Claims (10)
- 傾斜されて部分的に液体に沈漬して回転駆動される円筒外被状篩格子(6)を備え、その篩格子が流入側で一つの開口前面(8)とその格子内面に案内薄板(15)を有し、篩格子(6)と共軸方向に配置されて剥離箇所で液体の外部に配置してケーシング(24)をもつスクリューコンベア装置(23)と駆動されるコンベアスクリュー(25)とを備え、スクリューコンベア装置(23)が篩格子(6)の領域において篩分け物質用の供給漏斗(19)を有し、供給漏斗(19)を介して篩格子(6)の外面に固定式に配置されて篩格子(6)の分離面(14)に付着する内部篩分け物質用の剥離手段(16)を備えて、下水路(1)を流れる液体(2)からの篩分け物質を除去する装置において、篩格子(6)は形状を与える支持要素(13)と分離面(14)を形成する網目布(7)とを有し、供給漏斗(19)は床面を破断されて形成されており、複数の案内薄板(15)は網目布(7)の分離面(14)に対して設置されていて液体と篩分け物質から成る混合物用のコンベアバケットを形成して篩格子の回転中に液体と篩分け物質の混合物を上方向に運搬するように設計配列されていることを特徴とする装置。
- スクリューコンベア装置(23)のコンベアスクリュー(25)は篩格子(6)の領域において破断された供給漏斗(19)の沿って触れるブラシを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 案内薄板(15)は網目布(7)と反対を向いた面に特に櫛状に破断されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の装置。
- 形状を与える支持要素(13)として支持布(34)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 形状を与える支持要素(13)としてアームカゴ(37)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 剥離手段(16)は噴射水及び/又は圧縮空気用のノズル(18)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 供給漏斗(19)は篩格子(6)の開口前面(8)の領域において引き上げられた漏斗壁(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 網目布(7)として正方形網目布(35)は0,2と1,2mmの間の領域において編目幅(36)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 床面を破断された供給漏斗(19)はおよそ2mmの直径をもつ孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 三つの案内薄板(15)は分離面(14)の上に分布されて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
