Description

[0001]
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin pallet used when transporting and storing various cargoes, and relates to a synthetic resin pallet that can be transported by a forklift or a pallet truck.
[Background]
[0002]
In general, a pallet made of synthetic resin formed by injecting synthetic resin is provided as a pallet used when carrying and storing luggage. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2001-72063 and 2000-16430 disclose a two-way synthetic resin pallet into which a fork portion such as a disclosed forklift can be inserted from two directions, and a four-way synthetic resin to be inserted from four directions. A pallet made of steel is disclosed.
[0003]
This kind of synthetic resin pallet includes an upper surface plate-shaped portion and a lower surface plate-shaped portion arranged in parallel to each other, and a girder portion that connects the upper surface plate-shaped portion and the lower surface plate-shaped portion. The upper plate-like portion and the lower plate-like portion are connected to each other by girders arranged at both ends and in the middle, and a pair of fork insertion holes is provided between the upper plate-like portion and the lower-face plate-like portion. Is formed. That is, the girder part and the opening part of the fork insertion hole are provided in the side part surrounding the outer peripheral part of the upper surface plate part and the lower surface plate part.
[0004]
Synthetic resin pallets are used to transport and store packages in bulk. Specifically, a forklift or a fork part of a pallet truck is inserted into a pair of fork insertion holes with a load placed on the upper surface thereof, and the synthetic resin pallet is placed on the truck bed or warehouse.
[0005]
However, when a plurality of synthetic resin pallets are placed in a column in a track where only the rear portion of the loading platform is opened and the depth of the loading platform is sufficiently long relative to the length of the fork portion, the rear of the loading platform Since it is loaded from the side, the synthetic resin pallet cannot be placed on the front side of the loading platform.
In this way, when the synthetic resin pallet cannot be placed in a desired place with the fork part such as a forklift inserted in the fork insertion hole, the side part of the synthetic resin pallet is pressed with the fork part tip of the forklift or the like. The plastic pallet was moved forward.
[0006]
In order to move the conventional synthetic resin pallet forward, the front end of the fork part is pressed against the girder located on the side of the fork insertion hole. In other words, after placing the plastic pallet on the truck bed, back the forklift, pull out the fork from the fork insertion hole, and move the forklift laterally so that the fork is in contact with the girder. After adjusting the position of the fork portion in the width direction, the fork portion was advanced again and the fork portion tip was brought into contact with the girder and pressed. As described above, the pushing operation of the synthetic resin pallet requires a lot of time and labor.
[0007]
In addition, since the range of movement of the fork portion in the width direction is limited, the distance between the fork portions cannot be adjusted so that the tip of the fork portion comes into contact with the end side beam portions located at both ends of the synthetic resin pallet. there were. In this case, only the central beam part located between the fork insertion holes of the synthetic resin pallet is pressed, or the center beam part and the end side beam part are pressed. Then, the synthetic resin pallet cannot be pressed in a well-balanced manner, and the synthetic resin pallet is inclined with respect to the pressing direction, and the synthetic resin pallet cannot be moved to a predetermined position. There was a problem that the luggage collapsed.
[0008]
In order to solve such a problem, Japanese Patent No. 2880657 discloses a synthetic resin pallet provided with a fork locking portion for locking the tip of the fork portion on the synthetic resin pallet. The upper surface plate-like portion of the synthetic resin pallet is larger than the lower surface plate-like portion, and the upper surface plate-like portion protrudes greatly from the side surface to form a fork locking portion. The fork locking portion includes a front abutting surface on which the tip of the fork portion abuts and an upper abutting surface that prevents the fork portion from being displaced upward.
[0009]
In the synthetic resin pallet having this configuration, the fork tip can be abutted against the fork locking portion and pressed in a balanced manner, so that the load on the synthetic resin pallet can be moved to a predetermined position without breaking. it can.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0010]
However, in the synthetic resin pallet provided with the fork locking portion, the fork locking portion is formed on the upper surface portion that protrudes greatly, so that the strength of the fork locking portion cannot be ensured and is pressed by the fork portion. There was a risk of damage.
Also, if the fork part comes off to the fork insertion hole located below the fork locking part while pressing the synthetic resin pallet, the forklift collides with the synthetic resin pallet and There was a risk that the load on the pallet would collapse.
