Description

The present invention relates to a gaming machine, and more particularly to a gaming machine in which a control device for electrically controlling various gaming parts is disposed on a mechanism set board provided on the back side of the machine.

For example, in a pachinko machine or an arrangement ball machine, which is one of the representative examples of gaming machines, various winning holes and guide cars are arranged on the gaming board set in the machine, while a symbol display device, a winning device, lamps, etc. In addition, other electrical components such as a speaker are arranged. Further, a mechanism set board in which a ball passage of various game balls is formed is provided on the back side of the gaming machine, and a control board for controlling each electrical component is provided on the board case as a mechanism set board. The accommodated control device is arranged. Here, as the control device, for example, there are provided various control devices such as a main control device that controls the entire gaming machine, a sub-control device provided corresponding to each electric component, and a power supply control device that performs power supply control. It has been. Then, each control device controls the corresponding electrical component, so that the symbol display game is played on the symbol display device, and in response to the symbol variation game, the lamps are made to emit light or a sound effect is emitted from a speaker. Or play the required game.

By the way, if the control device is disposed on the mechanism set panel as it is, malfunction may occur in the control device due to noise generated from other control devices or the like. It is necessary to do. As a noise countermeasure for such a control device, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a shield member made of a conductive material is disposed on the back surface of the control device (the surface facing the mechanism set panel). In order to prevent noise, the control device is known to prevent malfunction. In addition, the said shield member is attached with respect to the said control apparatus so that attachment or detachment or rotation is possible. That is, in the control device disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is possible to prevent the malfunction of the control device with a simple configuration by simply attaching the shield member, and only to attach or detach or rotate the shield plate as necessary. Thus, the control board inside the control apparatus can be visually observed from the outside so that the abnormality of the control board can be confirmed.

Here, the shield member is a member that can be used as it is as long as there is no change in the outer shape of the control device even when it is necessary to replace the control device with a new control device. However, since the shield member is directly attached to the control device, when the control device is replaced, the shield member is also replaced, resulting in an increase in waste and a factor of increasing costs. When the shield member is detachably provided on the control device, the above-described problem does not occur if the shield member is removed and replaced with a new control device. However, in this case, since complicated replacement work is required, work efficiency such as model change is lowered. Further, the shield member removed from the original control device must be stored until it is attached to a new control device, so that it is necessary to secure the storage space, and in some cases, the removed shield member may be lost. There is.

In addition, when changing the model, the outer shape of the control device may be changed. In this case, the size of the shield member attached to the original control device will not match, so the shape of the shield member will also be changed. It is necessary to point out the problem of increasing costs. Further, in the configuration in which the shield member is attached to the control device, the shape of the shield member needs to be formed in accordance with the shape of the control device, and the shape of the shield member is limited. Here, the control device may be handled separately from the gaming machine, and it is preferable to suppress the weight of the control device as much as possible in consideration of convenience such as storage, transportation, and attachment to the gaming machine. . In this case, since there is a limit in reducing the weight of the control device itself, the weight of the shield member is inevitably reduced. Therefore, since the shape of the shield member is consequently limited to a simple flat plate shape and thin and light, there is a portion where the noise blocking effect on the control device is not perfect.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a gaming machine that can be used in common without changing the shield member when changing the model.

