Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid ejector, and more particularly, to a liquid ejector capable of refilling a liquid without contaminating the surroundings with a liquid adhering to a pump.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a liquid ejector, a device in which a pump is mounted on the mouth and neck of a container body is generally known. Various forms of these have been proposed, but in view of the current situation where the amount of waste cannot be fully treated, in recent years, efforts have been made to reduce the amount of waste as much as possible. Various liquid ejectors have been proposed in which only the liquid is refilled after using up (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
[0003]
The former is a refilling container for a liquid dispensing container consisting of a dispenser and a container, and is a self-supporting container consisting of a trunk and a spout part. When the contents of the liquid dispensing container are no longer consumed, loosen the dispenser and the container screw and remove the dispenser. Remove the cap of the new refill container, insert the suction pipe of the dispenser into this container, set the dispenser and the container, and then screw and unify the dispenser and the container into the container. Seal the contents. This completes the refilling of the contents, and the contents can be discharged by pressing the push-down head of the dispenser.
[0004]
The latter is a dispenser that has a pump that is pivotally mounted on the outer periphery of the bottle neck and attached to the outer periphery of the bottle, and has a pumping tube below it. When the new contents are transferred from the refilling container, the dispenser cap is first rotated by rotating the cap of the dispenser. It can be removed from the bottle neck and then the dispenser is pulled upward, and the hand-shaped locking part of the hook of the locking member can be brought to one side of the bottle mouth part and locked, The other side of the bottle mouth is greatly open.

[Patent Document 2]

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among the above conventional liquid ejectors, the former uses a cartridge-type container as a refill container, so it is convenient that the contents can be refilled very easily. There is a risk that the liquid adhering to the suction pipe of the pump may sag and get dirty around the time it is removed and attached to the refill container.
[0007]
Similarly, in the latter case, when the contents are transferred from the refill container, the refilling operation is easy, and it is not necessary to pull out the pump from the bottle, so that the contents outside the container are not soiled with the contents attached to the pump. Although it is excellent, when the liquid is refilled, there is a possibility that the adhering liquid of the locking part adheres to the mouth-neck part and inconveniences such as dripping down to the outside of the container. That is, when refilling, almost no storage liquid remains in the container, so it is not in direct contact with the locking part, but the locking part is immersed in the liquid in the initial state when the liquid is full. Therefore, even if the liquid is reduced, the adhered liquid remains on the locking portion. In particular, when the liquid has a high viscosity, the probability is high, and there is a high possibility that these adhering liquids adhere to the mouth and neck as described above.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the refilling of the liquid can be performed very easily, and there is no risk of the container body and the surroundings being soiled by the liquid by refilling. However, the present invention proposes an excellent liquid ejector that does not cause inconvenience such as coming out and can be easily mounted.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the liquid ejector according to the first aspect of the present invention closes the mouth and neck portion 7 in a state where the cylinder 9 is suspended inside the container body 2 and detachably attaches the pump 3 to the container body. In addition, a liquid ejecting device is constructed such that a liquid suction pipe 10 is suspended from the lower end of the cylinder 9 to the inner bottom of the container body 2 and the liquid in the container is ejected by the operation of the pump. A large-diameter portion 23 with an injection window 22 having an upper end fixed to the portion hangs down with a gap from the cylinder, and a locking piece 24 that contacts the downward surface f of the container body and prevents the locking piece 24 from coming out. A cylindrical member 4 is provided in which a small-diameter portion 25 projecting obliquely upward from the large-diameter portion and slidably fitted to the outer periphery of the pipe extends downward from the large-diameter portion, and the pump is connected to the mouth and neck The above small diameter when pulled up to a position where liquid can be injected from the section The liquid ejector is configured to be able to maintain the standing state of the pump by the unit.
