Description
【0001】
【0139】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a strain measurement system, and more particularly to a strain measurement system based on a 1-gauge 3-wire method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method for measuring the strain generated in an object, a strain gauge that causes a change in resistance value according to the strain is attached to the object, and the strain gauge and a plurality of resistors are provided on one side, and the rest It is generally known that a bridge circuit (more specifically, a Wheatstone bridge circuit) having resistors on the three sides is configured and strain measurement is performed using this bridge circuit. Since strain and stress generated in an object are in a proportional relationship as is well known, in this specification, unless otherwise specified, “strain” includes stress in addition to the original strain, In principle, a reference sign ε (including a suffix) is attached to the meaning distortion.
[0003]
As a strain measurement method using a bridge circuit in which a strain gauge attached to an object as described above is incorporated on one side, for example, a 1-gauge 3-wire method is known.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of such a background, in the strain measurement system based on the 1-gauge 3-wire method, the present invention performs accurate strain measurement by eliminating the influence of the resistance value of the lead wire for incorporating the strain gauge into the bridge circuit and the change over time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a strain measurement system that can automatically and efficiently perform processing to be performed with a simple configuration.
[0025]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

The present invention will be described below based on the above description. In the following description of the present invention, reference numerals in parentheses () are reference numerals in FIG. 1 attached for the convenience of understanding the present invention.
[0050]
In the strain measurement system of the present invention, a pair of lead wires (2, 3) connected to both ends of a strain gauge (1) attached to the object so as to cause a change in resistance value according to the strain generated in the object. A resistance circuit which forms a bridge circuit (8) which is connected and has the strain gauge (1) on one side and the resistors (5, 6, 7) having predetermined resistance values on the other three sides in the connected state. A bridge power supply circuit connected to the resistance circuit to apply a power supply voltage to the bridge circuit (8) formed by connecting the strain gauge (1) to the resistance circuit; and the strain gauge (8) An output voltage of the bridge circuit (8) to which a sub lead wire (4) connected to one end on one lead wire (3) side is connected and connected to the resistor circuit, and a power supply voltage is applied from the bridge power supply circuit. The sub lead wire 4) and a bridge output detection means for detecting via the one-gauge three-wire method for measuring the strain of the object based on the output voltage of the bridge circuit (8) detected by the bridge output detection means. In the system, the bridge circuit (8) formed by connecting the strain gauge (1) to the resistance circuit is applied with the power supply voltage from the bridge power supply circuit, and the pair of lead wires (2, 3). Lead voltage detecting means for detecting a voltage generated in one lead wire (3) on the sub lead wire (4) side through the sub lead wire (4), and the bridge output at the start of strain measurement of the object The output voltage e of the bridge circuit (8) detected by the detection means and the lead wire voltage detection means, respectively. 0 And the voltage e of the one lead wire (3) r0 And the output voltage e of the bridge circuit (8) and the one lead wire detected by the bridge output detection means and the lead wire voltage detection means during the strain measurement of the object after the start of the strain measurement of the object, respectively. Voltage e in (3) r And an arithmetic processing means for performing the calculation of the equation (16) using the above-mentioned, and based on the value ε obtained by the arithmetic processing means, the resistance value of the lead wires (2, 3) and the influence of the change are calculated. The strain of the excluded object is measured.
[0051]
Here, the voltage e used in the equation (16) 0 , E r0 , E, e r The parameters other than are defined again as follows.
[0052]
V: power supply voltage of the bridge circuit (8), R Three : A resistor existing on the side adjacent to the side having the strain gauge (1) via the lead wire (2) on the other end side of the strain gauge (1) among the sides of the bridge circuit (8). 6) Resistance value, R Four : Resistance value of the resistor (7) existing on the opposite side of the side having the strain gauge (8) among the sides of the bridge circuit (8).
[0053]
The arithmetic processing means may be constituted by a microcomputer or a personal computer, for example.
[0054]
According to the present invention, at the start of the strain measurement of the object, the bridge output detection means and the lead wire voltage detection means respectively output voltage e of the bridge circuit (8). 0 And the voltage e of one lead wire (3) on the sub lead wire (4) side. r0 When the strain of the object is measured, the output voltage e of the bridge circuit (8) and one lead wire on the sub lead wire (4) side are respectively detected by the bridge output detection means and the lead wire voltage detection means. Voltage e in (3) r Is detected. Then, the arithmetic processing means performs the calculation of the equation (16) using these detection values, whereby the resistance value r of the lead wire (2, 3) of the strain gauge (1). 1 , R 2 An appropriate strain measurement value ε (strain in the original sense) that does not depend on (= r) and does not depend on the change in the resistance value can be obtained. Therefore, the resistance value r of the lead wire (2, 3) 1 , R 2 The resistance value of the lead wires (2, 3) is obtained based on the value ε obtained by the calculation of the equation (16) without separately grasping (= r) and separately performing the correction process of the measurement result accordingly. It is possible to perform strain measurement that appropriately eliminates the effects of the change.
