本発明は複合容器に関する。

胴部より口頸部を起立した容器本体と、口頸部外周に嵌合させた装着筒により容器本体に装着固定したポンプとからなるポンプ容器が知られている。

これらポンプ容器は、収納液を使い切った後には一般にそのまま廃棄し、新たなポンプ容器を使用している。しかしながら、近年のゴミ処理事情の悪化に伴いできるだけ廃棄物の量, 嵩を少なくすることが要望されており、それに伴い種々の提案がされている。

本出願人はこのような要望に答えるべく、既に詰替式ポンプ付き容器を提案している(特開平10-323586 号)。該容器は、胴部内に口頸部からポンプ連結筒部を介して吸上げパイプを垂設した容器本体を設け、該容器本体の口頸部にポンプを着脱自在装着するとともに、該ポンプの下端の吸込み口をポンプ連結筒部に着脱自在に嵌合させ、容器本体の胴部の外側に外装筒を着脱自在に嵌合させたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

ケース体2は収納液使用後交換する容器本体3を支持する非交換品で、上端を開口した筒状をなしている。非交換品であるため、耐久性を重視して肉厚、材質等を選択すると良く、その材料としては合成樹脂や金属或いはこれらを併用したものが好ましく使用できる。具体的には合成樹脂ベースの基部表面を金属層で被覆した複層構造のものや、全体を金属により形成したもの等種々の形態を採用できる。また、外面には装飾層を印刷や凹凸形成等適宜方法により付与すると良い。図示例では円筒状の周壁4下端縁より底壁5を延設して構成している。尚、この底壁5には容器本体3の着脱を行い易い様に透孔を設けても良い。
