【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shaft construction method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional shaft construction method will be described below with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 12 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a shaft by a conventional method when no countermeasure work such as a groundwater level lowering method or a ground improvement method is performed, FIG. 13 is a schematic cross-sectional view for explaining a groundwater level lowering method, and FIG. It is a schematic sectional drawing for demonstrating an improved construction method.
[0003]
Conventional methods for constructing earth retaining walls of shafts include steel sheet pile methods, SMW methods, underground continuous wall (underground continuous wall) methods, caisson methods, and the like.
[0004]
Among these, the retaining wall by the steel sheet pile construction method is constructed by continuously placing U-shaped, H-shaped, Z-shaped, etc. steel sheet piles by engaging the joint portions and joining them with a vibro hammer or the like. The vertical shaft is formed by excavating the interior of the retaining wall to a desired depth by an excavator and constructing internal structures such as a bottom plate and a side wall.
[0005]
Similarly, the retaining wall by the SMW method is excavated by mixing and injecting the injection solution such as cement, bentonite solution, etc. with a multi-purpose auger, kneading blade and moving blade, and stirring and mixing the injection solution and the soil at the current position Thus, a trench is provided, and an H-shaped steel or the like is inserted into the trench. The vertical shaft is formed by excavating the interior of the retaining wall to a desired depth and constructing internal structures such as a bottom slab and side walls.
[0006]
The earth retaining wall by the underground continuous wall method is excavated into a wall shape by a drilling machine while filling a stable liquid such as bentonite solution, and then concrete is placed after inserting a reinforcing bar (rebar cage) into the excavated part. Built. The vertical shaft is formed by excavating the interior of the retaining wall to a desired depth and constructing internal structures such as a bottom slab and side walls.
[0007]
In the caisson method, a semi-casing caisson with an opening at the top is installed, the ground below the bottom of the caisson is excavated, and the caisson is gradually submerged into the ground by the caisson's own weight, etc. It is a construction method in which this caisson is installed at a predetermined position and the bottom plate and side wall of the shaft are used.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, except for the caisson method that requires almost no penetration (steel sheet pile method, SMW method, underground continuous wall method), when the shaft is deep or near the bottom plate of the shaft When there is no suitable impermeable layer, as shown in FIG. 12, for the countermeasure of boiling and heaving, the length of the retaining wall is set to be extremely long, and the lower end of the retaining wall is placed below the impermeable layer. Therefore, there is a problem that the construction is troublesome and expensive.
[0009]
Here, the term “boiling” means that in sandy ground with a high groundwater level, groundwater pressure from the outside of the retaining wall causes upward water flow inside the retaining wall, and the soil particles are stirred and boiled. It is a phenomenon that springs up. Due to the occurrence of boiling, the soil at the bottom of the excavation bottom of the earth retaining wall loses shear resistance and the stability of the earth retaining wall may be lost, leading to collapse.
Heaving is a soft clay ground, where the soil on the bottom of the excavation bottom inside the retaining wall is pushed up by the weight or surface load of the soil outside the retaining wall, while the ground outside the retaining wall It is a phenomenon that sinks. The occurrence of heaving may induce the collapse of the retaining wall.
[0010]
There are groundwater level lowering methods and ground improvement methods under shaft bottoms as methods for setting the length of the retaining wall to be short and preventing boiling and heaving.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 13, in the groundwater level lowering method, a water collection point, that is, a well point is installed in the ground, and the groundwater collected at this well point is pumped from the ground with a vacuum pump to set the groundwater level. To prevent the above-described boiling.
[0012]
Further, as shown in FIG. 14, in the ground improvement method, a chemical solution or the like is injected under the shaft bottom plate to provide the improved ground, and the ground under the shaft bottom plate is reinforced and water-stopped. Prevent heaving.
[0013]
However, in the groundwater level lowering method, the groundwater is forcibly pumped using a vacuum pump, so there is a high possibility that the surrounding ground will sink due to the pumping, and it is difficult to use in urban areas. It is.
