【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle driving force control apparatus for controlling driving force so as to realize vehicle acceleration and vehicle speed according to a driver's accelerator operation by an accelerator pedal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As such an apparatus, there is one conventionally described in
The driving force control apparatus described in this document obtains the target acceleration or target deceleration of the vehicle from the accelerator pedal depression amount, and controls the throttle opening of the engine so that these target accelerations and decelerations are achieved.
Specifically, the detected vehicle speed is differentiated to obtain the actual acceleration / deceleration of the vehicle, and it is determined whether or not this actual acceleration / deceleration matches the above target acceleration / deceleration. The throttle opening is corrected so as to match the acceleration / deceleration.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-205015 A
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-described conventional driving force control device, the throttle opening is controlled so that the actual acceleration / deceleration follows the target acceleration / deceleration calculated from the accelerator pedal depression amount. As shown in FIG. 18, the actual acceleration can be made to reach the target value after the vehicle has fallen as shown in FIG. 18, but the actual vehicle speed once lowered when the vehicle entered the uphill road is changed to the original vehicle speed. There was a problem that it remained lowered because it was not a return control.
[0005]
On the other hand, in order to solve the above problem, the target vehicle speed is obtained by integrating the target acceleration, and the integration control according to the vehicle speed deviation between the host vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed is performed so that the host vehicle speed follows the target vehicle speed. It is conceivable to perform driving force control by simple feedback control, or to perform gear shifting control of an automatic transmission at the same time when the driving force as intended cannot be obtained only by this driving force control. Concerned.
In other words, when the vehicle is running on a steep downhill during the above driving force control, and the actual vehicle speed aVSP does not decrease easily after the start of the steep downhill driving in FIG. According to the above, the actual vehicle speed aVSP is greatly deviated from the target vehicle speed, and the feedback control of the driving force according to the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP between them increases the output value of the integral control at an acceleration, and the driving torque after the instant t2 in FIG. The target driving force is greatly reduced as seen in the change in the command value cTDR.
[0006]
Therefore, the driving force control device downshifts the automatic transmission in addition to the above driving force control, and this downshift suddenly increases the engine speed aNe after the instant t2, giving the driver a sense of incongruity.
In addition, the downshift described above is not necessary because the driver is steeply going downhill and the vehicle deceleration is expected to decrease or accelerate, but the vehicle deceleration increases on the contrary. It is unnatural because it slows down the driver.
[0007]
In view of the above problems, the present invention can finally make the host vehicle speed reach the target vehicle speed even when a deviation between the host vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed occurs due to the influence of the road surface gradient. Propose a vehicle driving force control device that does not give the driver a sense of incongruity that the engine speed suddenly increases due to unnecessary downshifts when driving on a hill, or that the vehicle deceleration increases against the driver's feeling. For the purpose.
By the way, when the driver releases the accelerator pedal, the degree of uncomfortable feeling that the engine speed suddenly increases due to unnecessary downshift in steep downhill driving or that the vehicle deceleration increases against the driver's feeling Depending on the accelerator pedal return speed, it does not require rapid deceleration, so the above feeling of discomfort is felt more strongly when the accelerator pedal is released slowly, and rather when the accelerator pedal is released rapidly when sudden deceleration is requested There is no.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the degree of countermeasures for eliminating the above-mentioned uncomfortable feeling is adjusted according to the accelerator pedal return speed when releasing the accelerator pedal, and the degree of the countermeasures is as required for each accelerator pedal return speed. An object of the present invention is to propose a driving force control apparatus for a vehicle to which such improvements are added.
[0008]
For this purpose, the driving force control apparatus for a vehicle according to the present invention provides:
Basically, the target acceleration is calculated based on the accelerator pedal depression amount, the target vehicle speed is calculated from the calculated target acceleration, and the driving force of the vehicle is controlled so that the own vehicle speed follows the target vehicle speed.
