Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a garbage dryer for effectively drying garbage from a market, a restaurant or a general household.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, most of the garbage from the market, restaurants, and ordinary households is currently sent to incineration facilities as combustible waste and incinerated, but the amount of emissions has been increasing year by year. This is one of the factors that put pressure on the finances of local governments.
[0003]
In addition, since such garbage is collected at a designated garbage collection site on a designated designated day, especially in the summer, the surrounding environment deteriorates due to its rotting odor, or small animals such as crows and cats are collected before garbage collection. There have been reports of damage such as feeding around the garbage collection area.
[0004]
For this reason, the present inventors have proposed a garbage dryer for dehydrating and drying the garbage in advance on the side of the generator generating the garbage to reduce its volume and weight.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 3, this kitchen garbage dryer has an air supply line b for supplying high-temperature drying air to a heating mixer a that dries the input garbage with high-temperature drying air while stirring. The exhaust gas line c that exhausts the air after drying is connected to the exhaust gas line c, and the deodorizing furnace d that decomposes and deodorizes the odor components in the exhaust gas with high heat, and the waste heat generated in the deodorizing furnace d has a high temperature. It is equipped with a heat exchanger e that generates drying air, and the volume of garbage is greatly reduced by forcibly drying the garbage, which is mostly moisture, with high-temperature drying air. , Trying to reduce the weight.
[0006]
That is, as shown in the figure, the hot garbage generated in the blower g and the heat exchanger e is heated from the air supply line b while the garbage put into the heating mixer a is stirred by the stirring blade h. When it is fed into the mixing mixer a, the garbage in the heating mixer a is forcibly heated and dried by the high-temperature drying air, so that the volume and volume of the garbage are greatly reduced. On the other hand, the drying air in the heating mixer a flows into the exhaust gas line c by heating and drying the garbage to the exhaust gas line c, and the odor component is decomposed by burning again at a high temperature in the deodorizing furnace d. After being deodorized and detoxified, the heat is recovered by the heat exchanger e and then released into the atmosphere.
[0007]
When the garbage is sufficiently dried in this manner, the air supply line b bypasses the heat exchanger e and sends low-temperature (room temperature) cooling air into the heating mixer a. The dried waste is sufficiently cooled and taken out, and then the dried waste is collected by bagging or the like and effectively used as fertilizer or livestock feed.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional heating mixer a for forcibly stirring and drying the garbage in this way, the air inlet of the air supply line b is connected to the top of the casing together with the exhaust port. When the amount of garbage to be produced is small, the air bypasses the upper space of the stirring blade h and flows out to the exhaust gas line c, so that the garbage cannot be effectively dried and cooled. It was.
[0009]
For this reason, it is conceivable that the upper space is made as narrow as possible to prevent air bypass. However, when the supplied air is exhausted, the air and the garbage (dry waste) can be reliably separated. Or it is indispensable for reasons such as efficiently putting garbage, and a certain amount of space must be maintained.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has been devised in order to effectively solve such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide novel heating capable of effectively flowing dry air and cooling air to garbage. A mixer is provided.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a substantially rectangular casing having a semi-cylindrical bottom portion, and supports a rotating shaft substantially coaxially with the bottom portion, and a plurality of surroundings around the rotating shaft. provided radially over the stirring blade in the longitudinal direction, it is provided with two baffle plates in the axial direction in the casing partitioned formed into three spaces the upper space in the casing, raw in the center of the three spaces In addition to providing an input port for charging waste, a discharge port for discharging treated waste is provided at the bottom of the central part, and a pair of air inlets that can be opened and closed at the bottom of the space on both sides of the central part. A pair of exhaust gas outlets that can be opened and closed at the top of the space on both sides of the central part, open only one of the pair of air inlets, close the other, and close the exhaust gas outlet located in the open air inlet space, Opened, opened Drying air or cooling air supplied from the air inlet, in which to flow from one side of the space into the space on the opposite side through the space of the central portion.
[0012]
That is, by providing an air inlet at the bottom of the casing, it becomes possible to reliably blow drying air or cooling air against garbage collected at the bottom of the casing even when the stirring blade is stationary and in an unstirred state. The garbage can be effectively dried and cooled. Further, by providing a baffle plate in the upper space in the casing, air bypass from the upper space to the exhaust gas outlet can be prevented and the waste can be effectively flowed to the garbage. A cooling process can be performed.
[0014]
Further, the pair of air inlets and the pair of exhaust gas outlets are appropriately opened and closed, and the drying air or the cooling air is divided into three spaces formed on one side of the upper space from the space on the opposite side to the space on the opposite side, or If it is made to flow alternately in the opposite direction, drying and cooling can be performed uniformly and drying and cooling unevenness can be eliminated, and favorable drying and cooling processing can be performed.
