【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はグリルを備えたグリル付きテーブルコンロに関し、詳しくは水受け皿をグリル室から引き出したときグリル扉が下方に退避するようにしたグリル付きテーブルコンロの構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のグリル付きテーブルコンロとしては本特許出願人が先に出願した特開平７−２２２６８４号公報等に開示されるものがある。これはグリル室に対して水受け皿を出し入れ自在に配置し、グリル室の前面開口の略下半分を閉塞し得るグリル把手を水受け皿の前端に設け、グリル室の前面開口の略上半分を閉塞し得るグリル扉を上下動自在に設けると共にグリル扉が下に移動したときグリル扉を収納する収納部をグリル把手と水受け皿との間に設け、前端に上記グリル扉を装着した扉支持枠を水受け皿に沿う矩形枠状に形成すると共に扉支持枠の後部の後枠部を水受け皿に回動自在に支持し、水受け皿の出し入れによって扉支持枠の両側の側枠部がグリル室の前面開口の両側の底部に摺動すると共にこの摺動による扉支持枠の回動にてグリル扉が上下するようにしていた。つまり、グリル室内に水受け皿を押し込んだ状態ではグリル扉でグリル室の前面開口の上半分が閉塞されているが、グリル把手を引っ張ってグリル把手と一緒に水受け皿を引き出したとき、扉支持枠も一緒に引き出されて扉支持枠の両側の側枠部が前面開口の底部に対して摺動することで扉支持枠が自重で下方に回動し、グリル扉が下方の収納部に収まる。このよう水受け皿を引き出したときグリル扉が下方に下がって退避するために水受け皿にセットした焼き網に魚のような調理物を載せたり、調理物をひっくり返したり、調理物を取り出したりするとき高温に加熱されるグリル蓋に手を触れることがなく、火傷をしたりする危険性を防止できるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のような従来例の場合、図１０に示すように扉支持枠１の両側の側枠部１ａの間隔Ｗ１より水受け皿２の両側の側端間の間隔Ｗ２が広くて水受け皿２の両側の側部フランジ２ａの下に側枠部１ａが挿通される構造になっている。このため、水受け皿２やグリル扉５と一緒に扉支持枠１をグリル室から抜き取って掃除等をする場合、水受け皿２に対してグリル扉５と一緒に扉支持枠１を外すときの外し方がわかりにくく取り扱いしにくいという問題がある。つまり、扉支持枠１の後枠部が水受け皿の後部に回動自在に支持してあり、扉支持枠１の両側の側枠部１ａがフランジ２ａの下に通してあり、扉支持枠１を上に抜いたり、下に抜いたりするという簡単な操作だけでは水受け皿２と扉支持枠１とを分解できず、取り扱い性が悪いという問題があった。

本発明は叙述の点に鑑みてなされたものであって、水受け皿と一緒にグリル扉や扉支持枠をグリル室から取った状態で水受け皿とグリル扉を有する扉支持枠とを容易に分解できて掃除等が容易にできるグリル付きテーブルコンロを提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明の請求項１のグリル付きテーブルコンロは、グリル室３に対して水受け皿２を出し入れ自在に配置し、グリル室３の前面開口の略下半分を閉塞し得るグリル把手４を水受け皿２の前端に設け、グリル室３の前面開口の略上半分を閉塞し得るグリル扉５を上下動自在に設けると共にグリル扉５が下に移動したときグリル扉５を収納する収納部７をグリル把手４と水受け皿２との間に設け、前端に上記グリル扉５を装着した扉支持枠１を水受け皿２に沿う矩形枠状に形成すると共に扉支持枠１の後部の後枠部１ｂを水受け皿２に回動自在に支持し、水受け皿２の出し入れによって扉支持枠１の両側の側枠部１ａがグリル室３の前面開口の両側の底部に摺動すると共にこの摺動による扉支持枠１の回動にてグリル扉５が上下するようにしたものにおいて、扉支持枠１の両側の側枠部１ａ間の間隔Ｗ１を水受け皿２の両側の側端間の幅Ｗ２より広くし、水受け皿２の後端部の上面に載置段部６を設けると共に扉支持枠１の後端の後枠部２ｂを載置段部６に載置して後枠部２ｂを載置段部６に対して回動自在にして成ることを特徴とする。水受け皿２をグリル室３に押し込んだ状態ではグリル扉５上に移動してグリル扉５でグリル室３の前面開口の略上半部が閉塞され、また、グリル把手４を引いて水受け皿２を引き出したとき水受け皿２と一緒にグリル扉５や扉支持枠１が引き出されるが、このとき扉支持枠１が後枠部１ｂを中心に回動してグリル扉５が下方に下がって収納部７に収納される。これにより水受け皿２の焼き網８に調理物を載せたり、焼き網８の上の調理物をひっくり返したり、焼き網８から調理物を取り出したりするとき、手がグリル扉５に触れたりすることなく、火傷をしたりすることがない。また、水受け皿２と一緒にグリル扉５や扉支持枠１を引き出してグリル室３から抜き取ったとき、扉支持枠１の両側の側枠部１ａも後部枠１ｂも上方に水受け皿２に対して上に抜くことができ、グリル扉５と一緒に扉支持枠１を上に移動させるだけで水受け皿２に対して分解できて掃除等が容易にできる。

