The oven 2000 is a household appliance for baking food materials by using heat in a relatively closed space, and generally, the oven 2000 includes a gas type oven using combustion of gas as a heat source and an electric type oven using energizing heat of a heat generating tube as a heat source, which will be described in detail herein by taking the gas type oven as an example.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 1 to 8, the oven 2000 includes a body 2100, a door 2200 and a grill 2300, the body 2100 encloses a receiving chamber 2101, the door 2200 is configured to be capable of being pushed and pulled reciprocally with respect to the body 2100, the door 2200 is pushed and pulled reciprocally so as to open the receiving chamber 2101 and close the receiving chamber 2101, the grill 2300 is movable along with the door 2200 and is configured to be detachably disposed, the grill 2300 is movable along with the door 2200 so as to be capable of moving out of the receiving chamber 2101 and into the receiving chamber 2101, and the grill 2300 is in a state of being separated from the receiving chamber 2101 when the door 2200 is opened and moved to a limit position, so that the grill 2300 is completely exposed outside the receiving chamber 2101, so that a user is not limited by the receiving chamber 2101 any more when taking and putting the grill 2300, and taking and putting the grill 2300 can be realized in a relatively horizontal posture, thereby improving convenience of taking and putting the grill 2300.
Specifically, the oven 2000 includes a body 2100, the body 2100 encloses a holding cavity 2101, the holding cavity 2101 is in an open form, that is, the holding cavity 2101 has an opening 2102, food material enters the holding cavity 2101 through the opening 2102 and leaves the holding cavity 2101 through the opening 2102, the door 2200 closes and opens the holding cavity 2101 by closing and opening the opening 2102, when the door 2200 closes the opening 2102, the food material can be baked in the holding cavity 2101, and when the door 2200 opens the opening 2102, the food material can be taken and put.
For example, the body 2100 includes a bottom plate 2110, side plates 2130, a top plate 2120 and a front plate 2140, wherein the side plates 2130 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the bottom plate 2110, the top plate 2120 is disposed above the bottom plate 2110, the side plates 2130 are disposed on the left and right sides, the front plate 2140 is disposed in front of the bottom plate 2110, the side plates 2130 and the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110, the side plates 2130, the top plate 2120 and the front plate 2140 jointly enclose a receiving chamber 2101, an opening 2102 of the receiving chamber 2101 is disposed on the front plate 2140, the top plate 2120 is provided with an upper burner, the side plates 2130 on the left and right sides are provided with a lower burner, and the upper burner and the lower burner burn toward the receiving chamber 2101 to realize baking of food materials placed in the receiving chamber 2101. The door 2200 is provided in front of the bottom plate 2110, the side plate 2130 and the top plate 2120 to be push-pull in the front-rear direction, thereby opening and closing the receiving chamber 2101, i.e., the door 2200 moves forward from the rear to open the receiving chamber 2101, and the door 2200 moves forward from the front to the rear to close the receiving chamber 2101.
The grill 2300 is a component for carrying food so that the food can be baked in the accommodating cavity 2101, in general, the grill 2300 is in a net-shaped hollow structure, the heat flow in the accommodating cavity 2101 is prevented from being blocked, the grill 2300 is made of metal, and the grill 2300 is high-temperature resistant and has strong structural strength. The grill 2300 is configured such that it needs to be moved in and out of the receiving cavity 2101 following the pushing and pulling of the door 2200, i.e., there is a connection relationship between the grill 2300 and the door 2200, and when the door 2200 is pushed and pulled, the connection relationship between the door 2200 and the grill 2300 causes the state of the grill 2300 to be changed. Specifically, when the door 2200 is pulled away from the receiving chamber 2101 to open the receiving chamber 2101, the grill 2300 moves with the door 2200 to move out of the receiving chamber 2101, the user can place food on the grill 2300, and when the door 2200 is pushed to approach the receiving chamber 2101 to close the receiving chamber 2101, the grill 2300 moves with the door 2200 to move into the receiving chamber 2101, and the food moves into the receiving chamber 2101 simultaneously.
