Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing pliers (hereinafter referred to as “pliers”) used for exchanging fishhooks, attaching and removing weights, cutting lines, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in fishing, a split ring is used for attaching a fishing hook or lure hook.
As shown in FIG. 19, the split ring 1 is a double-winding structure in which a highly elastic steel wire 3 is closely attached in a coil shape. A pliers is used to open the split ring 1 when the fishhook is fastened or replaced.
[0003]
20 to 22 show the pliers disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-138463, and FIGS. 23 to 26 show the pliers disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-253789. As shown in FIG. The pliers 5 are provided with a claw 11 projecting toward the other holding part 9 at one end of the pair of holding parts 7, 9 (holding part 7), and the length of the holding part 9 is held. The groove 7 is set longer than the portion 7, and a concave groove 13 in which the claw 11 is accommodated when the both sandwiching portions 7 and 9 are closed is provided on the sandwiching portion 9 side along the width direction.
[0004]
The handle portions 15 and 17 of the pliers 5 are held open with one hand, and the split ring 1 is held with the fingertip of the other hand, while the nail 11 is placed between the double windings of the split ring 1. If both the clamping parts 7 and 9 are closed, as shown in FIG. 22, the claws 11 can be pushed between the double-rolled steel wires 3 and the end parts 19 and 21 of the split ring 1 can be pushed wide. It is like that.
[0005]
Further, the latter pliers 23 shown in FIG. 23 has a pair of claws 29 pointed in the closing direction of the sandwiching portions 25 and 27 at the tips of the pair of sandwiching portions 25 and 27 facing each other as shown in FIGS. , 31 are projected in a parallel arrangement when both clamping parts 25, 27 are closed, and the engagement recesses 33, 35 of the split ring 1 are formed at the roots of both claws 29, 31, respectively. It is said.
[0006]
When the split ring 1 is opened, the handle portions 37, 39 are held open with one hand, and the split ring 1 is held with the fingertip of the other hand, as shown in FIG. After lightly closing 39 and lightly pinching between the double windings of the split ring 1 with the tips of the claws 29 and 31 approached, the handle portions 37 and 39 are gripped firmly while the hands are released from the split ring 1 and both holding portions If 25 and 27 are closed, as shown in FIG. 26, the claws 29 and 31 are pushed between the steel wires 3 wound in a double winding, and the space between the steel wires 3 can be simultaneously pushed from both sides. ing.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, the pliers 5 shown in FIG. 20 has a split ring in which the holding part 9 is double-wound by setting the length of one holding part 9 longer than the other holding part 7 as described above. In order to support the inner circumference of one steel wire 3, the split ring 1 is held in a horizontal state in the length direction of the sandwiching portion 9 and opened as shown in FIG.
[0008]
However, this pliers 5 has only one claw on the clamping part 7 side as shown in FIG. 22, and the front and rear inclined parts of the claw 11 hold the split ring 1, so that the side of the clamping part 7 having the claw 11 is provided. If the holding becomes unstable and a force is applied to the split ring 1 when the fishhook is fastened or replaced, the split ring 1 tends to wobble in the axial direction (the arrow direction in the figure).
[0009]
And if the split ring 1 wobbles in the axial direction in this way, it has been pointed out that it is difficult to fix the fishhook.
In addition, in the pliers 23 shown in FIG. 23, as shown in FIG. 26, since the split ring 1 is held by the holding parts 25 and 27 in one place, the split ring 1 is attached to the fishing ring when the hook is fixed or replaced. When a force is applied, the split ring 1 is tilted in the axial direction. As a result, any of the pliers 5 and 23 can be stably held with the split ring 1 open when the fishhook is fixed or replaced. There wasn't.
[0010]
The present invention has been devised in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pliers that can stably hold a split ring in an open state when a fishhook is fixed or replaced.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the invention according to claim 1 is a pliers having a pair of opposing clamping parts, and is arranged opposite to one of the clamping parts in the width direction of the clamping part at a predetermined interval. When a pair of V-shaped claws extending in the width direction of the sandwiching portion project in the direction of the other sandwiching portion and the both sandwiching portions are closed, the other ridge line between the opposing claws It is characterized in that the holding part can be inserted.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 2 is the pliers according to claim 1, wherein when the both clamping parts are closed to the other clamping part that can be inserted between the pair of claws arranged opposite to each other, A ridge line at the tip that can be inserted between the claws is provided with a V-shaped claw extending in the width direction of the sandwiching portion .
