Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric vacuum cleaner provided with communication means for appropriately communicating a dust suction chamber of an inlet main body with an external space.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional electric vacuum cleaner, the one shown in FIG. 9 is known (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
This vacuum cleaner 1 has a suction port body 2 composed of a lower case 2a, an upper case 2b, and the like. And this suction inlet main body 2 is provided with the dust suction chamber 3 inside, and the suction opening 3a to the dust suction chamber 3 is provided in the bottom face. Further, a dust suction port 4 that opens to the lower surface is formed on the front surface of the suction port body 2. An opening / closing body 5 for changing the opening amount is rotatably provided in the dust suction port 4.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 9B, the opening / closing body 5 has a lower end edge 5a curved rearward so as to face the bottom surface 2c of the lower case 2a, and a protruding portion 5b protruding forward. It is held by an opening / closing holding means (not shown).
[0005]
According to this vacuum cleaner 1, when cleaning the surface to be cleaned, the dust suction port 4 is substantially closed by the opening / closing holding means with the lower end edge 5a of the opening / closing body 5 facing the surface to be cleaned. Yes.
[0006]
When the front surface of the vacuum cleaner 1 comes into contact with the furniture or the like, the projection 5b protruding forward contacts the furniture or the like, and rotates the opening / closing body 5 against the opening / closing holding means, thereby sucking the dust. The entire surface of 4 is opened.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-65523 A (paragraph 0019, paragraph 0020, paragraph 0032, FIG. 1, FIG. 4)
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 9B, the opening / closing body 5 of the electric vacuum cleaner 1 described above is fitted with the shaft support recess 7 a of the support rib 7 provided on the suction inlet body 2 with the shaft 6 protruding from both ends. Is being held by. That is, the opening / closing body 5 is held only at both ends.
[0009]
Therefore, dust is pinched between the surface to be cleaned and the lower end edge 5a of the opening / closing body 5, or the suction port body 2 sinks to the surface to be cleaned such as a carpet so that the surface to be cleaned and the lower end edge 5a of the opening / closing body 5 are In the case of contact, a frictional force is generated between the opening / closing body 5 and the surface to be cleaned.
[0010]
Then, the shaft 6 is bent by this frictional force so that it can be easily removed from the shaft support recess 7a, and the opening / closing body 5 is detached.
[0011]
In particular, in order to increase the suction force from the front of the suction opening 3a, a dust suction port 4 that is almost the same as the length of the suction opening 3a in the left-right direction is formed, and the length in the left-right direction that can block the dust suction port 4 is set. In the case where the opening / closing body 5 is provided, the holding force of the opening / closing body 5 becomes weak, and there is a possibility that the opening / closing body 5 may be easily removed.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner that can make it difficult to disconnect the communication means for appropriately communicating the external space and the dust suction chamber.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes a suction port body having a dust suction chamber therein and a suction opening to the dust suction chamber on a bottom surface, at least one of front and rear of the suction opening, and an external space. And a communication means for appropriately communicating the external space and the dust suction chamber. The communication means is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape , extends to the left and right along the suction opening, and extends in the front-rear direction of the suction inlet body. And a flat surface that communicates the external space and the dust suction chamber by forming a gap with the surface to be cleaned when rotated by a predetermined angle. It has a moving body, and the suction port main body is provided with a drop-off preventing member that is brought into contact with the peripheral surface on the outer space side of the rotating body and suppresses the bending of the rotating body .
[0014]
According to the present invention, since the drop-off preventing member facing the outer surface of the rotating body, which is the communication means, is provided in the suction port body, the friction generated when the rotating body comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned. Even if the rotating body bends to the external space side by force, it can be made difficult to come off by coming into contact with the drop-off preventing member.
[0015]

Based on the detection result of the detection roller 26, the rotation direction of a motor (not shown) is controlled. A rear wheel 27 is attached to the rear part of the lower case 22a.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a recess 28 communicating with the external space is formed at the front end portion of the suction port main body 21 between the front of the suction opening 24 and the external space. And in this recess 28, the rotation body 30 which is a communication means is rotatably provided. A vertical wall 29 is provided between the recess 28 and the suction opening 24, and a gap G is formed between the lower end surface of the vertical wall 29 and the surface to be cleaned M.
