Description
[技術分野]
本発明は、一般に医療器具を経皮挿入するときに使用する装置及び方法に関する。特に、本発明は、トロカール、胃の内壁に係合するためにその先端に内部保持部を持つ取付きチューブ、及び外套チューブを有する胃腸チューブ留置装置に関する。
医者は、胃腸管にアクセスするために種々の胃腸器具を使用する。胃腸器具の一種である胃腸チューブ即ち胃造瘻チューブは、例えば食物や薬物を胃腸管に供給したり、その管の内容物を排出したり、或いは手術用開口を作ったりするために、カテーテル法を必要とする患者に広範に使用されている。
実施例において、医療器具の挿入装置は、中央孔と先端部にある保持部とを画成する取付きチューブを有する。保持部は、横向きの大きさが縮小された第1形態と横向きの大きさが増大された第2形態との間で、形態変換可能である。トロカールは、取付きチューブの中央孔の内部に可動に設けられている。取付きチューブは、外套チュ−ブの中央孔の内部に可動に設けられている。
実施例において、胃腸チューブ留置装置として説明される、本発明の医療器具挿入装置1の実施例が図1に示されている。装置は、トロカール10、取付きチューブ12及び拡張する外套チュ−ブ20を有する。留置装置1は挿入する間に患者の胃内壁に係合することが出来、これによって胃壁が患者の腹壁から離れていくことを防止する。装置1は又、多くの生理学的病弊を招来することのある順次的な拡張を行うことを要せずに、医者が胃腸チューブを経皮的に留置することを可能とする。
Claims (11)
- 中央孔と先端にある保持部とを画成する取付きチューブであって、前記保持部は横向きの大きさが縮小した第1形態と横向きの大きさが増大した第2形態との間で形態変換可能である取付きチューブと、
前記取付きチューブの中央孔内に可動に配置されたトロカールと、
中央孔を画成し、該中央孔内に前記取付きチューブが可動に配置される外套チューブと、
を有し、前記外套チューブが少なくとも一つのスロットを含み、前記保持部が横向きの大きさが増大した第2形態にあるときに、前記保持部が前記少なくとも一つのスロット内に受け入れ可能になっている医療器具挿入装置。 - 前記トロカールは基端にコネクタ部を有し、前記取付きチューブはその基端に噛合コネクタ部を有し、連結されると前記トロカールが前記取付きチューブに剛に結合されるように前記コネクタ部と前記噛合コネクタ部とが連結可能である請求項1の医療器具挿入装置。
- 前記取付きチューブが第1の鞘と第2の鞘とを有し、該第1の鞘が該第2の鞘内に移動自在に配置されている請求項1の医療器具挿入装置。
- 前記保持部が第1のウイングと第2のウイングとを有する請求項1の医療器具挿入装置。
- 前記第1の鞘がコネクタを有し且つ前記第2の鞘がコネクタを有し、前記第1の鞘のコネクタが、前記第2の鞘のコネクタに連結可能である請求項3の医療器具挿入装置。
- 前記第1の鞘に対して前記第2の鞘を先端方向へ動かすことにより、前記保持部が横向きの大きさが増大した第2形態の形を取ることができる請求項3の医療器具挿入装置。
- 前記第1の鞘が、該第1の鞘の第1コネクタの先端部に配置された第2のコネクタを有し、前記第1の鞘の第2コネクタが、前記第2の鞘のコネクタに連結可能である請求項5の医療器具挿入装置。
- 前記保持部が、前記取付きチューブの第2の鞘に形成されている請求項3の医療器具挿入装置。
- 前記外套チューブが組織壁に挿入可能なように構成されている請求項1の医療用器具挿入装置。
- 前記外套チューブが先端を有し、該先端はテーパが付けられている請求項1の医療用器具挿入装置。
- 前記外套チューブが先端を有し、該先端は円周溝を有している請求項1の医療用器具挿入装置。