[0013]
(Function)
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the split ring is opened, if the split ring is held with the fingertips of the hand, the nail tip is placed between the double windings of the split ring and the both clamping parts are closed. The claws are pushed between the double windings, and the space between the double wound steel wires is expanded.
At this time, the steel wire is sandwiched between the opposing surface of the sandwiching portion, the upper and lower inclined surfaces of the pair of V-shaped claws, and the opposing surface of the other sandwiching portion. The horizontal state is maintained in the length direction of the part.
Moreover, a pair of said nail | claw spreads between each steel wire in the position where only the clearance gap left | separated.
For this reason, even if a force is applied to the split ring when the fishhook is fastened or replaced, the split ring is reliably held between the holding portions without being inclined in the axial direction.
[0014]
Further, according to the invention of claim 2, when opening the split ring to retain the split ring fingertip乍Ra, a V-shaped claw provided on both holding portions on the inner and outer split rings After the two claws are lightly pinched from the inside and outside of the split ring with the approaching claws and the tip of the claws, if the both clamping parts are closed, the inside and outside claws are pushed between the double rolls, The space between the heavyly wound steel wires is simultaneously spread from both sides.
Then, at this time, the claws of both the clamping parts are respectively spread between the steel wires at positions spaced apart by a gap, and between the inclined surface of the nail of one clamping part and the upper inclined surface of the nail of the other clamping part The steel wire is held in the groove, and the steel wire is held between the opposing surfaces of the both holding portions in the groove, and the split ring is held horizontally in the length direction of the both holding portions at four convenient places. .
For this reason, even if a force is applied to the split ring when the fishhook is fastened or replaced, the split ring is reliably held between the holding portions without being inclined in the axial direction.
In the invention according to claim 3, so that the split ring is stably maintained enters the groove.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0016]
1 to 7 show an embodiment of a pliers according to claim 1, in which 41 is a pair of casings 43, 45 made of a metal material such as stainless steel, and can be rotated via a support shaft 47. In the pliers formed in combination, a pair of opposing clamping portions 49 and 51 are formed on the front end side, and handle portions 53 and 55 are formed on the rear side (hand side) as in the conventional case. , 55 is opened and closed to open and close the holding portions 49, 51. A resin cover 57 is attached to both the handle portions 53 and 55 so that a soft feel can be obtained during operation by the cover 57.
[0017]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 2, the casing 43 is formed with the same width from the clamping portion 49 to the handle portion 53. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, two identically shaped claws 59, 61 projecting in a V shape toward the other sandwiching portion 51 are formed on a facing surface 49 a at the tip of the sandwiching portion 49 with a predetermined gap 63. And is disposed so as to face the holding portion 49 in the width direction. Further, the ridge lines at the tips of the claws 59 and 61 extend in the width direction of the clamping portion 49.
[0018]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the other housing 45 is formed in the shape of a radio pliers having a tapered portion 51 side compared to the handle portion 55. Then, when both the handle portions 53 and 55 are gripped to close both the holding portions 49 and 51, a slight gap is formed between the front end side of the holding portion 51 and the claws 59 and 61 as shown in FIGS. The both clamping portions 49 and 51 are joined to each other by being inserted into the gap 63. As shown in FIG. 6, the ends of the both clamping portions 49 and 51 (both housings 43 and 45) have the same dimensions. ing.
[0019]
In addition, you may form so that the clamping part 51 may become narrow toward the clamping part 49. FIG.
When the split ring 1 is opened with the pliers 41 as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 7 when the fishhook is fixed or replaced, the steel wire 3 is inclined between the opposing surface 51a of the clamping part 51 and the upper and lower inclined surfaces of the claws 59 and 61. 59a, 59b, 61a. The split ring 1 is held in pressure contact with the pliers 41 at a total of six locations, being clamped by 61b and the opposed surface 49a of the clamping portion 49.