[0025]
Further, a drop-off prevention protrusion 40 is provided as a drop-off prevention member at the foremost end 21a of the suction port body 21 which is the outer space side end of the recess 28.
[0026]
The drop-off prevention protrusion 40 protrudes from the lower surface of the lower case 22a toward the surface M to be cleaned, and has a cross-sectional shape in which an intermediate portion is bent toward the suction opening 24 side. Further, the drop-off prevention protrusion 40 faces the peripheral surface of the rotating body 30 on the outer space side, and is provided at a position facing the substantially central portion of the rotating body 30 here.
[0027]
The rotating body 30 is a communication means that allows the external space and the dust suction chamber 23 to communicate with each other as appropriate. The rotating body 30 extends left and right along the suction opening 24 and has a substantially cylindrical shape.
[0028]
A circumferential surface 31 of the rotating body 30 is provided with a flat surface 31 that faces the surface to be cleaned M when rotated by a predetermined angle and forms a gap between the surface to be cleaned M. The flat surface 31 is provided over almost the entire length of the rotating body 30.
[0029]
Further, support shafts 32, 32 projecting in the left-right direction are provided on both end faces of the rotating body 30, and these support shafts 32, 32 are rotatably attached to both side walls of the recess 28 of the suction inlet body 21. Yes. Further, at least one of the support shafts 32 is connected to a rotation drive device such as a motor (not shown). Then, the rotation driving device is controlled in accordance with the traveling direction of the suction port body 21 detected by the detection rotor 26, and the rotating body 30 is rotated in a predetermined direction.
[0030]
Although not shown in the figure, stoppers that restrict the rotation angle of the rotating body 30 to a range of 90 degrees as shown in FIG. Is provided.
[0031]
In addition, a wiping member 30 </ b> A is attached to the rotating body 30 on the entire peripheral surface excluding the flat surface 31. The wiping member 30 </ b> A is a raised cloth or the like, and is in close contact with the inner surface of the recess 28 when the rotating body 30 is disposed in the recess 28.
[0032]
Next, the operation of the electric vacuum cleaner 10 will be described.
[0033]
In order to use the electric vacuum cleaner 10, a switch (not shown) is turned on to drive the electric blower 14 a to apply a suction negative pressure to the dust suction chamber 23. Then, the handle body 15 of the cleaner body 11 is operated with the suction negative pressure acting on the dust suction chamber 23 as described above, and the suction port body 20 is moved in the front-rear direction on the surface M to be cleaned. I will go.
[0034]
And when the suction inlet 20 is advanced, the suction inlet main body 21 advances as shown in FIG. At this time, the rotating body 30 is rotationally driven in a forward direction (counterclockwise direction indicated by an arrow) corresponding to the forward direction by a rotation driving device (not shown).
[0035]
Furthermore, the rotation angle of the rotating body 30 is restricted by a stopper (not shown), and the rotating body 30 is held with the flat surface 31 facing downward.
[0036]
Thus, a gap (substantially equal to the gap G) is formed between the flat surface 31 and the surface to be cleaned M, and the external space in front of the suction port body 21 and the dust suction chamber 23 are communicated with each other. And it becomes possible to attract | suck the dust in front of the suction inlet 20 enough.
[0037]
On the other hand, when the suction port body 21 is retracted, the rotating body 30 is rotationally driven in the forward direction (clockwise direction indicated by the arrow) corresponding to the retracting direction by a rotation driving device (not shown) as shown in FIG. The And if it rotates until the rotation angle is regulated by the stopper, a part of the peripheral surface comes into contact with the surface to be cleaned M and the flat surface 31 faces forward.
[0038]
In this way, a part of the circumferential surface of the rotating body 30 is in contact with the surface to be cleaned M, and the circumferential surface of the rotating body 30 provided with the wiping member 30A is close to the inner surface of the recess 28. The dust suction chamber 23 is shut off. Thereby, the suction negative pressure in the dust suction chamber 23 is increased, and the dust suction force when the suction port body 21 is retracted can be improved.
[0039]
Further, at this time, since the suction port body 20 is retracted, a frictional force toward the front of the suction port body 20 is generated between the rotating body 30 and the surface to be cleaned M. The frictional force acts on the rotating body 30 in front of the suction port body 20, that is, a force pulled toward the external space.
