In some embodiments of the present application, the grill assembly includes a support frame 2500 and a grill 2600, the support frame 2500 can move along a front-back direction, and the support frame 2500 includes a first stop 2512 and a first support 2511, the grill 2600 includes a second stop 2612 and a second support 2611, the second support 2611 is detachably disposed on the first support 2511, the second stop 2612 is in clearance fit with the first stop 2512, and in the front-back direction, the second stop 2612 can abut against the first stop 2512, so as to keep the first support 2511 in contact with the second support 2611. The second supporting portion 2611 is detachably arranged on the first supporting portion 2511, so that the supporting and the detachable of the grill 2600 are realized, the disassembling difficulty of the grill 2600 is reduced, and the second supporting portion 2611 can be prevented from being separated from the first supporting portion 2511 when the second stopping portion 2612 is abutted with the first stopping portion 2512 through the arrangement of the second stopping portion 2612 and the first stopping portion 2512, so that the grill 2600 is prevented from falling. In addition, the second stop portion 2612 is in clearance fit with the first stop portion 2512, so that interference between the second stop portion 2612 and the first stop portion 2512 can be avoided when the grill 2600 is placed on the support frame 2500, and the grill 2600 can be assembled and disassembled more conveniently.
Specifically, the support frame 2500 is used for supporting the grill 2600, and generally, the support frame 2500 is a frame-shaped hollow structure, so that the support of the grill 2600 can be realized, and the blocking of smoke is avoided. The grill 2600 is a member for loading food materials, and is similar to the support 2500, and also has a frame-like hollow structure. The support frame 2500 is configured to be movable in a front-rear direction, thereby moving the grill 2600.
The grill assembly is described as applied to the toaster 2000. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 12, the oven 2000 includes a cavity 2100, the cavity 2100 encloses a receiving cavity 2101, the receiving cavity 2101 is in an open form, that is, the receiving cavity 2101 has an opening 2102, the receiving cavity 2101 is opened toward the front, a door 2210 of the oven 2000 is configured to be capable of being pushed and pulled reciprocally, so that the opening 2102 can be closed and opened, the door 2210 closes the opening 2102 to close the receiving cavity 2101, and the door 2210 opens the opening 2102 to open the receiving cavity 2101. The support frame 2500 is connected with the door body 2210, when pulling the door body 2210 to keep away from the opening 2102, the support frame 2500 moves out of the accommodating cavity 2101 along with the movement of the door body 2210, when pushing the door body 2210 to be close to the opening 2102, the support frame 2500 moves into the accommodating cavity 2101 along with the movement of the door body 2210, and as the grill 2600 is installed on the support frame 2500, the grill 2600 can move out of the accommodating cavity 2101 along with the support frame 2500 and move into the accommodating cavity 2101, so that food can be taken and placed.
For example, the cavity 2100 includes a bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130, a top plate 2120 and a front plate 2140, side plates 2130 are provided on the left and right sides of the bottom plate 2110, the top plate 2120 is located above the bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130 provided on the left and right sides, the front plate 2140 is provided in front of the bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130, top plate 2120 and front plate 2140 to jointly enclose the accommodation chamber 2101, the opening 2102 is provided in front plate 2140, the door 2210 is provided in front of the bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130, top plate 2120 and front plate 2140, and when the door 2210 and front plate 2140 are abutted, the opening 2102 is opened.
The opening and closing of the opening 2102 can be achieved by sliding the door body 2210 to and fro, the sliding rail 2220 can be achieved by a sliding rail 2220, the fixing portion of the sliding rail 2220 is fixedly arranged, the specific position to which the fixing portion is fixed is not limited, the movable portion of the sliding rail 2220 is fixed to the door body 2210, and the movable portion of the sliding rail 2220 is movably (slidably) connected with respect to the fixing portion of the sliding rail 2220, so that the installation of the door body 2210 is achieved by the sliding rail 2220 and the sliding of the door body 2210 is enabled.
