Description

【0001】
【0015】
上記樹脂フィルムの具体例としては、例えばCPP(未延伸ポリプロピレン)/Ny−SiOx(酸化ケイ素を蒸着したナイロンフィルム)/CPP、CPP/PET−SiOx(酸化ケイ素を蒸着したポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム)/CPP、LLDPE/Ny−SiOx/LLDPE、LLDPE/Ny−SiOx・Al23(アルミナ、酸化ケイ素の2元蒸着層を有するナイロンフィルム)/LLDPE、LLDPE/PET−SiOx/LLDPE、等の3層構成のものや、CPP/PET−SiOx/Ny/CPP、LLDPE/PET−SiOx/Ny/LLDPE、LLDPE/PET−SiOx/Ny/LLDPE、等の4層構成のものが挙げられる。
【0016】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a microwave heating packaging bag for heating a bag filled and sealed with contents such as fluid food in a microwave oven, and in particular, includes a decompression mechanism configured using a resin film having a sealant layer on both sides. The present invention relates to a microwave heating packaging bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, as a retort pouch filled and sealed with fluid foods such as curry and sauces, a retort pouch that allows microwaves to pass through has been developed and can be heated in a microwave oven. When heating this retort pouch with a microwave oven, the pouch may burst if the temperature inside the pouch rises and the internal pressure rises. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an opening (decompression mechanism) and heat it while venting steam. .
[0003]
As an example of a package for a microwave oven provided with a pressure reducing mechanism, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-150864 discloses an easily peelable seal that releases pressure when the internal pressure of the package is increased by heating. There has been proposed a heat treatment package provided near the end of the upper surface side of the heat treatment. According to such a configuration, it is possible to smoothly escape the internal pressure of the package, and it is possible to prevent the package from being ruptured due to overexpansion.
[0004]
In JP-A-11-70044, a tongue piece projecting from the upper side surface of the bag body is formed, and a hollow portion for an air hole is provided in the tongue piece, and an inner peripheral surface of the tip of the tongue piece is provided. A cooking bag provided with an opening tape has been proposed. According to such a configuration, by tearing off the opening tape, water vapor during cooking can be appropriately discharged from the bag body to the outside by the air hole hollow portion, and the bag body can be prevented from bursting due to overexpansion. it can.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the package described in JP-A-9-150864, the easy-release seal for releasing the pressure is provided so as to be biased toward one side of the package, so that when the package expands, the easy-release The short piece side is substantially raised by tension due to expansion across the seal portion, and the easily peelable seal portion rises with respect to the upper surface of the package body due to the tension of the packaging film on the opposite long piece side. For this reason, the steam at the time of cooking is discharged upward, but if it is attempted to take out the package immediately after heating the microwave oven, the steam may directly hit the hand.
[0006]
Also in the package described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-70044, since the tongue piece portion having the air hole hollow portion is provided so as to protrude from the upper side surface of the bag body, the tongue is expanded when the package body is expanded by heating. One part gets up. For this reason, the steam at the time of cooking is discharged horizontally or upward, and there is a possibility that the steam directly hits the hand as described above. Moreover, in order to make it steam-evaporate, it is necessary to tear off the opening tape beforehand, and if this is forgotten at the time of cooking, there exists a problem that a package will burst.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention can automatically and surely remove steam during heating by a microwave oven, prevent explosion due to overexpansion, and significantly reduce the risk of contact with steam when taking out from the microwave oven. It aims at providing the packaging bag for microwave oven heating which can be performed.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The configuration of the present invention made to achieve the above object is as follows.
[0009]
That is, the present invention is a microwave heating packaging bag using a resin film having a sealant layer on both the front and back surfaces, and has a notch at the upper center portion of the front piece constituting the packaging bag, and constitutes the packaging bag. The overlapping piece connected to the back piece covers the top of the front piece so as to completely cover the notch, and the lower end of the overlapping piece exceeds the height of the notch. Further, the front piece in the region is easily peelable, and both side portions of the overlap piece are heat sealed to the front piece.
[0010]
According to the microwave oven heating packaging bag of the present invention, when the internal pressure rises due to the generation of water vapor or the thermal expansion of the internal air accompanying the heating by the microwave oven, the internal pressure is notched at the upper end of the front piece. To the easily peelable seal portion, the easily peelable seal is automatically peeled off, and the internal gas containing vapor can be discharged. In addition, since both sides of the overlap piece are heat-sealed to the front piece, the overlap piece will not lift upward even after the easy-release seal is peeled off, and the internal gas containing steam is discharged downward. Can be made.
[0011]
In this invention, it is preferable that the said front piece, the said back piece, and the said overlapping piece are heat-sealed within the area | region below the height of the said notch from the upper end of a packaging bag. According to such a configuration, even after the easily peelable seal is peeled off, it is possible to prevent the upper portion of the packaging bag from being deformed and to perform steam venting stably.
