[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a building board used for building outer wall materials and the like, and more specifically, when it is constructed on the outer wall surface of a building, or an outer corner member, an inner corner member, etc. used for an outer wall corner portion. It is related with the building board suitable for both at the time of manufacturing the homogeneous member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of building board, one with a block-like pattern in which a plurality of convex blocks partitioned by vertical and horizontal joint grooves are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions on the surface is widely used, and it is constructed using such a building board. As for the outer wall surface, it is common that a homogeneous material such as a projected corner member or a corner member with the same pattern as the building board is constructed at the corner of the outer wall. This homogeneous member cuts a small piece of a predetermined width dimension from a building board, and in the protruding corner member, the back surface substantially central part of this small piece is processed into a V-shape, and the processed surfaces are bonded and integrated with an adhesive to have a cross-section. Manufactured to be L-shaped.
In addition, an attempt has been made to form a chamfered portion at the corner of the homogeneous member for the purpose of preventing chipping of the end portion on the surface side of the homogeneous member manufactured from a building board having many joint grooves.

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Homogeneous members are manufactured from small pieces randomly cut from building boards having various uneven shapes, and a substantially central portion on the back surface is cut into a V shape and bonded. At this time, since the left and right design surfaces of the homogeneous members are randomly cut from the building board, there are many cases in which the shapes are different from each other. Therefore, when comparing the left and right designs of the completed homogeneous member, both surface designs have different block arrangements and there is no continuity of the design on the left and right, and even if the end surface of the homogeneous member forms a chamfer There is a problem that the right and left designs of the homogeneous members become uncomfortable because the convex block shapes of these portions do not match. Furthermore, when the joint portion exists at the end portion of the small piece cut and collected from the building board, a chamfered portion cannot be produced in the portion, so that the left and right designs of the homogeneous members are more uncomfortable.
In addition, if the positions where the small pieces are cut from the building board are selected too much in order to make the left and right design surfaces the same, the design surfaces will match, but many unnecessary edge portions will occur and the yield will deteriorate. There is a problem that the number of homogeneous members made from one building board is reduced.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention has a block-like pattern in which a plurality of

[0009]
[Action]
In the building board of the present invention, since the convex blocks are arranged so that the chamfered portion of the end of the small piece processed when creating the homogeneous member has the same shape, the finished homogeneous member The left and right end portions have the same chamfered shape, and the left and right chamfered portions of the homogeneous member create a sense of unity without causing a sense of incongruity.
Further, the convex blocks having the chamfered portions are alternately arranged in the vertical direction, so that the sense of unity is further increased and the surface shape pattern of the building board is orderly.
[0010]
In addition, because it is configured by embossing in advance so that the positions corresponding to both ends of the small piece become convex block slope portions of the same shape, it is not necessary to cut and chamfer the chamfer when forming a homogeneous member, The process is simplified because it is not necessary to apply new coating to the cutting part.
Furthermore, the construction board is constructed on the flat part of the outer wall, and the construction of the sloped part that forms the chamfered part and the arrangement of the convex blocks is planned on the premise that the homogeneous material is formed. The overall design properties are not impaired, and the processing yield when producing homogeneous members is good.
[0011]
In addition, when no joint groove is provided except for the V-shaped processed portion, there is no joint groove in the width direction of the homogeneous member, so the design of the right and left convex blocks may be continuous through the apex portion of the homogeneous member. One block becomes a design bent at a right angle, and the sense of unity is further improved.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the building blocks are provided with the convex blocks so that the ends of the small pieces processed when creating the homogeneous members have the same shape. The ends are the same design. In addition, the design of the building board is not only applied to the outer wall surface, but also considers the left and right chamfered portions of the homogeneous member to be applied to the corner portion, thereby creating a sense of unity without causing a sense of incongruity.
In addition, since the positions corresponding to both ends of the small piece are configured in advance so as to be the same convex block slope portion, it is not necessary to cut the chamfered portion when forming a homogeneous member, and further to the cutting portion The process is simplified without the need for new painting. In addition, since it is a construction board that is constructed on the flat part of the outer wall as a construction board, the construction of the slope part that forms the arrangement of chamfered blocks and the chamfered part on the premise of forming a homogeneous member, The processing yield of homogeneous members is good without impairing the design of the entire outer wall.
Furthermore, when no joint groove is provided except for the V-shaped processed portion, there is no joint groove in the width direction of the homogeneous member. One block is bent at a right angle, and the sense of unity is further improved.