Furthermore, since the top plate-shaped part protrudes greatly from the side surface, the number of synthetic resin pallets that can be arranged in parallel is limited, and the number of synthetic resin pallets that can be placed in the truck bed or warehouse is reduced. There was also a problem such as.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can be easily and reliably pushed forward using a forklift or the like, and the number of trucks loaded in the loading platform or warehouse is unnecessary. An object is to provide a plastic pallet that is not restricted.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0012]
The synthetic resin pallet of the present invention has an upper surface plate-shaped portion and a lower surface plate-shaped portion disposed to face each other, and a side surface portion surrounding the outer periphery between the upper surface plate-shaped portion and the lower surface plate-shaped portion. The side pallet is a synthetic resin pallet having at least a pair of fork insertion hole openings formed therein,
A fork pressing portion that is recessed toward the inside of the synthetic resin pallet is formed above the opening of the fork insertion hole, and the fork pressing portion includes a pressing surface that is pressed by a fork portion of a forklift, and An upper guide portion for restricting upward movement of the fork portion; a lower guide portion for restricting downward movement of the fork portion; and a side guide portion for restricting lateral movement of the fork portion. It is characterized by that.
【The invention's effect】
[0013]
According to the synthetic resin pallet according to the present invention, the fork pressing portion that is recessed inside the synthetic resin pallet is provided above the opening of the fork insertion hole. The synthetic resin pallet can be pushed forward by pressing at the tip.
In addition, since the fork pressing part is provided with a lower guide part that restricts the downward movement of the fork part, it is possible to prevent the fork part from being detached from the fork insertion hole during the pushing operation, such as a forklift. Can be prevented from colliding with the synthetic resin pallet and the luggage on the synthetic resin pallet can be prevented from collapsing.
[0014]
In addition, the fork pressing part is provided with a side guide part that regulates the lateral movement of the fork part, so even if the fork part slides sideways, the fork part will not come off and the synthetic resin The pallet can be pushed stably.
In addition, the fork pressing part is formed so as to be recessed toward the inside of the synthetic resin pallet, and the upper surface plate-like part does not protrude greatly from the side surface, so the number of synthetic resin pallets that can be arranged in parallel is unnecessarily limited Thus, the number of synthetic resin pallets accommodated in the truck bed or warehouse is not reduced. Moreover, since there is no part which protruded largely in the upper surface plate-shaped part, handling of a synthetic resin pallet becomes easy.
[0015]
As described above, according to the present invention, the pushing operation of the synthetic resin pallet by a forklift or the like can be easily and reliably performed, and the number of the synthetic resin pallets accommodated in the truck bed or the warehouse is unnecessary. An unrestricted synthetic resin pallet can be provided.

In the synthetic resin pallet of the present invention, it is preferable to form reinforcing ribs in the side guide portions. The strength of the side guide portion can be ensured by the reinforcing ribs, and damage when the fork portion collides with the side guide portion can be prevented.
Moreover, it is preferable that a reinforcing rib is provided on the pressing surface.
Furthermore, it is preferable that a part of the upper surface plate-like part is the guide part and a part of the lower surface plate-like part is a part of the lower guide part.
Example [0019]
Hereinafter, a synthetic resin pallet according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 6 show a synthetic resin pallet as an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the synthetic resin pallet 11 is formed in a rectangular box shape as a whole, and an upper surface plate-like portion 12 that forms the upper surface of the synthetic resin pallet 11 and a lower surface plate-like portion 13 that forms the lower surface. The upper plate-like portion 12 and the lower plate-like portion 13 have a girder portion 14 that connects the upper plate-like portion 12 and the lower face plate-like portion 13. The upper surface plate-like portion 12 and the lower surface plate-like portion 13 are arranged so as to be substantially parallel as shown in FIGS.