In addition, the ground improvement method has a problem that a large cost is required particularly when the improvement depth is deep.
[0014]
On the other hand, although the caisson method can prevent boiling and heaving without requiring rooting, when the caisson method is adopted, it costs more than the steel sheet pile method, SMW method, underground continuous wall method, etc. There is.
Furthermore, in the caisson method, the surrounding ground is disturbed, the construction period is long, and the work environment becomes worse when working under pneumatic pressure, so it takes time to maintain the work environment without harming the health of workers. There were also drawbacks.
[0015]
Therefore, in other construction methods except the caisson method, that is, the steel sheet pile method, the SMW method, and the underground continuous wall method, if the ground penetration length can be shortened without using the groundwater level lowering method or the ground improvement method. Many problems such as reduction of construction cost, reduction of construction period, maintenance of surrounding environment (prevention of ground subsidence, etc.) and maintenance of working environment can be solved.
[0016]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to prevent problems such as boiling and heaving even when the retaining wall is set to a short length (thus enabling the surrounding environment to be maintained), reducing costs and shortening the construction period. Another object is to provide a method for constructing a shaft.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
[0018]
The shape of the vertical shaft may be a circular shaft with a circular horizontal cross section, a rectangular shaft with a rectangular horizontal cross section, or the like.
The retaining wall may be constructed by a conventional method such as a steel sheet pile method, an SMW method, or an underground continuous wall method (refer to conventional technology).
The groove may be excavated to a depth that secures the minimum embedment length of the retaining wall that is allowed in design, and the burrow length is more than the conventional method that does not perform countermeasures such as ground improvement method and groundwater level lowering method. A very short setting is sufficient.
The bottom plate is provided at the bottom of the groove and is constructed integrally with the earth retaining wall, whereby the bottom of the groove is reinforced and water-stopped.
The bottom slab can be constructed by placing underwater inseparable concrete by free-falling underwater, but using a Tremy tube that reaches the bottom slab construction part from the top of the groove, The bottom plate may be constructed.
[0021]
Examples of the precast segment ring include a reinforced concrete structure, a steel structure, and a steel concrete composite structure.
When the precast segment ring is made of concrete, the precast segment ring is produced by, for example, placing concrete in a mold frame that combines two cylindrical frames with slightly different outer peripheries. To do. When the horizontal cross section of the shaft is large, the precast segment ring may be configured by combining a plurality of segments in the horizontal direction and joining them with bolts or pins.
Furthermore, a shear key is provided on the upper and lower end faces of the precast segment ring so that the position of the joint surface when joining each precast segment ring in the vertical direction can be easily and surely provided with shear resistance. desirable.
It is desirable that the vertical joining of the precast segment rings is performed by applying an adhesive to the upper and lower end faces of the precast segment rings and applying prestress as in the invention according to claim 8, It is good also as using bolt joining together after giving.
[0022]
For example, the precast segment ring can be built by, for example, joining the precast segment rings together at the upper part of the groove part while sequentially hanging them down in the groove part and joining the precast segment rings in a plurality of stages to form the inner peripheral part of the side wall. What is necessary is just to comprise at least one part.
[0023]
The concrete is placed in the gap between the inner peripheral part of the side wall and the retaining wall to constitute the outer peripheral part of the side wall of the shaft, but it is possible to use underwater non-separable concrete. Or it is good also as constructing this perimeter part by pouring usual concrete underwater.
[0031]
The side wall of the shaft is constructed integrally with the retaining wall on the inner peripheral side of the retaining wall on the upper side of the bottom plate, but the drainage of the water accumulated in the groove is after the sidewall is constructed, or It may be after building at least a part of the side wall.
[0032]
The reinforcement bar is installed and the bottom plate is constructed by placing concrete that constitutes the bottom plate on the reinforcing bar bar while keeping the reinforcing bar bar horizontal while the reinforcing bar bar is suspended from the upper part of the groove. Then, after the concrete is hardened, the precast segment ring may be placed on the placement portion. After the reinforcing bar is placed on the bottom of the groove portion, the concrete constituting the bottom plate is placed. It is good as well.
