Description

The present invention relates to a device for separating nasal cartilage contained in a fish head from the inside thereof.

Conventionally, it has been clarified that useful substances such as chondroitin sulfate that can be used for health foods and pharmaceuticals can be extracted from the head of fish, particularly nasal cartilage, and various kinds of nasal cartilage can be extracted from this head. Ingenuity has been made. For example, an apparatus disclosed in the following Patent Document 1 has a cylindrical drum whose outer peripheral wall surface is mesh-like, and plate blades that are erected and attached to the inner peripheral surface. The head of the fish is inserted and the drum is rotated, and the head collides with the inner peripheral surface of the drum and the blade of the drum to separate the skin, muscles, gills, bones, etc. attached around the skull. The separated skin and the like are discharged from the mesh to the outer periphery of the drum, and the nasal cartilage is collected from the outlet of the drum.

However, according to an experiment conducted by the present inventors, although the skull including the nasal cartilage portion can be separated from the head, unnecessary frontal bones (bones) are also mixed in the separated matter in addition to the nasal cartilage. In many cases, it was difficult to isolate only the nasal cartilage. This frontal bone is smaller than the nasal cartilage but has the largest size among the residues. Therefore, in the apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is also conceivable that the size of the mesh of the drum is set to allow the frontal bone to pass. When the mesh size of the drum is set to such a size, the frontal bone can be separated because the frontal bone passes through the mesh.

However, when the mesh is increased in this way, a part of the nasal cartilage often enters the mesh, and part of the nasal cartilage is broken due to the weight of other residues in that state. In some cases, it was discharged outside through the mesh. In this case, residues other than nasal cartilage can be separated substantially, but there is a disadvantage that the recovery rate of nasal cartilage is important.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-206311

An object of the present invention is to improve a nasal cartilage separation device for a fish head. More specifically, in order to eliminate the inconvenience, an unnecessary residue including a frontal bone can be separated from a fish head and nasal cartilage can be separated. An object is to provide a separation apparatus having a high recovery rate.

In order to achieve the above object, a nasal cartilage separation device for a fish head according to the present invention is a device for separating nasal cartilage from a fish head, and is a hollow cylindrical rotatable drum and the rotary drum. And a driving means for driving the rotary drum. The rotary drum has a slot into which the head is inserted, and nasal cartilage separated from the head is discharged. And a cylindrical portion provided between the charging port and the discharge port, and the cylindrical portion is disposed in an inner and outer double manner in the axial direction with the outer peripheral surfaces spaced apart from each other. A guide plate is provided in the interior, and is provided with a guide plate that erects inward from the surface of the inner rod member and extends spirally in the axial direction, and the interval between the rod members does not allow the nasal cartilage to pass therethrough. , the residue containing the skull before separated from the head has a gap for passing the rotary de The cone is provided with a frustoconical conical portion that is reduced in diameter toward the discharge port between the cylindrical portion and the discharge port, and is inserted into the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion from the end of the conical portion. A plate-like cylindrical cover having a predetermined length is attached toward the mouth side .

According to the fish head nasal cartilage separation device of the present invention, the fish head thrown in from the slot is collided with the rod member in the cylindrical portion of the rotating drum while the guide member moves the discharge port side. Carried to. Since the cylindrical portion is formed by rod members having an outer peripheral surface having a predetermined interval, nasal cartilage that does not pass through the interval between the rod members is conveyed to the discharge port. On the other hand, since the residue including the frontal bone passes through the space between the rod members, it is discharged outside the cylindrical portion.

Here, the size of the frontal bone having the largest size among the residues depends on the size of the fish, but its thickness is not so much affected by the size of the fish. According to the apparatus of the present invention, since the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion is made of a combination of rod members, the axial length of the rod member is sufficiently longer than the size of the frontal bone. It is only necessary that the distance between the members is wider than the thickness of the frontal bone. Accordingly, it is possible to allow only the residue including the frontal bone to pass through without passing through the nasal cartilage without increasing the interval between the rod members as in the conventional net.

In addition, since the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion is a rod member that is disposed in an inner and outer double in the axial direction, the head first collides with the inner rod member, and then the outer rod member. Will collide with. In this way, the number of times that the head collides with the rod member increases due to this configuration, so that the other parts are separated from the nasal cartilage as compared with the case where the rod member is simply arranged in a single circumferential shape. It's easy to do.