[0012]
Moreover, it is preferable that the said resin film is folded inward in the lower end part of a packaging bag, and the self-supporting function is provided. According to this structure, it can mount in a standing state in a microwave oven with the simple form which does not use a special member.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The microwave oven packaging bag of the present invention is a bag formed by heat-sealing a predetermined peripheral portion of a resin film through which microwaves pass, and the storage space has fluid contents such as curry and sauce. Is filled, sealed and heat sterilized.
[0014]
The resin film used in the present invention has a sealant layer on both front and back surfaces, and specifically has a structure such as a front surface resin layer (sealant layer) / intermediate layer / back surface resin layer (sealant layer). . Note that the intermediate layer may be composed of a plurality of layers.
[0015]
Specific examples of the resin film include, for example, CPP (unstretched polypropylene) / Ny-SiOx (nylon film deposited with silicon oxide) / CPP, CPP / PET-SiOx (polyethylene terephthalate film deposited with silicon oxide) / CPP, LLDPE / Ny-SiOx / LLDPE, LLDPE / Ny-SiOx · Al 2 O 3 (alumina, nylon film having a binary deposited layer of silicon oxide) / LLDPE, LLDPE / PET-SiOx / LLDPE, etc. And a four-layer structure such as CPP / PET-SiOx / Ny / CPP, LLDPE / PET-SiOx / Ny / LLDPE, and LLDPE / PET-SiOx / Ny / LLDPE.
[0016]
The performance required for the resin film used in the present invention includes oxygen barrier property, water vapor barrier property, heat seal strength at the time of cooking, and among the materials mentioned above, in particular, LLDPE / Ny / PET- A four-layer structure such as SiOx / LLDPE, LLDPE / PET-SiOx / Ny / LLDPE, or the like is preferable.
[0017]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the microwave oven heating packaging bag of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
[0018]
1 to 4 show an embodiment of a packaging bag for heating a microwave oven according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a front view of the packaging bag 10, and FIG. 2 is a development view of a resin film constituting the packaging bag 10. 3 is a perspective view for explaining a forming procedure of the packaging bag 10, and FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram for explaining a state of discharge of steam after peeling of the easily peelable seal.
[0019]
In these figures, 10a is the front piece of the packaging bag, 10b is the back piece of the packaging bag, 10c is the overlapping piece, 10d is the folded piece, 11 is the overlapping portion of the upper portion of the packaging bag, 12 is the notched portion, and 13 is easy. A peelable seal portion, 14 is a heat seal portion, and 15 is a cut for opening.
[0020]
The packaging bag 10 of this example is configured by a single resin film as shown in FIG. In this resin film, a front piece 10a, a folded piece 10d, a back piece 10b, and an overlapping piece 10c are connected in one direction. The resin film is bent in a predetermined direction along a fold line (broken line in FIG. 2). The packaging bag 10 is formed by sealing the location.
[0021]
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3A, first, the folded piece 10d is folded inwardly in a W shape, and the overlapping piece 10c is covered on the upper part of the front piece 10a. As a result, the notch 12 at the center of the upper end of the front piece 10a is completely covered with the overlapping piece 10c. Then, the lower end portion 13 of the overlapping piece 10c is sealed to the front piece 10a with easy peeling.
[0022]
This easily peelable seal uses, for example, an easily peelable tape, lowers the seal temperature, weakens the seal pressure, roughens the sealant layer in a predetermined area of the resin film, weakens the heat seal strength, It can be performed by forming.
[0023]
When using an easy peel tape, the easy peel tape may be sandwiched between the overlapping piece 10c and the front piece 10a for sealing. This easily peelable tape can be made of a conventionally known material, and generally comprises a laminate of sealant layer / intermediate layer / easy peelable layer. In the present invention, it is preferable that the easily peelable layer has a low sealing strength when heated.
[0024]
Next, one side part 14 is heat-sealed, and the contents are filled with this side part facing down (so-called bag supply and filling method). Thereafter, the other side portion 14 is heat-sealed and sealed, thereby forming the packaging bag 10 in which both side portions 14 are heat-sealed as shown in FIG. Here, since the resin film of the present invention has sealant layers on both the front and back surfaces, both sides of the overlap piece 10c are heat-sealed to the front piece 10a by heat-sealing the both sides 14.
[0025]
The procedure for sealing each part and filling the contents is not limited to the above example. For example, the bag filling and filling method is to fill the contents into a bag in which both sides 14 are heat-sealed, and then perform easy peelable sealing. It can also be.
[0026]
The packaging bag 10 of this example formed as described above has a notch 12 at the center of the upper end of the front piece 10a, and the overlapping piece 10c connected to the back piece 10b covers the top of the front piece 10a. The lower end portion of the overlapping piece 10c is easily peelable and sealed to the front piece 10a, and both sides of the overlapping piece 10c are heat sealed to the front piece 10a.
[0027]
Since the packaging bag 10 of this example has the above-described form, when the internal pressure rises due to the generation of water vapor or the thermal expansion of the internal air accompanying the heating by the microwave oven, the internal pressure is increased from the notch 12 to the overlapping piece 10c. Is transmitted to the easily peelable seal portion 13 through a space between the front piece 10a and the front piece 10a. And when this pressure exceeds the seal strength of the easily peelable seal weakened by heat, the easily peelable seal is automatically peeled off and the internal gas can be discharged.