[0010]
In the liquid ejector according to the second aspect of the invention, the pump 3 is detachably mounted on the container body 2 with the cylinder 9 hanging down by fitting the mounting cap 11 around the outer periphery of the mouth neck portion 7. A liquid ejector configured such that liquid in the container body is ejected from the ejection port 21 of the ejection head by the vertical movement of the ejection head 18 at the upper end of the pump, wherein the upper end portion is fixed to the mouth neck portion. A large-diameter portion 23A with a window 22A hangs down with a gap from the cylinder, and a locking piece 24A that abuts against the downward surface f of the container body and prevents it from coming out protrudes obliquely upward from the large-diameter portion. In addition, a cylinder member 4A is provided in which a pipe 10A for sucking liquid, which is tightly fitted to the upper end portion of the cylinder outer peripheral lower end portion and is suspended to the bottom of the container body, extends downward from the large diameter portion, and The above pump removed from the body can be inverted. The liquid ejector is characterized by being configured.
[0011]
In the liquid ejector according to the third aspect of the invention, the pump 3 is detachably mounted on the container body 2 with the cylinder 9 hanging down by fitting the mounting cap 11 around the outer periphery of the mouth neck portion 7. In addition, a cylinder member 4A is provided in which a pipe 10A for liquid suction, which is tightly fitted to the upper end portion of the cylinder outer peripheral lower end portion and is suspended to the bottom of the container body, extends downward from the large diameter portion, and is mounted Cap 11 against cylinder 9 The peripheral wall 16 is suspended through a main cap 11a rotatably mounted and a flange-like top wall 15 extending outward from the lower end of the fitting tube 14 fitted to the inner surface of the peripheral wall 13 of the main cap. The liquid ejector is characterized in that the peripheral wall is composed of a joint cap 11b detachably fitted to the outer periphery of the container body neck.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows an example of an embodiment according to the present invention. A liquid ejector 1 of the present invention includes a container body 2, a pump 3, and a cylindrical member 4.
[0014]
The container body 2 is formed of a synthetic resin or the like, and is configured such that the mouth-and-neck part 7 stands up from the upper end of the cylindrical body part 5 via the shoulder part 6. The container body 2 in the illustrated example is formed with an annular projecting portion 8 in which a lower portion of the mouth-and-neck portion 7 is recessed inward, and a lower surface of the annular projecting portion 8 is locked to a cylinder member 4 to be described later. It is configured as a downward surface f with which the piece abuts. Further, the mouth-and-neck portion 7 is formed to have a wider mouth than the mouth-and-neck portion of this normal container body in correspondence with the form of the mounting cap described later so that the normal liquid can be easily injected.
[0015]
The pump 3 is also made of synthetic resin or the like. In addition, the cylinder 9 is suspended from the upper part of the container body 2 and is detachably attached to the mouth / neck part 7 of the container body 2. Has been established. Since the pipe 10 for suction is fitted to the cylindrical member 4 to support the entire pump, it needs to be straight and relatively rigid. Synthetic resin can be used as the material.

In the illustrated example, the pump 3 is detachably mounted on the container body 2 by fitting a mounting cap 11 around the outer periphery of the mouth neck portion 7. The mounting cap 11 includes a main cap 11a and a joint cap 11b. The main cap 11a is constructed by extending a peripheral wall 13 from the peripheral edge of the flange-like top wall 12 in which the inner peripheral edge is rotatably fitted to the upper part of the cylinder 9, and is used for a normal pump of this type. What fits to the container body mouth-and-neck part can be used. The joint cap 11b hangs down the peripheral wall 16 via a flange-like top wall 15 extending outward from the lower end of the fitting cylinder 14 screwed into the inner surface of the peripheral wall 13 of the main cap 11a. 16 is configured to be detachably screwed onto the outer periphery of the container body neck portion 7, and is configured to be screwable to the mouth neck portion 7 having a wider opening than the normal container body 2. By configuring in this way, there is an advantage that the pump used in this normal liquid ejector can be used as it is. The mounting cap is not limited to the one in this embodiment, and may have a normal cylindrical peripheral wall.