[0020]
In addition, in FIG. 1, 65 is a teg cutting formed in the opposing surface of both clamping parts 49 and 51. FIG.
Since the pliers 41 according to this embodiment are configured in this way, in order to open the split ring 1, the handle portions 53 and 55 of the pliers 41 are held open with one hand, and the other hand While holding the split ring 1 with the fingertips, if the tips of the claws 59, 61 are placed between the double windings of the split ring 1 to close both the sandwiching portions 49, 51, the claws 59, 61 as shown in FIG. Is pushed between the double windings, and the space between the double wound steel wires 3 is expanded.
[0021]
At this time, as described above, the steel wire 3 is connected to the opposing surface 51a of the clamping part 51 and the upper and lower inclined surfaces 59a, 59b, 61a. The split ring 1 is held in a horizontal state in the length direction of both the holding portions 49 and 51 at six convenient places, being held between 61b and the opposing surface 49a of the holding portion 49.
[0022]
Further, the pair of claws 59 and 61 of the sandwiching portion 49 pushes between the steel wires 3 at positions separated by the gap 63.
For this reason, even if a force is applied to the split ring 1 when the fishhook is fixed or replaced, the split ring 1 is reliably held between the holding portions 49 and 51 without being inclined in the axial direction.
[0023]
Therefore, according to the pliers 41 according to the present embodiment, the pair of claws 59 and 61 of the holding portion 49 pushes between the double-wound steel wires 3 of the split ring 1 with a gap, Since the split ring 1 is held in pressure contact with the pliers 41 at many parts as compared with the conventional example shown in FIG. 19 and the following figures, the split ring 1 can be easily opened at the time of fixing and replacing the fishhook as compared with the conventional example. Further, the split ring 1 can be stably held in an open state without wobbling, and workability can be improved.
[0024]
8 to 14 show a first embodiment of the pliers according to claims 1 to 3, in which 41-1 is a pair of housings made of a metal material such as stainless steel, like the pliers 41 of FIG. A pair of nips 49-1 and 45-1 that are pivotably combined with each other via a support shaft 47, and a pair of opposing clamping parts 49-1 and 51-1 are formed on the tip side, and the rear part Handle parts 53-1 and 55-1 are formed on the side, and both holding parts 49-1 and 51-1 are opened and closed by opening and closing both handle parts 53-1 and 55-1. A cover 57 is attached to each of the handle portions 53-1 and 55-1.
[0025]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 9, the casing 43-1 is formed with the same width from the clamping portion 49-1 to the handle portion 53-1, similarly to the casing 43 of FIG. Then, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 12, two claws 59 and 61 projecting in a V shape in the direction of the other sandwiching portion 51-1 are sandwiched on the opposing surface 49a-1 at the tip of the sandwiching portion 49-1. The portions 49-1 are arranged to face each other with a predetermined gap 63 in the width direction.
[0026]
On the other hand, as in the case 45 shown in FIG. 2, the other case 45-1 is formed in the shape of a radio pliers having a tapered portion 51-1 side as compared with the handle portion 55-1 as shown in FIG. Then, when both the handle portions 53-1 and 55-1 are gripped and both the sandwiching portions 49-1 and 51-1 are closed, the leading end side of the sandwiching portion 51-1 is inserted into the gap 63 as shown in FIGS. However, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 13, one nail 67 protruding in a substantially V shape in the direction of the sandwiching portion 49-1 is provided at the tip of the sandwiching portion 51-1. The ridge line at the top portion extends in the width direction of the sandwiching portion 51-1.
