Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a building board used as an outer wall material, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, a building board (11) having a block-like pattern in which convex blocks (15) defined by horizontal joint grooves (13) and vertical joint grooves (14) are arranged vertically and horizontally is provided. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
In the above block-like pattern, if the horizontal joint grooves (13) and the vertical joint grooves (14) are linear and have a uniform width, the design will have a rugged, orderly and uninteresting design.
Attempts have been made to change the block-like pattern by making the horizontal joint grooves (13) wavy (Patent Document 1) or by partially changing the joint groove width (Patent Document 2).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-88293 (Claim 1, FIG. 3).
[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-227130 (Claim 1, FIG. 1).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional block-like pattern, the contour of the convex block is still monotonous even if the joint groove is changed, and the feeling of the gobang-like shape cannot be wiped off, and the main design part of the block-like pattern is the upper surface of the block. However, the joint groove is merely an additional part of the pattern, and there is a problem that the block-like pattern as a whole lacks interest. Furthermore, when building boards are pasted, there is also a problem that when a gap occurs in a joint at a joint due to a dimensional error or a position error between adjacent building boards, the shift is conspicuous and the appearance after construction is deteriorated. is there.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, there is provided a building board (1) having a block-like pattern in which a plurality of convex blocks (5) partitioned on the surface by vertical and horizontal joint grooves (3, 4) are arranged vertically and horizontally. And a straight portion a, a curved portion b, and a bent portion c are mixed with one or both side edges (3A, 4A) defining the vertical and horizontal joint grooves, whereby the vertical and horizontal joint grooves are mixed. (3, 4) An object of the present invention is to provide a building board (1) having a variable width.
In the block-like pattern, the horizontal groove (3) is formed so as to penetrate the entire length of the plate, and a plurality of the horizontal groove (3) are arranged in a vertical direction at a predetermined interval, and the horizontal groove (3) is formed. A plurality of convex blocks (5) are arranged on each step defined between them via vertical joint grooves (4), and in each step (2), the vertical joint grooves (4) are located above and / or below. Each of the upper step portions (2) and / or the lower step portions (2) are arranged so as not to be mutually continuous with the vertical joint grooves (4) of the side step portions (2). Within the range of the width of the convex block (5), it is desirable that the vertical joint groove (4) has one or two joints, and that the convex block (5) is entirely or partially. At one or both corners of the edge of the convex block (5), There it is desired to form courses Graben (3) gentle slope of loose angle α than the angle θ from the bottom rises to (5A).
[0006]
[Action]
The width of the joint groove (3, 4) is obtained by mixing the straight portion a, the curved portion b, and the bent portion c with one or both side edges (3A, 4A) defining the vertical and horizontal joint grooves (3, 4). Therefore, the design of the joint grooves (3, 4) is improved, and the design becomes the same as the upper surface of the convex block (5).
Since both side edges (3A, 4A) of the joint groove (3, 4) have the contour of the convex block (5), the straight portion a, the curved portion b, and the bent portion c are mixed in the contour, and the convex portion is formed. The outline of the block (5) becomes a split-stone shape, giving the design a natural feeling and increasing the interestingness.
Furthermore, the presence of the bent portion c at both side edges (3A, 4A) of the joint groove (3, 4) allows the joint groove (3) to be displaced at the joint between the building boards (1, 1). This shift is perceived as a change in the width of the joint groove (3), and the shift becomes inconspicuous.
[0007]
In the block-like pattern, the horizontal groove (3) is formed so as to penetrate the entire length of the plate, and a plurality of the horizontal groove (3) are arranged in a vertical direction at a predetermined interval, and the horizontal groove (3) is formed. 3) A plurality of convex blocks (5) are arranged on each step (2, 2) defined between them via vertical joint grooves (4), and the vertical joint grooves are provided at each step (2, 2). (4) are offset from one another so that they are not continuous with the longitudinal joints (4) of the upper and / or lower step (2), and the upper step (2) and / or the lower step (2) In the range of the width of each convex block (5) arranged in (2), the vertical joint grooves (4) are assigned one or two places depending on the location of the horse joints. Is completely eliminated, and the design is further enhanced.
