【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技機の裏カバー部材に関し、更に詳細には、遊技盤裏側および遊技装置の覆蓋保護を図るための裏カバー部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種の遊技機では、ゲーム内容別に区分される何れの機種(図柄組合わせ入賞開放ゲームを展開し得る第１種パチンコ機、役物開閉ゲームを展開し得る第２種パチンコ機、権利発生ゲームを展開し得る第３種パチンコ機)にあっても、各機種に共通的に使用される基本構成部材として、外枠に開閉および着脱可能に組付けられる中枠の前後各部に、前枠およびガラス扉、上球皿および下球皿、球送り・発射装置、各種の球処理部等を有する機構セット盤、そして電飾表示部材等が夫々組付けセットされている。そしてこのような基本構成にあって、中枠の正面内部のセット枠に、所要の遊技盤が前側または裏側から着脱交換可能にセットされている。

また、何れの機種にあっても夫々の遊技盤には、入賞具や通入具の他に、図柄ドラムや図柄ベルトまたは液晶表示部等を具備する遊技装置、電動式入賞装置、スイッチ付き入賞具、遊技表示具、ランプ類等の電気的遊技器具(以下、これらを総称して遊技装置と云う)を適宜選択配置して、所要とするゲーム内容が設定されている。前記遊技装置は、前後方向に嵩張る大型のサイズに形成されており、パチンコ機の後方へ突出している。また、前記遊技盤等には、前側に開口する裏カバー部材が開閉可能に配設されて、該裏カバー部材を閉成した際に前記遊技装置の背面側を覆蓋保護するようになっている。

ところで、近年、前記遊技装置で行なう遊技演出内容が複雑高度化しており、パチンコ機全体を制御する主制御基板に形成される制御回路が複雑になると共に大型化し、該主制御基板の保守点検作業が煩雑になっていた。そこで、前記主制御基板から音楽を制御する機能を分離して別の独立した音制御基板を設け、該主制御基板の保守点検作業を容易にする構成が知られている。この場合に、新たに増加する音制御基板を収容した基板ケースを、前記裏カバー部材内部における背面側にネジ止めしたものがある(例えば、特許文献１参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記パチンコ機を設置する遊技場(所謂ホール)は、各パチンコ機の背面側を夫々対向する状態で設置するよう設置台が構成されており、パチンコ機の背面側に突出し得る大きさは限られる。このため、前述の如く、前記裏カバー部材の背面に前記基板ケースを取り付けた場合には、パチンコ機の後方突出寸法が増大し、設置台に対向配置したパチンコ機の背面同士が接触する畏れもある。また、パチンコ機の後方突出寸法を小さくすると、前記裏カバー部材で覆蓋保護し得る遊技装置の小型化を招来し、該遊技装置で行なう遊技演出は迫力やインパクトに欠けるものとなって遊技の興趣が低下する問題も指摘される。更に、前記基板ケース(音制御基板)を前記裏カバー部材に着脱するに際しては、ドライバ等の工具が必要となるため、作業性が悪化して作業時間が長くなる欠点がある。また、パチンコ機の裏側には多数の部材が取り付けられていることから、前記基板ケースを着脱する際にネジを落して紛失する難点がある。なお、紛失したネジが他の部材に挟まった状態でパチンコ機を稼働すると、動作異常等の不具合が生ずる畏れもある。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、後方側への突出寸法を抑制し得ると共にネジを使用することなく基板ケースを容易に着脱可能な遊技機の裏カバー部材を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を克服し、所期の目的を達成するために、本願発明に係る遊技機の裏カバー部材は、
遊技盤(J)の前面側に臨む遊技装置(15b)を該遊技盤(J)の裏側から被覆したボックス状の裏カバー部材(20)の内部に、遊技機(P)を構成する所要部材を制御する制御基板(28)を収容した基板ケース(30)を配設するよう構成した遊技機において、
前記ボックス状の裏カバー部材(20)に形成され、該裏カバー部材(20)の内部側面(21c)に前記基板ケース(30)を取り付けるための第１の係合手段(23,24)と、
前記基板ケース(30)に形成され、前記第１の係合手段(23,24)に係脱可能に係合する第２の係合手段(36,38)とからなり、
前記第１の係合手段(23,24)と第２の係合手段(36,38)とを係合させることで、前記基板ケース(30)を裏カバー部材(20)の内部側面(21c)に取り付けるよう構成し、
前記第１の係合手段 (23,24) を、前記遊技装置 (15b) を被覆した際に該遊技装置 (15b) の背面と対向する対向面 (21a) に形成されて内側に突出する突出部 (24) と、前記対向面 (21a) に連接する内部側面 (21c) に穿設した孔部 (23) とで構成し、
前記第２の係合手段 (36,38) を、基板ケース (30) の一方の側部に形成されて、前記突出部 (24) に係合して前記内部側面 (21c) からの基板ケース (30) の離間を規制する取着部 (36) と、基板ケース (30) の他方の側部に形成されて、前記孔部 (23) に嵌合する突部 (38) とから構成して、前記突出部 (24) を取着部 (36) に係合させると共に、前記孔部 (23) に前記突部 (38) を嵌合させることで、前記内部側面 (21c) への前記基板ケース (30) の取り付けがなされることを特徴とする。

