本発明は、グリル付きコンロに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、グリル付きコンロとしては、種々のものが提供されている。グリルは、一般に、魚等の食物を焼くためのガスバーナと、食物を載せる焼き網と、受け皿とを有し、グリル室前面には開口と、それを塞ぐグリル扉とが設けられている。そして、食物の出し入れを容易にするため、グリル扉の把手を持って、焼き網を載せた受け皿を引き出すことが可能な引き出し機構が採用されている。

通常、グリルの焼き網は、受け皿上に位置し、食物を載せる高さ分だけグリル扉の高さより低くなっているので、引き出した状態で食物を焼き網に載せる際に直立したグリル扉が邪魔になる。これに対処するために、特開平７−１１６０６４号、特開平７−２２２６８４号及び特開平８−１４５３６４号公報には、受け皿の引き出し動作に連動して、グリル扉上部を構成する覗き窓部がグリル扉本体に対して下降し、グリル扉本体内に収納される機構が提案されている。しかし、下降した覗き窓部を収容する部分は、分解しなければ容易に触れられず、この部分の清掃が困難であるという欠点を有する。

一方、特公平８−８８９７号公報には、後端が受け皿の後部に回動自在に係止され、先端がグリル扉に固着された連結部材をグリル室に摺動可能に配置し、受け皿をグリル室から引き出したときに、グリル扉を下方に変位させ得るグリルが提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一方、グリルの使用後等に受け皿及びその上の焼き網を洗浄するには、受け皿の取り出しが必要である。したがって、受け皿を容易に取り出して洗浄できる構成が求められている。

しかし、上述したグリルでは、連結部材は後端が受け皿の後部に係止されているので、受け皿を洗浄するには、連結部材及びグリル扉と共に受け皿を取り出し、連結部材後端における受け皿と連結部材との係止を解除する必要があり、操作が面倒である。

本発明は上述した課題に鑑みてなされたものであって、受け皿を引き出したときに、グリル扉を下降させることができ、且つ受け皿を容易に取り外すことができるグリル付きコンロを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明に係るグリル付きコンロは、グリル室の前面開口を通じて受け皿及びこれを支持する支持枠を出し入れ自在に配置したグリルを備えたグリル付きコンロであって、前記グリル室の両側壁に設けられ、前記受け皿の出し入れ方向に延び受け皿をグリル室の前面開口側へ取り出し可能にガイドする受け皿ガイドと、該受け皿ガイドに摺動可能に支持された受け皿と、前記支持枠を前記受け皿の出し入れ方向と同方向にガイドしグリル室の前面開口側への取り出しを可能にする支持枠ガイドと、該支持枠ガイドに摺動可能に支持された支持枠と、前記支持枠の前端部に結合され、前記受け皿及び前記支持枠が前記グリル室に押し込まれたときに、該グリル室の前面開口を閉じるグリル扉とを備え、前記支持枠は、前記受け皿の出し入れのために前記グリル扉に加えられる力を該受け皿に伝えると共に前記グリル室内から該支持枠が取り出されたときに前記受け皿を下方から支持する支持部を備えており、前記受け皿ガイドは、前記受け皿のほぼ全体を前記グリル室から引き出した引き出し位置に至るまで該受け皿を、ほぼ水平姿勢に維持するように該受け皿を上下面の間に支持し、前記支持枠ガイドは、前記受け皿が前記引き出し位置に至ったときに、前記支持枠に係止して該支持枠の引き出し動作を停止させる枠止め部を前端付近に備え、前記支持枠を引き出したときに該支持枠の前側が前記グリル扉と共に下降し得るように構成され、前記支持枠は、前記支持枠ガイドに摺動可能に支持される側枠を備え、該側枠の後部には、下部に位置する支点部と、該支点部から立ち上がった支持枠後端部の上端から幅方向外向きに突出し前記支持枠ガイドにガイドされる係止部と、前記支点部より前方で上方へ湾曲した後部湾曲部とが形成されており、
該後部湾曲部の前端部が前記グリル室の底壁部に接し前記係止部が前記支持枠ガイドの下面に接して引き出し途中での支持枠後部の上昇を制限すると共に、前記係止部が前記枠止め部に係止した位置にあるときに前記後部湾曲部の前端部が前記グリル室の底壁部前端から離れた状態となるように該後部湾曲部が設けられ、該位置で前記支持枠の前側が下降するときに、前記グリル室底面の前端に設けられた枠受け部が該支持枠の後部湾曲部に接し、前記支持枠ガイドの下面が前記係止部に接して、下降が制限されることを特徴とする。

