Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool mainly used for cleaning a narrow spot such as a ceiling wiping, wall or ceiling wiping, furniture gaps, and a drain pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A cleaning device having a configuration in which the tip portion rotates to wind up the web is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-103470 and registered utility model No. 3013836.
[0003]
A specific configuration of the former includes a gripping portion having a rotation driving unit, a hollow tube body fixed to the gripping portion and extending outward, and a rotating shaft that is rotatably supported in the hollow tube body. Rotate the top of the rotating shaft with each pillar attached to a high surface such as a ceiling so that a prismatic body (crab stick) like a split chopstick is attached via a flexible connector. And take up the spider web.
[0004]
In the latter case, a battery is built in the base of the tubular handle, a motor is built in the tip, and a winding rod (cooker) connected to the motor is provided at the tip of the handle. Use bamboo, plastic, piano wire, etc., or provide a cushioning body such as rubber or sponge on the surface, and rotate the winding rod in the same way as the above-mentioned webbing device to wind up the web. It is a thing.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the above-mentioned known nest removal cleaning tool is used for a high place such as a ceiling, it is natural that the total length of the cleaning tool must be correspondingly long. By the way, such a long instrument is inconvenient for storing and transporting, etc., but the conventional instrument described above is merely to attach and detach a pin with a short tip (each column body, winding rod).
[0006]
Also, with regard to the club, it is only considered that the web is wound up, and the range of use other than the web is limited. For example, no consideration is given to cleaning the backside of furniture, and winding places such as ducts and drain pipes. Of course, the entire wall and ceiling are not considered at all.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention first expands the range of use other than removing the nest, such as cleaning the wall or ceiling itself by rubbing or wiping it, cleaning the back of the furniture, etc. Moreover, when not in use, the total length can be shortened, and a novel cleaning tool that facilitates the handling is proposed.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The cleaning tool according to the present invention is provided with a long protective pipe body in which a base portion is integrally connected to a handle at a tip portion of a handle in which a rotation drive unit equipped with a motor is provided, and has a multiple cylinder structure that can be expanded and contracted. A rotating pipe body that rotates with the base portion connected to the rotation driving part, and the front side protrudes greatly from the protective pipe body when extended, and only the tip part protrudes from the protective pipe body and can be pulled out when shortened. Installed on the inside of the protective pipe body, and attached to the tip of the rotating pipe body is a single rod-shaped rod body that has sufficient flexibility and toughness to rotate integrally with the rotating pipe body. It is characterized by.
[0009]
Therefore, at the time of cleaning use, the rotating pipe body is largely pulled out from the protective pipe body, and the appropriate length of the front end side of the housing attached to the tip of the rotating pipe body is attached to the wall surface or ceiling surface, or the winding is narrow. When the casing is rotated through the rotating pipe body by inserting it into the place and operating the rotation driving unit, cleaning of the wall surface, ceiling surface, narrow place, etc. can be performed. Of course, if the rod is rotated with the tip of the rod positioned at the location of the spider web, the spider web is also wound.
[0010]
Further, when not in use, the rotating pipe body can be shortened and stored in the protective pipe body, and the entire length of the instrument can be shortened when not in use (at the time of storage).
[0011]
In particular, as in the second aspect of the invention, the thin rod-like housing is housed in the pipe body extending and projecting to the foremost part of the rotating pipe body having a multi-cylindrical structure, and the base portion is tightly attached to the pipe body in the drawn-out state. If the structure is such that it cannot be fitted and removed, the housing can be pulled out during use, and the housing can be stored in the rotating pipe when not in use.
[0012]
Further, as in the invention of the third aspect, the casing is divided into a base portion and a tip portion so as to be connected and separable, and the base casing is extended to the foremost part of the rotary pipe body having a multi-tubular structure. When housed in the projecting pipe body, it is possible to selectively attach the tip housings formed in various structures and shapes.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
<Reference Embodiment> FIGS. 1 to 6 show a reference embodiment. This reference embodiment includes a handle 1, a protective pipe body 2, a rotating pipe body 3, and a housing 4. FIG.