なお、前記基板ケース(30)を、前記制御基板(28)を載置する平板状の設置部(31)と、該設置部(31)に固定されて該制御基板(28)を被覆するケース部(32)とから構成し、前記裏カバー部材(20)の内部側面(21c)に該基板ケース(30)を取り付けた際に、前記設置部(31)が内部側面(21c)に密着するよう構成することもできる。

【作用】
本発明は、ボックス状に形成した裏カバー部材の内部側面に、第１の係合手段と第２の係合手段とを介して基板ケースを着脱可能に取り付けるようにしたので、遊技機の後方突出寸法を抑制し得ると共に、遊技装置をできる限り大型化することができる。また、基板ケースをネジ等で固定しないから、該基板ケースを着脱するに際してドライバ等の工具が必要なく、作業性が向上して、作業時間の短縮を図り得ると共に、ネジが他の部材の間に挟まる等の不具合を生ずる畏れもない。更に、前記基板ケース内に、前記裏カバー部材が被覆する遊技装置を制御する制御基板を収容するよう構成することで、該基板ケースと遊技装置とを接続する配線を短くでき、基板ケースの取扱いが容易になると共に、配線が占有するスペースを少なくして遊技装置を大型化することが可能である。そして、前記裏カバー部材のヒンジ形成側に基板ケースを配設することで、該基板ケースを裏カバー部材における他面部に配設した場合に較べて裏カバー部材を少し開放するだけで該基板ケースを視認し得るようになり、当該基板ケースの着脱の容易化を図ると共に、裏カバー部材の開放を許容する配線長を短くすることができる。また、基板ケースを裏カバー部材の内部側面に取り付けるに際し、基板ケースの制御基板を載置する設置部を内部側面に密着させることにより、該基板ケースと裏カバー部材との接触面積を広くできるから、基板ケースを裏カバー部材に安定して取り付けることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技機の裏カバー部材につき、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。なお、本実施例では、遊技機として、主たる図柄組合わせゲームを行なう主表示装置と、補助的な遊技演出を行なう補助表示装置を備えたパチンコ機を例示する。

(パチンコ機について)
先ず実施例に係るパチンコ機の概略構成について、図１または図２を参照して説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐは、外枠Ａの開口前面側に対して中枠Ｂが、連結支持手段Ｋおよび施錠手段(図示せず)を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして各機種に共用される遊技構成部材として、中枠Ｂの前側には、横開き式のガラス扉Ｄを組付けた前枠Ｃ、このガラス扉Ｄの下部に開放可能に取着した開閉板の前側にセットした上球皿Ｅおよび裏側にセットされた電動式の球送り装置(図示せず)、下段に位置する下球皿Ｆおよび打球発射装置Ｈ等が夫々設置されていると共に、該中枠Ｂの裏側には、アウト球、セーフ球および賞球の各処理部や各種電気部品およびパチンコ機Ｐを構成する所要部位を制御する制御基板等を備えた機構セット盤Ｇが着脱可能にセットされている。また、この機構セット盤Ｇの略中央部には、後述する遊技盤Ｊにおける遊技領域Ｉの裏面に適合する開口広さの窓口Ｍが画成されている。なお、以下の説明において、前後および左右とは、図２に示すようにパチンコ機Ｐを裏側から見た場合において指称するものとする。