前記受け皿ガイドは、前記グリル室の側壁面に設けられ、前記支持枠ガイドは、前記受け皿ガイドより下方において該受け皿ガイドにほぼ沿って延び、前記支持枠に対し上下方向に接して該支持枠をガイドするように構成されるのが望ましい。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、本発明に係る実施形態について、添付図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明をする。

実施形態１
図１は、本発明の本実施形態に係るグリル付きテーブルコンロの縦断側面図であり、図２はその縦断正面図である。図示のように、グリルは、グリル室１、受け皿２、グリル扉４及び支持枠５を備えている。

グリル室１は、上面開口及び前面開口１１を有する直方体状のケーシングにより形成されている。該ケーシングはテーブルコンロに固定され、上面開口にガスバーナ（図示せず）等が配置され、前面開口１１は受け皿２等を出入れするために使用される。

図３は、図１に示すグリル付きテーブルコンロの受け皿２の平面図であり、図４はその正面図、図５はその側面図である。図示のように、受け皿２は、平面視がほぼ矩形状の皿であり、その周縁には外側に突出したフランジ２１が設けられている。フランジ２１の前端からは、平板状の係合部２３が垂下しており、受け皿２本体の前壁と該係合部２３との間に、支持枠５の前端部５２ａが挿入される。受け皿２の底面後部には下方に突出した一対の底面突出部２２が設けられている。

図６は、図１に示すグリル付きテーブルコンロの支持枠５の平面図であり、図７はその正面図、図８はその側面図である。図示のように、支持枠５は、受け皿２の外周部に沿って延びる一対の側枠５１及びこれらを連結する前枠５２で構成されるコ字状の棒状部材に、後枠５３となる奥行きの短いコ字状の棒状部材を溶接して形成され、平面視がほぼ矩形状となっている。側枠５１は、図８に示すように、前方から後方に掛けて、水平な前部５１ａ、上方に湾曲した中間部５１ｂ、小さく上方に湾曲した後部５１ｃ、垂直に立ち上がった後端部５１ｄを備えている。また、側枠５１の後端は外向きに突出し、後述する支持枠ガイド６への係止部５１ｅを形成している。

前枠５２は、図９に示すように、支持板５４に溶接されており、該支持板５４が、グリル扉４の対応する凹所に嵌め込まれることにより、支持枠５はグリル扉４に対し取り外し自在になっている。また、前枠５２は、図７及び図８に示すように、中央部が斜め上後方に突出するように屈曲した前支持部５２ａを形成している。前支持部５２ａは、受け皿２が引き出されたときにフランジ２１の前側を下方から支持し、受け皿２を出入れするときに受け皿２の前端の係合部２３に接して、グリル扉４に加えられた力を伝える役割をなす。一方、後枠５３は、上方に突出した後支持部５３ａを備えており、後支持部５３ａは、受け皿２をグリル室１から取り出したときに、フランジ２１の後部を下から支持する。

グリル室１側壁には、受け皿ガイド３及び支持枠ガイド６が設けられている。受け皿ガイド３は、前記受け皿２の出し入れ方向に延び、図２のようにグリル室１側壁面から内側に所定量突出したガイドレール３ａ及び上部ガイド３ｂで構成されている。

図１に示すように、ガイドレール３ａの上面及び下面は、ほぼ水平に形成され、ガイドレール３ａの前端は後述する枠受け部１２よりやや後方に位置し、後端はグリル室１の後端面近傍まで達している。また、上部ガイド３ｂは、受け皿２の出し入れ方向に延びた、長方形状の突出部であり、その前端はガイドレール３ａの前端より後方に位置し、その後端はグリル室１の後端面近傍まで達している。ガイドレール３ａは、その上面が受け皿２のフランジ２１に接して、受け皿２を支持し、上部ガイド３ｂは、その下面が受け皿２のフランジ２１に接近しており、受け皿２がある程度引き出され、幾分傾いたときに、フランジ２１に接して受け皿２の水平姿勢を保つ。このようにして、上部ガイド３ｂの下面及びガイドレール３ａの上面との間に、受け皿２の側部フランジが挿入されガイドされる。このため、ガイドレール３ａの上面と上部ガイド３ｂの下面との間隔は、受け皿２のフランジ２１よりやや大きくなっている。