In order to overcome the above-mentioned problems and achieve the intended purpose, a gaming machine according to the present invention includes:
In a gaming machine in which a control device (20) for various electrical components is detachably arranged on a mechanism set board (30) provided on the back side of the machine,
A shield member (40) that blocks noise from the noise generation source (21) is connected to the control device (20) and the noise generation source (21) via a mounting portion (35) formed on the mechanism set panel (30). Is disposed on the mechanism set panel (30) so as to be positioned between the control device (20) and the noise generation source (21) in a state of overlapping
The mounting portion (35) includes a first engagement portion (36) formed to protrude rearward from the mechanism set board (30), and is spaced apart from the first engagement portion (36) laterally. An opening (38) that is formed at a position that opens to the side facing the first engagement portion (36),
The control device (20) includes a second engaging portion (24a) that can be engaged with the first engaging portion (36) and a first protruding portion that can be inserted into the opening (38). 25) together is provided, et al is,
Wherein the shield member (40), said first engaging portion (36) and engageable third engagement portion (41) and insertable shield member to the opening (38) (40) There is provided a second protrusion (42) having an inclined surface (42a) that protrudes laterally from the end and inclines toward the mechanism set panel (30) as it is separated from the third engagement portion (41). And
Said second projecting portion (42) at Moto inserted into the opening (38), Rukoto engaged with said first engaging portion (36) and the third engaging portion (41) The shield member (40) is attached to the attachment portion (35) , and the first engagement portion (36) is inserted with the first protrusion (25) inserted into the opening (38 ). When together with the control device the second engagement portion and (24a) in Rukoto engaged (20) is so that structure attached to the mounting portion (35),
The control device (20) is a second control device (21) having a dedicated board that needs to be replaced when the model is changed, and the noise generating source (21) is a second board having a common board that does not need to be replaced when the model is changed. ,
The second control device (21) is detachably accommodated in an accommodation recess (34) formed to open to the rear of the mechanism set board (30), and a shield attached to the attachment portion (35). The member (40) is configured to close the rear opening of the housing recess (34),
The control device (20) is arranged on the rear side of the shield member (40) so that the control device (20) and the second control device (21) are positioned so as to overlap with each other through the shield member (40). Is arranged .

The gaming machine according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured such that the shield member is attached to the back side of the mechanism set board , so that only the control device can be replaced when the model is changed or the control device fails or is damaged. In other words, since the shield member can be used as it is, waste and cost do not increase when the control device is replaced. Further, since it is not necessary to remove the shield member from the control device when replacing or maintaining the control device, the work can be easily performed and the shield member is not lost. And even if it is a case where the external shape of a control apparatus is changed, it is not necessary to change the shape of a shield member, and also in this case, there exists an advantage which can suppress a waste material and cost. Furthermore, since the shield member is attached to the back side of the middle frame, the shape and the like of the shield member can be arbitrarily determined without being constrained by the weight, so that noise can be blocked more reliably. The shield member is configured not to be handled integrally with the control device, so that the control device can be stored, transported, attached to a gaming machine, etc. even when the weight of the shield member is increased. There will be no decrease in convenience.

Further, the third engagement portion of the shield member is engaged with the first engagement portion of the mechanism set board in a state where the second protrusion formed on the shield member is inserted into the opening formed on the mechanism set board . By combining, the shield member can be attached to the mechanism set panel , and the second engaging portion of the control device is inserted into the opening with the first protrusion formed in the control device inserted into the opening . By engaging with the engaging portion, the control device can be attached to the mechanism set board . Thus, since it is not necessary to form the attachment part corresponding to each of a control apparatus and a shield member, while being able to aim at cost reduction, a space margin can also be made. Further, when the control device is mounted with the shield member attached to the mounting portion by tilting the second projection portion of the shield member toward the mechanism set panel side, the first protrusion portion of the control device Can be easily inserted into the opening.

In addition , since the shield member is located between the control device and the second control device as a noise generation source, malfunction of the control device due to noise even when both control devices are arranged in an overlapping manner. Can be prevented from happening. Similarly, since the noise generated due to the control device is also blocked by the shield member, it is possible to prevent malfunction from occurring in the second control device due to the noise. Furthermore, by arranging the control device and the second control device in the front-rear direction, there is a space margin in the surface direction of the inner frame, so the degree of freedom in installing other members on the back side of the inner frame is improved. Can be. Therefore, various members can be arranged with a margin on the back side of the middle frame, and a new member that has never been available can be installed. In addition, the control device accommodates a dedicated board that needs to be replaced when the model is changed and arranges the control device behind the shield member, and the second control device accommodates a common board that does not need to be replaced when the model is changed. By disposing the second control device in the housing recess, the work can be performed without removing the shield member when the model is changed or the control device is broken or damaged, and the work efficiency is improved.

