Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cable guide device that can move a long power cable or communication cable smoothly in the vertical direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in a lifting device that is temporarily used like a construction elevator, a rack and pinion drive type is often used instead of a rope type. In such a construction elevator, a rack and a guide rail are provided along a steel tower that is supported and erected on a building, and is driven by the guide rail of the steel tower to drive a pinion that meshes with the rack. Is configured to be moved up and down by the meshing drive.
[0003]
In such an elevator, power is supplied from outside for driving and driving control of the transporter, and electric signals for driving control are provided at various places for control. To connect, power cables and signal cables are connected to the carrier. Normally, the power cable and the signal cable are configured to support an intermediate part on a steel tower and move up and down between the support part and the transporter by following the transporter.
[0004]
Therefore, if the lift of the transporter becomes high (large), the cable connected to the transporter will swing greatly when it is free, so the connected transporter is affected by the propagation of vibrations etc. Problems such as deterioration and damage to the outer skin due to the cable coming into contact with the steel tower. For this purpose, a cable is used that holds the turn portion of the cable with a large wheel that can be moved along the steel tower so that it does not interfere with the raising and lowering of the carrier.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, using a cable wheel as described above requires a sturdy frame to support the wheel so that it can move up and down along the tower, and because the weight increases, the cable itself becomes longer. The weight of the cable wheel and the support frame is added to the weight of the cable, and there is a problem that a large cumulative load acts on the cable and is damaged by long-term use.
[0006]
In addition, when using this cable wheel and support frame, the height of the cable wheel is at least as high as the diameter of the cable wheel, so the lowest position of the transporter will be higher and it will be lowered unless an underground pit is provided. There is a problem in that the lowest position must be set high.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cable guide device capable of rationally guiding a cable by reducing the overall structure in size and weight.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems and actions / effects]
A cable guiding device according to the present invention configured to achieve the above object is as follows.
A power guide / signal cable guide device for a lifting device in a lifting device, a guide portion for receiving and supporting a turn portion of the cable, and a frame provided with guide means capable of moving up and down along a steel tower, and a required And a plurality of guide rollers formed in a drum shape arranged in a semicircular shape at intervals of

Inside the frame, the guide rollers are arranged at a predetermined interval, and the frame back side is used as the guide means. A pair of roller mounting members with up and down guide rollers arranged vertically are attached symmetrically to the left and right lines, and the up and down guide rollers are in contact with the guide rails on the tower side to be guided up and down. It is characterized (first invention).
[0009]
According to the present invention, the overall structure of the guide device can be reduced in size, and in particular, the height dimension can be reduced by making it a semicircular shape. There is an advantage that the facility for getting on and off the ground floor can be simplified in equipment that does not have. Further, the cable since the turn portion of the cable is a cable in the concave portion by the guide rollers in which the rotatable plurality of hourglass disposed only on the guide roller portion substantially reversed so as to accept the guide, for example, double row Even in the case of guiding the cable, it is possible to guide it while being always aligned, and the resistance at the time of reversal acting on the cable is reduced, and the effect can be obtained without damaging the outer sheath of the cable. In addition, the rigidity of the frame is increased, the guide means guided along the guide rail on the tower side is simplified, the weight can be reduced by downsizing the structure, and the load on the cable can be reduced. It is done.
[0011]
Prior Symbol onset bright, the plurality of cables of guide rollers arranged in the frame, on the outside positions of the guide rollers, it is preferable jumping out preventing member of the cable are arranged, respectively (second invention ). In this way, when the tension applied was loosened to the cable, and at the same time prevents the cable from coming off the recess of the guide rollers, the strength to reinforce the semicircular frame release side to be formed in the corner groove shape can enhance Rukoto, there is an advantage that the function to prevent the deformation to facilitate the turn of the cable can be maintained.