[0055]
Further, in this case, the voltage e of the lead wire (3) necessary for performing such strain measurement. r0 , E r Is detected through the sub lead wire (4) connected to the strain gauge (1) in the strain measurement of the one gauge three wire method. r0 , E r Therefore, it is not necessary to connect a new lead wire to the strain gauge (1), and the strain gauge used in the conventional strain measurement by the 1-gauge 3-wire method can be used as it is in the present invention. it can. And the strain measuring system of this invention is the voltage e of a lead wire (3) in the strain measuring apparatus used for the strain measurement of the conventional 1
[0056]
Therefore, according to the strain measurement system of the present invention, the processing for performing accurate strain measurement that eliminates the influence of the resistance value of the lead wire for incorporating the strain gauge into the bridge circuit and its change with time can be performed with a simple configuration. This can be done automatically and efficiently, and the system can be provided at low cost.
[0057]
In the strain measurement by the 1-gauge 3-wire method using the bridge circuit (8) as in the present invention, the power supply voltage V of the bridge circuit (8) is conventionally set to 2 [V], and each side of the resistance circuit is Resistance value (R) of resistor (5-7) 2 ~ R Four ) Is usually the same. In this case, the equation (16) can be rewritten as the following equation (17).
[0058]
[Expression 17]
[0059]
Therefore, in the present invention, the power supply voltage V of the bridge circuit is approximately 2 [V], and the lead wire on the other end side of the strain gauge is connected to the side having the strain gauge in each side of the bridge circuit. Resistance value R of the resistor existing on the adjacent side Three And resistance value R of the resistor existing on the opposite side of the side having the strain gauge Four Are substantially the same, the arithmetic processing means performs the calculation of the equation (16) by the following equation (17).
[0060]
In this way, the strain measurement system of the present invention can be constructed while diverting as much as possible the circuit configuration of the existing strain measurement apparatus used in the conventional strain measurement of the 1 gauge 3-wire method. This strain measuring system can be configured at a lower cost.
[0061]
In the present invention, V · R appearing in the denominator and numerator of the right side of the formula (16). Three / (R Three + R Four ) Is the resistance value R of the bridge circuit (8) when the power supply voltage V is applied to the bridge circuit (8). Three Voltage V generated on the side having the resistor (6) Three It is. Similarly, V · R appearing in the denominator and numerator of the right side of Equation (16) Four / (R Three + R Four ) Is the resistance value R of the bridge circuit (8). Four Voltage V generated on the side having the resistor (7) Four It is. In addition, the voltage V Three , V Four Sum of (= V Three + V Four ) Is the power supply voltage V of the bridge circuit (8).
[0062]
And these voltages V Three , V Four When the above equation (16) is used, the equation (16) can be rewritten into any of the following equations (18) to (20).
[0063]
[Expression 18]
[0064]
[Equation 19]
[0065]
[Expression 20]
[0066]
Therefore, in the present invention, in the state where the power supply voltage is applied from the bridge power supply circuit to the bridge circuit, the lead wire on the other end side of the strain gauge is connected to the side having the strain gauge among the sides of the bridge circuit. The voltage V generated on the adjacent side via Three And the voltage V generated across the side having the strain gauge. Four , And the calculation processing means calculates the voltage V detected by the side voltage detection means. Three And / or V Four This is performed according to any one of the following formulas (18) to (19) using
[0067]
In this way, the voltage V is detected by the side voltage detection means. Three And / or V Four By detecting these, the voltage V Three , V Four Resistance value R of the resistor (6, 7) existing on the side of the bridge circuit (8) for detecting Three , R Four Or the resistance value R of the resistor (6, 7) Three , R Four Even if the accuracy of is low, the resistance value of the lead wires (2, 3) and the strain measurement value ε (in the original sense) not depending on the change by the calculation of any of the equations (18) to (20) Strain measurement value) can be obtained properly. Also, the resistance value R of the resistor Three , R Four Therefore, these resistors can be made inexpensive.
[0068]
Further, in the present invention having the bridge output detecting means and the lead wire voltage detecting means as described above, these detecting means may be configured separately, but preferably the bridge output detecting means and the lead wire voltage detecting means. And a switch circuit for inputting the output voltage of the bridge circuit and the voltage generated on the one lead wire to the switchable voltage detection means.
[0069]
Similarly, in addition to the bridge output detection means and the lead wire voltage detection means, in the present invention provided with the side voltage detection means, those detection means may be configured separately, preferably, The bridge output detection means, the lead wire voltage detection means, and the side voltage detection means are constituted by a common voltage detection means, and the output voltage of the bridge circuit, the voltage generated in the one lead wire, and the bridge circuit And a switch circuit for switching the voltage generated at the side of the voltage to the voltage detection means.
[0070]
As described above, the switch circuit is provided, and the bridge output detection means, the lead wire voltage detection means, and the side voltage detection means are configured by the common voltage detection means, thereby making the circuit configuration cheaper and simpler. Can do.
