Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a hoop material cutter that cuts a scrap hoop material along with an automatic press device, and more particularly to a hopper that supplies the hoop material to a cutting blade portion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 6, the hoop material cutter reciprocates while the ram 4 oscillates through the bearing 19 by the rotation of the cam 10 fixed to the shaft 8 of the motor 6 through the key 9. The hoop material is cut between the moving blade 3 attached to the back surface of the plate and the fixed blade 2 fixed to the base side.
In this hoop material cutter, conventionally, in order to supply the hoop material A to the cutting edge portion, a lower guide 23 that guides the lower surface side of the hoop material indicated by A1, and a hoop material indicated by A2 can be fed. A hopper 22 comprising a vertically formed stock guide 25 is provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional hoop material cutter, the influence of the mounting position of the hopper 22 on the cutting action of the hoop material A has not been sufficiently solved. For example, in FIG. 7, if the position of the lower guide 23 is inappropriate at the time of cutting, the hoop material A1 is bent in contact with the lower end portion of the lower guide 23, and the cut chip A3 is not only deformed but also cut. The life of the cutting edge is shortened due to poor conditions. In addition, if the position of the stock guide 25 is inappropriate, there is a problem that chips and dust 38 enter the sliding surface from the upper surface of the moving blade 3 to adversely affect the operation of the ram 4.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hopper for a hoop material cutter that enables the hoop material to be cut reliably and does not hinder the operation of the apparatus.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, claim 1 of the present invention fixes either one of the upper blade and the lower blade to the base 1 side as a fixed blade 2 and fixes the other blade to a ram 4 that reciprocates while swinging. In the hopper for a hoop material cutter that cuts the hoop material by causing the moving blade 3 to face and separate from the fixed blade 2 by the operation of the ram 4, the arcuate guide surface constituting the hopper 11 One of the lower guide 23 and the stock guide 25 for storing the hoop material A is slidably brought into contact with the upper surface of the lower blade, and both the lower guide 23 and the stock guide 25 are One end of the guide 23 is disposed at a position retracted from the upper blade edge on the upper blade upper surface, and the inner surface (the hoop material side surface) at the lower end of the guide 23 and the blade edge of the fixed blade 2 are mutually connected. Indicated by opening W formed between Is provided so as to be able to cope with a variation in the thickness or deformation of the hoop material, which is set to be approximately twice the thickness of the hoop material, and the opening W formed by the guide 23 and the stock guide 25 described above. The width H2 of the side guide 18 disposed integrally with the base 1 side is set to be narrower than the blade width H1 of the fixed blade 2 and the moving blade 3 in the longitudinal direction (side). It is characterized by. According to the present invention, the lower end of one of the lower guide 23 and the stock guide 25 of the hopper 11 is slidably brought into contact with the upper surface of the lower blade, so that there is no gap between them, and chips and dust are removed. Will not enter the sliding surface of the ram. In addition, by fixing one end of either the lower guide 23 or the stock guide 25 at a position that does not protrude toward the moving blade from the cutting edge position of the upper blade, the hoop material is prevented from being deformed during cutting, and the life of the cutting blade Can be extended. Further, by providing the side guide 18 to guide the movement of the hoop material in the width direction within the range of the blade width of the cutting blade , the hoop material is restricted from moving laterally beyond the blade width, and the hoop material It is possible to prevent uncut portions from being generated.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 5 show an embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 1 to 4 are cross-sectional views of main parts showing various examples of hopper mounting positions relative to a cutting blade, and FIG. 5 is a top view showing a side guide. is there.
[0007]
First, the hoop material cutter to which the present invention is applied, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the ram 4 is reciprocated via a bearing 19 by the rotation of a cam 10 fixed to the shaft 8 of the motor 6 via a key 9. The moving blade 3 fixed on the back surface side of the front end of the ram 4 contacts and separates from the fixed blade 2 fixed on the base 1 side, thereby cutting the hoop material A supplied to the cutting blade portion.
[0008]
The hopper attached to the hoop material cutter enables the lower guide 23 formed with an arcuate guide surface to guide the hoop material A along the supply direction indicated by A1, and the feed reservoir indicated by A2 for the hoop material A. For this purpose, the stock guide 25 formed vertically is formed using a steel plate.
[0009]
1 to 4, the hoop material cutter having the above-described configuration is attached to the moving blade 3 or the fixed blade 2 on the back surface or the upper surface of the ram 4 or the base 1, and various directions of the hopper 11 are different from each other. Since there is a type, the mounting position of the hopper with respect to these hoop material cutters will be described next.
