Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dehumidifier.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of dehumidifier, the inside of a casing is partitioned into a dehumidification passage and a regeneration passage, and a disk-shaped dehumidification rotor is rotatably disposed across these passages.
[0003]
The dehumidifying passage is provided with an indoor air circulation fan for sucking indoor air from the intake port and circulatingly supplying the indoor air from the exhaust port. A regeneration air circulation fan that circulates the regeneration air in the regeneration passage and a heater that heats the regeneration air and the dehumidification rotor are disposed in the regeneration passage. A heat exchanger that constitutes a part of the regeneration passage is disposed in the casing.
[0004]
Then, in the dehumidification passage, the moisture contained in the air is adsorbed by passing the sucked room air through the dehumidification rotor, and is circulated and supplied from the exhaust port into the room as dry air.
[0005]
In the regeneration passage, internal regeneration air is heated by the heater, and in this state, passes through the dehumidification rotor, thereby releasing moisture adsorbed by the dehumidification rotor. When the regenerated air is cooled by heat exchange when passing through the heat exchanger, the contained moisture is condensed. Thereby, the moisture contained in the regeneration air is removed, and the condensed water is collected in the tank.
[0006]
Some of the dehumidifiers are provided with a clothing drying course for drying clothes that have been dried in the room, and the following information is provided as prior art documents related to the clothing drying course in the dehumidifier.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-141284
In the dehumidifier described in
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the dehumidifier is operated with the maximum air volume in the clothes drying course, there is a problem that the operation sound of the device is very loud and cannot be used at night.
[0010]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a dehumidifier equipped with a clothing drying course that can be used at night, particularly during sleeping hours, and can reliably dry clothing when getting up.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the dehumidifier of the present invention sucks the indoor air by the indoor air circulation fan and dehumidifies the dehumidified air by the dehumidifying means. In a dehumidifier that circulates and supplies indoors with a second air volume or a third air volume that is larger than the second air volume, the first step is executed with the second air volume among a plurality of stages of air flow that can be changed by the indoor air circulation fan. After that, a clothing drying course is executed in which the second step is executed with the first air volume, and the third step is executed with the second air volume after the second air flow, and the operation time of the clothing drying course is equivalent to the sleep time. And about 3/4 of the operation time is configured to execute the second step .
[0012]
According to the dehumidifier, since the clothes drying course for performing the dehumidifying operation with the first air volume mainly having a small air volume is provided, the sound generated during the operation is small and can be used at night. In addition, in the first step before the operation with the first air volume, since the operation is performed with the second air volume that is larger than the first air volume, it is possible to reliably dehumidify the humidity that has increased immediately after the clothes are dried. It can prevent giving a pleasant feeling. Further, since the third step of operating with the second air volume is performed after the second step of operating with the first air volume, when the user wears the clothing immediately after getting up, the user can be given a feeling of comfort immediately after drying. it can.
[0013]
Moreover, it is preferable that the amount of clothes to be dried is selectable, and at least the operation time in the second step is changed according to the amount. In this way, since the user can select according to the amount of clothes to be dried, wasteful power consumption can be suppressed.
[0014]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the execution time of the first step is longer than the execution time of the third step. If it does in this way, since it operates so that an air volume may become a little large at the 1st process, the humidity which rose immediately after drying clothes can be dehumidified reliably. As a result, it is possible to dehumidify indoor air and prevent the user from feeling uncomfortable. In addition, after the second step with the smallest air volume is performed, the operation is performed so that the air volume is slightly increased in the third step. Therefore, when the user wears the clothing immediately after getting up, the clothing is warmed. be able to. As a result, it is possible to give the user a feeling of comfort immediately after drying.

The indoor air circulation fans 44A and 44B are constituted by a pair of sirocco fans disposed in the indoor air circulation fan arrangement portions 20A and 20B in the dehumidifying passage 11, and are rotated by driving of motors 45A and 45B, respectively. . As a result, as indicated by solid arrows in FIG. 1, indoor air is sucked from the
[0025]
In the present embodiment, the first indoor air circulation fan 44A is disposed in the indoor air circulation fan disposition portion 20A, and the motor 45A has a “strong” operation with a fast rotation and a “weak” with a slow rotation. A gear having a speed change function capable of driving is used. Further, the second indoor air circulation fan 44B is disposed in the indoor air circulation fan disposition portion 20B, and the motor 45B is a motor capable of performing only “strong” operation with a fast rotation.
[0026]
Here, the indoor air circulation fan of the conventional dehumidifier is larger in shape than the individual indoor air circulation fans 44A and 44B in the present embodiment, but is much more difficult than the

[0038]
As described above, in the present invention, the clothes drying course is provided with the night drying mode that mainly operates with the smallest air volume among the plurality of air flow levels that can be changed by the indoor air circulation fans 44A and 44B. Therefore, the sound generated during the operation is small, and it can be used at night. Moreover, since the operation time is 6 hours, which is a general sleep time, the clothes can be surely dried when getting up.
[0039]
Moreover, in this night drying mode, since it operates so that the air volume is slightly increased in the first step, it is possible to reliably dehumidify the humidity that has increased immediately after the clothes are dried. As a result, it is possible to dehumidify indoor air and prevent the user from feeling uncomfortable.
[0040]
Furthermore, after the second step with the smallest air volume is executed, the third step is operated so that the air volume is slightly increased. Therefore, when the user wears the clothing immediately after getting up, the clothing is warmed. be able to. As a result, it is possible to give the user a feeling of comfort immediately after drying.
[0041]
Further, in the dehumidifier of the present embodiment, the disposing portions 20A and 20B having the walls 20a and 20b constituting the two involute passages are provided, and the indoor air circulation fans 44A and 44B are disposed on these, respectively. The degree of freedom in designing the blowing angle by the involute passage can be expanded. As a result, in the case of using a clothes drying course including both the night drying mode and the quick drying mode, it is possible to change and adjust an area where clothes can be dried.
[0042]
In addition, the dehumidifier of this invention is not limited to the structure of the said embodiment, A various change is possible.
[0043]
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a

[Table 1]
[0045]
As shown in Table 1, when clothing (large) is selected in the night-drying mode, the “standard” operation is performed for 60 minutes in the first step and the “silent” operation is performed for 270 minutes in the second step. Stop in “standard” operation for 30 minutes in 3 steps. In addition, when clothing (medium) is selected in the night drying mode, “standard” operation is performed for 40 minutes in the first step, “silent” operation is performed for 180 minutes in the second step, and then “ “Standard” operation and stop. In addition, when clothing (small) is selected in the night-drying mode, “standard” operation is performed for 20 minutes in the first step, “silent” operation is performed for 150 minutes in the second step, and then “ “Standard” operation and stop. In this way, since the user can select according to the amount of clothes to be dried, wasteful power consumption can be suppressed.
[0047]
Further, the operation may be continued with “quiet” with a small air volume from the start of the operation in the night drying mode in the clothes drying course until the stop.
[0048]
Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the structure of this invention was applied to the dehumidifier equipped with the
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the dehumidifier of the present invention is provided with a clothing drying course that performs the dehumidifying operation with the first air volume with a small air volume, so that the sound generated during the operation is small and used even at night. be able to.