It will be appreciated that when the door 2200 is pushed and pulled, the door 2200 has two extreme positions, wherein one of the extreme positions is that the door 2200 moves close to the accommodating cavity 2101 until the door 2200 abuts against the periphery (front plate 2140) of the opening 2102 of the accommodating cavity 2101, at which time the door 2200 closes the accommodating cavity 2101, and the door 2200 cannot move close to the accommodating cavity 2101 any more, and the door 2200 is in the extreme position, which is called the first extreme position; another extreme position is when the door 2200 is moved away from the receiving cavity 2101, at which time the door 2200 opens the receiving cavity 2101 until the door 2200 can no longer move away from the receiving cavity 2101, the door 2200 still being connected to the body 2100, at which time it is in an extreme position, referred to as a second extreme position. When the door 2200 opens the accommodating chamber 2101 and is in the second limit position, the grill 2300 leaves the accommodating chamber 2101, namely, the grill 2300 is completely exposed outside the accommodating chamber 2101, and the part of the grill 2300 does not extend into the accommodating chamber 2101, or the grill 2300 just contacts the accommodating chamber 2101, namely, just contacts the opening 2102, or the grill 2300 is at a certain distance (L1) from the accommodating chamber 2101, namely, is away from the opening 2102, and the user can take and put the grill 2300, and when taking and putting the grill 2300, the grill 2300 is not limited by the accommodating chamber 2101, namely, is not blocked by the cavity wall of the accommodating chamber 2101, the grill 2300 does not need to be inclined to be greatly so as to take and put, and the taking and putting can be realized in a relatively horizontal posture.
It will be appreciated that when the user takes and places the grill 2300, if the user needs to operate the grill 2300 in an inclined posture, the difficulty of taking and placing by the user will be increased, and in this embodiment, the grill 2300 may be in a horizontal posture as much as possible, so that the user's operation is easier. In particular, in some situations, the user needs to take and place the grill 2300 along with the food item placed on the grill 2300, and by such arrangement of the present embodiment, the grill 2300 is prevented from sliding down on the food item grill 2300 as horizontally as possible.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 3 and 4, the projection of the receiving cavity 2101 and the projection of the grill 2300 on the horizontal plane do not coincide.
Specifically, with reference to the normal placement of the grill 2300, the projection of the grill 2300 toward the horizontal plane and the projection of the housing cavity 2101 toward the horizontal plane are designed to be misaligned, that is, the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the housing cavity 2101 do not have a common portion, and may be that the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the housing cavity 2101 just contact, or the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the housing cavity 2101 are separated by a certain distance (L1). It will be appreciated that the projection of the receiving cavity 2101 on the horizontal plane is formed by the cavity walls of the receiving cavity 2101, and the front plate 2140, the top plate 2120, the bottom plate 2110 and the side plate 2130 mentioned above are all considered as cavity walls of the receiving cavity 2101, so that the front end (front plate 2140) of the receiving cavity 2101 can be designed to be relatively vertical, thereby enabling the space of the receiving cavity 2101 to be more fully utilized.
In some embodiments, the front end of the receiving cavity 2101 (front plate 2140) may also not be vertical (inclined from bottom to top), although this form does not prevent the grill 2300 from being picked and placed in a relatively horizontal position, but may not allow the front space of the receiving cavity 2101 to be fully utilized. By designing the projections of the grill 2300 and the housing cavity 2101 in a horizontal plane so as not to coincide in this embodiment, the structure of the housing cavity 2101 is optimized so that the housing cavity 2101 can be more fully utilized.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the door 2200 opens the accommodating cavity 2101 and moves to the limit position, the projection of the grill 2300 on the horizontal plane and the projection of the accommodating cavity 2101 on the horizontal plane are separated by a preset distance (L1), that is, the distance is set between the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the accommodating cavity 2101, so that the convenience of picking and placing the grill 2300 can be further improved.
