【0036】
ここで、式(10)によって計算されるln(u1/u2),ln(u2/u3),ln(u3/u4)...

On the other hand, in the half-width method, first, the object to be measured is impulse-excited or randomly-excited, the time-series waveform of the excitation force is measured with a force sensor, and the time-series vibration waveform of the object to be measured is measured with an acceleration sensor or the like. To do. Next, the measured time-series waveform and time-series vibration waveform of the excitation force are each converted into the frequency domain by an FFT analyzer or the like, and a frequency response curve of the transfer function is obtained. FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the resonance peak of the resonance mode in which the loss coefficient of the obtained frequency response curve is to be calculated. As shown in FIG. 8, the mode frequency of the resonance mode is f i , The frequency at the point 3 dB below the maximum value of the resonance peak is expressed as f i1 , F i2 Then, the loss coefficient η is given by the following equation.

JIS G 0602 Test method for vibration damping characteristics of damping steel plate
Japanese Standards Association established on December 1, 1993

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above attenuation method, since the measurement object is impulse-excited, a large number of resonance modes of the measurement object are excited simultaneously. As a result, the damped vibration waveform of the measurement object includes a plurality of vibration frequency components. Generally, among the multiple vibration frequencies included in the damped vibration waveform of the measurement object, the vibration component of the primary mode with the lowest frequency is dominant, so the loss coefficient at the vibration frequency of the primary mode is calculated from this damped vibration waveform. Can be sought. However, there is a problem that it is very difficult to obtain the loss coefficient at the vibration frequency of the second or higher mode by the damping method.
[0007]
In the half-width method, since the loss factor is calculated based on the frequency response curve obtained by exciting the measurement object, the loss factor at the resonance frequency of any mode can be calculated. . However, the half-width method has a problem that, in particular, when the loss factor is large, the measurement error of the loss factor increases in principle. This cause will be described below.
[0008]
The frequency response curve x (f) in the one-degree-of-freedom vibration system can be expressed by the following equation when the displacement with respect to a static load (excitation force of
Where f is the vibration frequency and f 0 Is the mode frequency and ζ (= η / 2) is the damping ratio. Therefore, the peak value x of the frequency response curve max Is the mode frequency f in f of equation (3). 0 Is calculated by substituting
The frequency f at the point 3 dB lower than the peak value, that is, the point where the amplitude becomes 1 / √2 of the peak value can be obtained from the following relational expression.
By transforming equation (5),
Is obtained. Equation (6) is changed to (f / f 0 )
It becomes. Therefore, the frequency f at which the amplitude is 1 / √2 of the peak value. 1 , F 2 Is
It can be asked. F thus obtained 0 , F 1 , F 2 Of f in equation (2) i , F i1 , F i2 Substituting for
Thus, the loss coefficient η can be obtained using the equation (2).
[0009]
However, in equation (7) in the process of deriving equation (9), ζ 2 An approximation of = 0 is used. Therefore, there is a problem that the loss coefficient η obtained using the equation (2) has a large error when the value of ζ is large, for example, when ζ is larger than 0.2. In addition, the damping characteristics of the damping steel plate have been particularly improved in recent years. When obtaining the loss coefficient η of such damping steel plate, the half-width method using equation (2) has a large error. There is a problem.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide a measurement method and a measurement apparatus capable of measuring a coefficient related to vibration energy loss such as a loss coefficient at a mode frequency even in a secondary or higher resonance mode.
[0011]
It is another object of the present invention to provide a measurement method and a measurement apparatus that can accurately measure a coefficient related to vibration energy loss, such as a loss coefficient, of a measurement object having a large vibration energy loss.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the problems described above, the present invention provides: Plate-like A method for measuring a coefficient related to vibration energy loss of a measurement object, Plate-like The step of identifying the mode frequency of the resonance mode in which the coefficient of the measurement object is to be measured and the burst wave of the harmonic function of the identified mode frequency Plate-like Measuring object Central support The step to shake and the vibration Plate-like Based on the step of collecting the time series vibration waveform of the measurement object, the step of passing the collected time series vibration waveform to the predetermined frequency selection filter, and the time series vibration waveform passing through the frequency selection filter, Plate-like And a step of calculating a coefficient relating to vibration energy loss of the measurement object.