支持枠ガイド６は、ガイドレール３ａの下面及びグリル室１の底面に沿う底壁部６ａで構成されて、受け皿ガイド３より下方において該受け皿ガイド３にほぼ沿って延びている。底壁部６ａは、その上面が支持枠５に接して、支持枠５を支持し、ガイドレール３ａは、その下面が支持枠５の係止部５１ｅに接近しており、支持枠５がある程度引き出され幾分傾いたときに、係止部５１ｅに接して支持枠５の後部の上昇を制限する。このようにして、ガイドレール３ａの下面と底壁部６ａとの間に、支持枠５が挿入されてガイドされる。このため、ガイドレール３ａの下面と底壁部６ａとの間隔は、支持枠５の後端部５１ｄよりやや大きくなっている。

また、ガイドレール３ａの前端付近は、下方に厚さが増され、後方部分との間に段状の枠止め部６ｂを形成している。枠止め部６ｂは、支持枠５が引き出されたときに該支持枠５の係止部５１ｅが係止することによって支持枠５の引き出し動作を停止させる働きをする。尚、本実施形態においては、底壁部６ａは、グリル室１の底面によって形成されているが、該底面に沿う他の部材で構成することもできる。

グリル扉４は、把手４１及び覗き窓部４２を備えほぼ平板状をなし、支持枠５の前端部に結合され、受け皿２及び支持枠５がグリル室１に押し込まれたときに、グリル室１の前面開口１１を閉じる。把手４１は、グリル扉４の前面から、前方へ突出して設けられている。また、覗き窓部４２は、グリル内が見えるようにグリル扉４のほぼ上半分を占める耐熱ガラス部を備えている。

このように配置されている結果、受け皿２及びこれを支持する支持枠５は、グリル扉４の把手４１を持って前後に操作することによって、前面開口を通じてグリル室１に出し入れ自在となっている。次に、上記のように構成されたグリル付きテーブルコンロの動作について説明する。

図１０〜図１２は、前述の受け皿２を引き出した状態を示す縦断側面図である。

図示のように、図１に示したグリル扉４が閉じた状態から、把手４１を持って受け皿２及びこれを支持する支持枠５を引き出す。支持枠５は、前支持部５２ａが、受け皿２のフランジ２１の前部に係止されており、これによって、支持枠５と受け皿２とは連動して引き出される。

受け皿２を引き出す際、前部５１ａがグリル室１内の底壁部６ａに接している間は、該前部５１ａ及び支持枠５の後部がガイドレール３ａ又は底壁部６ａに接して、支持枠５は、ほぼ水平な姿勢を保つ。ここで、ガイドレール３ａ又は底壁部６ａのいずれに接するかは、グリル扉４と支持枠５との重さのバランスにより決まる。

受け皿２をさらに引き出すと、支持枠５の係止部５１ｅが枠止め部６ｂに接してそれ以上引き出せなくなる。この位置では、支持枠５の湾曲した後部５１ｃの前端が底壁部６ａ前端から離れた状態となる。ここで把手４１を持った手を下げると、図１１に示すように、支持枠５の前側は、後部５１ｃがグリル室１底面の前端に設けられた段状の枠受け部１２に接するまで下方に回動する。このとき、受け皿２は、支持枠５による下方からの支持を失うが、フランジ２１が上部ガイド３ｂの下面及びガイドレール３ａの上面に接するため、ほぼ水平に保たれる。尚、本実施形態では受け皿２及び支持枠５を勢い良く引き出しても、受け皿２の底面突出部２２と、グリル室１底面に突出した皿止め部１３とが係止して受け皿２が飛び出さない構成となっている。

次に、把手４１を持ち上げると、図１２に示すように、支持枠５は支持枠５の後部を中心として上方に回動し、それと共に係止部５１ｅは枠止め部６ｂから外れる。したがって、この状態で把手４１を手前に引くと、受け皿２及びそれを支持する支持枠５をグリル室１から引き出すことができる。

図１３は、前述の受け皿２を引き抜いた状態を示す側面図である。受け皿２及び支持枠５を引き抜くとき、受け皿２の後部は、受け皿ガイド３から外れ、支持枠５によって支持される。支持枠５の後枠５３の側突部５３ｂは、支持枠５後部の湾曲部５１ｃよりやや外側において、係止部５１ｅより僅かに低い位置に設けられている。したがって、受け皿２の後部が受け皿ガイド３から側突部５３ｂへ移動するときに、高さの変化が少ない。これにより、該移動時の衝撃が小さくなり、調理した食物の破損が防がれ、受け皿２内に水を入れている場合には水のこぼれが防止される。