[0020]
Two pairs of fork insertion holes 21, 21 or 22, 22 for inserting a fork part of a forklift or a pallet lift are formed between the beam parts 14 of the synthetic resin pallet 11 thus configured. Yes. The pair of fork insertion holes 21, 21 extending in the long side direction has openings 21 </ b> A, 21 </ b> A on both side surfaces 15 on the short side. The pair of fork insertion holes 22, 22 extending in the short side direction has openings 22 </ b> A, 22 </ b> A on both side surfaces 15 on the long side. That is, the synthetic resin pallet shown in the drawing is a so-called four-way synthetic resin pallet 11. That is, it is constituted by the short side surface portion 15 constituted by the spar 14 and the openings 21A and 21A of the fork insertion holes 21 and 21, and the openings 14A and 22A of the spar 14 and the fork insertion holes 22 and 22. The side surface 15 of the synthetic resin pallet 11 is formed by arranging the long side surface 15 to be in contact with each other. The side surface portion 15 surrounds the outer peripheral portions of the upper surface plate portion 12 and the lower surface plate portion 13.
[0021]
In the lower surface plate-like portion 13, there are a plurality of regions along the direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the fork portion of the forklift or the pallet truck between the regions of the bottom portions of the fork insertion holes 21 and 21, that is, between the beam portions 14 and 14. The crosspieces 23 and 23 are spaced apart from each other. Similarly, a plurality of crosspieces 24 and 24 are spaced apart from each other in the region forming the bottom of the fork insertion holes 22 and 22, that is, between the spar 14 and the spar 14 along the direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the fork. It is provided with a gap.
Here, the height of the crosspiece 23 disposed at the bottom of the fork insertion holes 21 and 21 provided with the openings 21A and 21A in the short side surface 15 is such that the opening 22A and It is set to be lower than the height of the crosspiece 24 arranged at the bottom of the fork insertion holes 22 and 22 provided with 22A.
[0022]
In addition, a plurality of wheel holes 25 communicating with the fork insertion holes 21 and 21 are formed in the lower surface plate-like portion 13 in the region between the beam portions 14. When the pallet truck is inserted into the fork insertion holes 21 and 21, the wheel of the pallet truck can be grounded via the wheel hole 25.
In the synthetic resin pallet 11 of this specific example, since four wheel holes 25 are formed, the lower surface plate-like portion 13 has a quadrangular shape with a cross formed at the center by the crosspieces 23 and 24.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the fork pressing portion 31 is provided in a portion between the opening 21 </ b> A, 21 </ b> A, or 22 </ b> A, 22 </ b> A of the fork insertion hole 21, 21, 22, 22 and the upper plate member 12. Is formed. The fork pressing portion 31 is recessed in the direction in which the fork insertion holes 21, 21, 22, 22 extend. As shown in FIG. 5, the fork pressing portion 31 includes a planar bottom surface portion that extends perpendicularly to the upper surface plate-shaped portion 12 and substantially parallel to the side surface portion 15. The bottom surface portion is a pressing surface 32 against which the fork lift tip of the forklift comes into contact. The upper plate portion 11 located above the pressing surface 32 is the upper guide portion 33, and the upper wall surface of the fork insertion holes 21, 21, 22, 22 located below the pressing surface 32 is the lower guide portion 34. Has been.
[0024]
A pair of side guide portions 35 are formed so as to connect the upper wall surface of the fork insertion holes 21, 21, 22, 22 and the upper surface plate-like portion 11, and extend vertically from the pressing surface 32. Yes. More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a fork pressing portion 31 is formed on the fork insertion holes 21, 21, 22, and 22 between the side wall surface and the other side wall surface. Has been.
In other words, a recessed fork pressing portion 31 is formed along the upper wall surface of the openings 21A, 21A, or 22A, 22A, and a pair of side guides 35 are formed so as to stand from the pressing surface 32. .
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 6, the reinforcing ribs 36 extend in parallel to the upper surface plate-like portion 11 and are perpendicular to the pressing surface 32 on the back side portion of the side guide portion 35. It is formed to protrude.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 37 are formed on the back side of the pressing surface 32 so as to extend perpendicularly to the pressing surface 32.
[0026]
The upper surface of the synthetic resin pallet 11, that is, the surface of the upper plate-like portion 12 constitutes a loading surface for loading various loads, and is formed flat so that the loads can be loaded stably. Yes. Projections 38 projecting upward are provided at each edge of the four sides of the upper surface plate-like portion 12. When the pallets are stacked, a groove that can accommodate the protruding portion 38 is provided in the portion of the lower surface plate-like portion 13 that faces the protruding portion 38 of the upper surface plate-like portion 12. In this way, the protrusions 38 projecting upward are provided at the respective edges of the four sides of the upper surface plate-like portion 12, and the lower surface plate-like portion 13 is provided with a groove capable of accommodating it, so that the pallet can be stably positioned. Can be stacked.