[0014]
The handle 1 has a case-shaped handle body 11 with a motor 12 serving as a rotation drive unit and a battery 13 serving as a power source for the motor. The protective pipe body 2 is a long pipe body having a length of about 50 to 100 cm, which may be a metal non-flexible or a resin pipe having some flexibility. 11 is connected and fixed to one end. The protective pipe body 2 is provided with a bearing portion 21 at the tip end thereof so that the rotating pipe body 3 can be smoothly rotated.
[0015]
The rotating pipe body 3 is rotatably inserted into the protective pipe body 2 and is connected to the motor 12 in the handle 1 so as to be rotatable. The tip of the rotating pipe body 3 protrudes slightly from the protective pipe body 2. In addition, a protrusion 31 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the opening portion of the tip, and a resistance film 32 is formed to be a resistance to sliding movement of the housing 4, and an inner peripheral surface 33 in the vicinity of the tip opening is formed. The inner diameter is narrowed.
[0016]
The rod body 4 is made of a material such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, bamboo, etc., and has a thin rod shape having sufficient flexibility and toughness, such as a tip rod of a fishing rod. A vertical groove 41 corresponding to the protrusion 31 is vertically formed and accommodated in the rotary pipe body 3, and its base end portion 42 is constricted on the rotary pipe body 3. Further, it is tightly formed on the inner peripheral surface 33 so as not to come out.
[0017]
Thus, when the cleaning tool is used, the casing 4 is pulled out from the tip end of the rotating pipe body 3 by a length suitable for use, and when the motor 12 is operated there, the rotating pipe body 3 and the casing 4 are used. When the housing 4 is extended to a high place or a narrow place out of reach, the nest A of the place can be entangled.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the casing 4 is appropriately drawn out, the tip portion thereof is brought into contact with the wall surface B or the ceiling surface C within an appropriate range, and when the casing 4 is rotated, the dust is peeled off from the adhesion surface such as the wall surface. be able to.
[0019]
Further, when the entire casing 4 is pulled out to be sufficiently long (when it is most pulled out, the base end portion 42 is closely fitted to the inner peripheral surface 33 of the distal end of the protective pipe body so that both are firmly integrated) As illustrated in FIG. 6, it becomes possible to insert the front portion of the housing 4 into the gap between the furniture D and the floor E, and the portion can be cleaned by rotating the housing 4. is there.
[0020]
In particular, when the member 4 is used for wiping off dust or scraping off, which will be described later, in the work other than the above-described removal of the nest, the front part of the case 4 is a surface to be cleaned (wall surface B, ceiling surface C). The cleaning effect of the lower surface of the furniture D and the floor E) can be enhanced.
[0021]
When the housing 4 is pushed into the rotary pipe body 3 after the use of the instrument is finished, the close fit between the base end portion 42 of the housing 4 and the inner peripheral surface 33 of the protective pipe body is released, and the housing 4 It will be accommodated in the protective pipe body 3, and the overall length of the instrument can be reduced to about half, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
[0022]
<First Embodiment> FIGS. 7 to 13 show a first embodiment of the present invention (note that FIGS. 11 to 13 are other examples). In this embodiment, the rotary pipe body 3a has a multi-stage configuration composed of multiple cylinders. That is, the rotating pipe body 3a is a tapered multi-tubular body, and is composed of spliced pipe bodies 34a, 34b, and 34c that are spliced by being pulled out.
[0023]
Each joint pipe body 34a, 34b, 34c has a base end 342 of the joint pipe body on the front side (inward side) closely fitted to the distal end 341 of the joint pipe body on the base side (outward side), When the inner pipe body is inserted into the outer pipe body, the connection state between the inner pipe body and the outer pipe body is released. That is, it has the same structure as the swing fishing rod.
[0024]
And the cleaning tool which employ | adopted this protection pipe body 3a is equipped with the handle 1a, the protection pipe body 2a, and the housing 4a similarly to the cleaning tool of said 1st embodiment.