また本発明の請求項２のグリル付きテーブルコンロは、請求項１において、水受け皿２の載置段部６に対して扉支持枠１の後枠部１ｂを所定の寸法だけ前後に摺動自在に載置し、水受け皿２をグリル室３に押し込んでグリル室３の前面開口をグリル扉５とグリル把手４とで閉塞した状態ではグリル扉５の下端がグリル把手４の上端に載り、水受け皿２を引き出すときグリル扉５の下端がグリル把手の上端から離れてグリル扉５が下方に移動したとき収納部７に収納されるようにして成ること特徴とする。水受け皿２をグリル室３に押し込んでグリル室３の前面開口をグリル扉５とグリル把手４とで閉塞したときグリル把手４の上端上にグリル扉５の下端が載り、前面が気密的且つ外観よく閉塞される。

また本発明の請求項３のグリル付きテーブルコンロは、請求項２において、載置段部６に摺動ガイド開口９を設け、扉支持枠１の後枠部１ｂに下方に突出する摺動突部１０を設け、載置段部６に扉支持枠１の後枠部１ｂを載置すると共に摺動突部１０を摺動ガイド開口９に前後に摺動自在に嵌合して成ることを特徴とする。載置段部６に対して扉支持枠１の後枠部１ｂが摺動する範囲を簡単な構造で規制でき、また扉支持枠１が摺動するとき左右方向にがたついたりしないようにできて扉支持枠１の動作を安定させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

まず、図１乃至図７に示す例から述べる。
【００１０】
テーブルコンロの中央には前面を開口せるグリル室３を設けてあり、グリル室３内にはバーナを配置してある。かかるグリル室３は上部にバーナを配置した片面焼きバーナであっても、上部と下部の両側にバーナを配置した両面焼きバーナであってもよい。本例の場合、上部にバーナを配置した片面焼きバーナであり、グリル室３の下部両側に断面略コ字状のガイドレール部１２を設けてある。

水受け皿２は矩形皿状になっており、周縁に全周に亙るようにフランジ２ａを一体に設けてある。水受け皿２は底面をグリル室３の底面に摺動自在に載置することで出し入れ自在になっている。水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａはガイドレール部１２に摺動自在に嵌合してあり、両側がガイドレール部１２でガイドされて水受け皿２が出入り自在になっている。水受け皿２の前部には取り付け板１３を装着してあり、この取り付け板１３にグリル把手４を装着してある。このグリル把手４はグリル室３の前面開口の略下半分を覆う大きさに形成されている。このグリル把手４と水受け皿２の前端との間には後述するグリル扉５を収納する収納部７を設けてある。

