The folding length of the one-side end hook piece or the other-side end hook piece is regulated.

In the metal roofing material according to the invention described in claim 3 , the other roofing material is attached to one roofing material so that a part of the step according to claim 1 is exposed as a joint groove. The folding length of the one-side end hooking piece is longer than the other-side end hooking piece folding length.

As described above, the present invention is easy to construct when roofing materials are sequentially connected in roofing construction, and the exposed surface of the main plate of the roofing material adjacent in the lateral direction after construction is flush with snow, etc. It is difficult to accumulate on the roof, and rain can flow down well, and it can prevent rainwater from entering from the side of the connecting part, further suppressing the so-called “lateral running phenomenon of rainwater”. There is an effect that can be done.

In the present invention, a substantially rectangular roof material main plate, a lower end engaging piece formed by folding the main plate downward on the lower end edge of the roof material main plate, and an upper edge portion of the roof material main plate are formed and attached to the roof. A hanging portion, a protruding portion that is continuously formed in the lateral direction along the downstream side of the hanging portion and is engaged with a lower end hanging piece of the roofing material that is disposed on the upper stage, and a roof material on the lower end side from the protruding portion One side end hooking piece formed by folding the main plate upward on one side edge of the main plate, and the other side formed by folding the main plate downward on the other side edge of the roof material main plate on the lower end side from the ridge It is a metal roofing material with end-hanging pieces, which are sequentially connected in the lateral direction of the roof slope, and the lower end of the upper roofing material is sequentially stacked on the upper end of the lower roofing material in the upward direction of the roof slope. To make up the roof.

In addition, as a preferable lower end engaging piece, it is formed by folding the main plate in a U shape at the lower end edge of the roof material main plate, and as a preferable projecting portion, the edge of the lower end engaging piece of the roof material arranged in the upper stage A charging groove is formed in which is inserted. Thereby, even if rainwater goes up the roof with a strong wind such as a typhoon, the intrusion of rainwater can be satisfactorily prevented.

The ridge is slid in the upper end direction of the main plate while engaging the other side end hooking piece of the other roofing material connected to the one side end hooking piece of one roofing material previously fixed to the roof. The projecting portion of the other roofing material rides on the projecting portion of the other roofing material so as to be fitted. Thereby, when roof materials are sequentially connected in roofing construction, the construction becomes easy.

That is, when the roof is to be rolled, it is sequentially connected in the horizontal direction from the lower side of the roof, but one side of the first roof material fixed by placing a nail or the like on the hanging part first. The second roof material is slid in the upper end direction along the roof slope while the other end edge engagement piece of the second roof material to be attached next is engaged with the end engagement piece. At this time, each of the ridges is formed so that the ridge of the second roof material rides on the ridge of the first roof material so that the second roof material can be fitted. Thus, the operator can place and fix a nail or the like on the hanging portion of the second roof material without having the second roof material.

The projecting portion of the present invention engages with the lower end engaging piece of the roofing material that is overlaid, and the projecting portion of the other roofing material can ride on and fit with the projecting portion of the other roofing material. Preferably, an inclined surface that is easy to ride is provided in the direction of the upper and lower ends of the ridge portion.

In the present invention, in addition to this, as a preferred embodiment, one side end portion of the roof material main plate is provided with a step which is lower than the main plate plane height, and is folded back at the one side edge. Are provided at a height position where the exposed surfaces of the connected roofing material main plates are flush with each other. That is, the overlapping height of the connected first and second protrusions is also the height of the overlapping surface of the first roofing material one side end hooking piece and the second roofing material other side hooking piece, The lower roofing material is formed lower, and as a result, the exposed surface of the roofing material main plate adjacent in the lateral direction after construction is flush, so that it is possible to make it difficult for snow and the like to accumulate on the roof. . In addition, the appearance is the same, so it looks beautiful.

In addition, in the present invention, as a preferred embodiment, the one side end hooking piece or the other side end hooking is so arranged that the other roofing material is attached to one roofing material so that a part of the step is exposed as a joint groove. The folding length of the piece is regulated. As a result, rainwater hitting the roofing material flows down on the exposed main plate surface, but the joint groove having a low step acts as a ridge, and flows well through this joint groove.

The folding length of the one side end hooking piece or the other side end hooking piece may be longer, but more preferably, the folding length of the one side end hooking piece is longer than the other side end hooking piece folding length. Is done. Thereby, the infiltration of rainwater from the side of the connecting portion can be satisfactorily prevented. Specifically, the length of the folded portion of the one-side end hooking piece is preferably 0.5 to 5.5 cm, more preferably 2.5 to 5.5 cm, so that it can be laid like a typhoon. Even if it is raining, the infiltration of rainwater can be satisfactorily prevented.

The roof material main plate of the present invention may be a flat plate, but preferably has the same apparent width as the above-described joint groove that divides the distance between the step on one side end of the main plate and the other side edge equally. At least one joint groove is formed. As a result, the strength of the roofing material itself can be improved, and even if the width of the roofing material itself is long, it can be designed in a state where several tiles are arranged, and moreover, by one or more joint grooves, The so-called “rainwater running phenomenon” can be suppressed.

Moreover, the roofing material main board divided by the joint groove is not limited to a flat plate, but can be formed into a folded wave shape or a curved wave shape along the inclination direction, for example. By making it into a folded wave shape and a curved wave shape, the strength of the roofing material itself can be further improved, and the lateral running phenomenon of rainwater can be further suppressed. Further, by determining the folding angle of the broken wave, the appearance of the roofing material changes depending on the viewing angle.