[0025]
The handle 1a is the same as the reference embodiment described above in that a motor as a rotational drive source and a battery as a power source of the motor are built in, but the battery is a rechargeable battery, and a warning notification is given when the battery capacity decreases. A warning pilot lamp and a charging connection portion are provided, and a selective connection switch for switching the power feeding direction to the motor is provided, so that the rotation direction of the motor can be switched. Further, an attachment portion 14 of the protective pipe body 2a and a rotation transmission body 15 connected to the rotation driving portion are projected from the distal end portion of the handle body 11, and the attachment portion 14 is formed in a cylindrical shape at the distal end of the handle body 11. It protrudes and a screw groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface. Further, the rotation transmission body 15 is connected to the motor rotation shaft in the handle 1a and is positioned on the center line of the mounting portion 14, and its shape is such that the cylindrical body is stepped and the tip is thinned. In particular, the diameters are such that the base end portions of the splicing pipe bodies 34a, 34b, 34c are in close contact with each other.
[0026]
The protective pipe body 2a is provided with a screw portion that is screwed to the mounting portion 14 at the base portion, and is connected to the handle 1a by screwing of the screw portion.
[0027]
As described above, the rotary pipe body 3a is a multi-tubular body made of joint pipe bodies, and the casing 4a is inserted into the inner joint pipe body 34c, and its base end 342 is connected to the rotation transmission body 15 as necessary. To be connected.
[0028]
The rod body 4a uses a material such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, bamboo, or the like as in the first embodiment, and has sufficient flexibility and toughness like a tip rod of a fishing rod. The base end 42 is formed so as not to be tightly fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the distal end portion of the pre-joint pipe body 34c.
[0029]
Thus, when the cleaning tool pulls out all of the joint pipe body 34, the proximal end portion 342 on the distal end side (inward side) is closely fitted to the distal end portion 341 on the proximal side side (outward side). And the whole is connected and predetermined cleaning can be performed by the rotational drive of the housing 4a (FIGS. 7a and 9). Further, when the intermediate joint pipe body 34b is pushed in the base direction, the connection state with the base joint pipe body 34a is released, but the base end portion 342b of the intermediate joint pipe body 34b is closely fitted to the rotation transmission body 15. Since they are connected, they can be used for cleaning work in a short state as a whole (FIGS. 7B and 10). Similarly, even if the forward joint pipe body 34c is pushed in and the connection with the intermediate joint pipe body 34b is released, the base end portion 342c of the forward joint pipe body 34c can be connected to the rotation transmission body 15 so that it can be used in the shortest state. (FIG. 7C).
[0030]
Note that the number of stages of the joint pipe is arbitrarily determined, and in that case, the number of stages of the rotation transmission body may be increased. Further, the rotation transmission body has a plurality of stages of cylindrical bodies, but instead, it may have a conical shape in which the base ends of the joint pipe bodies are externally fitted and connected. Moreover, even if there is no protective pipe body 2a, it can be sufficiently used as a cleaning tool.
[0031]
In the above-described implementation, another connection structure may be employed between the joint pipe bodies 34 instead of the rotation transmission body 15 in particular. That is, in the inner and outer joint pipe bodies 34d and 34e, the base end 342e of the inner side joint pipe body 34e is closely fitted to the distal end 341d of the outer side joint pipe body 34d, and the inner side joint pipe body 34e is connected to the outer side. When the inner pipe member 34e is inserted into the inner pipe member 34d, the inner pipe member 34e is disconnected from the outer pipe member 34d. A headband portion 343 that is tightly fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the outer joint pipe body 34d is provided on the outer periphery of the tip.
[0032]
Therefore, when extended, it is the same as the above embodiment (FIG. 11), but when the inner joint pipe body 34e is pushed into the outer joint pipe body 34d, it slides freely (FIG. 12) and the inner joint pipe body 34e. When the headband portion 343 is tightly fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the outer joint pipe body 34d, the joint pipe bodies 34d and 34e are connected (FIG. 13) and can be rotated together.
[0033]
The above structure is naturally applicable even when the joint pipe body is multi-staged, and the entire length can be adjusted in units of the length of the joint pipe body.
[0034]
Reference Embodiment FIGS. 14 and 15 show a reference embodiment. This reference embodiment is an embodiment having the simplest structure, and is composed of a handle 1b and a casing 4b.