When the accelerator pedal depression amount is 0, the greater the vehicle speed deviation between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed, and the slower the accelerator pedal return speed when the accelerator pedal depression amount is 0, Correct either proportional control gain or integral control gain either individually or individually. The feedback gain of the driving force control is configured to be small.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the configuration of the present invention, the target vehicle speed is obtained from the target acceleration calculated based on the accelerator pedal depression amount, and the driving force of the vehicle is controlled so that the own vehicle speed follows the target vehicle speed.
The target vehicle speed is calculated and set from the target acceleration, so that the acceleration can be matched to the target acceleration, and even if there is a discrepancy between the own vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed due to the influence of the road surface gradient, Eventually, the host vehicle speed can also reach the target vehicle speed.
[0010]
When control is performed simply to make the acceleration of the vehicle coincide with the target acceleration, as in the conventional driving force control device described above, the effect of the road surface gradient, such as driving force deficiency during traveling uphill, causes the transmission to go down. Referring to the case where the driving force is increased by shifting, if the host vehicle speed temporarily decreases before the downshift, the accelerator pedal is equivalent to the difference between the two in order to reach the target vehicle speed. The amount of depression must be increased.
[0011]
On the other hand, according to the present invention, since the driving force of the vehicle is controlled so that the host vehicle speed follows the target vehicle speed obtained from the target acceleration, the vehicle enters the uphill road with the accelerator pedal depression amount being constant. In addition, the vehicle speed can be matched with the target vehicle speed without relying on the increase of the accelerator pedal, and the problem that the vehicle speed remains lowered on the uphill road can be solved.
[0012]
Further, according to the present invention, when the accelerator pedal depression amount is 0, the greater the vehicle speed deviation between the target vehicle speed and the actual vehicle speed, , Proportional control gain and integral control gain can be corrected either alone or individually. In order to reduce the feedback gain of the driving force control,
Even if the vehicle speed deviation between the actual vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed increases due to the driving conditions where the actual vehicle speed does not decrease easily during steep downhill driving, an unnecessary downshift is achieved by reducing the feedback gain of the driving force control. Can be prevented, thereby avoiding the uncomfortable feeling that the engine speed rapidly increases and the uncomfortable feeling that the vehicle deceleration is increased against the driver's feeling, and can solve the above problem. .
[0013]
In addition, according to the present invention, the feedback gain of the driving force control when the accelerator pedal depression amount is 0 is further reduced, and the accelerator pedal return speed when the accelerator pedal depression amount is 0 is slower. , Proportional control gain and integral control gain can be corrected either alone or individually. To make it smaller
Even though the driver has released the accelerator pedal slowly because no sudden deceleration is required, the above-mentioned unnecessary downshift may cause a sudden deceleration accompanied by a sudden increase in engine speed, or contrary to the driver's driving intention. Can solve the problem of vehicle deceleration increasing rapidly,
The vehicle deceleration as intended by the driver can be realized for each accelerator pedal return speed when releasing the accelerator pedal.
[0014]

The control gain correction
First, in step S21, it is checked whether or not the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is 0, and when it is determined that the accelerator pedal is not released and the pedal is depressed, the control gain correction start flag fGAINstart is set in step S22. It is determined whether 1 (control gain correction start) or 0 (control gain uncorrected) is indicated.
[0026]
If it is determined in step S21 that the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is 0, the control gain correction start flag fGAINstart is set to 1 in step S23 to store that the control gain is being corrected. Next, in step S24, from the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP between the actual vehicle speed aVSP and the target vehicle speed tVSP obtained as described later, and the return speed when the accelerator pedal is released to make the accelerator pedal
The proportional control gain correction coefficient α and the integral control gain correction coefficient β are driven in accordance with the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP and the accelerator pedal return speed, respectively, as the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP increases and the accelerator pedal return speed decreases. This is for reducing the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki for force control.