[0013]
In the present invention configured as described above, first, Plate-like The mode frequency of the resonance mode to be measured for the coefficient related to the vibration energy loss among the resonance modes of the measurement object is specified. Next, the exciting force of the burst wave of the harmonic function such as a sine wave of the specified mode frequency Plate-like Act on the measurement object. In addition, this excitation force Plate-like A vibration waveform generated in the measurement object is sampled in time series, and the time series vibration waveform is input to a frequency selection filter that passes a predetermined frequency. Finally, a coefficient related to the vibration energy loss of the measurement object is calculated based on the time-series vibration waveform that has passed through the frequency selection filter. Also, Plate-like The measurement object is supported at its center, and an excitation force is applied to the center support point.
[0014]
According to the present invention configured as described above, the object to be measured is vibrated with the exciting force of the harmonic function of the mode frequency of the resonance mode for which a coefficient relating to vibration energy loss is to be measured. Vibration can be selectively excited. Furthermore, since the vibration waveform generated in the measurement object is passed through the frequency selection filter, the influence of unnecessary resonance modes can be eliminated, so that not only the primary resonance mode but also the secondary and higher resonance modes. The coefficient related to the vibration energy loss can be measured based on the time-series vibration waveform.
[0015]
Further, the step of calculating the coefficient related to vibration energy loss includes the coefficient related to vibration energy loss based on a plurality of maximum values and / or minimum values of the decay waveform after the excitation by the burst wave of the time series vibration waveform is completed. It is good to calculate.
Furthermore, the frequency selective filter used in the method of the present invention may be a high pass filter or a band pass filter.
[0016]
Preferably, the pass frequency band of the band-pass filter used in the method of the present invention is determined from the mode frequency of the low-order resonance mode adjacent to the resonance mode to be measured from the high-order resonance mode adjacent to the resonance mode to be measured. Choose between mode frequencies. According to the present invention configured as described above, it is possible to effectively extract only the vibration component of the resonance mode for which the coefficient related to the vibration energy loss is to be measured.
[0018]
The present invention Plate-like A measuring device for measuring a coefficient relating to vibration energy loss of a measurement object, Plate-like Based on the signal generating means for generating the burst wave of the harmonic function of the mode frequency of the resonance mode in which the coefficient of the measurement object is to be measured, and the burst wave generated by the signal generating means, Plate-like Measuring object Central support Vibrating means to vibrate and vibrated Plate-like Vibration detecting means for detecting a time series vibration waveform of the measurement object, filter means for passing a predetermined selected frequency of the time series vibration waveforms detected by the vibration detecting means, and time series vibration passing through the filter means Based on the waveform Plate-like And a calculation means for calculating a coefficient relating to vibration energy loss of the measurement object.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, referring to the attached drawings, a method and apparatus for measuring a coefficient relating to vibration energy loss according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Referring to FIG. 2, the frequency response curve has peaks at about 50 Hz, 260 Hz, and 600 Hz, and it can be seen that there are resonance modes having these mode frequencies. In this embodiment, as described above, the mode frequency of the resonance mode is specified by randomly vibrating the test piece T and obtaining the transfer function. However, the mode frequency is specified using any other appropriate method. Can do. For example, the mode frequency may be obtained experimentally by sine wave frequency sweep excitation or the like, or the mode frequency may be obtained analytically or theoretically using a finite element method or the like.

The extraction of the maximum value is performed by previously inputting the time at which the excitation by the vibrator 6 is finished into the personal computer 14 and searching for a predetermined number of maximum values that appear after the input time by a program. It is. Alternatively, the time-series vibration waveform captured by the personal computer 14 can be displayed on the display, and the point of the maximum value to be selected can be clicked with the mouse. Further, the maximum value to be extracted can be automatically searched by the program from the captured time-series vibration waveform.