The support frame 2500 needs to be connected with the door body 2210, and the gridiron 2600 needs to be detachably connected with the support frame 2500, and through setting up the support frame 2500, when the door body 2210 is pushed and pulled reciprocally, the gridiron 2600 is driven to move reciprocally. In this embodiment, the grill 2600 is detachably connected with the support frame 2500, in order to support the grill 2600 and avoid the grill 2600 falling relative to the support frame 2500 when the support frame 2500 moves, the support frame 2500 has a first stop portion 2512 and a first support portion 2511, the grill 2600 has a second stop portion 2612 and a second support portion 2611, the first support portion 2511 is a structure for supporting the grill 2600, the second support portion 2611 is a structure for matching with the first support portion 2511, and the first support portion 2511 and the second support portion 2611 cooperate to realize that the whole grill is supported on the support frame 2500. When the grill 2600 is mounted to the support frame 2500, the second support 2611 needs to rest on the first support 2511 corresponding to the first support 2511, thus achieving the mounting of the grill 2600. It can be appreciated that the second support portion 2611 abuts against the first support portion 2511 in the direction of gravity, so that the first support portion 2511 supports the whole grill 2600 through the support of the second support portion 2611, and thus the installation of the grill 2600 is realized, in this way, the grill 2600 can be conveniently installed on the support frame 2500, and when the grill 2600 needs to be disassembled, only the user lifts the grill 2600 in the direction of the gravity, so that the disassembly difficulty is reduced, and the disassembly efficiency and experience are improved.
The second support portion 2611 is placed on the first support portion 2511 so that the support frame 2500 supports the grill 2600, which is that the support frame 2500 needs to move along the front-rear direction, for example, when a user pulls and pushes the door body 2210, the grill 2600 easily moves relative to the support frame 2500 in the front-rear direction, that is, the position of the grill 2600 relative to the support frame 2500 is changed, the grill 2600 easily falls relative to the support frame 2500, and therefore, the second stop portion 2612 needs to abut against the first stop portion 2512 in the front-rear direction, and when the second stop portion 2612 abuts against the first stop portion 2512, the movement of the grill 2600 relative to the support frame 2500 can be prevented, that is, the first support portion 2511 is kept in contact with the second support portion 2511 through the abutment of the second stop portion 2612 and the first stop portion 2512, so that the grill 2600 can be effectively supported by the support frame 2500 when the support frame 2500 moves along the front-rear direction, and the first support portion 2511 is prevented from falling relative to the first support portion 2611.
In addition, generally, the grill 2600 needs to be assembled and disassembled relative to the support frame 2500 in the up-down direction, and the first stop portion 2512 and the second stop portion 2612 need to abut against each other in the front-back direction, so that the first stop portion 2512 and the second stop portion 2612 are designed to be arranged at intervals to realize clearance fit, and interference between the first stop portion 2512 and the second stop portion 2612 is avoided when the grill 2600 is assembled and disassembled in the up-down direction, so that the grill 2600 can be assembled and disassembled more easily.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 12 and 13, the support frame 2500 includes two brackets 2510, the two brackets 2510 are disposed alternately along the front-rear direction, and the brackets 2510 include the first stop portion 2512 and the first support portion 2511 mentioned above. The two second supporting portions 2611 are arranged alternately along the front-rear direction, the two second stopping portions 2612 are also arranged alternately along the front-rear direction, and by arranging the two second stopping portions 2611 so that two constraint positions are formed in the front-rear direction, the grill 2600 is further stably mounted on the support frame 2500.