[0027]
Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the proportional control gain correction coefficient α and the integral control gain correction coefficient β are set to constant values in the vicinity of 1 while the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP is less than the set values ΔVSP1 and ΔVSP3, respectively. When ΔVSP is larger than the set values ΔVSP2 and ΔVSP4, the value is smaller than 1, for example, 0.2. When the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP is between the smaller set value and the larger set value, the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP increases from 1 to 0. .2 shall decline toward
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the proportional control gain correction coefficient α and the integral control gain correction coefficient β are smaller as the accelerator pedal return speed is lower, while maintaining the above tendency with respect to the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP. Shall.
[0028]
The accelerator pedal return speed is calculated, for example, by executing a program shown in FIG.
In step S31, it is checked whether or not the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is 0. If the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is not 0, whether or not the current read value of the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is smaller than the previous read value in step S32. To check whether the accelerator pedal is being returned.
If it is determined in step S31 that the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is already 0, or if it is determined in step S32 that the accelerator pedal is not being returned, the control is terminated as it is, but in step S32 the accelerator pedal is depressed. When it is determined that the return operation toward APO = 0 is performed, the difference value obtained by subtracting the previous read value from the current read value of the accelerator pedal depression amount APO in step S33 is calculated by the control program of FIG. Divide by the period to find the accelerator pedal return speed.
[0029]
When it is determined in step S21 in FIG. 4 that the accelerator pedal is depressed, and the control gain correction start flag fGAINstart is still 1 in step S22 (the first time when the accelerator pedal is depressed) First, in step S25, the control gain correction start flag fGAINstart is reset to 0 in order to end the correction of the control gain. In step S26, the proportional control gain correction coefficient α and the integral control gain correction coefficient β are set respectively for the control gain. In step S27, the control gain correction end flag fGAINend is set to 1 in order to command the end of control gain correction.
Thereafter, the control proceeds to step S28 in step S22, where the control gain correction end flag fGAINend is reset to 0 and the control is ended, so that the proportional control gain correction coefficient is maintained until the next release of the accelerator pedal. α and integral control gain correction coefficient β are kept at 1 and both flags fGAINstart and fGAINend are kept at 0.

FIG. 9 exemplifies the relationship of the target acceleration tACC with respect to the vehicle speed VSP (target vehicle speed tVSP) for each accelerator pedal depression amount APO. The larger the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is, the larger the target acceleration tACC is set.
Further, in order to cope with the fact that as the vehicle speed increases, the running resistance increases and the realizable acceleration decreases, in FIG. 9, the target acceleration tACC decreases as the vehicle speed increases for the same accelerator pedal depression amount. Set to.

The
First, in step S11, it is determined whether the driving force control execution flag fSTART is 1 or 0. If the control execution flag fSTART is 0, that is, the driving force control switch 21 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) is OFF, or If the

If the control gain correction end flag fGAINend is 1, as in the case where it is determined in step S11 that the control execution flag fSTART is 0, the control proceeds to step S12 and the target obtained at the target vehicle speed tVSP and the previous control cycle. Initialization is performed by substituting the value of the vehicle speed aVSP for the previous value of the vehicle speed tVSP.
[0034]
If it is determined in step S13 that the control gain correction end flag fGAINend is not 1 (0), control proceeds to step S14, and the value obtained by adding the target acceleration tACC to the previous value of tVSP is set as the target vehicle speed tVSP, and the previous value of tVSP Is updated to the target vehicle speed tVSP value obtained by this calculation.
[0035]
The target vehicle speed tVSP newly calculated as described above is output to the target driving force calculation unit 50 (see FIG. 2) and also fed back to the target acceleration determining unit 41 (see FIG. 6) to calculate the target acceleration tACC. Provided.

Here, the proportional control gain Kp in the proportional control unit 53a is obtained by, for example, multiplying the proportional control gain Pgain, which is a standard determined on the assumption of traveling on a flat road, by the control gain correction coefficient α obtained as shown in FIGS. Therefore, the transfer function G of the feedback compensator 53 FB (s) is given by the following equation.