Specifically, as mentioned above, the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the housing cavity 2101 do not overlap, either just by touching the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the housing cavity 2101, or alternatively by arranging the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the housing cavity 2101 alternately. In the former case, although the projection of the grill 2300 and the projection of the receiving cavity 2101 just contact to make the grill 2300 take a horizontal posture as much as possible to achieve the taking and placing, it is impossible for the user to control the grill 2300 to secure an absolute level when the user grips the grill 2300 to move, and in this case, the movement of the grill 2300 may scratch with the body 2100, scratch is formed on the outer surface of the body 2100, and noise is generated. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the projections of the grill 2300 and the projections of the housing chamber 2101 are spaced apart, so that the probability of collision between the grill 2300 and the body 2100 can be reduced when the user takes and puts the grill 2300, and the distance (L1) between the projections of the grill 2300 and the projections of the housing chamber 2101 can be set according to the actual situation. It will be appreciated that since the housing cavity 2101 is formed with the cavity wall of the housing cavity 2101 projected on the horizontal plane, that is, the grill 2300 is projected on the horizontal plane at a predetermined distance (L1) from the front plate 2140.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 3 and 5, the projection of the door 2200 on the horizontal plane and the projection of the grill 2300 on the horizontal plane are also designed to be spaced apart by a predetermined distance (L2).
Specifically, the projection of the door 2200 on the horizontal plane and the projection of the grill 2300 on the horizontal plane may be designed to just contact, and the same problem exists as the above projection of the receiving cavity 2101 on the horizontal plane and the projection of the grill 2300 on the horizontal plane, that is, when the grill 2300 moves, the grill 2300 is easily scraped with the door 2200, and thus the projection of the door 2200 on the horizontal plane is designed to be spaced apart from the projection of the grill 2300 on the horizontal plane by a certain distance (L2), reducing the probability of scraping the door 2200 when the grill 2300 is taken and put. In addition, the present embodiment has more space in the front-rear direction of the grill 2300 on the basis of combining the projection of the grill 2300 on the horizontal plane and the projection of the receiving cavity 2101 on the horizontal plane by a certain distance (L1), thereby more facilitating the pick-and-place operation of the grill 2300 by the user.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 2, 6 and 10, the oven 2000 includes a sliding rail 2500 through which the door body 2200 is reciprocally pushed and pulled with respect to the body 2100, and a dimension (L3) of the grill 2300 is smaller than a moving stroke (L4) of the sliding rail 2500 in a direction in which the door body 2200 is reciprocally pushed and pulled, such that the grill 2300 more conveniently assumes a state of being separated from the accommodating chamber 2101 when the door body 2200 opens the accommodating chamber 2101 and moves to an extreme position.
Specifically, the slide rail 2500 has a movable portion 2510 and a fixed portion 2520, the fixed portion 2520 is fixed on the body 2100, the fixed portion 2520 is not movable with respect to the body 2100, the movable portion 2510 is fixed on the door body 2200, the movable portion 2510 is also not movable with respect to the door body 2200, and the movable portion 2510 and the fixed portion 2520 are movably connected, the movable portion 2510 is movable along the fixed portion 2520. Generally, the movable portion 2510 and the fixed portion 2520 have a certain length, so that the door 2200 can be reciprocally pushed and pulled with respect to the body 2100. For example, when the door 2200 moves to open the accommodation chamber 2101, the movable portion 2510 moves forward with respect to the fixed portion 2520, the entire slide rail 2500 is lengthened, and when the door 2200 moves to close the accommodation chamber 2101, the movable portion 2510 moves backward with respect to the fixed portion 2520, the entire slide rail 2500 is shortened, and by providing the slide rail 2500, it is ensured that the door 2200 is not separated from the main body 2100 when being pushed and pulled reciprocally. Also, based on this, the length (L3) of the grill 2300 is designed to be smaller than the movement stroke (L4) of the slide rail 2500, so-called the movement stroke (L4), that is, the stroke in which the movable portion 2510 moves when the door 2200 is switched from the state of closing the housing chamber 2101 to the state of opening the housing chamber 2101 and is in the limit position, and the movable portion 2510 moves in the front-rear direction, the length (L3) of the grill 2300 in the front-rear direction needs to be smaller than the movement stroke (L4) of the movable portion 2510, so that it is sufficient to move the grill 2300 out of the housing chamber 2101 when the movable portion 2510 moves from rear to front to the limit.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 11, the movable portion 2510 extends rearward and over the grill 2300.
