Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a loading platform such as a transportation pallet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a non-slip member fitting hole has been formed in the outer surface portion of a synthetic resin carrier such as a transport pallet, and a non-slip member formed of a material such as rubber different from the carrier in the anti-slip member fitting hole. Is inserted and attached to prevent slipping of the load when the load is placed on the outer surface portion, or to prevent the load carrier from slipping when the outer surface portion is installed on the floor or the like.
[0003]
By the way, when the synthetic resin loading platform with the anti-slip member as described above becomes unnecessary, it becomes a pollution problem if it is discarded or incinerated as it is. Reusing the synthetic resin, which is a raw material, as a resource. However, as described above, a non-slip member made of a material such as rubber, which is different from the carrier, is attached to the anti-slip member fitting hole on the outer surface of the synthetic resin carrier. Unless the member is removed, the synthetic resin cannot be reused as a resource. For this reason, it is necessary to remove the anti-slip member. However, conventionally, it has been troublesome to remove the anti-slip member, which has been a cause of cost increase when the synthetic resin, which is the material of the loading platform, is reused as a resource.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in reusing the synthetic resin, which is the material of the loading platform, as a resource, a non-slip member made of a material different from the loading platform attached to the loading platform can be easily and reliably used. In addition, it is possible to prevent slipping and ensure that the load placed on the loading platform is not soiled. Further, when the loading platform is cut, it is possible to easily and reliably cut the slip-proof member. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cargo bed with a non-slip member.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the load carrier with the anti-slip member according to the present invention has the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 formed on the upper surface or the lower surface of the synthetic resin carrier 1 and the anti-slip member fitting hole 3. An anti-slip member 4 made of a material different from that of the loading platform 1 is fitted and attached, and a cutting mark 5 is provided on the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion of the loading platform 1, and an extension line of the cutting mark 5 is used for fitting the anti-slip member. It is set so as to cross the hole 3, and the end portion of the cutting mark 5 is recessed in the side end surface portion of the loading platform 1 . By adopting such a configuration, when the loading platform 1 becomes unnecessary and the synthetic resin that is the material of the loading platform 1 is reused as a resource, the anti-slip member 4 is fitted by cutting with the cutting mark 5. The anti-slip member 4 can be easily detached from the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 by cutting at the portion. In addition, when the loading platform 1 is cut, the cutting mark 5 is surely cut by positioning and cutting a cutting blade such as a cutting saw against the recessed portion of the end of the cutting mark 5. Will be able to.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0007]
Examples of the loading platform 1 include a synthetic resin transport pallet 10 and a synthetic resin platform in a transport cart. In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, an example of a transport pallet 10 made of synthetic resin is shown. The transport pallet 10 is made of synthetic resin, and a fork insertion portion 11 is formed in the front-rear direction or the front-rear left-right direction. The fork insertion portion 11 is open on the side surface of the transport pallet 10. In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, the transport pallet 10 includes an upper half body 10a in which a girder part 13 projects from a face plate part 12 formed of a synthetic resin, and a lower half body 10b in which a girder part 13 projects from the face plate part 12. Are integrated by welding at the front end surface portion of the girder portion 13, but are not necessarily limited to this. The transportation pallet 10 may be integrally formed of synthetic resin.
[0008]
An anti-slip member fitting hole 3 is formed through the top and bottom of the face plate 12 which is the outer surface of the carrying pallet 10. A cutting mark 5 is provided on the outer surface of the face plate portion 12. The cutting mark 5 has a line shape in a plan view or a dotted line, and the extension line of the cutting mark 5 is set so as to cross the anti-slip member fitting hole 3. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of cutting marks 5 are provided vertically and horizontally on the face plate portion 12, and cutting marks are formed so that the extension lines of the vertical and horizontal cutting marks 5 intersect at the portion 3 of the anti-slip member fitting hole. 5. The positional relationship of the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 is set.
[0009]
When the cutting mark 5 is configured by a protrusion 5a slightly protruding linearly or dotted from the face plate portion 12, when it is configured by a groove slightly recessed linearly or dotted from the face plate portion 12, or Marks may be formed on the face plate 12 in a linear or dotted manner by printing or the like. In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, the projection 5a is slightly projected from the face plate 12 in a linear or dotted manner. An example in which a cutting mark 5 is formed is shown. In any of the embodiments, the end portion of the cut mark 5 of the face plate portion 12 of the transporting pallet 10 is recessed in the side end face portion of the face plate portion 12 to form the recessed portion 2.
[0010]
In the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, the protruding height of the protrusion 5a is about 0.5 mm and the width of the protrusion 5a is about 1 mm. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
[0011]
The anti-slip member fitting hole 3 penetrates up and down the face plate portion 12. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper end portion of the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 has a larger diameter than the central portion of the hole. A diameter hole portion 14a is formed, and a lower end portion is a retaining hole 14b having a diameter larger than that of the central portion of the hole. In addition, the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 is provided with a tapered hole portion 14c for fitting guide that is continuous with the large-diameter hole portion 14a. When the cutting mark 5 is constituted by the protrusion 5a, a space is provided between the protrusion 5a and the opening end of the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 as shown in FIG. A portion of the outer peripheral edge of the twelve anti-slip member fitting holes 3 is a mounting surface 16.