扉支持枠１は水受け皿２の外周に沿う矩形枠状に形成されており、前部にグリル室３の略上半分を覆うグリル扉５が装着されている。扉支持枠１の両側の側枠部１ａは平行になっており、両側の側枠部１ａの間隔Ｗ１は水受け皿２の両側縁間の幅Ｗ２より広くなっている。つまり、側枠部１ａが水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａの外側に位置している。扉支持枠１の後部の後枠部１ｂは水受け皿２の後部の載置段部６に前後に摺動自在且つ回動自在に載置してある。扉支持枠１の後枠部１ｂには下方に向けて突曲形成した摺動突部１０が突設してあり、水受け皿２の載置段部６に設けた摺動ガイド開口９に上記摺動突部１０が前後方向に摺動自在に挿入してある。これにより扉支持枠１の後枠部１ｂが載置段部６上で前後に摺動する際、摺動突部１０が摺動ガイド開口９内をガイドされながらスムーズに摺動することができるようになっている。側部枠１ａは図３、図６に示すように後半枠部１Ａａが水平で前半枠部１Ｂａが前方に行くほど下となるように下り傾斜しており、この前半枠部１Ｂａの前端部に当り部１Ｃａが設けてあって、この当り部１Ｃａが扉支持枠１の部位のうち最も下位に位置している。また、側枠部１ａの後半枠部１Ａａと後枠部１ｂとは同じレベルとなっており、さらに、後枠部１ｂを載置段部６に載置すると共に後半枠部１Ａａを水平にした状態では水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａと略同じレベルとなるようにしてある。そして、扉支持枠１の両側の側枠部１ａを水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａの外側に位置すると共に後枠部１ｂを水受け皿２の後部の載置段部６に前後に摺動自在且つ回動自在に載置した状態で、水受け皿２及び扉支持枠１をグリル室３の前面開口から内部に入れた場合、図１に示すように水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａと後半枠部１Ａａとがガイドレール部１２に摺動自在に嵌合することになる。ここで、ガイドレール部１２内の上面と後枠部１ｂの両側端部の上面との間の隙間はできるだけ小さくして（つまり扉支持枠１の前後方向へのスライドに支障が生じないという条件を満たしながらできるだけ隙間を小さくして）あり、これにより載置段部６上で後枠部１ｂを中心にして扉支持枠１を回動しながら前後方向にスライドする際に後枠部１ｂががたついたりしないようになっている。

グリル扉５はグリル室３の前面開口の略上半分を覆う大きさに形成してあり、扉支持枠１の側枠部１ａを水受け皿２の両側フランジ２ａの外側に配置すると共に後枠部１ｂを水受け皿２の後部の載置段部６に摺動自在且つ回動自在に載置した状態でグリル室３の前面開口の略上半分を閉塞し得るように上下動自在となっている。

ここで、水受け皿２がグリル室３内に押し込まれてグリル室３内に完全に収納された状態ではグリル把手４でグリル室３の前面開口の略下半分を閉塞すると共に、グリル扉５が上方に移動してグリル室３の前面開口の略上半分を閉塞することで、グリル把手４とグリル扉５とでグリル室３の前面開口を閉塞するようになっている。このグリル扉５とグリル把手４とでグリル室３の前面開口を閉塞した状態ではグリル扉５の下端がグリル把手４の上端に載り、この場合、後枠部１ｂが載置段部６上を前方に移動した状態となっており、摺動突部１０が摺動ガイド開口９内の前端部に位置している。この状態で、当り部１Ｃａがガイドレール部１２の底面の前端部に載置してある。

しかして、上記のようにグリル扉５とグリル把手４とでグリル室３の前面開口を閉じた状態で、グリル把手４を手前に引くと、当り部１Ｃａがガイドレール部１２の底面の前端部に載置してあり、摺動突部１０が摺動ガイド開口９内の前端部に位置しているので、まず焼き網８を載せた水受け皿２とグリル把手４が少し前方に引き出され、グリル把手４と水受け皿２の前端との間に形成した収納部７がグリル扉５の下方位置まで移動する（図３の想像線で示すグリル扉５と実線で示す収納部７との位置関係となる）。この状態では、摺動ガイド開口９の後端部が摺動突部１０に当り、以後、グリル把手４を更に手前に引くと、摺動突部１０が摺動ガイド開口９の後端部により押され、グリル把手４を装着した水受け皿２と一緒に扉支持枠１を介してグリル扉５が前方に引き出されるものである。ここで、扉支持枠１は当り部１Ｃａが前方に引き出されるので、これに続いた傾斜した前半枠部１Ｂａがガイドレール部１２の底面の前端部に当りながら、引き出されることになり、載置段部６に載置した後枠部１ｂを中心に扉支持枠１が回動し、これによりグリル把手４よりも後側にずれて位置しているグリル扉５がグリル把手４と水受け皿２の前端との間に形成した収納部７内に下降していって収納されるものである。したがって、水受け皿２の引き出しによって収納部７内にグリル扉５が収納された状態となるので、焼き網８上の調理物の裏返し作業や調理物の取り出し作業等をグリル扉５に邪魔されることなく容易に行うことができるものである。また、調理時に熱くなったグリル扉５が収納部７内に収納されることで、グリル扉５に手や腕が触れることがなく、火傷をするようなことなく調理物の裏返しをしたり、取り出したりすることができる。