Specifically, the sliding rail 2500 is disposed to extend in a substantially front-rear direction, and correspondingly, the fixed portion 2520 and the movable portion 2510 also extend in the front-rear direction, and the movable portion 2510 extends over the grill 2300 in the rear direction, that is, the movable portion 2510 is closer to the rear than the grill 2300, so that, when the door 2200 opens the accommodating cavity 2101 and moves to the limit position, the movable portion 2510 is designed to be further behind the grill 2300 due to the fact that the movable portion 2510 still needs to be connected to the fixed portion 2520, and the fixed portion 2520 does not need to protrude too far from the front end (front plate 2140) of the body 2100, so that the connection to the movable portion 2510 can be achieved, and the oven 2000 is more beautiful.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 2 and 10, the toaster 2000 includes a supporter 2400, the supporter 2400 and the door 2200 are fixed and slidably connected to a cavity wall of the receiving cavity 2101, the grill 2300 is mounted to the supporter 2400 to be supported by the supporter 2400, and the grill 2300 is detachably connected to the supporter 2400.
Specifically, the support frame 2400 is a structure for supporting the grill 2300, which is fixed to the door 2200, it will be appreciated that the support frame 2400 may be directly fixed to the door 2200 or indirectly fixed to the door 2200, and when the user pulls the door 2200 after the support frame 2400 and the door 2200 are fixed, the support frame 2400 is moved out of and into the receiving cavity 2101, thereby moving the grill 2300 mounted on the support frame 2400 out of and into the receiving cavity 2101. When food is placed on the grill 2300, the supporting frame 2400 bears a large weight, so that the movement of the supporting frame 2400 is stable, the supporting frame 2400 is matched with the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 2101 to realize sliding connection, namely, the supporting frame 2400 needs to move relative to the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 2101, meanwhile, the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 2101 forms a certain constraint on the supporting frame 2400 in the moving process of the supporting frame 2400, and random walking of the supporting frame 2400 is avoided. In addition, the grill 2300 and the support frame 2400 are detachably connected, so that the grill 2300 can be taken and put in various manners, and the detachable connection is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the grill 2300 is configured to be supported on the support frame 2400 by gravity, thus facilitating the user's handling. When taking out the gridiron 2300, a user only needs to grasp the gridiron 2300 and lift the gridiron 2300, does not need to unlock the gridiron 2300 and the support frame 2400, and only needs to grasp the gridiron 2300 and place the gridiron 2300 at a preset position of the support frame 2400 from top to bottom when placing the gridiron 2300, and the gridiron 2300 can be supported on the support frame 2400 under the action of gravity, so that the taking and placing efficiency of the gridiron 2300 is greatly improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in connection with fig. 9 and 12, the bottom wall of the receiving chamber 2101 is provided with a chute 2111, and it is understood that the bottom wall of the receiving chamber 2101 is a part of the chamber wall of the receiving chamber 2101, that is, the bottom plate 2110 mentioned above, and the support frame 2400 needs to be slidably engaged with the chute 2111.
Specifically, the sliding groove 2111 is opened upward, and the rear end of the support frame 2400 has a protrusion 2410, and the support frame 2400 is inserted into abutment with the sliding groove 2111 by the protrusion 2410 thereof, so that alignment is facilitated when the support frame 2400 is mounted. When the support 2400 moves along the door 2200, the protrusion 2410 and the chute 2111 cooperate with each other, and the protrusion 2410 reciprocates along the extending direction of the chute 2111, which plays a role in guiding the support 2400 in a restraining manner, so that the movement of the support 2400 is smoother.
