Description
な方法による本発明によって実現される。前記光起電要素において、活性層の2つの電極層の一方が、同時に光起電要素の電極層の一方であり、2つの透明被覆層が、その間に活性層及び光起電要素を包囲する。

Claims (2)
- 2つの電極層の間に位置するとともに、任意で部分に細分され、電界によって透明度が変化する活性層をその間に備える2つの透明被覆層と、制御手段を経由して前記電極層に接続され、2つの電極層の間にある光活性層を有する光起電要素とを備える透明平面体であって、
前記光起電要素(5)の前記光活性層(4)は、電子供与基及び電子受容基として使用される2つの透明分子成分を含み、前記活性層(3)の前記2つの電極(6,7)の一方は、同時に前記光起電要素(5)の前記電極層(6,8)の一方であり、前記2つの透明被覆層(1,2)は、前記活性層(3)及び前記光起電要素(5)をその間に備えることを特徴とする透明平面体。 - 前記光起電要素(5)が、光源に面する前記活性層(3)側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透明平面体。