Next, preferred embodiments 1 and 2 of the gaming machine according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the first and second embodiments, a general pachinko machine that uses a pachinko ball as a game medium will be described as an example. In the following description, “left” and “right” refer to the pachinko machine 10 as viewed from the back side as shown in FIG.

First, a schematic configuration of the pachinko machine according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In the pachinko machine 10, the inner frame 12 can be attached to and detached from the front side of the opening of the outer frame 11 forming the outer shell by using connection support means and locking means (both not shown) provided in the pachinko machine 10. It is assembled to. A game board (not shown) constituting a required game area is attached to the middle frame 12 so as to be detachable and replaceable, and a front frame 13 having a glass plate on the front side of the middle frame 12 is opened and closed. Further, on the back side of the middle frame 12, a main control device (control device) 20 that controls the entire pachinko machine 10, and a power supply control device (second control device) that controls the power supplied to various electrical components and the like. 21 and a mechanism set panel 30 to which various control devices such as a payout control device 27 are attached. That is, in the pachinko machine 10 according to the first embodiment, a player operates the handle unit 18 to fire a pachinko ball in the upper ball dish, so that a required game is performed based on the control of the main controller 20. It is supposed to be.

Here, the various control devices 20, 21, 27 arranged in the pachinko machine 10 are configured by accommodating a control board (not shown) in a protective case 22 made of transparent resin, and from the outside of the protective case 22. The control board can be visually recognized. The control board accommodated in the protective case 22 of the main control device 20 specifies the game content to be played by the pachinko machine 10, and is a so-called model change in which the game content is changed by exchanging a game board or the like. It is a dedicated board that sometimes needs to be replaced. On the other hand, the control board accommodated in the protective case 22 of the power supply control device 21 controls power supply to the control devices 20 and 27 and can be used between different models. It is a common board that sometimes does not require replacement. Further, one side edge (the right edge in FIG. 3) of the protective case 22 of the main control device 20 protrudes from the side edge toward the outside of the case at two locations separated in the vertical direction. Support portions 24 and 24 are formed, and first engagement holes (second engagement portions) 24a and 24a penetrating in the front-rear direction are formed in the support portions 24 and 24, respectively. Further, the other side edge portion (left side edge portion in FIG. 2) of the protective case 22 of the main control device 20 protrudes substantially perpendicularly to the side edge portion at two locations that are separated from each other in the vertical direction (that is, FIG. 2) (first projecting portions 25, 25 projecting to the left).

The mechanism set board 30 is formed in a rectangular shape that substantially matches the outer shape of the middle frame 12, and the back surface of the game board faces the back of the pachinko machine 10 through a window 31 that is opened in the approximate center. It is configured. Further, a ball tank 32 for storing pachinko balls supplied from an external ball supply facility is disposed on the upper side of the mechanism set board 30, and the pachinko balls in the ball tank 32 are placed on the right side of the window 31. The upper ball tray and the lower ball tray are supplied through a ball passage 33 provided in the section. Further, an accommodation recess 34 that is recessed forward is formed on the mechanism set panel 30 below the window 31 (see FIG. 2).

The opening size of the housing recess 34 is such that it substantially matches the surface of the power supply control device 21 facing the mechanism set board 30, and the depth dimension of the housing recess 34 in the front-rear direction is that of the power supply control device 21. It is set larger than the length dimension in the front-rear direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the power supply control device 21 can be completely accommodated in the accommodation recess 34. Further, an attachment portion 35 for removably attaching the main control device 20 is formed in the mechanism set panel 30 in the vicinity of the accommodating recess 34, and the main control device 20 is connected to the main control device 20 via the attachment portion 35. The power supply control device 21 is attached in a positional relationship overlapping with the front and rear (see FIGS. 1 to 3). In the first embodiment, the power supply control device 21 is detachably disposed in the housing recess 34 by a conventionally known engagement means, screwing, or the like.