[0017]
The pump 3 is provided with an operation jetting portion 19 formed by fitting a jetting head 18 to the upper end of a stem 17 protruding so as to be able to be pushed down in an upward biased state from the upper end opening of the cylinder 9. Further, the ejection head 18 is configured to be locked in a depressed state, and as a specific example, the peripheral wall portion can be threadedly locked in a depressed state on a screw cylinder 20 provided on the cylinder 9 as shown in the illustrated example. It is composed. Then, by moving the ejection head 18 up and down, that is, by moving the working ejection section 19 up and down, the liquid in the cylinder 9 is ejected from the ejection port 21 at the tip of the ejection head 18 by a known internal pump mechanism. ing.
[0018]
The cylindrical member 4 is also made of synthetic resin or the like. A large-diameter portion 23 with an injection window 22 whose upper end is fixed to the container body neck 7 is suspended from the cylinder 9 with a gap, and is in contact with a downward surface f in the container body 2. A locking piece 24 that prevents slipping out protrudes obliquely upward from the large-diameter portion 23, and a small-diameter portion 25 that is slidably fitted to the outer periphery of the pipe 10 extends downward from the large-diameter portion 23. Yes.
[0019]
The large-diameter portion 23 only needs to have a cylindrical shape in which a gap is formed between the large-diameter portion 23 and the cylinder 9 so that liquid can be injected from above. In the illustrated example, the flange 26 extends outward from the upper end edge. Is placed on the upper surface of the mouth and neck portion 7 through the packing 27, and the flange 26 is sandwiched and fixed between the top wall 15 of the screwed mounting cap 11 and the upper surface of the mouth and neck portion 7. . Moreover, the upper part has comprised the shape opened in the trumpet cylinder shape.
[0020]
The injection window 22 is for introducing the liquid injected from the upper end opening into the container, and the number, position, size, etc. can be selected as appropriate. In the embodiment of FIG. A plurality of injection windows 22 in the circumferential direction are provided at the top. In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a plurality of injection windows 22 in the circumferential direction are formed in the lower end portion of the large diameter portion 23.
[0021]
The number, size, position, etc. of the locking pieces 24 can be appropriately selected in correspondence with the downward surface inside the container body to which the locking pieces 24 abut and lock, but a plurality of circumferential directions are provided for the purpose of preventing slipping out. It is desirable. Further, as the downward surface f, a lower surface of an annular projecting portion 8 projectingly formed in the mouth-and-neck portion 7 as shown in FIG. The locking piece 24 in the illustrated example is formed to protrude obliquely upward and outward from the lower edge of each injection window 22, and when the cylindrical member 4 is attached to the container body 2, each locking piece 24 moves to the center side. It is configured to be elastically deformed so as to get over the annular protrusion 8 and to be engaged with the downward surface f of the lower surface of the annular protrusion 8 when mounted.
[0022]
The small-diameter portion 25 hangs downward from the lower end of the large-diameter portion 23 via a tapered flange portion 28, and is formed vertically so that the pipe 10 can slide upward. When the pump 3 is pulled up to a position where the liquid can be injected from the mouth-and-neck portion 7, the small-diameter portion 25 can maintain the pump upright. As means for constructing in this way, the rigidity of the cylindrical member 4, the length of the small diameter portion 25, the area of the bottom of the container body, and the like are variously selected.
[0023]
In the liquid ejector 1 configured as described above, when the liquid is refilled, the mounting cap 11 is screwed off, and then the pump 3 is lifted upward and supported in that state as shown in FIG. At this time, even if the cylindrical member 4 is pulled upward by the frictional force between the outer surface of the pipe 10 and the inner surface of the small diameter portion 25, each locking piece 24 abuts on the downward surface f to prevent further slipping out. Therefore, there is no inconvenience that the cylindrical member 4 comes out together with the pump 3, and only the pump 3 is pulled up. Next, a refill liquid is injected into the mouth neck 7 from a refill container (not shown). The liquid flows into the container body 2 through the injection window 22 and is filled. Next, after the pump 3 is pushed down, the mounting cap 11 is screwed again to complete the refilling.
[0024]
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 shows an example in which the shape of the injection window 22 is different from the embodiment of FIG. 1 as described above, and the others are the same as the embodiment of FIG.