[0040]
At this time, since the rotating body 30 extends along the left-right direction of the suction opening 24, it may be bent toward the front of the suction port body 20. Here, even if the rotating body 30 bends to the external space side, it can abut against the drop-off preventing protrusion 40 provided at the foremost end 21a of the suction port body 21 to suppress the bending. Then, it is possible to make it difficult for the rotating body 30 to come off the suction port main body 21.
[0041]
Further, since the drop-off prevention protrusion 40 is located at substantially the center of the rotating body 30, it is separated from the support shafts 32, 32, which are the holding parts of the rotating body 30, and faces the most flexible part. The detachment of the moving body 30 can be effectively prevented.
[0042]
Although one embodiment according to the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to the above-described embodiment. Design changes and the like within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention are included in the present invention.
[0043]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the drop-off preventing projection 40 is integrally formed on the lower surface of the lower case 22a. However, as shown in FIG. 5A, it is sandwiched between the lower case 22a and the upper case 22b. You may provide in the lower end surface of the bumper 50 made.
[0044]
In this case, since it is formed integrally with the relatively flexible bumper 50, the force received when the rotating body 30 is bent is easily dispersed. Therefore, it is possible to make the drop prevention protrusion 41 difficult to break.
[0045]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the drop-off prevention protrusion 42 may be formed by another member, and may be sandwiched between the lower case 22 a and the upper case 22 b when forming the suction port main body 21.
[0046]
In this case, the suction port body 20 can be easily assembled, and the drop-off prevention protrusion 42 can be replaced.
[0047]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, a contact friction surface 33 is formed on the flat surface 31 of the rotator 30 so as to contact the surface to be cleaned M and rotate the rotator 30. A prevention protrusion 43 may be provided.
[0048]
In this case, the drop-off prevention protrusion 43 is provided corresponding to the contact friction surface 33 protruding from the flat surface 31, so that the contact friction surface 33 becomes the drop-off prevention protrusion 43 even if the rotating body 30 is less bent. It will abut. Therefore, slight bending of the rotating body 30 can be suppressed, and the falling off of the rotating body 30 can be more effectively prevented.
[0049]
In addition, since a plurality of drop-off prevention protrusions 43 are provided here, the rotating body 30 is more difficult to come off.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 7, the drop-off prevention protrusion 44 may be provided between the rotating body 30 provided behind the suction opening 24 and the external space. That is, a recess 28A is formed at the rear of the suction opening 24, and the rotating body 30 is rotatably disposed in the recess 28A, and a drop-off preventing projection 44 projects downward at the rear end of the recess 28A. Is provided.
[0051]
Thereby, when the suction port main body 21 is advanced, a frictional force pulled toward the rear of the suction port body 20 acts on the rotating body 30, and even if the rotating body 30 bends rearward, the drop prevention protrusion 44 can abut. And it can prevent that the rotation body 30 remove | deviates.
[0052]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the drop-off prevention protrusions 45 and 46 may be provided between the front and rear rotating bodies 30 </ b> B and 30 </ b> C provided in front and rear of the suction opening 24, respectively, and the external space. .
[0053]
That is, a front recess 28B is formed in front of the suction opening 24, and a rear recess 28C is formed in the rear. The front rotating body 30B is rotatably disposed in the front recess 28B, and the rear rotating body 30C is rotatably disposed in the rear recess 28C. Further, a drop-off prevention projection 45 is provided projecting downward at the front end portion of the front recess 28B, and a drop-out prevention projection 46 is provided projecting downward at the rear end portion of the rear recess 28C.
[0054]
In this case, when the suction port body 20 moves forward, it is possible to prevent the rear rotation body 30 </ b> C, which is bent toward the rear of the suction port body 20, from falling off by the drop-off preventing protrusion 46. Further, when the suction port body 20 is retracted, the front rotation body 30 </ b> B that bends toward the front of the suction port body 20 can be prevented from falling off by the drop prevention protrusion 45.
[0055]
Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, although the vacuum cleaner 10 which concerns on this invention is what is called an upright type vacuum cleaner, a canister type vacuum cleaner, a handy type vacuum cleaner, etc. may be sufficient. .
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an electric vacuum cleaner that can make it difficult to disconnect the communication means for appropriately communicating the external space and the dust suction chamber.