[0035]
The handle 1b is provided with a rotation drive unit such as a motor inside, and is provided with a rotating shaft unit 16 connected to the motor, and the housing 4b has sufficient flexibility and toughness as in the above embodiments. And a base 43 having a connecting portion 43 connected to the rotating shaft portion 16.
[0036]
The connecting structure is arbitrarily determined. However, in the example shown in the figure, the rotary shaft portion 16 is a cylindrical body, a longitudinal groove 161 is formed, and a screw 162 is formed on the outer peripheral portion. In this embodiment, a protrusion 431 corresponding to the longitudinal groove 161 is provided at the base end, and a coupling nut 432 for preventing the housing base portion inserted into the rotary shaft portion 16 from being detached is provided.
[0037]
Therefore, the cleaning tool which employ | adopted the housing 4b can be easily implement | achieved by attaching the housing 4b to the handle 1b.
[0038]
<Second Embodiment> FIGS. 16 to 19 show a second embodiment of the present invention. In particular, this embodiment realizes downsizing when the instrument is stored. It is the same as that of one Embodiment, and is comprised by the handle 1c, the protection pipe body 2c, the rotation pipe body 3c, and the housing 4c.
[0039]
In particular, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described. The handle 1c is formed of a handle main body (outer layer portion) as a multiple cylinder body (outer layer portion) 11a, 11b, 11c so as to be extendable and contracted. 2a is also made to be extendable and retractable by double cylinders (inner and outer pipe bodies) 22 and 23, and the rotating pipe body 3c is also inserted into the protective pipe body 2c as double cylinders (inner and outer pipe bodies) 35 and 36. (The projection 31 and the resistance film 32 similar to those of the first embodiment are provided at the tip of the inner rotating pipe body 35).
[0040]
The housing 4c is also divided into two parts, provided with an insertion mounting hole 441 at the distal end surface of the base housing 44 and provided with a longitudinal groove 41 corresponding to the protrusion 31, and at the proximal end of the front housing 45, the insertion A connecting projection 46 to be inserted into the mounting hole 441 is provided.
[0041]
Furthermore, it is convenient to prepare the tip housing 45 in various forms as an attachment member as shown in FIG. For example, the tip housing 45a of (A) is obtained by applying a fiber or yarn flocking 452 to the surface of the core rod body 451, and the tip housing 45b of (B) is the surface of the core rod body 451. In addition, many small fabrics 453 are planted and can be used for wiping off dust. Further, the tip housing 45c of (c) is a thin wire body 454 obtained by dividing the tip of the core rod body 451 into a vertically long shape, and the tip housing 45d of (d) is a tip of the core rod body 451. The string body 455 is bound, and both of them expand into a flared shape due to the rotation thereof, and are convenient for winding up a wide range of spider webs and other cleaning. Furthermore, the tip housing 45e of (e) is formed by adhering abrasive grains 456 to the surface of the core rod body 451, and can be cleaned by scraping off strongly adhered dirt.
[0042]
Thus, since the handle 1c, the protective pipe body 2c, and the rotating pipe body 3c have a multi-tubular structure, when not in use, all except the front housing 45 can be shortened. It can be shortened to a length of 1 / min. In addition, there is an advantage that a casing having a form in which the cleaning efficiency is highest can be used by selectively mounting the front end casing 45.
[0043]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, the front part housing | casing shown by 3rd embodiment may be employ | adopted for the housing of other embodiment as it is, or it divides | segments. It is good also as a structure which can selectively attach or detach a front part housing.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention relates to a cleaning tool that rotates a rod-shaped casing with a rotation driving unit built in a handle, and the rod-shaped casing is provided with sufficient flexibility and toughness, such as a wall surface or a ceiling surface. In addition, it is possible to clean a narrow and winding portion, and the connection between the housing and the rotation driving part of the handle is performed by a rotating pipe body inserted in the protective pipe body, and the housing is rotated. The pipe body has a structure that rotates together with the pipe body, and can be pulled out to an arbitrary length. The length of the instrument during use can be adjusted, and the housing can be made compact. Thus, the device is easier to handle.