[0027]
The synthetic resin pallet 11 having such a configuration has a fork lift or a pallet truck fork portion in a pair of fork insertion holes 21, 21, 22, 22 with a load placed on the surface of the upper plate 12. And the synthetic resin pallet 11 is placed on a truck bed or a warehouse to transport and store the packages together.
[0028]
For example, the fork portion of the forklift is inserted into the fork insertion holes 22 opened on the long side, and the synthetic resin pallet 11 is transported.
On the other hand, as described above, the fork insertion holes 21 and 21 having the openings 21A and 21A on the short side are provided with the crosspieces 23 having a low height. For this reason, even in the case of a pallet truck provided with wheels or the like in the vicinity of the tip of the fork portion, the wheel or the like in the vicinity of the tip easily gets over the crosspiece 23. For this reason, the wheel of a pallet truck contacts the floor via the wheel hole 25, and the pallet can be transported by the pallet truck.
That is, the fork insertion holes 22 and 22 opened on the long side are suitable for use in transportation by a forklift, and the fork insertion holes 21 and 21 opened on the short side are used for transportation by a forklift and a pallet truck. In particular, it is suitably used for transportation by a pallet truck.
[0029]
The pushing operation of pressing and moving the synthetic resin pallet 11 at the tip of the fork portion of the forklift is performed as follows.
The fork lift fork is inserted into the fork insertion holes 21, 21, 22, 22 of the synthetic resin pallet 11 and transported. After the synthetic resin pallet 11 is placed on the truck bed etc., the forklift is moved back. And pull out the fork part. After the fork part is moved upward, the forklift is advanced, and the tip of the fork part is inserted into the fork pressing part 31 and brought into contact with the pressing surface 32. In this state, the synthetic resin pallet 11 is pushed forward by advancing the forklift.
[0030]
In this synthetic resin pallet 11, a fork pressing portion 31 is provided above the fork insertion holes 21, 21, 22, 22, and the fork pressing portion 31 is inserted into the fork pressing portion 31 to press the pressing surface 32. Therefore, the synthetic resin pallet 11 can be pushed only by adjusting the height of the fork portion by backing the forklift. Accordingly, the pushing operation can be easily performed without moving the forklift or the fork portion in the lateral direction.
[0031]
In addition, since a plurality of reinforcing ribs 37 are formed on the back side of the pressing surface 32 with which the tip of the fork portion comes into contact, and the strength is ensured, the pressing surface 32 is damaged when pressed with the tip of the fork portion. Can be prevented.
Moreover, since the lower guide part 34 for preventing the downward movement of the fork part is provided, when the synthetic resin pallet 11 is pressed, the fork part has the fork insertion holes 21, 21 or 22, The forklift can be prevented from colliding with the synthetic resin pallet 11 unexpectedly.
[0032]
Moreover, since the side guide part 35 for preventing the fork part from moving to the side is formed, the fork part can be prevented from slipping and shifting in the lateral direction, and the synthetic resin pallet 11 can be stabilized. Can be pressed.
Furthermore, since the upper guide portion 33 for preventing the fork portion from moving upward is provided, it is possible to prevent the fork portion from being detached and damaging the load on the synthetic resin pallet 11 during the pushing operation.
[0033]
Further, since the upper surface plate-like portion 12 and the lower surface plate-like portion 13 have substantially the same area, and the upper surface plate-like portion 12 does not protrude greatly to the outside, even when the synthetic resin pallets 11 are arranged, There is no reduction in the number of synthetic resin pallets 11 accommodated in the loading platform or warehouse.
Furthermore, since the reinforcing rib 36 is formed on the back side of the side guide portion 35 to ensure the strength, it is possible to prevent damage due to impact when the fork portion collides with the side guide portion 35.
[0034]
As mentioned above, although the synthetic resin pallet by the Example of this invention was demonstrated, this invention is not limited to an above described Example, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning, it can change suitably.