Further, between the power supply control device 21 housed in the housing recess 34 and the main control device 20 attached to the attachment portion 35, a conductive material such as a metal plate is used as shown in FIGS. The formed noise shielding shield member 40 is arranged to prevent the noise generated in the power supply control device 21 from reaching the main control device 20, and the noise generated in the main control device 20 is controlled by the power supply. It does not reach the device 21. That is, in the pachinko machine 10 according to the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the power supply control device 21 that does not require replacement when changing the model is disposed between the shield member 40 and the mechanism set panel 30. At the same time, the main controller 20 that needs to be replaced at the time of change is arranged on the opposite side of the shield member 40 from the mechanism set board 30 (that is, outside the pachinko machine 10).

As shown in FIG. 3, the attachment portion 35 is an engagement protrusion (first engagement portion) that is detachably engaged with the first engagement holes 24a, 24a formed in the main controller 20. ) 36, 36, 39, 39, and openings 38, 38 into which the first protrusions 25, 25 formed in the main controller 20 can be inserted. In the first embodiment, the engaging protrusions 36, 36, 39, 39 are formed at four positions that are spaced apart in the vertical direction. The main control device 20 is used for mounting, and the two engaging protrusions 39 and 39 therebetween are used for mounting the payout control device 27. Here, since the shape of the engagement protrusion 36 for attaching the main control device 20 and the engagement protrusion 39 for attaching the payout control device 27 are the same, only the engagement protrusion 36 of the main control device 20 will be described. The engaging protrusions 36, 36 oppose the upper and lower positions of the rear surface 30 a of the mechanism setting panel 30 in the vicinity of the receiving recess 34 (on the right side of the receiving recess 34 in FIG. 3 or 4). It consists of a pair of hooks 37, 37 that can be elastically deformed in the direction and protrude rearward, and claw portions 37 a, 37 a are formed on the surfaces of the hooks 37, 37 that do not face each other. The claw portions 37a and 37a have rear end surfaces of the support portions 24 and 24 when the engagement protrusions 36 and 36 (hooks 37 and 37) are inserted into the first engagement holes 24a and 24a. The claw portions 37a and 37a are in contact with the rear end surfaces of the support portions 24 and 24, thereby restricting rearward movement of the main control device 20.

The openings 38 are spaced apart in the vertical direction at the rear end of the wall 34a (the left side of the housing recess 34 in FIG. 3 or 4) that defines the housing recess 34 in the mechanism set board 30. Two openings are formed so as to open toward the engagement protrusions 36, 36. Therefore, when the first protrusions 25 and 25 formed in the main controller 20 are inserted into the openings 38 and 38, the first protrusions 25 and 25 are formed on the inner surfaces of the openings 38 and 38, respectively. The main controller 20 does not move backward. That is, the first engagement holes 24a and 24a and the first protrusions 25 and 25 of the main controller 20 are engaged with the corresponding engagement protrusions 36 and 36 and the openings 38 and 38, respectively. Thus, the main controller 20 is attached to the mechanism set panel 30 (attachment portion 35). In the first embodiment, the openings 38 and 38 are formed at a position rearward of the rear surface of the power supply control device 21 disposed in the housing recess 34, and are attached via the openings 38 and 38. The control device 20 (shield member 40) is configured not to interfere with the power supply control device 21.

The shield member disposed between the power control device 21 and the main control device 20 covers substantially the entire surface of the main control device 20 facing the power control device 21, as shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. The noise is generated from the power supply control device 21 to prevent the main control device 20 from malfunctioning. The shield member 40 includes a second engagement hole (third engagement portion) 41 that can be engaged with the engagement protrusion 36 formed in the mechanism set board 30, and the openings 38 and 38. And the second protrusions 42 and 42 can be inserted into the openings 38 and 38 of the mechanism set board 30 in the same manner as the main controller 20 described above. In this state, the engagement protrusion 36 and the second engagement hole 41 are engaged with each other to be attached at a predetermined position.