[Expression 4]
[0043]
Incidentally, the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki, which are feedback gains of the driving force control, respectively multiply the reference proportional control gain Pgain and the reference integral control gain Igain by the corresponding control gain correction coefficients α and β. And the control gain correction coefficients α and β according to the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP between the actual vehicle speed aVSP and the target vehicle speed tVSP and the accelerator pedal return speed when the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is zero. 5 and FIG. 6, the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki are the vehicle speed deviations as shown for the integral control gain Ki in FIG. 19 which is an operation time chart under the same conditions as in FIG. Correction to decrease as ΔVSP increases and decrease as accelerator pedal return speed is slow It is the thing.
[0044]
In the above description, both the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki are corrected. However, only one of them may be corrected, or the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki as in the present embodiment. Is more preferable because the degree of freedom in tuning becomes higher.
Then, the correction of the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki is not canceled by setting α = 1 and β = 1 in step S26 of FIG. 4 at the instant t3 (see FIG. 19) of the accelerator pedal. Needless to say.
Further, when the accelerator pedal is depressed, the control gain correction end flag fGAINend is instantly set to 1 in step S27 of FIG. 4, so that steps S12 and S13 of FIG. 10 are received as shown in FIG. The target vehicle speed tVSP can be initialized to the current vehicle speed aVSP, and the subsequent control can be continued.
At this time, the control gain correction end flag fGAINend of course initializes the

As is apparent from FIG. 13, it can be seen that the host vehicle speed aVSP follows the target vehicle speed tVSP very well.
As is clear from FIGS. 14 (A), (B), and (C), when the vehicle enters the uphill road, the drive torque command value cTDR is increased and then maintained at a substantially constant value to temporarily It can be seen that the vehicle speed aVSP, which has been reduced, is tracked and returned to the target vehicle speed tVSP.

[0052]
According to the driving force control apparatus according to the present embodiment as described above, the following effects are obtained as shown in FIGS. 17A, 17B, and 17C, which are driving force control operation time charts. It is done.
17 (A), (B), and (C) are the accelerations when the vehicle enters the uphill road with the accelerator pedal depression amount being constant, as in FIGS. 18 (A), (B), and (C). It also shows the time-series change in vehicle speed.
In this embodiment, as is apparent from FIGS. 17A, 17B, and 17C, even if the actual acceleration once decreases due to entering the uphill road, the actual acceleration immediately increases and reaches the target. The acceleration exceeds the acceleration and finally reaches the target acceleration, and the actual vehicle speed that has once decreased follows the target vehicle speed and finally reaches the target vehicle speed.
As in the conventional device described above with reference to FIGS. 18A, 18B, and 18C, the problem that the actual vehicle speed remains lowered despite the return of acceleration can be solved.
[0053]
According to the present embodiment, the following operational effects can also be achieved as shown in FIG. 19, which is an operation time chart under the same conditions as in FIG.
That is, after the accelerator pedal release time t1 in FIG. 19 when the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is set to 0, the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki, which are feedback gains of the driving force control, are described above with reference to FIGS. Since the correction factors α and β are corrected, the proportionality increases as the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP between the actual vehicle speed aVSP and the target vehicle speed tVSP increases, and as the accelerator pedal return speed becomes slower when the accelerator pedal depression amount APO is set to 0. The control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki are as small as typically shown in FIG. 19 for the integral control gain Ki.
[0054]
First, the effect of the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki being reduced as the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP increases will be described.
After the accelerator pedal release time t1 in FIG. 19, the vehicle speed aVSP does not decrease easily even though the accelerator pedal is released because of traveling on a steep downhill road, and the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP between the actual vehicle speed aVSP and the target vehicle speed tVSP increases as shown in the figure. Even in this case, the driving torque command value cTDR is not greatly reduced by decreasing the feedback gains Kp and Ki of the driving force control as the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP increases as described above, and it is apparent from the change over time of the transmission ratio aRATIO. This avoids the uncomfortable feeling that the engine speed aNe suddenly increases as described above with reference to FIG. 20 and the uncomfortable feeling that the vehicle deceleration increases against the driver's feeling. can do.