グリル室１から引き出すと、受け皿２は、続けて支持枠５に載置されているだけの状態となるので、非常に容易に支持枠５から取り出すことができる。

本発明は、前記実施形態に限定されることなく、種々の変更が可能である。例えば、受け皿２におけるフランジ２１側面の前部から後端にかけて、水平方向に内側に窪んだ溝部を設け、該溝部にガイドレール３ａを挿入することにより、受け皿２の支持とガイドとを行うようにすることができる。この場合は、上部ガイド３ｂが不要となる。

また、支持枠５後端部にグリル室１側壁側へ開く凹部を形成し、グリル室１側壁には、水平方向に延び、該凹部に挿入されるガイドレールを設けることにより、支持枠５の支持及びガイドとを行うこともできる。

更に、支持枠５は、受け皿２及び支持枠５がグリル室１内に位置するときに前支持部５２ａ及び後支持部５３ａが受け皿２の僅か下方に位置するように設定すれば、受け皿２及び支持枠５の全体をグリル室１から取り出したときに、落下衝撃を小さくして受け皿２の前部及び後部を前支持部５２ａ及び後支持部５３ａで支持することができる。

図１４乃至図２１は本発明の第２の実施形態を示す。なお、第１の実施形態と同一又は類似の部分については、第１の実施形態に付された符号と同じ符号を図面に付すことによりその部分の説明を省略する。

図１９のように受け皿２は、平面視がほぼ矩形状の皿であって、受け皿２の全周にわたって設けられるフランジ２１、底面突出部２２及び係合部２３を有する。受け皿２の左右両側には一対の第２の底面突出部２５が設けられ、フランジ２１の後部の左右両側には凸部２４が形成されている。

図１６は、グリル付きテーブルコンロの支持枠５を示し、第１の実施形態の支持枠５と異なるところは、同図（ａ）のように、側枠５１の中間部５１ｂが逆Ｕ字状に上方に向けて屈曲されて前方寄りに位置し、後部５１ｃが前方に向けて長く形成され、側突部５３ｂが側枠５１の後端寄りに形成されている点などであり、側枠５１の後部には支点部５１ｆが形成されている。前枠５２の前支持部５２ａは、受け皿２が引き出されたときにフランジ２１の前側を下方から支持し、受け皿２を出入れするときに受け皿２の前端の係合部２３に接して、グリル扉４に加えられた力を伝える役割をなし、また、後枠５３の後支持部５３ａは、受け皿２をグリル室１から取り出したときに、フランジ２１の後部を下から支持する点などは第１の実施形態と同じである。

前面開口１１に近いグリル室１の側壁１０のうち、底壁上面６ａに近接する部位には枠受け突起部１ａが形成され、引き出された支持枠５を該枠受け突起部１ａによって支持する。また、前面開口１１部に近いグリル室１の底壁上面６ａには皿止め突起部１ｂが形成され、底壁上面６ａの左右両側には受け皿２の引き出し方向に延びて受け皿２の底面突出部２５がガイドする受け皿ガイド１ｃが形成されている。

図１４及び図１５のようにグリル室１には、受け皿ガイド３及び支持枠ガイド６が設けられている。受け皿ガイド３は、グリル室１の側壁１０に設けられ受け皿２の上面に接し得る第１下向き面３１Ａを有する上部ガイド３１と、受け皿２の底面に接し得るグリル室１の底壁上面６ａとにより構成されている。

また、上部ガイド３１と後述する支持枠ガイド６の下部ガイド６１とはグリル室１の側壁１０の一部をグリル室１内に向けて突曲して形成され、下部ガイド６１は、上部ガイド３１よりも引っ込み、上部ガイド３１と下部ガイド６１とはグリル室１の側壁１０に二段式に突出されている。なお、グリル室１は金属板を折り曲げて形成されるものである。

そして、受け皿２がグリル室１に収納されたときにはグリル室１の底壁上面６ａに載置され、上部ガイド３１は、その第１下向き面３１Ａが受け皿２のフランジ２１に接近する。受け皿２が引き出されるときには、該受け皿２はグリル室１の底壁上面６ａを摺動し、受け皿２がある程度引き出されると、受け皿２はグリル扉などの重みで幾分傾き、そのときに、受け皿２のフランジ２１は第１下向き面３１Ａに接して受け皿２の水平姿勢を保つ。このように、受け皿２のフランジ２１は上部ガイド３１の第１下向き面３１Ａに下方に位置した状態でガイドされる。