次に、調理物を裏返したりして調理を継続する場合や、別の調理物を調理する場合や、調理終了後にはグリル把手４を持って水受け皿２を押入れることで、上記と逆の動作が行われてグリル扉５が上昇移動してグリル扉５とグリル把手４とでグリル室３の前面開口を閉塞するものである。すなわち、グリル把手４を手に持って押していくと水受け皿２がガイドレール部１２にガイドされながらグリル室３内に押し込まれていくのであるが、この場合、収納部７内に収納されたグリル扉５が一緒に押されながら後退し、傾斜した前半枠部１Ｂａがガイドレール部１２の底面の前端部に当りながら後退することで、グリル扉５は後退しながら上昇していくものである。そして、水受け皿２が完全にグリル室３内に収納される少し手前でグリル扉５が収納部７から上方に移動し（この状態で当り部１Ｃａがガイドレール部１２の底面の前端部に当る）、グリル扉５がグリル室３の前開口の略上半分を閉塞する。この段階でグリル扉５がグリル室３の前開口の縁部に当ってそれ以上押し込めないようになっている。このため以後グリル把手４を押してもグリル扉５は後退せず、水受け皿２のみが後退し、完全に水受け皿２を押し込んで収納した状態で、グリル把手４でグリル室３の前面開口略下半分を閉塞するものである。この閉塞状態ではグリル扉５の下端がグリル把手４の上端に載り、また、摺動突部１０が摺動ガイド開口９内の前端部に位置している。

そして、グリル把手４を装着した水受け皿２、焼き網８、扉支持枠１に装着したグリル扉５等を掃除する場合には前述のようにグリル把手４を手に持ってグリル室３から水受け皿２を完全に引き出すものである。この場合、前述のように、水受け皿２を途中まで引き出すとグリル扉５が収納部７に収納されるので、グリル扉５が収納部７に収納された状態のまま水受け皿２と共にグリル扉５が引き出されることになる。このようにして完全に引き出すと、グリル扉５が収納部７に収納した状態で、側枠部１ａが水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａの外側に位置し、また、後枠部１ｂが載置段部６に載置してあるだけなので、グリル扉５を上方に持ち上げるだけで、グリル把手４を装着した水受け皿２から扉支持枠１と共にグリル扉５を取り外して分離することができ、扉支持枠１に装着したグリル扉５の取り外し分離が容易に行えるものである。また、掃除終了後に再び組み合わせてグリル室３内に入れる場合も、グリル扉５を収納部７に上方から挿入し、後枠部１ｂを上方から載置段部６に載置する共に両側枠部１ａを水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａの外側に位置させるだけで、つまり上方からの差し込み作業のみで簡単に組み合わせることができ、またこの状態でグリル室３内に入れればよいので、組み込みも容易となるものである。

次に、図８、図９に基づいて本発明の他の実施形態につき説明する。本実施形態においては、水受け皿２の後端部の載置段部６に扉支持枠１の後枠部１ｂをスライド自在且つ回転自在に載置する構造が異なり、他の構成は前述の実施形態と同様な構造となっている。したがって、前述の実施形態と異なる点につき以下に詳述し、重複する説明は省略する。