(遊技盤について)
そして、前記中枠Ｂの裏側には、前記ガラス扉Ｄおよび上球皿Ｅを開放したもとで、遊技盤Ｊが着脱交換可能にセットされる。ちなみにこの遊技盤Ｊについては、「第１種パチンコ機」に係るタイプのものを例とし、案内レール１０内の遊技領域Ｉにおいて、遊技装置として普通入賞具１３,１３や球案内車１２(「風車」ともいう)の他に、スイッチ付きの始動入賞具１１、図柄組合わせゲーム用の液晶表示部を備えた主表示装置１５ａ、補助的な遊技演出を行なう補助表示装置(遊技装置)１５ｂ、電動式の大型入賞装置１４、ランプ表示具１６等の電気的遊技器具が夫々配設され、当該遊技盤Ｊに固有のゲーム内容が設定されている。また遊技盤Ｊの裏面には、前記主表示装置１５ａおよび補助表示装置１５ｂを囲繞する形状に合成樹脂成形されたセーフ球排出部材１７(図４参照)が取着され、前記各入賞具１１,１３,１４に入ったセーフ球を前記機構セット盤Ｇに配設したセーフ球処理通路(図示せず)へ排出案内するようになっている。なお実施例では、セーフ球排出部材１７の左側に形成したセーフ球の通出案内を図る樋部１８の背面に、遊技盤Ｊに取着された前記各電気的遊技機器に係る中継基板１９が設置されたものを示す。

(裏カバー部材について)
このようなパチンコ機Ｐにあって、前記セーフ球排出部材１７の背面側には、全ての機種の共用部材とされた裏カバー部材２０がヒンジ４１を介して着脱および開閉可能に装着されており、前記遊技盤Ｊ、前記主表示装置１５ａおよび補助表示装置１５ｂの背面側を被覆すると共に、該補助表示装置１５ｂを制御する制御基板２８を収容した基板ケース３０(後述)の取付部材としても機能するものである。図３または図４に示すように、前記裏カバー部材２０は、被覆した主表示装置１５ａおよび補助表示装置１５ｂの背面と対向する背面部(対向面)２１ａと、該背面部２１ａに連接する上面部２１ｂ、左側面部(内部側面)２１ｃおよび右側面部２１ｄとから、前記セーフ球排出部材１７側および下方に開口するボックス状に形成される。また、前記裏カバー部材２０は、前記セーフ球排出部材１７を略全面的に被覆し得る開口サイズに設定されると共に、遊技盤Ｊから後方へ突出した前記主表示装置１５ａおよび補助表示装置１５ｂを完全に収容し得る奥行き(深さ)寸法に設定されている(図４参照)。また、前記上面部２１ｂ、左側面部２１ｃおよび右側面部２１ｄの夫々には適宜の勾配が付与されて、これら内部側面２１ｂ,２１ｃ,２１ｄの夫々は背面部２１ａから遊技盤Ｊに向かって拡開する形状を呈して、特に上面部２１ｂへ落下したパチンコ球の停留を防止するようになっている。

前記裏カバー部材２０を開閉可能に支持する前記ヒンジ４１は、図３に示すように、前記左側面部２１ｃの外側で上下に離間して水平に延出形成した支持片４２,４２に上下に貫通するよう開口した支持孔(図示せず)と、前記セーフ球排出部材１７における樋部１８の上下に離間する位置に水平に形成した支持受片から垂直上方へ立設形成した支持軸(何れも図示せず)とから構成されている。すなわち、前記裏カバー部材２０の各支持孔に、対応的に支持軸を挿通することで、該裏カバー部材２０が左右方向に回動(横開き)可能に支持される。なお、前記右側面部２１ｄの端縁部から右外方へ延出したフランジ部２１ｅの上下に離間する位置には、出没式の第１の係止具(ピン状の留め具)４８,４８が配設されると共に、裏カバー部材２０を閉成した際に、前記セーフ球排出部材１７の右側における該第１の係止具４８,４８に対応する位置には、当該第１の係止具４８,４８の端部が嵌脱可能な係止筒部４９,４９を形成してある(図４参照)。従って、第１の係止具４８,４８と係止筒部４９,４９とを利用することで、裏カバー部材２０がセーフ球排出部材１７に係脱(施錠および解錠)可能に係止されるようになっている。

そして、前記背面部２１ａにおいては、前記主表示装置１５ａにおける本体部の背面側に対応した位置に、上下所要間隔毎に形成される複数の横長スリット状の放熱口２２が設けられ、前記主表示装置１５ａや補助表示装置１５ｂ等から発生する熱を、裏カバー部材２０の内部から機外へ排出し得るよう構成される。また、前記裏カバー部材２０の下方開口を介して、前記各遊技装置や主表示装置１５ａ等に接続される各配線(図示せず)の配線処理の利便を図ると共に、前記主表示装置１５ａの本体部の冷却に供される外部冷気を裏カバー部材２０の内部へ導入し得るようになっている。

