【0001】

【0030】
図1に示すように、電源システム1000は、HV_ECU(Hybrid Vehicle_Electronic Control Unit)100、SMR(System Main Relay)120、モータジェネレータインバータ(以下「モータジェネレータ」をMGと表わす。)
AC_ECU400は、信号線108を介してHV_ECU100に接続される。
【0032】
HV_ECU100は、第1のIG(Ignition)180を介して接地される。
【0041】
信号入力部220には、HV_ECU100およびAC_ECU400からの信号が入力される。
【0058】
S502にて、AC_ECU400は、HV_ECU100から信号を受信する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power supply system mounted on a vehicle, and more particularly, to a technology for opening a power supply system with no arc and a technology for determining one failure from a plurality of failures related to signal lines of the power supply system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A battery such as 12V or 24V is mounted on the vehicle as a power source for supplying power to the auxiliary machine. In recent years, vehicles such as so-called hybrid vehicles or electric vehicles that take out driving force from an electric motor are gradually becoming popular, and electronic control of vehicles has been further advanced, so that higher voltage (for example, 36V) is used. Battery) has come to be installed.
[0003]
When a high-voltage power supply can be used in this way, the auxiliary machine can be driven more optimally, while the need for safety functions in preparation for abnormalities in the electric circuit (for example, disconnection, short circuit, etc.) is also increasing. . For example, a function for preventing damage to equipment due to a high voltage current or a function for interrupting an electric circuit without generating an electric arc is further required.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-271603 (Patent Document 1) discloses an electric vehicle having a function of preventing damage to a battery due to overcurrent and damage to an electronic device due to excessive power generation at the time of circuit interruption as such a safety function. To do. In this electric vehicle, a travel motor, a battery that supplies power to the travel motor, a control circuit that controls conversion of power between the travel motor and the battery, a breaker, and an overcurrent are detected An output circuit that outputs a signal, a circuit that stops driving the driving motor and the regenerative output from the driving motor to the battery when the signal is output, and a control that controls the breaker so as to cut off the overcurrent supply Circuit.
[0005]
According to this electric vehicle, when an overcurrent is detected due to an abnormality in the electronic device during traveling, driving of the traveling motor and regeneration with respect to the battery are stopped. Since the breaker is shut off after the regeneration is stopped, overcurrent does not flow to the electronic device, and generation of a voltage without a discharge destination can be prevented. This prevents battery damage and electronic equipment damage.

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the electric vehicle disclosed in Patent Document 1, since there is only one electric circuit to be cut off, there is a problem that it cannot be applied as it is when there are two or more electric circuits.
[0008]
That is, when a plurality of electric circuits share a power source, an electronic device and a breaker are connected to each electric circuit. Since each electronic device is controlled by each control device, each control device shuts off each breaker when an abnormality occurs. However, since the interruptions are controlled separately, the interruption timings are not aligned. As a result, there is a problem that it is impossible to execute so-called arc-free opening that interrupts the circuit without generating an electric arc due to a high voltage.
[0009]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shut-off control method capable of performing arc-free opening in a power supply system in which a plurality of electric circuits share a power supply, and the power supply thereof. A fault determination method capable of determining a fault related to a signal line of a system is provided.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The shutoff control method according to the first invention is a detection step for detecting an abnormality relating to the power supply system, a stop step for stopping the supply of power from the generator when an abnormality is detected, and an abnormality is detected. A command step for instructing the electronic device to shut down the circuit of the electronic device, an execution step for executing the cutoff of the circuit of the electronic device, the supply of power is stopped, and the circuit of the electronic device is shut off, An opening step for performing the opening of the circuit breaker.
[0011]
According to the first invention, the cutoff control method controls the cutoff of the power supply system mounted on the vehicle. The power supply system includes a power supply, a circuit breaker, a generator, and an electronic device. The power source is a battery of 12V, 24V, 36V, for example. The circuit breaker is, for example, a main relay that controls connection and release between a power source and an electric circuit. The generator is, for example, a motor generator. The electronic device is, for example, an air conditioner inverter or an electric power steering system. When an abnormality related to the power supply system is detected in the detection step, the supply of power from the generator is stopped in the stop step. For example, power generation is stopped. Alternatively, the connection between the generator and the power supply system is interrupted. When the abnormality is detected, the electronic device is instructed to shut down the circuit of the electronic device in the command step, and the shutdown is executed in the execution step. When the supply of electric power is stopped and the circuit of the electronic device is shut off, the circuit breaker is opened in the opening step. If it does in this way, supply of the electric power from a generator will be stopped by opening a circuit breaker, Therefore An unnecessary voltage does not generate | occur | produce in a power supply system. In addition, since the circuit of the electronic device is interrupted before the circuit breaker is opened, the current is prevented from flowing into the electronic device in the event of an abnormality. Therefore, the power supply system including a plurality of circuit breakers (that is, the circuit breaker and the circuit breaker in the electronic device) is opened without generating an arc. Thereby, the interruption | blocking control method which can perform an arc-free open | release in the power supply system with which a some electric circuit shares a power supply can be provided.