[0028]
The easily peelable seal portion 13 is usually peeled off at the center portion, and both sides of the overlap piece 10c are heat sealed to the front piece 10a, so that the overlap piece 10c remains after the peelable seal is peeled off. As shown in FIG. 4, the internal gas containing steam can be discharged downward without being lifted upward. For this reason, when taking out the packaging bag after cooking from a microwave oven, even if it grasps the upper part of a packaging bag, there is no fear that a vapor | steam hits a hand directly.
[0029]
In addition, since the internal gas containing steam is discharged from the easily peelable seal peeling portion through the cutout portion 12, the amount of steam discharged according to the type of contents is adjusted by adjusting the shape and size of the cutout portion 12.・ The amount of decompression can be set relatively easily. In this example, the semicircular cutout 12 is formed, but this shape can be changed as appropriate.
[0030]
Further, since the folded piece 10d is folded inwardly in a W shape at the lower end of the packaging bag, it functions as a so-called “stand pouch” as shown in FIG. 3B and FIG. That is, the packaging bag 10 of this example is formed into a bag shape by a bottom portion comprising a substantially rectangular front piece 10a, a back piece 10b, and a folded piece 10d, so that it can stand by the weight of the food by containing the food. It has become a form.
[0031]
The packaging bag for heating a microwave oven according to the present invention is not limited to the form of the stand pouch as described above, and the form is particularly limited as long as it can be held in a standing state so that the overlapping portion 11 comes up. For example, a separate partition screen can be used. However, in the present invention, since the resin film having the sealant layers on both the front and back sides is used, the four layers of films are collectively heat-sealed with the folded piece 10d folded inwardly in a W shape or the like as described above. Thus, the form of the stand pouch can be realized with an extremely simple configuration and simple procedure.
[0032]
Moreover, in the packaging bag of this invention, since the part used as a steam vent is piled up in the shape of a lid, even if it lies down sideways at the time of microwave oven heating or taking out, or the contents are accidentally dropped, the contents leak. Can also be effectively prevented.
[0033]
The contents can be easily taken out by cutting off the upper end portion of the packaging bag using, for example, the cut 15. In the present invention, since the easily peelable seal portion 13 such as an easily peelable tape is not present at the portion of the content outlet and the portion directly touched by the content, it is hygienic and clean.
[0034]
Next, another embodiment of the microwave oven heating packaging bag of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The packaging bag 20 shown in FIG. 5 is the same as the previous example except that the upper end portion is heat-sealed. In the heat seal portion 21 at the upper end, the front piece 10a, the back piece 10b, and the overlapping piece 10c are heat sealed together. In this case, by setting the width (W1) of the heat seal part 21 to be less than the height (W2) of the notch part 12, the transmission of the internal pressure from the notch part 12 is not hindered as in the previous example. Steam can be automatically vented, and the packaging bag can be prevented from being deformed even after the easily peelable seal portion 13 is peeled off, so that steam can be vented stably.
[0035]
In the present invention, the heat seal part 21 at the upper part of the packaging bag can be performed over the entire width direction including the notch part 12 as shown in FIG. In this case, it is necessary to prevent the cutout 12 from being blocked. In the present invention, the width (W1) of the heat seal portion 21 is notched so that the overlapping portion 11 is minimized and the steam is reliably and stably vented while saving the material. It is preferable to set it to 1/2 or less of the height (W2) of the portion 12.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As explained above, the microwave oven packaging bag of the present invention has the following effects.
[0037]
(1) The internal pressure that rises with heating by the microwave oven is transmitted from the notch provided at the upper end of the front piece to the easily peelable seal, and the easily peelable seal is automatically peeled off and the internal gas is discharged. can do.
(2) Since both sides of the overlapping piece are heat-sealed to the front piece, the overlapping piece will not be lifted upward even after the peelable seal is peeled off, and the internal gas containing the vapor is directed downward. It can be discharged. For this reason, when taking out the packaging bag after cooking from a microwave oven, even if it grasps the upper part of a packaging bag, there is no fear that a vapor | steam hits a hand directly.
(3) Since the portion that becomes the vapor vent is overlapped in a lid shape, the contents can be prevented from leaking even if it is laid down or accidentally dropped when heating or taking out the microwave oven.
(4) By using a resin film having a sealant layer on both the front and back surfaces, steam can be automatically and reliably removed when heated by a microwave oven, and rupture of the packaging bag due to overexpansion can be prevented in advance. It was possible to realize a novel and simple packaging bag for heating a microwave oven capable of preventing the steam from directly picking up the package from the microwave oven.
(5) In particular, when the front piece, the back piece, and the overlapping piece are heat-sealed in an area less than the height of the notch from the upper end of the packaging bag, after the peelable seal is peeled off Also, it is possible to prevent the mold from being deformed at the upper part of the packaging bag, and the steam is stably removed. (6) Especially in the case where the resin film is folded inward at the lower end of the packaging bag and is provided with a self-supporting function, it is placed in a microwave oven in a simple and economical form without using a special member. It can be placed in a state.
