the other end 21B of the base member 21 has a huge shape as shown in the drawing in order to prevent the attachment portion 17 from falling off from the through hole 17B in the axial direction. In order to prevent the dropout, in addition to the enormous shape shown in the drawing, a nut may be screwed or another member may be fixed.
[0023]
1 to 4, 6 and 7, the other end 21 </ b> B of the base member 21 is connected to the mounting portion 17, that is, the other end 21 </ b> B is inserted through the through hole 17 </ b> B. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the other end 21B of the base member 21 is detached from the mounting portion 17, that is, a state in which only one end 21A of the base member 21 is loosely supported by the mounting portion 16.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 5, in a state where the other end 21 </ b> B of the base member 21 is removed from the mounting portion 17, that is, in a state where a part of the inner space of the base metal fitting 10 is opened, the pipes P and P are connected to the inside of the base metal fitting 10. It can be inserted through the space. After the pipes P and P are inserted into the inner space of the pedestal fitting 10, the other end 21B of the base member 21 is connected to the mounting portion 17 to close the inner space, thereby FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the pipes P and P can be held side by side in the inner space of the base metal fitting 10. In this holding state, the pipes P and P are not yet clamped and fixed and are temporarily held and supported, so that the base metal fitting 10 can be prevented from falling off from the inner space. It is possible. Therefore, in this temporary holding support state, the position adjustment of the pipes P and P in the pipe axis direction can be performed. At this time, even if the pipes P and P are curled or bent, they are temporarily held in the closed inner space of the base metal fitting 10, so that they do not fall off even if they are not pressed by hand.
[0025]
The pressing member 31 is attached to the base member 21 and is one less than the number of pipes P to be supported (two in this embodiment) {2 (this) -1 = 1 in this embodiment} 1 Pieces are attached. The attachment position to the base member 21 is a position corresponding to the space between the two pipes P and P supported in a juxtaposed state. In addition, as a method of attaching to the base member 21, in this embodiment, a presser member 31 is provided with a through hole, and after the base member 21 is inserted into the through hole, it is clamped and fixed by a nut at a desired position. The present invention is not limited to this, and other publicly known attachment fixing means such as welding and adhesion may be used.
[0026]
The presser member 31 attached to the base member 21 is configured to move in the direction of the bottom plate 11 by rotating together with the base member 21. 1 and 2 show a state where the pressing member 31 has moved in the direction of the bottom plate 11, and FIGS. 3, 4, 6, and 7 show a state before the movement.
[0027]
After the pipes P and P are temporarily held and supported as described above, the holding member 31 is rotated and moved in the direction of the bottom plate 11 so that the tip of the restraining member 31 is connected to the pipes P and P as shown in FIGS. In this embodiment, the stopper 120 is mainly composed of a base member 121 made of a plate material and a bolt-shaped pressing member 131 attached to the base member 121 in a screwed state.
[0033]
The pedestal metal fitting 110 has a pair of side plates 114 and 115 raised from both ends of a bottom plate 111 having a width substantially equal to the width when the two pipes P are arranged. Reference numeral 112 denotes a screwing through hole for mounting on a mounting surface such as a floor, a ceiling, or a wall surface. In the present embodiment, a pair of stepped portions 113 and 113 are formed on the bottom plate 111.
[0034]
One end of a stopper 120 is connected to the upper part of one of the pair of side plates 114 and 115 via a hinge 116, and the other end of the stopper 120 is connected to the other 115 of the side plates 114 and 115. An engaging claw 117 to be locked is provided. In the present embodiment, instead of the hinge portion 116 at the upper part of the one side 114 of the side plate, a known rotating portion such as a rotating means called “combination type” or the like in the industry may be adopted.
[0035]
One end 121A of the base member 121 of the fastener 120 is rotatably connected to a hinge portion 116 that is an upper mounting portion of one side plate 114, and the other end 121B is connected to a slit-like engaged hole 122. It is detachably connected by being hooked and engaged with an engaging claw 117 that is an upper mounting portion of the other side plate 115. It should be noted that the upper mounting portion of the other side plate 115 may be replaced with an engagement hole, and the other end 121B of the base member 121 may be used as an engaged claw.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 8, in a state where the other end 121B of the base member 121 is disengaged from the engaging claw 117, that is, in a state where a part of the inner space of the base metal fitting 110 is opened, the pipes P and P are connected to the base metal fitting 110. It can be inserted and arranged in the inner space of. As shown in FIG. 9, after the pipes P and P are inserted into the inner space of the base metal fitting 110, the other end 121B of the base member 121 is connected to the engaging claw 117 by hooking engagement to close the inner space. In addition, the pipes P and P can be held side by side in the inner space of the base metal fitting 110. In this holding state, the pipes P and P are not yet clamped and fixed and are temporarily held and supported, so that the base metal fitting 110 can be prevented from falling off from the inner space. It is possible. Therefore, in this temporary holding support state, the position adjustment of the pipes P and P in the pipe axis direction can be performed. At this time, even if the pipes P and P are curled or bent, they are temporarily held in the closed inner space of the pedestal fitting 110, and therefore do not fall off without being pressed by hands.
[0037]
The pressing member 131 is attached to the base member 121, and one holding member 131, which is one less than the number of supporting pipes P (two in this embodiment) (two in this embodiment-1 = 1), is provided. It is attached. The attachment position to the base member 121 is a position corresponding to the space between the two pipes P and P supported in a juxtaposed state. Moreover, as an attachment method to the base member 121, in this embodiment, it is attached to the base member 121 by screwing.
[0038]
The pressing member 131 attached to the base member 121 in a screwed state has a configuration that moves in the direction of the bottom plate 111 by screwing and rotating. FIG. 10 shows a state where the pressing member 131 has moved in the direction of the bottom plate 111.
[0039]

The pipes P and P are clamped and fixed between the four members of the bottom plate 111, the pair of side plates 114 and 115, and the pressing member 131 by abutting the portion and further pressing the portion between the pipes P and P toward the bottom plate 111. be able to. By this clamping and fixing, the base member 121 that has been connected to the other side plate 115 by the hooking and locking until the clamping is fixed is brought into contact with and pressed against the portion between the pipes P and P. It will be firmly fixed by the reaction force. Further, the elasticity of the base member 121 made of a metal plate contributes to an improvement in pressing force for fixing the pipes P and P.
[0040]
By adding an abutting member 132 having a shape corresponding to the contact shape between the pipes P and P as shown in the drawing to the tip of the presser member 131, it is possible to stabilize the support when the pipes P and P are pressed. preferable. In the case where the pipe P is a corrugated flexible pipe such as a sheath pipe, it is also a preferable aspect that irregularities corresponding to the irregularities on the pipe surface are formed on the surface of the contact member 132. The abutting member 132 may be fixed to the presser member 131 or may be stopped in a floating state.
[0041]
As mentioned above, although the 2nd Example of the saddle for piping which concerns on this invention was described, this invention is not restricted to the above but can take another aspect. For example, in this embodiment, the holding member 131 of the stopper 120 is a bolt-shaped screwing member, but the holding member 31 of the first embodiment may be used. Moreover, it can replace with the pressing member 31 of the above-mentioned 1st Example, and can also be set as the pressing member 131 of this 2nd Example.
[0042]
In the first and second embodiments, the number of pipes P to be held and supported in the clamped state is two, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and may be three or more. For example, in the case of three, the presser member is configured to have two presser members that can be operated independently. Of course, it is good also as a structure of the pressing member which can be operated simultaneously.
[0043]