[0033]
In addition, for example, the reinforcing bar may be reinforced by a reinforcing frame configured by combining H-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, etc., and in this way, it is possible to cope with a case where rigidity is insufficient only with the reinforcing bar. . Moreover, when using a reinforcement frame, it is good also as providing the said mounting part in the upper part of this reinforcement frame.
[0034]
According to the first aspect of the invention, the bottom plate is integrally formed with the inner peripheral side of the retaining wall and water is retained in the groove provided on the inner side of the retaining wall, and the retaining plate is disposed on the top of the bottom plate. After constructing at least a part of the side wall integrally with the inner peripheral side of the wall to reinforce and stop the water at the bottom of the groove, the water in the groove is drained. The occurrence of boiling and heaving can be suitably prevented. Moreover, in order to prevent boiling and heaving, for example, it is not necessary to use a ground improvement method or a groundwater level lowering method.
[0035]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, after a plurality of cylindrical precast segment rings joined in the vertical direction are arranged on the bottom plate, at least a part of the inner peripheral portion of the side wall is quickly formed. In order to provide at least a part of the outer peripheral part of the side wall by placing concrete in a gap between at least a part of the inner peripheral part and the retaining wall, and to construct at least a part of the side wall, Rapid construction of side wall construction can be easily performed.
[0036]
Further, according to the first aspect of the present invention, on the placing portion of the reinforcing bar rod having the placing portion for placing the precast segment ring constituting the lowermost layer of the inner peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft on the upper portion. Placing the precast segment ring in a state where the precast segment ring is kept horizontal, and placing concrete in the gap between the precast segment ring and the retaining wall, so that at least the outer peripheral portion of the side wall Some can be provided.
[0037]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a retaining wall is provided in a cylindrical shape in the ground, and after the inside of the retaining wall is excavated underwater to a predetermined depth to form a groove, a shaft is formed at the bottom of the groove. In the construction method of the shaft, in which the bottom plate is provided with the side wall of the shaft on the inner peripheral side of the earth retaining wall, after the groove portion is provided, before draining the water accumulated in the groove portion, Side wall A plurality of layers that constitute at least a part of the inner periphery are laminated. Tubular Of the precast segment rings, the bottom layer of the precast segment ring with the lid provided at the bottom thereof is provided with a reinforcing bar for the bottom slab in the lower part of the groove so that the reinforcing bar is located at the bottom of the groove. Place the concrete on the bottom plate and the side wall of the shaft The outer periphery Providing at least a part of the outer periphery of the side wall by continuously placing concrete on the side wall, constructing at least a part of the side wall, and then draining the groove It is said.
[0038]
The reinforcing bar may be reinforced by a reinforcing frame configured by combining H-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, or the like, and in this way, it is possible to cope with a case where rigidity is insufficient with only the reinforcing bar.
[0039]
Even in the invention according to
[0040]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in a state where water is accumulated in the groove provided inside the retaining wall, the bottom plate is integrated with the inner peripheral side of the retaining wall, and the retaining plate is disposed on the top of the bottom plate.
[0041]
According to the invention described in
[0042]
Furthermore, according to the invention described in
[0043]
A third aspect of the invention is a shaft construction method according to the first or second aspect, wherein the precast segment rings are joined together by applying a prestress in a vertical direction.
[0044]
The precast segment ring is provided with a sheath for inserting a tension material such as a PC tension material, and in a state where the precast segment rings are laminated with each other, the tension material is inserted into the sheath and the tension force is applied to the tension material. Is applied to each precast segment ring at the time of joining the precast segments.
[0045]
According to the invention described in
[0046]
Invention of Claim 4 is the construction method of the shaft of
[0047]
When the precast segment rings are joined in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction to form the inner periphery of the side wall of the shaft, it is desirable to join these rebar bars adjacent to each other by a lap joint or a mechanical joint. .