支持枠ガイド６は、支持枠５の上面に接し得る第２下向き面６１Ａを有する下部ガイド６１と、支持枠５の底面に接し得るグリル室１の底壁上面６ａとにより構成されている。

下部ガイド６１は、上部ガイド３１にほぼ沿って延びている。グリル室１の底壁上面６ａは、支持枠５に接して支持枠５を支持し、下部ガイド６１の第２下向き面６１Ａは、支持枠５の係止部５１ｅに接近しており、支持枠５がある程度引き出され、グリル扉などの重みで幾分傾いたときに、係止部５１ｅが第２下向き面６１Ａに接することによって支持枠５の後部の上昇を制限する。このようにして、下部ガイド６１の第２下向き面６１Ａと底壁上面６ａとの間に挿入された支持枠５をガイドする。

また、下部ガイド６１の第２下向き面６１Ａの前端付近は、上方に凹曲して枠止め部６ｂを形成している。枠止め部６ｂは、支持枠５が引き出されたときに該支持枠５の係止部５１ｅが嵌まり込んで係止されることによって支持枠５の引き出し動作を停止させる働きをする。また、下部ガイド６１の前端側には支持枠５を下部ガイド６１の第２下向き面６１Ａの下方に案内するための傾斜ガイド部６１Ｂが形成されている。尚、本実施形態においては、底壁上面６ａは、グリル室１の底面によって形成されているが、該底面に沿う他の部材で構成することもできる。

次に、上記のように構成されたグリル付きテーブルコンロの動作について説明する。

図１４に示したグリル扉４が閉じた状態から、把手４１を持って受け皿２及びこれを支持する支持枠５を引き出す。このとき、支持枠５の側枠５１がグリル室１の底壁上面６ａに接して支持枠５は当初ほぼ水平な姿勢を保った後、上述のように受け皿２及び支持枠５はグリル扉４１などの重みで前側に傾いて、受け皿２のフランジ２１の凸部２４が第１下向き面３１Ａに、支持枠５の係止部５１ｅが第２下向き面６１Ａにそれぞれ接触して受け皿２及び支持枠５をほぼ水平姿勢に保つ。そして、支持枠５の後部５１ｃがグリル室１の前面開口１１から突出するときには、支持枠５の側突部５３ｂがグリル室１の受け突起部１ａで支持されて受け皿２及び支持枠５をほぼ水平姿勢に保つ。

更に、図２０のように受け皿２及び支持枠５を更に引き出すと、側突部５３ｂが受け突起部１ａから外れ、グリル扉４及び支持枠５の重みと枠受け部１２の存在により支持枠５の前側がグリル扉４１と共に下方に回転可能になる。支持枠５の回転中は支持枠５の係止部５１ｅが枠止め部６ｂに嵌まり込み、支持枠５の支点部５１ｆはグリル室１の底壁上面６ａに接している。そして、図２１のように支持枠５の後部５１ｃがグリル室１底面の前端に設けられた枠受け部１２に接することにより、回転が停止してその状態を維持する。なお、グリル扉４の把手４１に手を掛けて支持枠５を手で支持しながら回転させるものである。

一方、受け皿２は、受け皿２の底面突出部２２がグリル室１の底壁上面６ａの皿止め突起部１ｂに係止してそれ以上引き出せなくなる。また、支持枠５が回転して下方に移動することにより、支持枠５による支持を失うが、フランジ２２の凸部２４が上部ガイドの第１下向き面３１Ａに、受け皿２の底面がグリル室１の底壁上面６ａにそれぞれ接するため、ほぼ水平に保たれる。

そして、受け皿２及び支持枠５をグリル室１から取り外すときには、次の動作をすれば良い、即ち、把手４１を持って支持枠５及び受け皿２をそれぞれの後部を中心に上方に回転させることにより、第１下向き面３１Ａと受け皿２のフランジの凸部との間に隙間を作ると共に、支持枠５の係止部５１ｅを枠止め部６ｂから外す。そして、この状態でグリル扉４１などを引き出し方向に引いて、受け皿２の底面突出部２２をグリル室１の底壁上面６ａの皿止め部１ｂを乗り越えさせることにより、取り外すことができる。

本発明は、前記実施形態に限定されることなく、種々の変更が可能である。例えば、受け皿２におけるフランジ２１側面の前部から後端にかけて、水平方向に内側に窪んだ溝部を設け、該溝部にガイドレール３ａを挿入することにより、受け皿２の支持とガイドとを行うようにすることができる。この場合は、上部ガイド３ｂが不要となる。

また、支持枠５後端部にグリル室１の側壁１０へ開く凹部を形成し、グリル室１の側壁１０には、水平方向に延び、該凹部に挿入されるガイドレールを設けることにより、支持枠５の支持及びガイドとを行うこともできる。

【発明の効果】