Here, the second engagement hole 41 is composed of a pair of engagement pieces 41a and 41a spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the vertical direction, and the engagement pieces 41a and 41a are claw portions 37a and 41a of the engagement protrusion 36, respectively. It is comprised so that it may contact | abut 37a. In the first embodiment, the second engagement hole 41 is formed only at a position corresponding to the engagement protrusion 36 formed on the upper side, and the engagement protrusion 36 formed on the lower side. At the corresponding position, a through hole 43 through which the engaging protrusion 36 is inserted is formed. That is, the shield member 40 is prevented from falling off from the attachment portion 35 by the engagement of the second engagement hole 41 and the engagement protrusion 36.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the second projecting portions 42, 42 are provided corresponding to the openings 38, 38 formed in the mechanism set board 30, and from the second engagement hole 41. Inclined surfaces 42a, 42a are formed which incline toward the mechanism set panel 30 as they are separated. That is, in the state where the second protrusions 42, 42 are inserted into the openings 38, 38, the opening width gradually increases from the opening end of the openings 38, 38 toward the inside ( (See FIG. 4 (b)).

[Operation of Example 1]
Next, the operation of the gaming machine according to the first embodiment will be described below. When the pachinko machine 10 is turned on, the power supply control device 21 converts the current values and voltage values appropriate for the electrical components of the control devices 20, 27, etc., and supplies power to the control devices 20, 27, etc. Supply. Then, the player operates the handle unit 18 to strike a pachinko ball on the game board, thereby developing a required game.

By the way, since the power supply control device 21 changes the current value and the voltage value, noise is likely to occur. For this reason, if the main control device 20 is arranged in a positional relationship overlapping with the power supply control device 21 in the front-rear direction, the main control device 20 may malfunction due to noise from the power supply control device 21 as it is. Therefore, in the pachinko machine 10 according to the first embodiment, a conductive material is formed between the power supply control device 21 as a noise generation source and the main control device 20 to be protected from noise from the power supply control device 21. Since the shield member 40 is disposed to block noise, the main controller 20 can be prevented from malfunctioning. Further, since the shield member 40 is formed so as to cover substantially the entire rear surface of the power supply control device 21, noise from the power supply control device 21 is completely blocked, and the main control device 20 is suitably protected from noise. Can do. Similarly, there is also a possibility that noise is generated from the main control device 20, but noise generated due to the main control device 20 can also be blocked by the shield member 40, and therefore the power control device 21 is caused by the noise. Can be prevented from malfunctioning.

When the main control device 20 and the power supply control device 21 are arranged side by side on the back surface 30a of the mechanism set panel 30, the installation area for the mechanism set panel 30 is increased, and the installation space for other members is reduced. turn into. Therefore, if the main control device 20 and the power supply control device 21 are arranged so as to overlap each other as in the first embodiment, a space margin is generated on the back surface (surface direction) of the mechanism set panel 30. The degree of freedom of installation of other members on the set board 30 is improved. Therefore, various members can be arranged with a margin with respect to the mechanism set board 30, and new members that are not conventionally provided can be installed.

By the way, the main controller 20 that controls the entire pachinko machine 10 needs to particularly prevent unauthorized modification, and the protection case 22 is formed of a transparent resin material so that the inside can be visually observed. The control board built in the protective case 22 is inspected for abnormalities such as circuit patterns. Here, in the first embodiment, the shield member 40 and the main control device 20 are independently and detachably attached via the attachment portion 35 formed on the mechanism set board 30. The control board of the main control device 20 can be confirmed simply by removing the main control device 20 from the attachment portion 35. That is, when the shield member 40 is attached to the main control device 20 so as to be attachable / detachable or pivotable as in the prior art, the main control device 20 is provided with a mechanism for checking the control board of the main control device 20. Although it is necessary to remove the shield member 40 and turn the shield member 40 to visually observe the inside of the main control device 20 after the set board 30 (mounting portion 35) is removed, the configuration according to the first embodiment described above. According to the above, since it is only necessary to remove the main controller 20 from the mechanism set panel 30 (attachment portion 35), there is an advantage that workability is improved and the inspection work of the control board can be performed quickly and easily.

