Claims (3)
- ベース上で回転するディスク状の記録媒体にアクセス可能に設けられたヘッドのためのヘッドアクチュエーダであって、
上記ベース上で回転するように駆動されるメインアクチュエータと、
上記ヘッドを搭載して上記メインアクチュエータに対して揺動するように駆動されるマイクロアクチュエータとを備え、
上記メインアクチュエータ及び上記マイクロアクチュエータは、上記ヘッドが上記記録媒体の概ね半径方向に移動して上記記録媒体の所望のトラック上で位置決めされるように制御され、
上記メインアクチュエータは上記ベース上に固定された玉軸受を含み、該玉軸受は非線形バネの性質を有しており、上記玉軸受に使用されるグリースの粘度を高くすることによって上記メインアクチュエータの機構特性の1次共振周波数が100Hz以上に設定されるヘッドアクチュエータ。 - ベース上で回転するディスク状の記録媒体にアクセス可能に設けられたヘッドのためのヘッドアクチュエーダであって、
上記ベース上で回転するように駆動されるメインアクチュエータと、
上記ヘッドを搭載して上記メインアクチュエータに対して揺動するように駆動されるマイクロアクチュエータと、
上記メインアクチュエータと上記ベースとの間に設けられた弾性部材とを備え、
上記メインアクチュエータ及び上記マイクロアクチュエータは、上記ヘッドが上記記録媒体の概ね半径方向に移動して上記記録媒体の所望のトラック上で位置決めされるように制御され、
上記弾性部材の弾性係数に従って上記メインアクチュエータの機構特性の1次共振周波数が100Hz以上に設定されるヘッドアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のヘッドアクチュエータを備えることを特徴とする磁気ディスク装置。