[0012]
The anti-slip member 4 is made of a material different from that of the carrying pallet 10 and is made of, for example, rubber. An example of the anti-slip member 4 is shown in FIG. 4. A neck portion 18 having a smaller diameter than the head portion 17 is provided at the lower portion of the large-diameter head portion 17, and the upper end is smaller in diameter than the neck portion 18 at the lower portion of the neck portion 18. A tapered shaft portion 19 whose diameter gradually decreases as the diameter increases, a shaft portion 20 having the same diameter as the lowermost end of the tapered shaft portion 19 is provided at the lower end portion of the tapered shaft portion 19, and a shaft portion is provided at the lower portion of the shaft portion 20. A retaining collar 21 having a diameter larger than 20 is provided. The anti-slip member 4 is fitted into the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 as shown in FIG. In this case, the outer periphery of the lower surface of the large-diameter head portion 17 hits the mounting surface 16 on the outer peripheral edge of the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 of the face plate portion 12, and the outer periphery of the lower surface of the neck portion 18 is the outer periphery of the bottom of the large-diameter hole portion 14a. The tapered shaft portion 19 is fitted into the tapered hole portion 14c, and the retaining collar portion 21 is fitted into the retaining hole 14b. In this way, the anti-slip member 4 is attached to the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 provided in the face plate portion 12, and the head 17 of the anti-slip member 4 is projected from the face plate portion 12. Here, with respect to the load applied to the anti-slip member 4 from above, the outer periphery of the lower surface of the head 17 hits the mounting surface 16, and the outer periphery of the lower surface of the neck portion 18 hits the outer periphery of the bottom of the large-diameter hole 14 a. The shaft portion 19 is fitted into the taper hole portion 14c so that the inclined surfaces are in contact with each other so as not to come out downward, and the retaining collar portion 21 is fitted into the retaining hole 14b. This prevents the slipper member 4 from coming off upward. In this way, the anti-slip member 4 is attached in a state in which the anti-slip member 4 is prevented from slipping up and down with respect to the anti-slip member fitting hole 3.
[0013]
In the above example, the example in which the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 in which the anti-slip member 4 is attached to the face plate portion 12 on the upper surface side of the transport pallet 10 and the cutting mark 5 are provided is shown. An anti-slip member fitting hole 3 in which the anti-slip member 4 is attached to the upper and lower face plate portions 12 or the lower face plate portion 12 and a cutting mark 5 may be provided. And on the upper surface side, the load is placed on the face plate portion 12, but the slip is prevented by the anti-slip member 4. Further, when the anti-slip member 4 is provided on the lower surface side, the anti-slip member 4 can be prevented from sliding on the floor due to the anti-slip member 4 coming into contact with the floor.
[0014]
By the way, when the transportation pallet 10 which is the loading platform 1 as described above becomes unnecessary, the synthetic resin which is the material of the transportation pallet 10 is reused as a resource. The conveying pallet 10 is cut along the cutting mark 5 in a state where the cutting blade 20 such as a cutting saw is applied to the concave portion 2 at the end of the cutting mark 5. At this time, since the extension line of the cutting mark 5 is set so as to cross the anti-slip member fitting hole 3, the conveyance pallet 10 is cut at the portion where the anti-slip member 4 is fitted, and the anti-slip member 4 is cut. Will be cut at the same time. Accordingly, the non-slip member 4 having the large-diameter head 17 at one end and the large-diameter retaining collar 21 at the other end can be easily detached by pulling it sideways. It is. In particular, as shown in the embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, the portion into which the anti-slip member 4 is fitted is cut into four equal parts (in the embodiment, it is divided into four equal parts, but even in three equal parts or five equal parts or more). If it cuts so that it may be good), the anti-slip | skid member 4 can be taken out still more easily than the case where it cuts into two equal parts.
[0015]
Here, when the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 is a circular hole as shown in FIG. 1, the extension line of the cutting mark 5 crosses the center of the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 or the vicinity of the center. Accordingly, the anti-slip member 4 can be cut at the center or near the center of the portion where the anti-slip member 4 is fitted, and the anti-slip member 4 fitted into the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 made of a circular hole can be easily detached by cutting. In particular, in this case, even if the portion where the anti-slip member 4 is fitted is cut into two equal parts, it can be easily removed. Of course, when the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 is square, the extension line of the cutting mark 5 is not limited to the one passing through the center of the anti-slip member fitting hole 3 or the vicinity thereof as shown by the solid line in FIG. As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 7, it may be set to pass through a position off the center.
[0016]
By cutting as described above, the cut transportation pallet 10 from which the anti-slip member 4 has been removed is crushed by a crushing device and used as a raw material for recycled resin.
[0017]
In the above embodiment, the example of the transport pallet 10 made of a synthetic resin has been described as the loading platform 1, but is not limited to the transport pallet 10, and the base made of a synthetic resin in the transport cart or the other anti-slip member 4 is used. Of course, the present invention can be applied to various loaded platforms.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the present invention, an anti-slip member fitting hole is formed in the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion of the synthetic resin carrier, and the anti-slip member fitting hole is made of a material different from that of the carrier. The formed anti-slip member is fitted and attached, and a mark for cutting is provided on the upper surface portion or the lower surface portion of the loading platform, and the extension line of the cutting mark is set so as to cross the hole for fitting the anti-slip member. When the synthetic resin, which is the material of the loading platform, is reused as a resource, it can be cut at the part where the anti-slip member is fitted by cutting along the mark for cutting, and the anti-slip member can be prevented from slipping. It can be easily removed from the hole for fitting the member, and the end of the cut mark is recessed in the side end surface of the loading platform when cutting, so that the cutting blade can be cut along the cut mark.
