Description
制御手段は、2次電池が充電端子に接続されていないとき、第1電源回路の出力を停止すると共に第2電源回路から第1電圧を生成させ、2次電池が充電端子に接続されているとき、第1電源回路から2次電池へ出力可能とすると共に第2電源回路から第2電圧を生成させることを特徴とする充電装置を提供している。
(1)ステップS101で充電装置駆動電力供給回路100の出力電圧(レギュレータ111に印加される電圧)をV1と設定した時には、PWM制御IC電源回路120の出力電圧はPWM制御IC23が駆動しない電圧を出力、かつ、
(2)後述するステップS103で充電装置駆動電力供給回路100の出力電圧(レギュレータ111に印加される電圧)をV2(V2>V1)と設定した時には、PWM制御IC電源回路120の出力電圧はPWM制御IC23が駆動する電圧を出力、
となるようにPWM制御IC電源回路120を設定することにより、ステップS101で充電電力供給回路を動作させないようにしている。
Claims (4)
- 2次電池を充電する充電装置であって、前記2次電池と接続させる充電端子と、該充電端子と接続され前記2次電池に電力を供給する第1電源回路と、前記2次電池を冷却するための冷却ファンと、第1電圧及び該第1電圧より大きい第2電圧を生成する第2電源回路と、前記第1電源回路及び前記第2電源回路を制御する制御手段とを有し、
前記第2電源回路は、前記第1電圧として前記制御手段を駆動可能な電圧を生成するとともに、前記第2電圧として前記冷却ファンを駆動可能な電圧を生成するものであり、
該制御手段は、前記2次電池が前記充電端子に接続されていないとき、前記第1電源回路の出力を停止すると共に前記第2電源回路から前記第1電圧を生成させ、前記2次電池が前記充電端子に接続されているとき、前記第1電源回路から前記2次電池へ出力可能とすると共に前記第2電源回路から前記第2電圧を生成させることを特徴とする充電装置。 - 前記制御手段はマイコンを備え、前記第2電源回路は、前記2次電池が前記充電端子に接続されていないとき、少なくとも前記マイコンが駆動可能な電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2電源回路は、前記2次電池が前記充電端子に接続されていないときに前記マイコンからの第1信号に応じて前記第1電圧を生成し、前記2次電池が前記充電端子に接続されているときに前記マイコンからの第2信号に応じて前記第2電圧を生成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の充電装置。
- 前記第1電源回路の出力電力を制御する第3電源回路を有し、
該第3電源回路は、前記第2電源回路が前記第1電圧を生成するとき前記充電端子への電力供給を停止し、前記第2電源回路が前記第2電圧を生成するとき前記充電端子への電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