Further, when the above-described model change is performed or when a failure such as failure or damage occurs in the main control device 20, it is necessary to perform replacement / maintenance work of the main control device 20. Here, in the first embodiment, the power supply control device 21 is disposed between the shield member 40 and the mechanism set board 30 (that is, the housing recess 34), and the shield member 40 is opposite to the mechanism set board 30. The main control device 20 is disposed on the mechanism set panel 30 as a separate member from the main control device 20. For this reason, even when the main controller 20 is replaced or maintained, only the main controller 20 needs to be removed without removing the shield member 40 from the mechanism set panel 30. In addition, the shield member 40 is not lost. Further, since the shield member 40 remains attached to the mechanism set panel 30 (attachment portion 35), the shield member 40 can be used as it is even if the main control device 20 is replaced, thereby preventing an increase in waste and cost. obtain.

Further, when the shield member 40 is attached to the mechanism set panel 30 via the attachment portion 35 for attaching the main control device 20, the outer shape of the main control device 20 is changed when the model is changed. Even so, there is no need to change the shape of the shield member 40 as long as the main controller 20 can be attached to the attachment portion 35. In this case as well, there is an advantage that waste and cost can be suppressed. Further, by attaching the shield member 40 to the mechanism set panel 30, the shape and the like can be arbitrarily determined without being trapped by the weight of the shield member 40. Therefore, it is possible to configure the shield member 40 to have a large thickness dimension so as to reliably block noise from the power supply control device 21. In addition, since the shield member 40 is configured not to be handled integrally with the main control device 20, the weight of the main control device 20 does not increase even when the weight of the shield member 40 is increased. There is no possibility that the convenience of storage, transportation, attachment to the pachinko machine 10, etc. of the main controller 20 will be reduced.

Next, a method for attaching the main controller 20 and the shield member 40 to the mechanism set panel 30 will be described. With the second protrusions 42, 42 formed on the shield member 40 being inserted into the openings 38, 38 formed on the mechanism set board 30, the engagement protrusions 36, 36 of the mechanism set board 30 are The shield member 40 is inserted into each of the second engagement hole 41 and the through hole 43 (see FIG. 4A). At this time, the engagement pieces 41a and 41a of the second engagement hole 41 are engaged with the claw portions 37a and 37a of the engagement protrusion 36, and the shield member 40 is moved to the mechanism set board 30 (the attachment portion 35). (See FIG. 4 (b)). In this state, the first protrusions 25 and 25 formed in the main controller 20 are inserted into the openings 38 and 38, and the engagement protrusions 36 and 36 are connected to the first engagement of the main controller 20. It inserts in each of the joint holes 24a and 24a (refer FIG.4 (c)). At this time, the claw portions 37a, 37a of the engagement protrusions 36, 36 abut against the first engagement holes 24a, 24a, and the hooks 37, 37 are elastically deformed in a direction close to each other, and When the claw portions 37a, 37a come out of the first engagement holes 24a, 24a, the hooks 37, 37 are elastically restored, and the claw portions 37a, 37a are supported to form the first engagement holes 24a, 24a. The main controller 20 is attached to the mechanism set board 30 (attachment part 35) by engaging with the rear end surfaces of the parts 24, 24 (see FIG. 1).

Thus, since it is not necessary to form the attachment portions 35 corresponding to the main controller 20 and the shield member 40 in the mechanism set panel 30, it is possible to provide a space margin in the mechanism set panel 30 and to reduce the processing cost. There is an advantage that can be reduced. The shield member 40 is attached to the attachment portion 35 by providing the second projecting portions 42, 42 of the shield member 40 with inclined surfaces 42a, 42a that are inclined toward the mechanism set panel 30 (forward). Even in such a state, the first protrusions 25 and 25 of the main controller 20 can be easily inserted into the openings 38 and 38 so that the main controller 20 can be easily attached. become.

When the main controller 20 is removed from the mounting portion 35, the engagement projections 36 and 36 (hooks 37 and 37) on the mechanism set panel 30 side are elastically deformed to be engaged with the engagement projections 36 and 36. The engagement with the first engagement holes 24a, 24a of the main control device 20 may be released, and the first protrusions 25, 25 may be extracted from the openings 38, 38. Similarly, the engagement projections 36 and 36 (hooks 37 and 37) on the mechanism set board 30 side are elastically deformed, and the engagement between the engagement projection 36 and the second engagement hole 41 of the shield member 40. The shield member 40 can be removed from the attachment portion 35 by pulling out the second protrusions 42 and 42 from the openings 38 and 38 in a state where the joint is released. That is, in the pachinko machine 10 according to the first embodiment, it is not necessary to use a tool or the like when attaching / detaching the main controller 20 and the shield member 40 to / from the attachment portion 35, so that the operation can be easily performed.

