制御部15は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)等を備え、上記した搬送部12、実装部3、フィーダ4、センサ13、報知灯5、スタートボタン14、バーコードリーダ6とそれぞれ接続されている。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic component mounting apparatus for mounting electronic components on a circuit board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An electronic component mounting apparatus that holds electronic components by suction nozzles and mounts electronic components at predetermined positions on an electronic circuit board is equipped with a feeder as an electronic component supply unit that supplies the electronic components to the suction nozzles. At least one is provided for each type of component, and the mounting position is determined according to the type of electronic component. Each feeder is detachably mounted with a tape reel wound with a tape-like base material on which many electronic components of the same type are attached. When a component is out of operation, stop the operation of the electronic component mounting device, remove the feeder that has run out of the component from the electronic component mounting device, and replace the tape reel in the feeder with a new one. Can be replenished.
[0003]
Each tape reel is attached with a bar code that records the type of electronic component accommodated by the tape reel, and the type of electronic component is recognized by reading the bar code with a bar code reader when replacing the tape reel. The tape reel to be exchanged with the feeder has been verified. Until the collation matches, the operation of the electronic component mounting apparatus is kept in a stopped state to prevent an incorrect type of electronic component from being supplied to the feeder.
In addition, each of the attachment positions to which the feeders are attached is provided with a notification light composed of an LED or the like, and when an out-of-part occurs, the LED provided at the corresponding attachment position of the feeder is turned on. The presence or absence of internal parts was informed.
[0004]
Furthermore, in the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-68690, a bar on which recognition information such as the type of electronic component that the feeder should supply to the suction nozzle is recorded at each of the feeder, tape reel, and feeder mounting position. By attaching a code and reading these bar codes in sequence when the component is out of order, erroneous mounting of electronic components on the circuit board is more reliably prevented.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in recent years, in order to improve the efficiency of mounting electronic components on a circuit board, when one type of feeder is out of components, another type of electronic component of another feeder is supplied to the suction nozzle. It may be postponed to continue mounting electronic components and replenish electronic components to feeders that have run out of components. When mounted by such a method, the parts will eventually run out of the feeders of a plurality of types of parts, and it will be necessary to replenish electronic parts for each.
[0006]
However, in the method of sticking a barcode only to the above-described conventional tape reel to prevent erroneous mounting of the tape reel, it is not possible to verify where the newly mounted tape reel feeder should be attached, When a component breakage occurs in a plurality of feeders, there is a possibility that each type of electronic component cannot be supplied to the correct position.
[0007]
Further, in the technique disclosed in the above Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-68690, barcodes attached to the tape reel, the feeder, and the feeder mounting position are sequentially read even if parts are cut out in a plurality of feeders. Thus, the electronic component can be replenished at the correct position. However, every time an electronic component is supplied to one feeder, three barcodes must be read, and if the type of circuit board to be produced is frequently changed, Each barcode at the feeder mounting position had to be replaced, which was very time consuming.
An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic component mounting apparatus easily and accurately including a case where a plurality of types of component breakage occurs.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the presence or absence of an electronic component in the electronic component supply unit attached at a predetermined mounting position for each type of electronic component is detected by the detection means, and notification is given when there is an electronic component. The lamp is in the first notification state, and when there is no electronic component, the second notification state is entered. Furthermore, when replenishing an electronic component to an electronic component supply unit that does not have an electronic component, the type of electronic component to be replenished is recognized by the recognition unit, and the type of electronic component recognized by the determination unit matches that to be replenished. It is determined whether or not to match, and if they match, the notification lamp changes from the second notification state to the third notification state, and if not, the second notification state changes to the fourth notification state. That is, when the electronic component is replenished to the electronic component supply unit, the type of electronic component to be replenished should be replenished by changing the notification lamp from the second notification state to the third notification state or the fourth notification state. And which mounting position the electronic component supply unit should be supplied with is clearly notified. Therefore, even when it is necessary to supply different types of electronic components to the plurality of electronic component supply units, the electronic components can be accurately supplied.
[0010]
Further, when the operator replenishes the electronic component, the electronic component to be replenished is recognized by the recognizing means and the type of the electronic component is recognized. Since the electronic components need only be replenished to the electronic component supply unit, the barcodes attached to the electronic component to be replenished, the electronic component supply unit, and the mounting position of the electronic component supply unit are sequentially read and collated as before. Easily install electronic components without the need to replace the barcode of the mounting position of the electronic component supply unit or the electronic component supply unit every time the type of circuit board produced in the electronic component mounting device changes. Can be replenished.
[0016]
Further claim 1According to the invention described in the above, the electronic component mounting apparatus whose operation is automatically stopped by the operation stopping means isAll ofOnly when the electronic component is supplied to the electronic component supply unit and mounting can be started, the manual operation of the operation resuming means is effective. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the supply of an electronic component of the wrong type to the electronic component supply and to determine the timing for resuming the operation of the electronic component mounting apparatus according to the will of the operator.