本実施形態においては、水受け皿２の後端部に設けた載置段部６の後端部にＬ字状をした支持部３０を設けてある。支持部３０は縦片３０ａの上端から前方に向けて横片３０ｂを突出形成して構成してある。横片３０ｂの先端と載置段部６の前端との間には図８、図９に示すように後枠部１ｂを載置段部６に上方から入れたり、あるいは上方に抜き取ることができるように隙間３１が形成してある。そして、グリル扉５を装着した扉支持枠１の両側枠部１ａを水受け皿２の両側のフランジ２ａの外側に配置し、扉支持枠１の後部の後枠部１ｂを水受け皿２の後部の載置段部６に前後に摺動自在且つ回動自在に載置するものである。ここで、図８、図９に示すようにグリル扉５の下端がグリル把手４の上端に載った状態（つまり、グリル把手４とグリル扉５とでグリル室３の前面開口を閉塞した状態）では後枠部１ｂが載置段部６の前端部に当っている。この状態で、グリル扉５を手前に引くと、前述のように、まず、グリル扉５を装着した水受け皿２のみが少しだけ手前に移動し、この状態では、グリル扉５の下に収納部７が位置する（図８の想像線で示すグリル扉５と実線で示す収納部７との位置関係となる）。この状態では後枠部１ｂが、支持部３０内に嵌め込まれ、後枠部１ｂが上方に浮き上がるのが横片３０ｂにより防止してある。このため、以後、グリル把手４を手前に引いて前述と同様に水受け皿２を引き出すと、縦片３０ａが後枠部１ｂを押し、グリル扉５を装着した扉支持枠１も引き出されるのであるが、この時、後枠部１ｂを中心にして扉支持枠１が回動する際、横片３０ｂにより後枠部１ｂの浮き上がりを防止してがたつくことなく、引き出すことができるものである。したがって、本実施形態においては、ガイドレール部１２を設けなくても後枠部１ｂががたつかない状態で引き出すことができることになる。もちろん本実施形態においてもガイドレール部１２を設けてもよく、この場合には水受け皿２のガイドもできてより安定してスムーズに引き出すことができるものである。そして、本実施形態においても完全に引き出した状態において、掃除などのために分離する際には、グリル扉５を上方に引き上げると共に、後枠部１ｂを隙間３１から上方に引き抜くことで、簡単に分離できるものであり、再び組み立てる際にも上からの嵌め込みにより簡単に組み立てることができるものである。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明の請求項１記載の発明にあっては、扉支持枠の両側の側枠部間の間隔を水受け皿の両側の側端間の幅より広くし、水受け皿の後端部の上面に載置段部を設けると共に扉支持枠の後端の後枠部を載置段部に載置して後枠部を載置段部に対して回動自在にしてあるので、グリル把手を引いて水受け皿を引き出したとき水受け皿と一緒にグリル扉や扉支持枠が引き出した際、扉支持枠を後枠部を中心に回動してグリル扉を下方に下げて収納部に収納することができ、この結果、水受け皿の焼き網に調理物を載せたり、焼き網の上の調理物をひっくり返したり、焼き網から調理物を取り出したりするとき、手がグリル扉に触れたりすることなく、火傷をしたりするのを防止できるものであり、しかも、水受け皿と一緒にグリル扉や扉支持枠を引き出してグリル室から完全に抜き取ったとき、扉支持枠の両側の側枠部も後部枠も上方に水受け皿に対して上に抜くことができ、グリル扉と一緒に扉支持枠を上に移動させるだけで水受け皿に対して簡単に分解できて掃除等が容易にできるものである。

また、請求項２記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項１記載の発明の効果に加えて、水受け皿の載置段部に対して扉支持枠の後枠部を所定の寸法だけ前後に摺動自在に載置し、水受け皿をグリル室に押し込んでグリル室の前面開口をグリル扉とグリル把手とで閉塞した状態ではグリル扉の下端がグリル把手の上端に載り、水受け皿を引き出すときグリル扉の下端がグリル把手の上端から離れてグリル扉が下方に移動したとき収納部に収納されるようにしてあるので、水受け皿をグリル室に押し込んでグリル室の前面開口をグリル扉とグリル把手とで閉塞したときグリル把手の上端上にグリル扉の下端が載るものであって、この結果、グリル扉を上下移動自在としたにも係わらず上昇させた閉塞状態では前面が気密的且つ外観よくできるものである。

また、請求項３記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項２記載の発明の効果に加えて、載置段部に摺動ガイド開口を設け、扉支持枠の後枠部に下方に突出する摺動突部を設け、載置段部に扉支持枠の後枠部を載置すると共に摺動突部を摺動ガイド開口に前後に摺動自在に嵌合してあるので、載置段部に対して扉支持枠の後枠部が摺動する範囲を簡単な構造で規制でき、また扉支持枠が摺動するとき左右方向にがたついたりしないようにできて扉支持枠の動作を安定させることができるものである。