Next, a pachinko machine according to the second embodiment will be described. Since the pachinko machine according to the second embodiment is basically the same in configuration as the pachinko machine 10 according to the first embodiment, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.

In the pachinko machine 10 according to the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, instead of the openings 38, 38, shaft portions 51 that protrude upward are used as the attachment portions 35 formed on the mechanism set panel 30. 51 (only the upper shaft 51 is shown in FIG. 5). That is, the attachment portion 35 of the pachinko machine 10 according to the second embodiment includes the engagement protrusions 36 and 36 that are formed to protrude toward the rear of the mechanism set board 30 and the engagement protrusions 36 and 36. It is comprised from the axial parts 51 and 51 which protruded and formed upwards in the position which carries out.

On the other hand, the main controller 20 includes first shaft holes 53 and 53 (see FIG. 5) through which the shaft portions 51 and 51 can be inserted through the end portions of the first protrusions 25 and 25 in the vertical direction. 5, only the upper first shaft hole 53 is shown). Similarly, the shield member 40 penetrates the end portions of the second protrusions 42 and 42 in the vertical direction. Thus, second shaft holes 55 and 55 (only the upper second shaft hole 55 is shown in FIG. 5) into which the shaft portions 51 and 51 can be inserted are formed. That is, the main control device 20 includes first engagement holes 24a and 24a that can be engaged with the engagement protrusions 36 and 36, and a first shaft hole 53 into which the shaft portions 51 and 51 can be inserted. 53, and the shield member 40 has a second engagement hole 41 engageable with the engagement protrusion 36 and second shaft holes 55, 55 into which the shaft portions 51, 51 can be inserted. Is provided.

That is, in the pachinko machine 10 according to the second embodiment, the shield member 40 is rotated by inserting the shaft portions 51, 51 of the attachment portion 35 into the second shaft holes 55, 55 of the shield member 40. In addition to being pivotally supported, the shield member 40 is closed in this state, whereby the engagement protrusion 36 and the second engagement hole 41 (engagement pieces 41a, 41a) are engaged. The shield member 40 is attached to the attachment portion 35. Further, by inserting the shaft portions 51, 51 of the mounting portion 35 into the first shaft holes 53, 53 of the main control device 20, the main control device 20 is pivotally supported. By closing the main control device 20 in this state, the engagement protrusions 36 and 36 and the first engagement holes 24 a and 24 a are engaged, and the main control device 20 is attached to the attachment portion 35. Mounted. That is, the pachinko machine 10 according to the second embodiment should also be protected from the noise from the power supply control device 21 as the noise generation source and the power supply control device 21, as with the pachinko machine 10 according to the first embodiment. The main control device 20 is disposed opposite to the main control device 20 so as to overlap in the front-rear direction, and a shield member 40 that blocks noise is disposed between the power supply control device 21 and the main control device 20.

[Operation of Example 2]
Next, the operation of the gaming machine according to the second embodiment will be described below. As described above, the shield member 40 formed of a conductive material is disposed between the power control device 21 as a noise generation source and the main control device 20 to be protected from noise from the power control device 21. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent malfunction of the main controller 20 and the power supply controller 21 due to noise. Further, the main control device 20 and the power supply control device 21 are opposed to each other in a positional relationship that overlaps in the front-rear direction, and the main control device 20 and the shield member 40 are independently attached to the mechanism set panel 30 (mounting portion 35). Since it is made to attach, the same operation effect as the pachinko machine 10 concerning Example 1 mentioned above is obtained.

