すなわち、本発明はこのような課題を達成するための板材の成形加工装置として、加工すべき製品の形状に倣った形状を有する上型と下型とを備えたドロー工程用のプレス装置と、上面及び周縁を上記プレス装置により加工されたワークの形状に倣った形状を有し、かつ切欠部もしくは孔が形成されたワーク固定治具と、上記ワーク固定用治具の上方に配置されて上記ワークを押圧する押圧部材と、工具を保持して上記ワークにトリム及びベンド加工を施すべくティーチング通りに動作する多関節ロボットとを備え、上記多関節ロボットは、上記固定用治具上に載置固定された上記ワークに対して工具としてレーザカッタを保持して上記固定用治具の切欠部もしくは孔を利用して上記ワークの周縁部にトリミング加工を施すとともに上記ワークの所要箇所に貫通孔を開けるトリム及びピアス工程と、上記ワーク固定用治具上に載置固定された上記ワークを上面から上記押圧部材により押圧した状態で工具を上記レーザカッタからローラ型ならし用工具に交換して複数回に分けてならし角度や上記ローラ型ならし用工具を変えながら上記ワーク固定用治具の周縁に上記ローラ型ならし用工具を沿わせて上記ワークにベンド加工を施すベンド工程とを実行するように構成されているものである。