[0012]
The shutoff control method according to the second invention controls shutoff of a power supply system including a high voltage power supply in addition to the configuration of the first invention.
[0013]
According to the second invention, the arc-free opening can be executed in the power supply system in which the plurality of electric circuits share the high voltage power supply.
[0014]
The shutoff control method according to the third invention controls the shutoff of the power supply system including the air conditioner inverter in addition to the configuration of the first or second invention.
[0015]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the power supply system in which the power source is shared by a plurality of electric circuits and one of the electric circuits includes the air conditioner inverter, the arc-free opening can be executed.
[0016]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a failure determination method comprising: a detection step for detecting an abnormality relating to the power supply system; a command step for instructing the circuit breaker of the electronic device to be shut down when the abnormality is detected; The controller receives a signal from the first controller, a detection step for detecting the state of the electronic device based on the received signal, a recognition step for recognizing the state of the electronic device, and And a failure determination step of determining one failure from a plurality of failures related to the signal line based on the state and the recognized state.
[0017]
According to the fourth invention, the failure determination method determines a failure (for example, short circuit, disconnection, etc.) related to the signal line of the power supply system mounted on the vehicle. The power supply system includes a generator (for example, a motor generator), an electronic device (for example, an air conditioner inverter, an electric power steering device and other devices), a first control device for controlling the generator, and a second for controlling the electronic device. Including the control device. When an abnormality relating to the power supply system is detected in the detection step of the failure determination method, the first control device instructs the circuit of the electronic device to be cut off in the command step. In the reception step, the second control device receives a signal output from the first control device to the electronic device. In the detection step, the second control device detects the state of the electronic device based on the signal. In the recognition step, the second control device recognizes the state of the electronic device based on the signal received from the electronic device. The detected state or recognized state is, for example, a state where a circuit of an electronic device is connected or a state where the circuit is cut off. In the failure determination step, the second control device determines one failure from a plurality of failures based on the detected state and the recognized state. For example, if these states are inconsistent (that is, different from each other), it is determined that the signal line is a fault that is short-circuited to the ground. If these states match (that is, indicate the same state), the signal line is determined to be another failure. In this way, a failure related to the signal line connecting the first control device and the electronic device by comparing the state of the electronic device detected based on the signal from the first control device and the signal from the electronic device. Can be determined. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a failure determination method capable of determining a failure related to a signal line in a power supply system in which a plurality of power supply circuits share a power supply.
[0018]
In the failure determination method according to the fifth invention, in addition to the configuration of the fourth invention, in the failure determination step, the first signal line is grounded when the detected state and the recognized state are inconsistent. Determining that the fault is a short circuit.
[0019]
According to the fifth invention, the failure determination method is a failure in which the first signal line is grounded and short-circuited in the power supply system in which the reliability of the first signal line is lower than the reliability of the second signal line. judge. Here, the first signal line is a cable that connects the first control device and the electronic device, for example, a copper wire. The second signal line is a wire harness that connects the electronic device and the second control device, for example, capable of serial communication. In such a power supply system, when the detected state and the recognized state are inconsistent, it is determined in the failure determination step that the first signal line is a failure that is shorted to the ground. In this way, a failure relating to the signal line of the power supply system can be determined.
[0020]
In the failure determination method according to the sixth aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of the fourth invention, the failure determination step is a failure in which the first signal line is short-circuited to ground when the detected state and the recognized state are matched. And a step of determining that the failure is different.
[0021]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the failure determination method provides a failure different from a failure in which the first signal line is grounded short-circuited in a power supply system in which the reliability of the first signal line is lower than the reliability of the second signal line. judge. Here, the first signal line is a cable that connects the first control device and the electronic device, for example, a copper wire. The second signal line is a wire harness that connects the electronic device and the second control device, for example, capable of serial communication. In such a power supply system, when the detected state and the recognized state match, the failure determination step causes the first signal line to be different from a failure that is short-circuited to the ground (for example, a failure that is disconnected or a failure of the power supply system). It is determined that the failure is a short circuit to the power supply. In this way, a failure relating to the signal line of the power supply system can be determined.
[0022]
In the failure determination method according to the seventh aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of the sixth aspect of the invention, the determination step determines one of a failure in which the first signal line is short-circuited to the power supply and a failure in which the first signal line is disconnected. Including the steps of:
[0023]
According to the seventh aspect, it is possible to determine either a failure in which the first signal line is disconnected or a failure in which the first signal line is short-circuited to the power supply of the power supply system.
[0024]
The failure determination method according to the eighth invention determines a failure in a power supply system including a high-voltage power supply in addition to the configuration of any of the fourth to seventh inventions.
[0025]
According to the eighth aspect, in the power supply system including a high voltage power supply, it is possible to determine a failure related to the signal line.
[0026]
The failure determination method according to the ninth invention determines a failure in the power supply system including the air conditioner inverter in addition to the configuration of any one of the fourth to seventh inventions.
[0027]
According to the ninth aspect, in the power supply system including the air conditioner inverter, it is possible to determine a failure relating to the signal line connecting the air conditioner inverter and the first control device.