As the joint groove formed between the step on one side end of the present invention or the one side end of the main plate and the other side edge, preferably, the width between the inner groove walls is exposed. It is formed wider than the width of the graben. Thereby, compared with a mere flat groove and a square groove, the "lateral running phenomenon of rain water" can be further suppressed.

As shown in the figure, the metal roofing material 10 of the present invention includes a rectangular roofing material main plate 12, a lower end engaging piece 14 formed by folding the main plate into a U-shape at the lower end edge of the roofing material main plate 12, and a roof. The hanging part 16 formed along the upper edge part of the material main plate 12, the protruding part 18 formed continuously in the lateral direction along the downstream side of the extending part 16, and the lower end from the protruding part 18 The main plate is attached to the left side edge of the roof material main plate 12 on the lower end side of the protrusion 18 and the one side end hooking piece 20 formed by folding the main plate upward at the right end edge toward the drawing of the roof material main plate 12 on the side. And the other end hooking piece 22 formed by folding downward.

As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, an inclined surface 19 is provided in the direction of the upper and lower ends of the ridge portion that is easy to ride on the ridge portion 18 of another roof material 10 to be connected. In addition, a loading groove 24 into which an end edge of the lower end hooking piece 14 of the roofing material 10 disposed in the upper stage is inserted is formed at the lower end of the protruding portion 18. Thereby, even if rainwater goes up the roof with a strong wind such as a typhoon, the intrusion of rainwater can be satisfactorily prevented.

As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, after the first folding portion 28 in which the cross section is folded into an S shape from the roof plane portion 26 that is the main plate plane height that is exposed when the roof material main plate 12 is assembled. A step 30 that has subsequently been lowered is formed. A second folded portion 32 that is folded facing the first folded portion 28 is formed at the rising portion of the step 30 that faces the first folded portion 28 from the level difference 30, and the one-side end engagement piece 20 is formed.

Moreover, the level | step difference 30 and the one side edge hooking part 20 are low with respect to the height position of the roof plane part 26, and the roof of two roofing material main plates 12 connected by the other side edge hooking part 22 shown in FIG. The height position of the flat portion 26 is flush (see FIG. 9a). Specifically, the height position of the one-side end hooking piece 20 may be set substantially lower than the height position of the roof flat surface portion 26.

As shown in FIG. 1, the roof material main plate 12 is formed with two joint grooves 35 that equally divide the distance between the step 30 at one end of the main plate 12 and the other end edge into three. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5, at the two opposite edges of the joint groove 35, a first folding part 29 whose section is folded in an S shape from the roof plane part 26, and a second facing the second folding part 29 The folding part 33 is formed, and the width | variety between each groove wall inside is formed wider than the width | variety of the joint groove | channel 35 which exposes. Thereby, the “lateral running phenomenon of rainwater” can be more effectively suppressed. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the joint groove 35 can be folded even when the roofing material is viewed from the left and right lateral directions, and the appearance can be harmonized.

As shown in the side mounting operation in FIG. 6, the roof material 10 is fixed in order and the roof is rolled. One roof material 10 is fixed to the roof with a nail or a screw on the hanging part 16. One roofing material 10 is slid in the upper end direction of the main plate 12 while engaging the other end engaging piece 22 of the other roofing material 10 connected to the one end engaging piece 20 of the one roofing material 10. The protruding portion 18 of the other roofing material 10 rides on the protruding portion 18 and is formed so that it can be fitted. Thereby, when roof materials 10 are sequentially connected in roofing construction, the construction becomes easy.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9A, the folding length of the one-side end hooking piece 20 is longer than the folding length of the other-side end hooking piece 22, so A joint groove 34 is formed between the roof flat portions 26 of each other. The width W1 of the joint groove 34 is the same as the width W2 of the joint groove 35 (FIG. 9b) dividing the roof plane 26 into three. As a result, as shown in FIG. 9c, since the widths of the two types of joint grooves 34 and 35 are the same with respect to the attached appearance, a favorable impression is given in appearance.

Moreover, as shown in the attachment state connected in multiple stages in FIG. 7, after the roof material 10 in the front row is mounted, the U-shaped lower end engaging piece in the rear row is inserted into the insertion groove 24 of the protrusion 18 in the front row. The roofing material 10 is fixed so that 14 is mounted. This operation is sequentially performed in the lateral direction. In addition, the inclined surfaces 19 provided in the upper and lower end directions of the ridges 18 are formed with air pockets a when the main body is fitted in the second stage, and rain enters due to a capillary phenomenon that occurs when the pockets are fitted together. There is also an advantage that is effective in preventing.

Furthermore, FIG. 10 is explanatory drawing which shows the structure of another Example of the metal roofing material of this invention. As shown to a figure, the structure of the metal roof material 110 of a present Example is the same structure as the metal roof material 10 shown in FIG. 1 except that the roof plane part 126 is formed in the shape of a broken wave. . Therefore, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the same structure or the equivalent structure.

The folded groove-like roof plane portion 126 can further improve the strength of the roof material 110 itself and further suppress the lateral running phenomenon of rainwater. Moreover, by setting the folding angle of the broken wave to be constant, there is an advantage that the appearance of the roofing material changes depending on the viewing angle. Specifically, since one inclination of the broken wave is 10 to 20 mm, the pitch of the broken wave is 20 to 40 mm and the peak height is 1 to 2.5 mm.