[0035]
The loss coefficient calculation means 14b realized in the personal computer 14 calculates the logarithmic decay rate δ by substituting the extracted maximum value into the following equation.
Next, the loss coefficient η is calculated by substituting the calculated logarithmic decay rate δ into the following equation.
The calculated loss factor η is displayed on a display (not shown) of the personal computer 14.
[0036]
Where ln (u) calculated by equation (10) 1 / U 2 ), Ln (u 2 / U Three ), Ln (u Three / U Four ). . . In theory, these values agree with each other, but when the values are calculated based on experimental data, they generally do not agree. Therefore, in this embodiment, these values are averaged to obtain the logarithmic attenuation rate δ. Alternatively, the point (u 2 , U 1 ), (U Three , U 2 ), (U Four , U Three ). . . 7 may be plotted, a straight line passing through the vicinity of these points may be obtained by the least square method or the like, and the loss factor η may be calculated from the slope θ of the straight line using Equation (1).
[0037]
In the above procedure, the loss factor η is calculated using only the maximum value, but the loss factor η is calculated based on both amplitudes of the damped vibration waveform using the maximum value and the minimum value. You can also. That is, the absolute value of the minimum value plotted with a triangle in FIG. 1 , V 2 , V Three , V Four . . . As
The logarithmic attenuation rate δ can be calculated by the above equation, and the loss coefficient η can be obtained by the equation (11).
[0038]
According to the apparatus for measuring a coefficient related to vibration energy loss of the embodiment of the present invention, the object to be measured is vibrated by a sine wave burst signal having a mode frequency at which the loss coefficient is to be measured. The vibration of the mode to be measured can be effectively generated.
[0039]
In addition, according to the coefficient measuring device for vibration energy loss of the embodiment of the present invention, the acceleration vibration waveform measured by the impedance head is passed through the bandpass filter, so that it is not affected by other resonance modes, It is possible to collect a damped vibration waveform of a resonance mode to be measured with high accuracy.
[0040]
Furthermore, according to the apparatus for measuring a coefficient related to vibration energy loss according to the embodiment of the present invention, an approximate expression such as the half width method is not used for calculating a coefficient related to vibration energy loss. Even when the loss is large, the loss coefficient can be obtained with high accuracy.
[0041]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, a various change can be added to embodiment mentioned above. In particular, in the above-described embodiment, the case of obtaining the loss coefficient η of the damping steel plate has been described. However, any other object can be used as the measurement object. In the above-described embodiment, the loss coefficient η is obtained. However, the present invention can be used to substantially reduce vibration energy loss that can be directly or indirectly converted and converted based on the loss coefficient η. Any relevant coefficient can be determined.
[0042]
In the above-described embodiment, the coefficient relating to the vibration energy loss is obtained based on the time-series acceleration vibration waveform measured by the accelerometer, but the time-series displacement vibration waveform and speedometer measured by the displacement meter are obtained. The coefficient for vibration energy loss can be obtained based on an arbitrary time-series vibration waveform such as a time-series velocity vibration waveform measured by the above.
[0043]
Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, the loss coefficient is obtained based on the maximum value of the attenuation waveform, but the loss coefficient can also be obtained based on the minimum value of the attenuation waveform in the same procedure.
In the above-described embodiment, the measured time-series vibration waveform is passed through the bandpass filter. However, when the influence of the higher-order resonance mode is less than the resonance mode to be measured, the bandpass filter A high-pass filter can be used instead.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
According to the coefficient measuring method and apparatus for vibration energy loss of the present invention, the coefficient regarding vibration energy loss at the mode frequency can be measured even in the secondary or higher resonance mode.
Further, according to the method and apparatus for measuring a coefficient relating to vibration energy loss of the present invention, it is possible to accurately measure a coefficient relating to vibration energy loss of a measurement object having a large vibration energy loss.