Specifically, the support frame 2500 includes a bottom frame 2520, and the support frames 2510 are disposed on the bottom frame 2520, for example, because the support frame 2500 has the most important function of supporting the grill 2600, the support frames 2510 are located at the end positions of the support frame 2500 in the front-rear direction as far as possible, and the two support frames 2510 are hollowed out as much as possible, so as to avoid blocking the flow of the smoke gas inside. It will be appreciated that, since the door body 2210 is located in front of the door body, and the support frame 2500 needs to be moved into the accommodating cavity 2101 along the front and rear directions, in order to make the support frame 2500 effectively supported, the connection between the support frame 2500 and the door body 2210 to form a cantilever structure is avoided, one end of the support frame 2500 away from the door body 2210 needs to be slidably connected with the bottom plate 2110, for example, a sliding protrusion 2521 is provided on the bottom plate 2520, a sliding groove 2111 is provided on the bottom plate 2110, the sliding protrusion 2512 is movably arranged in the sliding groove 2111, and the sliding groove 2111 not only realizes the slidable support for the support frame 2500, but also plays a guiding role for the movement of the support frame 2500.
In order to utilize the space of the accommodating chamber 2101 as much as possible, the grill 2600 occupies the space of the accommodating chamber 2101 in the front-rear direction as needed, and thus by providing two brackets 2510 provided in the front-rear direction, the support of the grill 2600 is effectively achieved. Since the bracket 2510 has the first stopper 2512 and the first support 2511 and the grill 2600 also has the second stopper 2612 and the second support 2611 at the front-rear direction, two restraining positions are formed in the front-rear direction of the grill 2600 and the support 2500, greatly providing the mounting stability of the grill 2600.
In addition, it is understood that the toaster 2000 is provided with an upper burner 2300 and a lower burner 2400, the upper burner 2300 can be used to toast the food material from top to bottom, and the lower burner 2400 can be used to toast the food material from bottom to top. For example, the upper burner 2300 is disposed above the top plate 2120 so as to be positioned above the grill 2600 and has a flat overall structure, while the lower burner 2400 is disposed on the side plate 2130, protrudes toward the housing chamber 2101 with respect to the side plate 2130, and is disposed below the grill 2600 and has a tubular overall structure. In order to fully utilize the space, the grill 2600 extends in the left-right direction and extends above the lower burner 2400, and by spacing the two brackets 2510 in the front-rear direction, the two second supporting portions 2611 and the two second stopping portions 2612 are spaced in the front-rear direction, so that the interference between the cooperation between the supporting frame 2500 and the grill 2600 and the lower burner 2400 can be avoided, the space can be utilized to the maximum extent, and the structure is simplified.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 11, two second stopping portions 2612 are disposed between two first stopping portions 2512, a distance L1 between the outer sides of the two second supporting portions 2611, and a distance L2 between the outer sides of the two second stopping portions 2612 need to satisfy L1 > L2, so that the grill 2600 is more convenient to be disassembled.
Specifically, the so-called outer side, that is, the side of the second support portion 2611 located at the front facing away from the second support portion 2611 located at the rear, is also similar to the second stop portion 2612, and by optimizing the relationship between L1 and L2, the front end and the rear end of the grill 2600 form a concave structure, which is equivalent to forming a foolproof design, when the user installs the grill 2600 back to the support frame 2500, the concave structure is easy for the user to form a reference, and can be clamped to the first stop portion 2512, thereby improving the disassembly efficiency.
For example, since the grill 2600 has a certain size along the front-rear direction, if it is difficult to control the grill 2600 to simultaneously mate the front end and the rear end of the grill 2600 with the support frame 2500, in this embodiment, by optimizing the relationship between L1 and L2, when the grill 2600 is installed, the concave structure at one end of the grill 2600 can be controlled to be clamped to the first stop 2512 (e.g., the second stop 2612 at the front end is abutted to the first stop 2512 at the front end), and the concave structure at the other end of the grill 2600 can be controlled to be clamped to the other first stop 2512 (e.g., the second stop 2612 at the rear end is abutted to the first stop 2512 at the rear end), thus reducing the difficulty in installing the grill 2600.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 9 and 10, by ensuring that the contact between the first support portion 2511 and the second support portion 2611 is maintained when the first stop portion 2512 abuts against the second stop portion 2612, the distance L3 between the inner sides of the two first support portions 2511, the distance L4 between the inner sides of the two first stop portions 2512, L1 > L3, L4 > L2, and L1-L3 > L4-L2 are satisfied, thus simplifying the structure.