[0048]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the steel bar corresponding to the outer peripheral portion of the side wall is provided on the outer peripheral side of the precast segment ring, the concrete is placed on the outer peripheral portion. Integrating the inner peripheral part of the side wall of the shaft constructed by joining multiple stages in the vertical direction and the outer peripheral part of the side wall of the shaft provided by placing concrete in the gap between the inner peripheral part and the earth retaining wall The outer peripheral portion can have a reinforced concrete structure, and the structural characteristics of the outer peripheral portion can be improved.
[0052]
According to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, the bottom plate is constructed by disposing a reinforcing bar in the bottom of the groove and placing concrete in the reinforcing bar, so that the strength of the bottom plate is preferable. Is obtained.
[0053]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
<First embodiment>
Hereinafter, a first embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 to FIG. 7 are process diagrams (side sectional views) for explaining a shaft construction method according to the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining a method for producing a precast segment ring, of which (a) (C) is a process drawing (cross-sectional view), and (d) is an enlarged view (cross-sectional view) of a main part. FIG. 9 is a plan sectional view of a shaft for explaining a method for constructing a bottom plate of the shaft according to the present invention.
[0054]
The shaft construction method of the first embodiment according to the present invention is to build at least a part of the side wall of the shaft and the bottom plate of the shaft in a state where water is accumulated in the groove provided inside the retaining wall. The main feature is to remove the water in the groove after preventing the occurrence of boiling and heaving, and the main purpose is to reduce the length of the earth retaining wall.
[0055]
Before describing the shaft construction method according to the present invention in detail, a method for producing the segment ring constituting the inner peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft used in the shaft construction method according to the present invention will be described based on FIG.

[0073]
In the first embodiment, the retaining wall is constructed by the underground continuous wall construction method, but the retaining wall is constructed by other construction methods such as the steel sheet pile construction method and the SMW construction method (refer to the prior art). May be.
Further, in this embodiment, the segment ring is stacked in 11 stages to form the inner peripheral portion, but the segment ring may be stacked in any number of stages.
Although the intermediate floor slab is provided every three stages of the segment ring, the intermediate floor slab may be provided at any number of stages of the segment ring, and may be omitted if it is not necessary for the design.
Furthermore, it is not always necessary to use the reinforcing bar used in the segment ring, the steel material for joining, and the construction of the bottom plate.
In addition, the inner periphery of the side wall of the shaft by segmenting does not necessarily need to be built from the bottom to the ground at once, but after building up to the middle of the shaft and building the bottom plate of the shaft and the middle of the side wall of the shaft, That is, after preventing the occurrence of boiling and heaving, the water inside the retaining wall is drained, and then the remaining portion of the side wall of the shaft is constructed in the air. In this case, it is possible to simplify the suspension material and a suspension device (not shown), such as reducing the number of suspension materials when the inner peripheral portion of the shaft is suspended and reducing the thickness.
[0074]
<Second Embodiment>
A second embodiment according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.
FIG. 10 is a side cross-sectional view (process diagram) for explaining the shaft construction method according to the present invention in the case where the inner peripheral portion of the shaft side wall is constructed after the bottom plate is constructed.
Since each component of the shaft in the second embodiment is substantially the same as each component of the shaft in the first embodiment described above, the same component is denoted by the same reference numeral, The description is omitted.
[0075]
In the shaft construction method of the second embodiment according to the present invention, the bottom plate and the side wall of the shaft are constructed in the state where water is accumulated in the groove provided inside the retaining wall, and the occurrence of boiling and heaving In the first embodiment, the main feature is to remove the water in the groove and prevent the length of the retaining wall from being reduced. The major difference from the example is the order in which the bottom plate of the shaft and the side wall of the shaft are constructed and the shape of the bottom plate.