The front Symbol rotary drum, because it leads to the discharge port from the cylindrical portion being reduced in diameter by the conical portion, it is possible to reduce the diameter of the discharge port. For this reason, the collection | recovery of the nasal cartilage discharged from the said discharge outlet becomes easy.

In the nasal cartilage separation device for a fish head according to the present invention, a plate-shaped cylindrical cover having a predetermined length is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion from the end of the conical portion toward the inlet side. is by a Turkey have, the order in part from the gap of the rod member of the nasal cartilage is prevented from projecting, it can be guided by the conical portion smoothly the nasal cartilage.
Moreover, it is preferable that the guide member provided in the conical part is provided with a through hole. As a result, the nasal cartilage is less likely to slip on the surface of the guide member due to the through-hole, so that the nasal cartilage ascends the conical portion and is smoothly guided to the discharge port.

In the nasal cartilage separation device for a fish head according to the present invention, a housing that surrounds the outer periphery of the rotating drum and has an opening below the rotating drum, and a residue collection container that is installed below the opening are provided. It is preferable that When the rotating drum rotates, the residue separated from the head is discharged to the outside by a centrifugal force from the interval between the rod members, but these are recovered without being scattered by the housing and the residue recovery container. Therefore, the recovery of the residue is facilitated by this configuration.

Further, in the fish head nasal cartilage separation device according to the present invention, when the fish is a salmon, the rod member is adjacent to an adjacent outer rod member when the cylindrical portion is viewed from the axial direction. It is preferable that the inner rod members are disposed so as to be the vertices of an equilateral triangle, and the interval between the rod members is 18 mm to 22 mm. When the fish is a salmon, the thickness of the frontal bone is about 10 mm to 20 mm. On the other hand, the thickness of the nasal cartilage is about 30 mm or more. Therefore, by setting the interval between the rod members of the cylindrical portion to 18 mm to 22 mm, the frontal bone can be discharged from between the rod members without discharging the nasal cartilage of the heel.

Next, an example of an embodiment of the nasal cartilage separation device of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The nasal cartilage separation device 1 is a device for separating the nasal cartilage portion (see FIG. 4) contained therein from the head of the heel, and as shown in FIGS. A frame 3 (support) that rotatably supports the rotating drum 2, a housing 4 that surrounds the rotating drum 2, a hopper 5 that feeds the head of the bag as a raw material into the rotating drum 2, and discharge from the rotating drum 2 And a confirmation table 6 for confirming the nasal cartilage portion. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2, the motor 7 and the chain 8 (drive means) which rotate the rotating drum 2 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rotating drum 2 has a cylindrical cylindrical portion 21, and a rear portion thereof is opened to form an inlet 22. Further, a conical portion 23 is provided in front of the cylindrical portion, and a discharge port 24 is provided on the tip side of the conical portion 23. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the front portion of the cylindrical portion 21 is covered with a cylindrical cover 25.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cylindrical portion 21 has an outer peripheral portion formed of double inner and outer rod members, and includes an inner inner rod member 26 and an outer outer rod member 27. A ring spacer 28 is interposed between the outer periphery of the inner rod member 26 and the inner periphery of the outer rod member 27, and both the inner rod member 26 and the outer rod member 27 are welded and fixed to the ring spacer 28. ing. In the present embodiment, both the inner rod member 26 and the outer rod member 27 are made of iron rods having a diameter of 6 mm. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the two outer rod members 27 adjacent to the inner rod member 26 are arranged to form an equilateral triangle when they are connected to each other. And it forms so that the space | interval of each rod member may be 20 mm.

In addition, a spiral guide plate 29 is welded to the surface of the inner rod member 26 every 120 ° as shown in FIG. The guide plate 29 is provided with several through holes 29 a penetrating the front and back at locations extending inside the conical portion 23.

As shown in FIG. 2, a rotating shaft 30 attached to the center of the rotating drum 2 protrudes rearward of the rotating drum 2, and the motor 7 is connected to the rotating shaft 30 via a chain 8. It is connected. The motor 7 is of an inverter type and the number of rotations can be changed. However, when the rotating drum 2 is rotated, the motor 7 is rotated at about 60 rpm.

In the present embodiment, the rotary drum 2 is covered with the housing 4. The housing 4 includes an upper housing 4a and a lower housing 4b, and an opening 4c is provided below the lower housing 4b. During operation of the apparatus, a residue collection container 31 is installed below the opening 4c so that the residue separated by the rotating drum 2 and jumping out to the outside and dropping from the opening 4c can be collected.

