この発明は石膏ボード等の脆弱な壁面下地に対し、各種器材等をねじで固定するための下地補強用として用いる、ねじ付きアンカーに関する。

【従来の技術】
石膏ボード等の脆弱な壁面下地材が使用された、建築物の壁面や天井面に各種器材をねじで取り付ける場合、該下地材は脆弱なため、ねじを直接打ち込んでも効かないため、下地補強用のアンカーやプラグが必要になる。
その中で、特願平8−205992や、錐状のドリル部と取付けねじを螺入するための軸方向の開口孔を有する自己穿孔のねじ付きアンカーが種々提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これらのねじ付きアンカーをプラス十字ビットを取り付けた電動工具を使ってねじ込もうとする場合、取り付けようとする下地材、例えば石膏ボードの材質が均一でないため、ねじ付きアンカーの先端部が石膏ボードを穿孔する際、ねじ付きアンカーの頭部面の十字ビット係合部が、電動工具に取り付けられた、プラス十字ビットの先端部によって破壊され、電動工具の回転力を充分にねじ付きアンカーの穿孔部に伝達できず、場合によっては、ねじ付きアンカーの頭部面の十字ビット係合部がプラス十字ビットの先端部によって完全に削り取られ、丸穴状となり、ねじ付きアンカーが石膏ボードに対して、穿孔不能となることがあった。
また、ねじ付きアンカーは、器材取付後、種々の事情により器材を取り外す必要が生じた場合、取付ねじを緩める方向に回すと、ねじ付きアンカーと取付ねじは回転による進行方向が同じになっているため、ねじ付きアンカーは取付ねじと共回りして下地から抜けてしまい、取付ねじとアンカー、および器材の分離が非常に困難となることがあった。
そこで、この発明の課題はプラス十字ビットの先端部によって破壊されることなく、電動工具の回転力を締結完了までアンカーに伝えることが出来、壁面下地材に対して、取付ねじを緩める際の共回り防止装置付きねじ付きアンカーを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記のような課題を解決するため、請求項1の発明は、一端に頭部を有し、他端に先鋭状、またはドリル刃形状の先端を有し、前記頭部と先端との間の中空軸部の外周に雄ねじを設けたねじ付きアンカーにおいて、電動ドライバー用六角軸プラスビットの六角軸部と嵌合するように、中空軸部の前記頭部側から先端側に向かって六角穴に成形し、この六角穴から連続して先端側に向かって前記電動ドライバー用六角軸プラスビットの十字先端部と係合し、かつ取付け用ネジと噛み合うように中空軸部を十字穴に成形し、頭部端面に少なくとも1個以上の釘穴を設けた構成を採用したものである。(5−3)

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図示例と共に説明する。
図1に示すように、ねじ付きアンカー1は、一端に大径の頭部2を有し、この頭部の首下からストレートな中空軸部3と、この中空軸部3の頭部側と反対の端に円錐形の先鋭部4を設け、前記先鋭部4から中空軸部3上に、頭部2の裏面6に向って雄ねじ5がもうけられている。
また、図2のように、上記大径の頭部2の表面の中心には、電動ドライバー用六角軸プラスビット11の六角軸部12と嵌合するように円錐形の先鋭部4に向かって、六角穴7が成形されている。
そして、図4、図5に示すようにこの六角穴7に連続して、円錐形の先鋭部4に向かって電動ドライバー用六角軸プラスビットの十字先端部13と係合し、かつ取付用ねじ18のねじ部と噛み合うように十字穴8が成形してある。
また、頭部2の端面に頭部の表面から裏面に向かって貫通した、釘穴14が設けてある。

この発明のアンカーは上記のような構成であり、石膏ボード等に各種器材を取り付けるには図6に示すように、ねじ付きアンカーの頭部側六角穴7に六角軸ビット11の六角軸部12を嵌合させ、十字穴8に六角軸ビット11の十字先端部13を係合させて、アンカー1の先鋭部4を壁紙16を貼った石膏ボード17に押し付けながら回転させると、先鋭部4、雄ねじ5が壁紙16を突き破り、石膏ボード17を穿孔し、中空軸3を石膏ボード17に対して進入させる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明によると、ねじ付きアンカーを電動ドライバー用六角軸プラスビットの六角軸部と嵌合するように、中空軸部の前記頭部側から先端側に向かって六角穴に成形し、この六角穴から連続して先端側に向かって前記電動ドライバー用六角軸プラスビットの十字先端部と係合し、かつ取付け用ネジと噛み合うように中空軸部を十字穴に成形することによって、ねじ付きアンカーの先端部が石膏ボードを穿孔する際、ねじ付きアンカーの頭部面のプラス十字ビット嵌合部が、電動工具に取付けられた六角軸プラス十字ビットの先端部によって破壊されることを防止し、電動工具の回転力を確実にねじ付きアンカーの先端部に伝えることができる。
また、ねじ付きアンカーの頭部端面に設けた釘穴を通してピンを石膏ボードに打込むことによって、取付ねじを緩める方向に回転させても、ねじ付きアンカーの共回り発生を防止でき、ねじ付きアンカーを石膏ボードに残した状態で器材を取り外すことができる。