[0055]
Next, a description will be given of the operational effect of the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki becoming smaller as the accelerator pedal return speed is slower.
As is apparent from the comparison between the operation waveform indicated by the two-dot chain line when the accelerator pedal return speed is high and the operation waveform indicated by the solid line when the accelerator pedal return speed is slow after the accelerator pedal release time t1 in FIG.
When the driver releases the accelerator pedal slowly because no rapid deceleration is required, the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki are smaller than when the driver is released quickly, so that the amount of decrease in the drive torque command value cTDR is small. As is clear from the change over time in the transmission gear ratio aRATIO, the downshift tendency is weaker than when the accelerator pedal is released rapidly.
Therefore, as is clear from the time-series change in the engine speed aNe indicated by the solid line, there is a sudden increase in the engine speed aNe due to an unnecessary downshift, even though the accelerator pedal return speed is slowed because no rapid deceleration is required. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem that the vehicle suddenly decelerates or the vehicle deceleration rapidly increases against the driver's driving intention.
[0056]
Conversely, when the driver releases the accelerator pedal rapidly, the amount of decrease in the drive torque command value cTDR increases due to the larger proportional control gain Kp and integral control gain Ki than when the driver releases the accelerator pedal slowly. As is apparent from the change over time in the transmission gear ratio aRATIO, the downshift tendency is stronger than when the accelerator pedal is released slowly.
Therefore, when the accelerator pedal return speed is high, a rapid deceleration as required by the driver can be generated by a relatively quick downshift, and for each accelerator pedal return speed when releasing the accelerator pedal, the driver The vehicle deceleration as intended can be obtained.
[0057]
The correction of the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki in accordance with the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP and the accelerator pedal return speed is performed at α = 1 and β = in step S26 of FIG. The proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki are returned to the standard control gains Pgain and Igain as the above-mentioned reference as representatively shown for the integral control gain Ki in FIG. .
Further, at the instant t3 when the accelerator pedal is depressed, the control gain correction end flag fGAINend is set to 1 instantaneously at step S27 of FIG. 4, and accordingly, step S12 of FIG. 10 shows the target vehicle speed tVSP as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the vehicle speed aVSP at the instant t3 when the accelerator pedal is depressed is initialized.
The subsequent control can be continued by these, but the return of the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki to the standard gain and the initialization of the target vehicle speed tVSP to the actual vehicle speed aVSP are performed by the driver's accelerator. The vehicle speed can be increased without delay in response to the intention to accelerate by depressing the pedal, and there is no fear of stress.
[0058]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the standard proportional control gain used as a reference when the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki are corrected in accordance with the increase in the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP and the accelerator pedal return speed while the accelerator pedal is released. The proportional control gain Kp and integral control gain Ki are obtained by multiplying Pgain and integral control gain Igain by correction coefficients α and β, and proportional control is performed by operating the correction coefficients α and β according to the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP and the accelerator pedal return speed. Since the gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki are corrected according to the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP and the accelerator pedal return speed, the correction can be performed easily and inexpensively with a small amount of data.
[0059]
It should be noted that the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP used for correcting the proportional control gain Kp and the integral control gain Ki in the above embodiment is equivalent to the output tACCi of the integral control unit (integral compensator) 53b in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, instead of the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP, a proportional control gain correction coefficient α and an integral control gain correction coefficient β are determined as a function of the output tACCi of the integral control unit (integral compensator) 53b, and the proportional control gain Kp and integral control are determined. Even if the gain Ki is replaced with the vehicle speed deviation ΔVSP and the output tACCi of the integral control unit (integral compensator) 53b is increased in accordance with the output tACCi of the integral control unit (integral compensator) 53b, the gain Ki is determined to be smaller as described above. The effect of this can be achieved.