図３,図４または図６に示すように、前記ヒンジ４１を形成した左側面部２１ｃには、内外方向に貫通する孔部(第１の係合手段)２３が穿設されており、該孔部２３に前記基板ケース３０の後述する第２の係止具(第２の係合手段)３８を係脱可能に係合させるようになっている。また、前記背面部２１ａにおける左側面部２１ｃから所要距離だけ離間する位置には、図４または図６に示すように、裏カバー部材２０の内部側に突出する突出部(第１の係合手段)２４が一体的に成形されて、該突出部２４と前記左側面部２１ｃとの間に所要の隙間２７を形成してある。また、前記突出部２４における裏カバー部材２０の外部側は、後方に開口するよう凹む収容部２５が画成されており、該収容部２５に、例えば大当り情報や始動入賞具１１への入賞数等の遊技情報信号を集約して出力する情報出力基板２６が設置されるよう構成される。ここで、前記収容部２５の奥行き(深さ)寸法は、該収容部２５に設置した情報出力基板２６が前記背面部２１ａより後方に突出しないように設定されている。なお、突出部２４(収容部２５)の下部隅角部には、情報出力基板２６の下縁部を挿入係止するためのスリット２４ａ(図７参照)が設けられると共に、上部隅角部近傍にはビスをねじ込むためのボス２４ｂ,２４ｂが形成されており、該情報出力基板２６は簡単なビス締め作業で取着し得るよう構成してある。

(基板ケースについて)
前記基板ケース３０は、前述の如く前記補助表示装置１５ｂを制御する制御基板２８を保護するものであって、図５(b)に示すように、平板状に形成されて該制御基板２８を載置する台部(設置部)３１と、該台部３１に取り付けられて制御基板２８の上方を被覆すると共に、当該台部３１との間に制御基板２８を挟持するケース部３２とから構成される。ここで、前記基板ケース３０の説明に関しては、図５(a)に示す状態を基準として前後および左右を指称するものとする。なお、前記ケース部３２の前面には、多数の放熱用通孔３２ａが形成してある。

図５(a),(b)に示すように、前記ケース部３２の左側部３２ｂには、前記裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃと、前記突出部２４との間の隙間２７に挿入可能な取着部(第２の係合手段)３６が突設されており、該取着部３６を該左側面部２１ｃと突出部２４との間の隙間２７に挿入した際に、当該突出部２４に取着部３６が当接(係合)するよう構成してある。このとき、前記基板ケース３０の台部３１は、前記裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃに密着するようになっている。また、前記取着部３６における上下方向の長さ寸法は、前記突出部２４の上下方向の幅寸法より僅かに大きく設定されると共に、該取着部３６の上下端部に、前方に向かって延出する一対の規制片３６ａ,３６ａが形成されている。すなわち、前記左側面部２１ｃと突出部２４との間の隙間２７に前記取着部３６を挿入した際に、前記規制片３６ａ,３６ａが突出部２４を上下から挟んで位置するよう構成されている(図７参照)。なお、前記取着部３６の前面３６ｂは、前記ケース部３２から離間するにつれて後方に向かって傾斜するよう形成されて、図６(b)に示すように、前記基板ケース３０の台部３１を前記裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃに当接した際に、該台部３１に対する前面３６ｂの傾斜角度と、該左側面部２１ｃに対する前記突出部２４における対向面２４ｃの傾斜角度とが略同一となるよう設定される。

また、前記ケース部３２の右側部３２ｃにおける上下方向の略中央位置には、外方に向かって突出する突出片３７が形成されると共に、該突出片３７に前記裏カバー部材２０の孔部２３に係脱可能な出没式の第２の係止具３８が取り付けられる。ここで、前記第２の係止具３８は、前記取着部３６を裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃと突出部２４との間の隙間２７に挿入した際に、その端部が前記孔部２３と整列する位置に形成され、該孔部２３に第２の係止具３８の端部を挿入した状態で、第２の係止具３８を操作することにより端部が膨大して係合するようになっている。なお、前記ケース部３２の右側部３２ｃ側には後方に向かって凹む段部３４が形成されて、該段部３４に開設したコネクタ通孔３４ａ,３４ａを介して前記制御基板２８に形成したコネクタ受部２８ａ,２８ａが、該ケース部３２の外部に露出するよう構成してある。そして、前記コネクタ受部２８ａ,２８ａには、前記補助表示装置１５ｂおよび電源供給用の電源基板５１(図２参照)と接続する配線(図示せず)が取り付けてある。