Further, in the pachinko machine 10 according to the second embodiment, the main control device 20 is pivotally supported through the shaft portions 51 and 51 of the mounting portion 35 and the first shaft holes 53 and 53. Therefore, when the control board of the main control device 20 is inspected, the opposing surface side of the shield member 40 (mechanism set panel 30) in the main control device 20 is also confirmed simply by rotating the main control device 20. Therefore, there is an advantage that workability is improved and work such as inspection can be easily performed. In addition, since the shield member 40 is also configured to be rotatable with respect to the attachment portion 35, the power supply control device 21 covered with the shield member 40 needs to be replaced or maintained. However, since the power supply control device 21 may be exposed by rotating without removing the shield member 40, the shield member 40 is not lost during the work.

When the main control device 20 is removed from the mounting portion 35, the engagement between the engagement protrusions 36 and 36 and the first engagement holes 24a and 24a is released, and the main control device 20 is moved upward. And the shaft portions 51, 51 may be extracted from the first shaft holes 53, 53. Similarly, in a state where the engagement between the engagement protrusion 36 and the second engagement hole 41 of the shield member 40 is released, the shield member 40 is slid upward to form the second shaft holes 55, If the shaft portions 51, 51 are extracted from 55, the shield member 40 can be removed from the attachment portion 35. That is, even in the pachinko machine 10 according to the second embodiment, it is not necessary to use a tool or the like when attaching / detaching the main controller 20 and the shield member 40 to / from the attachment portion 35. Is possible.

[Example of change]
Note that the gaming machine according to the present invention is not limited to those of the first and second embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, as the attachment portion 35, the mechanism set panel 30 is provided with engagement protrusions 36, 36, openings 38, 38 that open to the engagement protrusions 36, 36 side, , 38 is formed with shaft portions 51, 51 projecting upward. On the other hand, the main control device 20 includes first engagement holes 24a and 24a that can be engaged with the engagement protrusions 36 and 36, and a first protrusion 25 that can be inserted into the openings 38 and 38. 25, and the shield member 40 is provided with a second engagement hole 41 that can be engaged with the engagement protrusion 36, and second shaft holes 55 and 55 into which the shaft portions 51 and 51 can be inserted. To. In other words, the shield member 40 is pivotally supported on the attachment portion 35 of the mechanism set panel 30 so as to be detachable and rotatable, and the main controller 20 can be detachably attached. Similar effects can be obtained. Furthermore, with this configuration, the main control device 20 can be easily detached from the mounting portion 35 as compared with the configuration according to the second embodiment, so that maintenance work and the like of the main control device 20 can be easily performed. . In addition, the same name and code | symbol are attached | subjected about the member same as Example 1 and 2 mentioned above.

In the first and second embodiments, the power supply control device is described as the noise generation source, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, noise may be generated from contact between game balls, the passage of a game ball through a ball passage, various control devices, and other electrical components, and those that may generate noise are noise sources. May be true. In the first and second embodiments, the main control device is cited as a control device that protects against noise sources. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and various control devices that are installed in gaming machines need to be protected from noise. If a shield member is appropriately disposed between these control devices and a noise generation source, problems such as malfunction of the gaming machine can be prevented more reliably. Note that the shape and size of the shield member are not limited to the plate-like ones shown in the first and second embodiments, and may be formed in a box shape, an L-shape, or the like, and a noise generation source. What is necessary is just to change arbitrarily according to the positional relationship etc. with a control apparatus.

The dedicated board accommodated in the control device is an example of a control board that controls the entire gaming machine, but is not limited to this, as long as it is a board that needs to be replaced along with the model change. Any control board may be used, and specifically, a symbol control board, a sound control board, a lamp control board, and the like may be mentioned. In addition, the common board accommodated in the control device is a control board that controls the power supply of the gaming machine, but it is not limited to this, and it is not necessary to replace it even when the model is changed. Any substrate can be used regardless of the model, and specific examples include a launch control substrate and a payout control substrate. In Examples 1 and 2, a pachinko machine is used as a gaming machine. However, an arrangement ball machine, a slot machine machine, or the like may be used, and a control device for various electrical components on a mechanism set board provided on the back side of the gaming machine. Any game machine can be adopted as long as it is detachably disposed.