[0025]
6 to 8 show an example of another embodiment of the present invention. The liquid ejector 1 in this embodiment includes a container body 2, a pump 3, and a cylindrical member 4A. Yes.
[0026]
The container body 2 is the same as that described in the embodiment in FIG. 1 described above. In the illustrated example, similarly, the mouth and neck portion 7 is erected from the upper end of the cylindrical body portion 5 via the shoulder portion 6. In addition, an annular projecting portion 8 is formed by projecting the upper portion of the mouth-and-neck portion 7 inwardly in a ring shape.
[0027]
The pump 3 is basically the same as that described in the embodiment in FIG. 1, but in this case, the suction pipe is not fitted to the lower end of the cylinder 9, and therefore, A portion of the pump 3 that hangs down in the container body 2 is configured to be short.
[0028]
The cylindrical member 4A hangs a large-diameter portion 23A with an injection window 22A whose upper end is fixed to the container body neck 7 with a gap from the cylinder 9, and abuts against the downward surface of the container body. A locking piece 24A for preventing slipping out is projected obliquely upward from the large-diameter portion, and a suction pipe 10A, which is hung down to the bottom of the container body by tightly fitting the lower end of the outer periphery of the cylinder 9 to the upper end, is large. The diameter portion 23A extends downward. The cylindrical member 4A in this embodiment has the large-diameter portion 23A, the injection window 22A, and the locking piece 24A, as shown in FIG. 1, except that the suction pipe 10A is provided in place of the small-diameter portion 25. This is the same as described in the form.
[0029]
In the illustrated example, a fitting tube portion 29 fitted to the inner peripheral upper end portion of the mouth and neck portion 7 is extended from the upper end of the large diameter portion 23A. It is formed in a tapered shape that narrows. Further, a plurality of pairs of upper and lower injection windows 22A are provided in the circumferential direction, and a locking piece 24A is projected from the lower edge of each upper injection window 22A so as to contact the downward surface f of the lower surface of the annular protrusion 8. It is configured to be accessible.
[0030]
Moreover, in the example of illustration, it comprises so that the pump 3 removed from the container body 2 can be inverted. Specifically, the upper surface of the ejection head 18 is configured to be flat and have an area that allows stable placement in an inverted state. At this time, as shown in FIG. 8, the ejection head 18 is inverted while being pushed down and locked.
[0031]
In the liquid ejector 1 configured as described above, when the liquid is refilled, the mounting cap 11 is screwed off, and then the pump 3 is pulled upward to be removed and placed in an inverted state as shown in FIG. Therefore, even if there is a liquid adhering to the cylinder 9, there is no possibility that it will leak outside. At this time, even if the cylinder member 4A is pulled upward by the frictional force between the outer surface of the cylinder 9 and the inner surface of the pipe 10A, each locking piece 24A comes into contact with the downward surface f to prevent further slipping out. There is no inconvenience that the cylindrical member 4A comes out together with the pump 3, and only the pump 3 is pulled up. Next, a refill liquid is injected into the mouth neck 7 from a refill container (not shown). The liquid flows into the container body 2 through the injection window 22A and is filled. Next, the pump 3 is mounted again to complete the refilling.
[0032]
In the case of the configuration having the pump 3 in which only the cylinder 9 is inserted into the container body 2 as described above, when the mounting cap 11 is composed of the main cap 11a and the joint cap 11b in the illustrated example, As shown in FIG. 9, even if the removed pump 3 is placed in a laid state, the cylinder 9 suspended from the upper part of the container body has little adhering liquid, and the adhering liquid travels through the cylinder 9 and enters the joint cap 11b. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the surroundings from being soiled with liquid.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the liquid ejector of the present invention has the above-described configuration, the liquid can be refilled very easily, and there is no risk of the container body and the surroundings being soiled by the liquid by refilling. There is no inconvenience such as pulling up and removing the pump, and it can be easily mounted.
[0034]
The liquid ejector according to the third aspect of the present invention has an advantage that it can be applied to a wide-mouthed container body by using this type of conventional pump.