Specifically, so-called inner side, that is, the side of the front first support 2511 facing the rear first support 2511, is also the first stop 2512, and by optimizing the relationship among L1, L2, L3 and L4, if the grill 2600 moves relative to the support frame 2500 in the front-rear direction, under the assumption that the second support 2611 needs to move (L1-L3)/2 to disengage from the first support 2511, and when the grill 2600 moves to the limit such that the second stop 2612 abuts against the first stop 2512, the movement distance of the grill 2600 is (L4-L2)/2, and since L1-L3 is greater than L4-L2, the first support 2511 and the second support 2511 still maintain contact, and by optimizing the dimensional relationships, the fitting structure between the grill 2600 and the support frame 2500 can be made simpler, and the fitting can be achieved without requiring a complex structure.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, L3 and L4 need to satisfy l3=l4. For example, a first stopper 2512 is partially formed on the holder 2510, and the remaining part of the holder 2510 is regarded as the first support 2511, so that, since l3=l4, the holder 2510 is close to one plane in the up-down direction, so that occupation of the space by the holder 2510 can be avoided as much as possible. In particular, when the bracket 2510 is manufactured by a bending process, l3=l4 is satisfied, and thus bending of the bracket 2510 is also simpler, and bending in a plurality of directions is not required.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the left and right sides of the first stop portion 2512 are respectively provided with the aforementioned first support portion 2511, and the left and right sides of the second stop portion 2612 are respectively provided with the aforementioned second support portion 2611 with respect to the ground, so that the grill 2600 is effectively restrained in the front-back, left-right directions.
Specifically, as mentioned above, the limitation of the grill 2600 in the front-rear direction is achieved by providing the first stop portion 2512 and the second stop portion 2612 in cooperation, however, in some unexpected situations, the grill 2600 may shift in the left-right direction, for example, when the oven 2000 is placed in a non-horizontal state, the grill 2600 is placed with more food, the support frame 2500 is moved, the grill 2600 is shifted in the left-right direction due to vibration, and for example, when the support frame 2500 drives the grill 2600 out of the receiving cavity 2101, the grill 2600 may shift if the user collides with the grill 2600 carelessly. Therefore, in the present embodiment, by providing the first support portion 2511 on both sides of the first stop portion 2512 and providing the second support portion 2611 on both sides of the second stop portion 2612, when the grill 2600 is mounted on the support frame 2500, the second support portion 2611 can abut against the first stop portion 2512 in the left-right direction, thereby restricting the displacement of the grill 2600 in the left-right direction.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 12, the first stopper 2512 is designed to be upwardly protruded and is higher than the bottom 2620 of the grill 2600, so that the food material can be prevented from being displaced in the front-rear direction to be dropped.
Specifically, when the user pulls and pushes the door 2210, the food is easily moved with respect to the grill 2600, specifically, the food is easily moved in the front and rear directions with respect to the grill 2600, so that the food is easily dropped with respect to the grill 2600, and for this reason, the first stopper 2512 is designed to be upwardly protruded based on the structure of the first stopper 2512, so that the food is blocked by the first stopper 2512 when the food is moved in the front and rear directions, thereby preventing the drop of the food, and the second stopper 2612 and the bottom 2620 of the grill 2600 are at the same height, that is, the first stopper 2512 is higher than the second stopper 2612, so that the blocking of the food in the front and rear directions can be achieved. In addition, the first stop 2512 is designed to bulge upward, so that the first stop 2512 also forms a handle structure for facilitating handling of the support frame 2500 by a worker during assembly.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first stop portion 2512 and the first support portion 2511 are designed to be integrally formed, and since the first stop portion 2512 and the first support portion 2511 are used as a part of the support frame 2500, the first stop portion 2512 and the first support portion 2511 are designed to be integrally formed, so as to improve the structural strength. For example, the first stop portion 2512 and the first support portion 2511 are manufactured by bending the same metal rod, which is convenient for manufacturing.