[0027]
The front end of the sandwiching portion 49-1 is open. As described above, when both the gripping portions 49-1 and 51-1 are closed by gripping both the handle portions 53-1 and 55-1, the claws 65 are closed. However, both the sandwiching portions 49-1 and 51-1 are joined to each other without colliding with the rear end of the sandwiching portion 49-1.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a split ring holding groove 69 adjacent to the claws 59 and 61 is formed in the width direction of the sandwiching portion 49-1 on the opposing surface 49a-1 of the sandwiching portion 49-1. Is provided. 11 and 14, when the split ring 1 is opened by the pliers 41-1, the steel wire 3 is held by the inclined surfaces 59a and 61a of the claws 59 and 61 and the inclined surface 67a on the upper side of the claws 67. At the same time, the steel wire 3 is sandwiched between the sandwiching portions 49-1 and 51-1 in the groove 69, and the split ring 1 is held in pressure contact with the pliers 41-1 at a total of four locations.
[0028]
Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, in order to open the split ring 1, the handle portions 53-1 and 55-1 of the pliers 41-1 are held open with one hand and the other hand is opened. While holding the split ring 1 with the fingertips, the handle portions 53-1 and 55-1 are lightly closed, the claws 59, 61 and the claws 67 are positioned inside and outside the split ring 1, and the close claws 59, After sandwiching the double winding lightly from the inside and outside of the split ring 1 with the tip of 61 and the claw 67, the handle parts 53-1 and 55-1 are squeezed firmly with the hands released from the split ring 1, and both holding parts 49 -1 and 51-1 are closed, the claws 59, 61 and 67 are pushed in between the double windings as shown in FIG. 11, and the space between the double wound steel wires 3 is simultaneously spread from both sides. It will be.
[0029]
As described above, at this time, the claws 59 and 61 spread between the steel wires 3 at positions separated by the gap 63, and the inclined surfaces 59a and 61a of the claws 59 and 61 and the inclined surfaces on the upper side of the claws 67 are spread. 67a, the steel wire 3 is held in the groove 69, and the steel wire 3 is held between the opposed surfaces 49a-1 and 51a-1 of the holding portions 49-1 and 51-1 in the groove 69. At this point, the split ring 1 is held in a horizontal state in the length direction of the both sandwiching portions 49-1 and 51-1.
[0030]
For this reason, even if a force is applied to the split ring 1 when the fishhook is fixed or replaced, the split ring 1 is reliably held between the holding portions 49-1 and 51-1 without being inclined in the axial direction.
Therefore, the split ring 1 is held in pressure contact with the pliers 41-1 at many parts as compared with the conventional example shown in FIG. Sometimes the split ring 1 can be easily opened, and the split ring 1 can be stably held in the opened state, and the workability can be improved as compared with the conventional example shown in FIG. .
[0031]

Two claws 73 and 75 having the same shape projecting in a V shape in the direction of the sandwiching portion 49-1 are arranged to face each other with a predetermined gap 77, and one claw 73 is placed in the gap 63 between the claws 59 and 61. The claw 59 can be inserted into the gap 77 between the claws 73 and 75, and the rear end of the clamping part 51-3 is open. As shown in FIG. When the -1 and 51-3 are closed, the claw 59 does not collide with the rear end of the clamping part 51-3 so that the clamping parts 49-1 and 51-3 are joined to each other.
[0036]
When the split ring 1 is opened with the pliers 41-3 according to the present embodiment, the steel wire 3 is held by the inclined surfaces 59a and 61a of the claws 59 and 61 and the inclined surfaces 73a and 75a of the claws 73 and 75, and In the groove 69, the steel wire 3 is clamped by both clamping portions 49-1 and 51-3, and the split ring 1 is held in pressure contact with the pliers 41-3 at a total of five locations.
[0037]
Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, the split ring 1 is held in pressure contact with the pliers 41-3 at many parts as compared with the conventional example shown in FIG. Even when a force is applied to the split ring 1, the split ring 1 is reliably held between the sandwiching portions 49-1 and 51-3 without being inclined in the axial direction.
Therefore, the pliers 41-3 according to the present embodiment can stably hold the split ring 1 in the open state when the fishhook is fixed or replaced, and workability is improved as compared with the conventional example shown in FIG. It was possible to improve.
[0038]
Further, according to the pliers 41-3 according to the present embodiment, since the claws 59, 61, 73, 75 are provided in the both sandwiching portions 49-1 and 51-3, the split ring 1 is provided in comparison with the pliers 41 of FIG. It has the advantage that it can be easily opened from inside and outside.
