【発明の属する技術】
本発明は石膏ボード、ベニヤ板などに取り付ける為の補助具であって、特に作業時に脚部の軸心に対し半径方向に拡開するボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
過去に開示された石膏ボード、ベニヤ板に取り付けるボード用アンカーの一例として特公昭56−16292が挙げられる。このボード用アンカーの作用は脚部が脚部の軸心に対し半径方向に拡開することで石膏ボード、ベニヤ板に強力に固着することを可能としている。以下、石膏ボード、ベニヤ板を材料と呼ぶ。

ところで一般にボード用アンカーを材料に固着する為の提唱方法として、予め開孔工具を用いて材料に穿孔穴を設けておくことが望ましいとされている。この穿孔穴にボード用アンカーを挿入し、その後、各種供回り防止用補助具を用いて脚部開脚作業を行う必要がある。

そこでボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具で技術開示された一例では図8に示す実公昭58−128883の引き締め工具が挙げられる。一方で図10に示すような板状の供回り防止用補助具も挙げられる。これらの2つの技術はボード用アンカーを定量的に拡開させることを目的とし、且つ脚部拡開時にボード用アンカーが材料に陥没することを防ぐことも目的としている。

前者、すなわち図8に示す実公昭58−128883は、その拡開方法としてボード用アンカーに予め螺入された螺具の頭部を本物品のチャックに係止させ、強制的に材料の面外方向に引っ張ることで、機械的にボードアンカーの脚部を拡開させる。尚、拡開後はボード用アンカーの軸線と直交する方向にチャックをスライドさせることで螺具から取り外すことができる。またネジ頭を引っ張ることでボード用アンカーが材料に陥没することもない。したがって作業者の熟練度を問わず、常に安定した拡開を行うことができる。しかしながらこの供回り防止用補助具は複数の部品から構成されている為、非常に高価であり、少量のみを使用する一般消費者においては非常に高価な物となった。

一方で、後者すなわち図10に示す板状の供回り防止用補助具では、まずボード用アンカーに予め螺入された螺具を一旦取り外し、その後、板状の供回り防止用補助具の貫通穴に螺具のネジ部を挿通後、その螺具のネジ部を再びボード用アンカーに螺入して初めて拡開準備ができた上で、その後、この物品を材料の貫通穴に挿入する。次に螺具の頭部に設けられた十字嵌合部にドライバビットを嵌合する。その後、ドライバビットを回転し、その回転力を螺具に伝え脚部を引き寄せる作用を利用して開脚させる。拡開後は螺具をボード用アンカーから螺出させ、挿通穴から抜き出すことで取り外すことができる。尚、この補助具は一枚の平板がプレス成形されているので極めて安価に消費者に提供することが可能である。しかしながら上述したように螺具の取り付け準備の為だけに、一度ボード用アンカーから取り外さねばならず、取り付け準備に多大な時間を要するという問題がある。また平板状の形状故、取り付け時、取り外し時に材料に直接接触しなければならない。また、回転中のドライバビットが供回り防止用補助具に接触した瞬間に与えられる回転力によって材料の表面を傷つける問題、他方、安全面では、この供回り防止用補助具に自分の指を添えていた場合、上述の回転力によって切傷する可能性もある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明では利便性、安全性、市場への供給価格の各面を現実面から鑑み、安価で多機能なボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具を市場に提供することにある。

上記のような問題を解決する為、請求項1の発明は一枚の平板を折り曲げ成形してなる長片部1と短片部2からなる略への字状の本体部からなる前記短片部2の長手方向端部に、折り曲げ部18に向けて前記ボード用アンカー8のフランジ14と螺具15の頭部の隙間16に差し込むためのU字状の開口部3を設け、長片部1の折り曲げ部18と反対の端部2にドリル刃7を設けた構成を採用したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下この発明の実施の形態を図事例と共に説明する。本発明のボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具は図1に示すように一枚の平板を折り曲げ成形してなる長片部1と短片部2からなる略への字状の本体部からなり、前記短片部2の長手方向端部に、折り曲げ部18に向けて前記ボード用アンカー8のフランジ14と螺具15の頭部の隙間16に差し込むためのU字状の開口部3を設け、長片部1の折り曲げ部18と反対の端部にドリル刃7を設けた構成を採用したものである。尚、図1から図3に示すようにドリル刃7は材料に穿孔可能な形状であれば良い。また、図3のように長片部の折り曲げ部18と反対の端部に向けて収束してゆくように長片部1を丸めてドリル刃とすることもできる。

まず、材料9へ下穴10を穿孔する為にドリルにて材料にボード用アンカーに適したドリルを準備しておく必要がある。そこで、本願においては請求項1に記載のボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止補助具ドリル刃7を利用する。

材料に下穴を穿孔するために、図4に示すように本願のボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具を指で掴む。その後、補助具を回転させ下穴を穿孔する。

次に図5のように予め準備しておいたボード用アンカー8を下穴10へ差し込む。尚、差込にあたっては螺具15を弱量螺出させ、螺具15の頭部とフランジ14の間に隙間16を設けておくことが好ましい。

その後、図7に示すように本願のボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具を掴み直し、フランジ14と螺具15の頭部の隙間に短片部2に設けたU字状の開口部3をあてがうように差し込む。差込後、螺具の頭部をドライバビット17で回転させる。この時、ドライバビット17の回転による供回りを防ぐために短片部2をフランジ14に押しつけておくことが好ましい。或いは他の実施例で示した短片部2の上面側20に向けて設けた突起、或いは舌片6をフランジ14に設けられた切り欠き部と嵌合しておくことで確実に供回りを防ぐことができる。

一方で、ドライバビット17が回転するにつれて、ボード用アンカー8の脚部は開脚して材料9へ固着が完了する。固着完了後は螺具を螺出させると共にボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具を抜き取ればよい。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明によるボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具を用いることで従来のようにボード用アンカーの取り付け準備に手間取ることなく、下穴の穿孔にも使用でき、また一枚の平板から構成されているため安価に消費者に提供することが可能で、本発明のボード用アンカーの取り付け供回り防止用補助具を指で握り固定しておくことで材料の表面を傷つけることもない。またこの供回り防止用補助具に自分の指で掴んでいるためドライバビットの回転力によって切傷することもない。