[0008]
Furthermore, one or both of the longitudinal edges of the whole or a part of the convex block (5) are cut off at predetermined positions at the corners thereof, and the edge surface of the convex block (5) is cut from the bottom surface of the horizontal joint groove (3). When a gentle slope (5A) having an angle α (α <θ <90 °) smaller than the rising angle θ is formed, the gentle slope (5A) intervenes in the contour of all or some of the convex blocks (5). The light is effectively reflected at the gentle slope portion (5A), so that the gentle slope portion (5A) portion is visually observed brighter than other portions in the contour of the convex block (5). , A further change in the profile of the convex block (5). Also, the rainwater flowing in the horizontal groove (3) is easy to flow downward due to the gentle slope (5A), so that sand and dust do not accumulate in the horizontal groove (3).
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to one embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. A building board (1) is made of a wood cement mixed with a wood reinforcing material such as a piece of wood, wood flour, wood pulp, wood fiber bundle, and wood wool. Consists of boards.
A plurality of steps (2) are defined in the building board (1) by providing horizontal joint grooves (3) extending at predetermined intervals throughout the board length, and each step (2) has a vertical joint. A plurality of convex blocks (5) are arranged via the trench (4).
[0010]
In each step (2), the convex blocks (5) arranged in the upper step (2) and the convex blocks (5) arranged in the lower step (2) In the range of the width, one or two vertical joint grooves (4) are allocated according to one or several places, and the uppermost step (2) is arranged in the lower step (2). Only one vertical groove (4) is allocated within the range of the width of each convex block (5), and the lowermost step (2) is arranged in the upper step (2). Only one vertical joint groove (4) is allocated within the range of the width of each convex block (5).
[0011]
In the horse-like block-like pattern, one or both side edges (3A, 4A) defining vertical and horizontal joint grooves (3, 4) are provided with straight portions a, curved portions b, and bent portions as shown in FIG. The width of the joint groove (3, 4) is varied in various ways, for example, the width of the joint groove changes gradually at the position of the curved portion b, and the width of the bent portion c is changed. At the position of, the joint groove width changes stepwise. Therefore, the manner of change of the joint groove width is also varied.
[0012]
Further, in the predetermined block of the convex block (5), a predetermined portion of one or both edge corners in the longitudinal direction is cut out as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the predetermined block is formed as shown in FIG. A gentle slope portion (5A) is formed at an angle α (α <θ <90 °) where the edge surface of the convex block (5) rises from the bottom surface of the horizontal joint groove (3).
[0013]
The gentle slope portion (5A) is brighter than the other portions in the contour of the convex block (5), and light is more likely to reach the bottom of the horizontal joint groove (3) in the vicinity, and is brighter than the other portions. However, in order to make the contrast of lightness clearer, the gentle slope portion (5A) is formed along the wide portion of the horizontal joint groove (3) as much as possible.
[0014]
In the present invention, the gentle slope portion (5A) of the convex block (5) is provided along the longitudinal direction, but when the gentle slope portion (5A) is provided along the longitudinal direction, This is because the brightness contrast of the gentle slope portion (5A) becomes remarkable. When the gentle slope portion (5A) is provided along the lateral direction, the brightness contrast hardly appears, and the desired effect is obtained. Cannot be achieved. In the construction board (1) of the present invention, the horizontal joint grooves (3), the vertical joint grooves (4), and the gentle slope (5A) are usually provided by embossing. In this case, the gentle slope (5A) is provided. Embossing is facilitated along the longitudinal direction.
[0015]
The embossing is performed by a mold having a negative pattern on the mold surface, but the gentle slope (5A) molding portion has a convex curved surface along the longitudinal direction. The performance is improved. Also, in the past, during the demolding, the raw material of the plate was likely to adhere along the longitudinal direction, but if there is such a convex curved surface along the longitudinal direction on the mold surface, the demolding can be smoothly performed without the raw material adhering. Done.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, in a building board having a block-like pattern, a straight portion, a curved portion, and a bent portion are mixed on one or both side edges that define vertical and horizontal joint grooves that define a convex block, so that the width of the joint groove is increased. Since various changes are made to the joint, the design of the joint groove is improved, and the contour of the convex block is also naturally changed in the form of a broken stone, so that the block-like pattern becomes interesting and has a high market value. Furthermore, even if there is a gap in the joint groove at the joint between the building boards, the gap is not noticeable.