[0010]
In the case of the hoop material cutter shown in FIG. 1, a moving blade 3 is fixed as a lower blade on the lower surface of a ram 4 reciprocating in the direction of the arrow, and a fixed blade 2 is fixed as an upper blade on the upper surface on the base 1 side. The hopper 11 attached to the hoop material cutter is capable of supplying the hoop material A from the upper left. In this case, the lower guide 23 is formed in an arc shape to guide the lower surface side of the hoop material A supplied from the left side, and the lower end thereof is slidably brought into contact with the surface of the moving blade 3. On the other hand, the stock guide 25 is formed vertically to store the hoop material A, and the inner surface (side surface on the hoop material side) at the lower end thereof is arranged at the position of the cutting edge of the fixed blade 2 or a position slightly retracted from the cutting edge. Has been established.
[0011]
Further, the width indicated by the opening W formed between the inner surface (side surface of the hoop material) at the lower end portion of the lower guide 23 and the cutting edge of the fixed blade 2 is caused by variation in thickness, deformation, or the like in the hoop material. Is set to approximately twice the thickness of the hoop material.
[0012]
Further, the hoop material cutter shown in FIG. 2 is the one in which the direction of the hopper in FIG. 1 is reversed. In this case, the lower end of the stock guide 25 is slidably brought into contact with the upper surface of the moving blade 3, and The lower guide 23 is attached at a position where the lower end of the lower guide 23 is slightly retracted so as not to protrude from the cutting edge of the fixed blade 2.
[0013]
The hoop material cutter in FIGS. 3 and 4 is a case where the moving blade 3 is fixed to the upper surface of the ram 4 and the fixed blade 2 is fixed to the back surface of the base 1 in the opposite manner, and the directions of the hoppers 13 and 14 are also mutually different. In the reverse direction, the hoppers 13 and 14 are fixed to the ram 4 side and reciprocate integrally with the ram 4.
[0014]
In this case, since the fixed blade 2 is the lower blade, the lower end of the stock guide 25 or the lower guide 23 is slidably brought into contact with the upper surface of the fixed blade 2 that is the lower blade, and the moving blade 3 that is the upper blade. The lower guide inner surface of each of the lower guide 23 and the stock guide 25 is fixed to a position where the lower guide does not protrude from the cutting blade. In addition, the setting of the width W of the opening is the same as described above.
[0015]
Further, in FIG. 5, a side guide 18 integrally provided with the base 1 side is provided in the longitudinal direction (side) of the opening W formed by the lower guide 23 and the stock guide 25. The width H2 is set narrower than the blade width H1 of the fixed blade 2 and the moving blade 3. This restricts the hoop material from moving laterally beyond the blade width, and prevents the hoop material from being left uncut.
[0016]
When the hoop material A is cut by the hoop material cutter having this configuration, the hoop material A is supplied from the direction of the arrow to the moving blade 3 and the cutting blade portion of the fixed blade 2, and the ram 4 is operated to move the moving blade 3. Is moved for each stroke of the ram 4 by swinging forward and backward.
In this case, during the cutting, the hoop material A comes into contact with the surface of the stock guide 25 to become a feed reservoir, and the operation of being sent to the cutting edge portion at the next opening and cutting is repeated.
[0017]
When the hoop material A is fed into the cutting blade portion, the lower guide 23 or the stock guide 25 located on the upper surface of the upper blade has the lower end portion substantially at the cutting blade position in the present invention. It is possible to slide into the part. Thereby, the hoop material A is not pressed and bent by the lower end of the hopper as in the prior art. Therefore, the cut chip is not deformed.
Further, since the lower edge of the lower guide 23 or the stock guide 25 is slidably abutted on the upper surface of the lower blade, there is no gap in that portion, and chips and dust generated when the hoop material A is cut are collected in the hopper. It becomes possible to prevent entering into the back side.
[0018]
In addition, although the example which formed the hopper shown in this Embodiment with the steel plate was shown, unless it deviates from the claim of this invention, it can form in various shapes using cast iron and other materials. .
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the hoop material hopper cutter of the present invention as described above, since the chips and dust generated when cutting the full-loop material is less likely to enter the rear surface side of the lower guide from the upper surface of the lower blade, cutting chips Ya Dust does not adversely affect ram operation. Further, since deformation such as bending of the hoop material at the time of cutting is eliminated, the processing of the chip after cutting becomes easy, and the cutting blade is not forced, so the life of the cutting blade is prolonged . The hoop material is not left uncut by guiding the hoop material within the width of the cutting blade. As a result, the cut chips are not connected, and chip processing becomes easy.