As for the second stopper 2612 and the second support 2611, the second stopper 2612 and the second support 2611 are integrally formed, and the second stopper 2612 and the second support 2611 are integrally formed as a part of the grill 2600, so that the structural strength is improved. For example, the second stopping portion 2612 and the second supporting portion 2611 are manufactured by bending the same metal rod, which is convenient for manufacturing.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 6 and 14, the grill assembly further includes a drip tray 2700, the drip tray 2700 is removably connected to the support frame 2500, and the drip tray 2700 is disposed below the grill 2600.
The food material is placed on the grill 2600 and grease, juice, debris, etc. on the food material can fall down to form food waste. For example, during the roasting process, falling food waste accumulates on the floor 2110 of the cavity 2100, and if food waste accumulates too much, cleaning may be inconvenient because the floor 2110 of the cavity 2100 cannot be removed. For this purpose, a liquid tray 2700 is disposed below the food material, and the liquid tray 2700 has a certain storage space to temporarily store food residues such as liquid and solid, and the liquid tray 2700 is convenient to detach and clean. For example, the tray 2700 is supported on the chassis 2520 under the action of gravity, and in the front-rear direction, the tray 2700 is located between the two brackets 2510, and the two brackets 2510 limit the tray 2700, so that the push-pull of the door 2210 drives the support 2500 to move, and synchronously drives the tray 2700 and the grill 2600 to move, so that no matter where the grill 2600 is located, the tray 2700 can be matched with the tray.
The liquid bearing disc 2700 comprises a disc bottom 2701, the disc bottom 2701 comprises a first area 2710 and a second area 2720, the second area 2720 surrounds the first area 2710, the second area 2720 is provided with a second groove 2720, the first area 2710 is provided with a first groove 2710, the second groove 2720 and the first groove 2710 are communicated with each other, and the depth of the first groove 2710 is larger than that of the second groove 2720, so that the liquid bearing disc 2700 has a certain food residue containing capacity, and overflow of food residues during moving of the liquid bearing disc 2700 can be effectively avoided.
Specifically, the liquid bearing plate 2700 includes a plate bottom 2701 and hanging lugs 2702, and hanging lugs 2702 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the plate bottom 2701. When the tray 2700 stores food residues, particularly food residues having a liquid state, the reciprocal movement of the tray 2700 easily overflows the food residues. It will be appreciated that the tray 2700 is prone to overflow of food waste not only during movement following the door, but also when the tray 2700 is removed and transported by the user.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the second groove 2720 and the first groove 2710 are disposed in communication with each other, the second groove 2720 surrounds the first groove 2710, and the depth of the first groove 2710 is larger than that of the second groove 2720, so that food residues can be preferentially accumulated in the first groove 2710 under the action of gravity, and when the food residues are less, the food residues can be accumulated in the first groove 2710 only, and when the sliding door body is instant, the liquid bearing plate 2700 is driven to move, the food residues in the first groove 2710 are moved out of the first groove 2710 under the action of inertia and enter the second groove 2720, and at this time, the food residues are still effectively stored under the action of the second groove 2720, so as to avoid overflow. When the food waste is more, the food waste not only fills the first groove 2710, but also occupies the corresponding space of the second groove 2720, at this time, if the sliding door body has a depth difference between the first groove 2710 and the second groove 2720, the flow characteristics of the food waste in the first groove 2710 and the flow characteristics of the food waste in the second groove 2720 are different, so that a flow resistance is formed, and the formation of the flow resistance hinders the flow of the food waste, so that the risk of overflow of the food waste can be reduced.
The first groove 2710 and/or the second groove 2720 may be formed by a stamping process, for example, the first groove 2710 is formed by stamping the first region 2710 opposite to the bottom 2701, and then the second groove 2720 is formed by stamping the second region 2720 of the bottom 2701, so that the first groove 2710 and the second groove 2720 may be formed by stamping the same metal plate, and the metal plate has higher ductility, so that the first groove 2710 and the second groove 2720 are conveniently manufactured, the structural integrity of the bottom 2701 is higher, the existence of gaps is avoided, and the structural strength is improved.