【実施例の作用】
次に、本実施例に係る遊技機の裏カバー部材の作用につき説明する。前記ヒンジ４１を介して前記裏カバー部材２０を回動し、前記主表示装置１５ａおよび補助表示装置１５ｂの背面側を被覆する状態で前記第１の係止具４８,４８を前記係止筒部４９,４９に係合させることで、該裏カバー部材２０は閉成状態で保持される。このため、前記機構セット盤Ｇの球通出経路に給出されたパチンコ球が落下しても、前記主表示装置１５ａや補助表示装置１５ｂに接触し損傷させることはない。また、前記裏カバー部材２０の上面部２１ｂを傾斜させてあるから、前述の如く落下したパチンコ球が上面部２１ｂに停留するのを防止し得る。更に、前記第１の係止具４８,４８と係止筒部４９,４９との係合を解除するだけで前記裏カバー部材２０を開放することができ、前記主表示装置１５ａや補助表示装置１５ｂ等の交換作業や、メンテナンス作業を容易に行ない得る。

また、前記裏カバー部材２０における内側の左側面部２１ｃに基板ケース３０を配設するよう構成してあるから、前述したと同様にパチンコ球が該基板ケース３０に接触することはなく、前記制御基板２８の動作不良等を招来することはない。そして、前記裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃに前記基板ケース３０を配設することにより、前記主表示装置１５ａおよび補助表示装置１５ｂの背面を、裏カバー部材２０の背面部２１ａに近接させ得るようになるから、該主表示装置１５ａおよび補助表示装置１５ｂを最大限まで大型化して迫力やインパクトに優れた遊技演出を行ない得る。また、前記裏カバー部材２０の背面部２１ａに基板ケース３０を配設していないから、該裏カバー部材２０の後方突出寸法を小さくすることができ、遊技場に対向配置したパチンコ機Ｐの背面同士が干渉し合うのを防止し得る。

ここで、前記裏カバー部材２０に対する前記基板ケース３０の取付方法について説明する。前記基板ケース３０は、該基板ケース３０の左側部３２ｂに形成した取着部３６を、前記裏カバー部材２０の前記突出部２４と左側面部２１ｃとの間の隙間２７に挿入すると共に、当該基板ケース３０の右側部３２ｃに形成した第２の係止具３８を、前裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃに形成した前記孔部２３に嵌合することで取り付けられる。すなわち、前記基板ケース３０は、前記突出部２４と取着部３６との係合、および前記孔部２３と第２の係止具３８との係合により、前記左側面部２１ｃからの離間が規制されるから、該基板ケース３０が左側面部２１ｃから脱落することなく所定位置に配置させることができる。すなわち、前記基板ケース３０を裏カバー部材２０にネジを使用して固定しないから、ドライバ等の工具を使用する必要がなく、該基板ケース３０の着脱作業の作業性が向上して作業時間の短縮を図ると共に、部品点数(ネジ)を削減してコストの低減を図り得る。また、ネジを使用しないので、基板ケース３０の着脱時に紛失したネジが他の部材に挟まる畏れはなく、このようなネジの挟み込みを原因とするパチンコ機Ｐの動作異常等の不具合は防止される。

また、前記基板ケース３０の台部３１に対する前面３６ｂの傾斜角度と、前記裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃに対する前記突出部２４の対向面２４ｃの傾斜角度とを略同一の角度となるよう設定してあるから、該取着部３６を前記突出部２４と左側面部２１ｃとの間の隙間２７に挿入した際に、基板ケース３０の台部３１が裏カバー部材２０の左側面２１ｃに密着し、基板ケース３０をガタツクことなく確実に取り付けることができる。更に、基板ケース３０における収容した制御基板２８に近接する台部３１を、裏カバー部材２０の左側面部２１ｃに密着するよう構成したので、該基板ケース３０と裏カバー部材２０との接触面積が広くなり、基板ケース３０を裏カバー部材２０に安定して取り付けられると共に、該ケース２０内部への基板ケース３０の突出寸法を抑えることができ、当該ケース３０が前記主表示装置１５ａや補助表示装置１５ｂに干渉するのを防止できる。

そして、前記取着部３６の前面３６ｂを、外側に向かうにつれて後方に傾斜するよう構成したから、前記突出部２４と左側面部２１ｃとの間の隙間２７に該取着部３６を容易に挿入できる。ここで、前記取着部３６における前記突出部２４を上下から挟む位置に規制片３６ａ,３６ａが夫々形成してあるから、該取着部３６を突出部２４と左側面部２１ｃとの間に挿入することで前記基板ケース３０の上下方向の移動が規制されて、より確実に該基板ケース３０を前記左側面部２１ｃの所定位置に取り付けることが可能である。また、前記規制片３６ａ,３６ａにより取着部３６の隙間２７からの脱落は防止されるから、前記基板ケース３０の着脱の作業性が向上される。