[0080]
In the second embodiment described above, the water inside the side wall of the shaft is drained after the side wall of the shaft is constructed, but the segment ring is connected to the shaft of the shaft as in the first embodiment. If it is after it has been built partway and the side walls are halfway constructed, it is possible to drain the water accumulated inside the shaft of the shaft. In this case, the concrete to be placed to constitute the remaining portion of the outer peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft is normal concrete.
[0081]
<Third embodiment>
Hereinafter, a third embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 11 is a side sectional view for explaining a shaft construction method according to the present invention when concrete is continuously placed on the outer periphery of the bottom plate of the shaft and the side wall of the shaft.
Among the components of the shaft in the third embodiment, the same components as those of the shaft in the second embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. .
[0082]
In the shaft construction method of the third embodiment according to the present invention, the major difference from the second embodiment described above is that concrete is continuously cast on the bottom plate of the shaft and the outer peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft. By installing, the integration between the bottom plate and the outer peripheral portion is improved, and the work period is shortened.

[0086]
In each of the embodiments according to the present invention, the segment ring is made of a reinforced concrete structure, but the segment ring may be made of a steel structure or a steel concrete composite structure.
Furthermore, although the example of the circular shaft was shown in the present Example, a rectangular shaft may be sufficient, and in this case, a precast segment ring etc. should just use a rectangular thing. Further, in this case, since the horizontal ring effect as obtained in a circular shaft cannot be obtained, when a concrete is driven into the outer peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft, a support work may be used if necessary.
In addition, it was decided to build the inner periphery of the side wall of the shaft by stacking a plurality of segment rings in the vertical direction, but when building a shaft with a large cross section in the horizontal direction, join the segments divided in the horizontal direction By doing so, the segment ring may be assembled. In this case, the segments can be joined in the horizontal direction by prestress, bolts or pins, or a combination thereof.
In addition, although the underwater non-separable concrete was used for the construction of the outer peripheral portion of the side wall and the bottom plate (in the case of placing in water), for example, it is also possible to place normal concrete underwater using, for example, a tremy pipe good. In this case, the cost can be further reduced. In addition, specific detailed structures and the like can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0090]
【The invention's effect】
According to the shaft construction method according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, since the occurrence of boiling and heaving can be suitably prevented regardless of the length of the retaining wall, the length of retaining wall Is sufficient to secure the minimum penetration length allowed in the design, and it is possible to reduce the construction cost and the construction period in the construction of the retaining wall. In addition, since it is not necessary to use the ground improvement method, it is possible to reduce the construction cost and the construction period, and it is not necessary to use the groundwater level lowering method. Can be built.
[0091]
In addition, according to the shaft construction method according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, a plurality of cylindrical precast segment rings are joined in the vertical direction, and at least a part of the inner peripheral portion of the side wall is quickly formed. After that, at least a part of the outer peripheral part of the side wall is provided by placing concrete in a gap between at least a part of the inner peripheral part and the retaining wall, and at least a part of the side wall is constructed. The rapid construction of the construction of the side wall of the shaft can be easily performed.
[0092]
According to the shaft construction method according to the first aspect of the present invention, the precast segment ring constituting the lowermost layer of the inner peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft is placed on the placement portion provided on the upper part of the reinforcing bar. By placing concrete in the gap between the precast segment ring and the retaining wall while maintaining the level of the precast segment ring, at least a part of the outer peripheral portion of the side wall can be provided. Therefore, the side wall of the shaft can be constructed with high accuracy in the vertical direction.
[0093]
According to the shaft construction method according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the lid is provided at the bottom of the lowermost precast segment ring, the concrete is applied to the bottom slab without leakage of the concrete to other than the predetermined portion. And concrete placement on the outer peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft can be performed continuously, and the integrity of the bottom plate of the shaft and the outer peripheral portion of the side wall of the shaft can be obtained more suitably, and the construction period can be shortened I can plan.
[0094]
According to the shaft construction method according to the invention of