In this embodiment, the head 11 of the heel from which the nasal cartilage portion is separated is transported from a heel processing factory or the like in a state of being cut off from the rear portion of the gill as shown in FIG. The head 11 includes a nasal cartilage portion 12 indicated by a dotted line. The nasal cartilage portion 12 has a shape as shown in FIG. 4B when separated from the head portion 11. Its length depends on the size of the ridge itself, so it is about 70 mm to 150 mm, but its width is not greatly influenced by the size of the heel itself, but is 40 mm to 60 mm.

Of the residues separated from the head 11, the largest one is the frontal bone 13 shown in FIG. The length of the frontal bone 13 is about 60 mm to 100 mm because it depends on the size of the heel itself, but its width is 10 mm to 20 mm without much influence on the size of the heel itself.

Next, the operation of the nasal cartilage separation device 1 according to this embodiment will be described. When starting the operation of the nasal cartilage separation device 1 of this embodiment, the motor 7 rotates by turning on an operation switch (not shown), and the rotational force is transmitted to the rotating shaft 30 and the rotating drum 2 by the chain 8. The rotating drum 2 rotates.

Next, the head portion 11 of the straw that is a raw material is introduced into the rotary drum 2 from the hopper 5 through the introduction port 22. The head 11 is heated in advance with steam for a predetermined time so that the body, the gills and the like are easily loosened. The head 11 thrown into the rotary drum 2 collides with the inner and outer rod members 26, 27 and the guide plate 29, and the skin, body, and error around the nasal cartilage 12 are separated. The separated residue passes through the space between the inner rod member 26 and the outer rod member 27, jumps into the housing 4, and is stored in a residue collection container 31 provided below from the opening 4c of the lower housing 4b.

Then, the nasal cartilage portion 12 and other portions are separated while the head portion 11 is carried forward of the rotary drum 2 by the guide plate 29. Here, when the frontal bone 13 is separated from the head 11, its thickness is substantially constant and less than 20 mm, so that it can be easily separated to the outside from the interval between the inner and outer rod members 26 and 27. On the other hand, although the nasal cartilage portion 12 collides with the inner and outer rod members 26 and 27, the inner and outer rod members 26 and 27 are columnar, so the edges are not sharp as in the conventional net, and therefore the nasal cartilage within the cylindrical portion 21. The portion 12 is not substantially missing.

When the nasal cartilage portion 12 is separated from other residues and conveyed to the front of the cylindrical portion 21 by the guide plate 29, the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 21 is conveyed to a location covered with the cylindrical cover 25. In the portion covered with the cylindrical cover 25, even if a part of the nasal cartilage portion 12 tries to protrude from the outer rod member 27, the cylindrical cover 25 prevents the protrusion. Thereby, conveyance of the nasal cartilage part 12 becomes easier.

When the nasal cartilage portion 12 is further conveyed forward, it is conveyed from the cylindrical portion 21 to the conical portion 23. In the conical portion 23, the guide plate 29 is provided with the through hole 29 a, so that the nasal cartilage portion 12 is conveyed to the discharge port 24 without sliding on the surface of the guide plate 29 by the through hole 29 a. When the nasal cartilage portion 12 is discharged from the discharge port 24, the nasal cartilage portion 12 falls onto the confirmation table 6. Therefore, the operator moves to the next step while visually confirming the dropped nasal cartilage portion 12.

In the nasal cartilage separation device 1 according to the present embodiment, parts other than the nasal cartilage portion 12 are separated by the rotation of the rotary drum 2 as described above. In particular, the frontal bone 13 that has the largest size among the separated parts is discharged to the outside by centrifugal force between the inner and outer rod members 26 and 27 having a space slightly larger than the thickness thereof. The nasal cartilage portion 12 is not discharged from the discharge port 24. Further, the nasal cartilage portion 12 is not discharged from between the inner and outer rod members 26 and 27, and the colliding inner and outer rod members 26 and 27 are cylindrical, so that damage to the nasal cartilage portion 12 is suppressed.

In the above embodiment, columnar iron rod members are used as the rod members 26 and 27. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and an elliptical or polygonal cross-sectional shape may be used. Other materials may be used as the material. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the motor 7 and the chain 8 are used as a drive means, not only this but a small engine, a power transmission belt, etc. may be used. Further, although the rotary drum 2 is supported by the frame 3, it may be indicated by the housing 4 or the like.
