Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stick-shaped cosmetic container that uses a stick-shaped cosmetic such as an eye pencil (for eyeliner, eyebrow, etc.), lipstick, lip balm and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a stick-shaped cosmetic material feeding container as shown in FIG. 44 has been proposed as a stick-shaped cosmetic container such as an eye pencil that accommodates a stick-shaped cosmetic material such as an eyeliner and eyebrow so as to be fed out (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-146808). Issue gazette). The stick-shaped cosmetic material supply container includes a container main body cylinder 51, a front cylinder 52 connected to the container main body cylinder 51 so as to be relatively rotatable, and a push rod which is accommodated in both cylinders 51 and 52 so as to be movable back and forth in the axial direction. 53, and a stick-shaped decorative material 54 is held at the tip of the push bar 53. Further, a female thread 55 having a helical groove 55 a formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner hole 51 a of the container body cylinder 51 is projected, and the helical groove 55 a of the female thread 55 and the screw are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the push bar 53. A group of projections 56 to be joined is projected. Then, by rotating the front tube 52 relative to the container body tube 51, the push rod 53 and the bar-shaped decorative material 54 held at the tip of the push rod 53 are advanced and retracted.
[0003]
Many of such stick-shaped cosmetic containers have an applicator attached to the rear part. For example, in an eyeliner pencil, a sponge tip is attached as an applicator to the rear part of a pencil type container in which an eyeliner is accommodated. In an eyebrow pencil, an application is applied to the rear part of a pencil type container in which an eyebrow is accommodated. A screw-type brush is attached as a tool.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, in eye pencils such as eyeliner pencils and eyebrow pencils to which sponge tips, brushes, etc. are attached as applicators, stick-shaped cosmetics such as eyeliner and eyebrow are placed in pencil-type containers of the same shape. Even if accommodated, the size of the sponge tip, brush, etc. is different (that is, the holding rod of the brush is smaller in diameter than the sponge tip), so the shape of the applicator attachment portion provided at the rear of the container is Is different. Therefore, it is the actual situation that these applicator attachment portions had to be prepared separately.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a stick-shaped cosmetic container that does not require separate attachment for a chip and attachment for a brush.
[0006]

[0014]
The sponge chip 6 is bonded and fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter lower inner hole portion 9b of the lower small-diameter cylindrical portion 9 with an adhesive or the like (not shown) (see FIG. 13).
[0015]
When the eyebrow (rod-shaped cosmetic) 5 is held by the holding portion 26 of the rod-shaped body 3 instead of the eyeliner 5, the mascara brush 8 is attached to the lower small-diameter cylindrical portion 9 instead of the sponge tip 6. The brush holder 13 (see FIGS. 14 to 16) can be attached in a fixed state. The mascara brush 8 includes a screw-type mascara brush portion 8a and a holding rod 8b that supports and fixes the mascara brush 8 (see FIG. 7). On the other hand, the brush holder 13 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a small-diameter lower inner hole portion 13a through which the holding rod 8b of the mascara brush 8 can be inserted and fixed in an outer fitting shape is inserted into the inner hole. A radially upper inner hole portion 13b is formed. The upper end of the brush holder 13 is formed with four notches 13c at predetermined intervals, and the upper end of the brush holder 13 sandwiched between the notches 13c is an elastic piece. Each of the elastic pieces 14 is formed in a width that can be guided by the inclined guide grooves 9c. Further, a claw portion (engaged portion) 14a that can be engaged with each step portion 10d provided on the bottom portion of the bottom wall 10c projects from the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of each elastic piece portion 14 ( FIG. 17).
[0016]
In addition, the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 of the upper large-diameter cylindrical portion 10 has an upper end surface (that is, a lower end surface of the large-diameter upper inner hole portion 12, which is smaller than the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 and the large-diameter portion). A lower ratchet portion 16 is formed on the upper surface of the annular stepped portion with the upper inner hole portion 12 (see FIG. 9).
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the lower ratchet portion 16 includes eight tooth portions 15 that protrude upward from the upper end surface of the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11. It is formed in an equilateral triangle. The apex angle α of each tooth portion 15 is an obtuse angle (approximately 126 ° in this embodiment), and the tooth height is a predetermined height h (approximately 0.5 mm in this embodiment). Is formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 20, the large-diameter upper inner hole portion 12 is formed with a large-diameter portion 12a on the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion, and a circle is formed at an intermediate height position of the large-diameter portion 12a. An annular groove 12b is formed. In FIGS. 18 and 19, 15 a is the top of each tooth portion 15, and 15 b is the bottom of each tooth portion 15.
[0018]

The upper cylindrical portion 18 projecting from the cylindrical portion 1 is rotated on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the lower cylindrical portion 17 to the large diameter portion 12a of the large-diameter upper inner hole portion 12, as shown in FIG. An annular ridge 17b is formed that freely engages with the large-diameter portion 17a and the groove 12b of the large-diameter upper inner hole portion 12 in a freely rotatable manner. In the figure, reference numeral 19 denotes an annular groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the lower cylindrical portion 17, and an O-ring (not shown) is accommodated and fixed. The O-ring acts to give a predetermined resistance during the relative rotation.
[0019]
In addition, the inner hole of the upper cylinder part 18 (that is, the inner hole 2a of the front cylinder part 2) includes a small diameter cylindrical surface part 21 at the upper end, a truncated cone surface part 22 following the small diameter cylindrical surface part 21, and the truncated cone surface part. 22 and a large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23, and two projecting ridges 24 facing the large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23 extend along the axial direction of the inner hole 2 a over the entire length of the large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23. It is formed (see FIGS. 21 and 23). And each vertical piece 26b of the holding | maintenance part 26 of the rod-shaped body 3 mentioned later slidably engages with the inner peripheral part of the said large diameter cylindrical surface part 23, Comprising: The part 23a formed between the said both protrusions 24 is. In combination, the rod-like body 3 is made unrotatable in the front tube portion 2 such that a cutout portion 26a and a longitudinal groove 27 of the rod-like body 3 to be described later are slidably engaged with the two protrusions 24. Slidable.
[0020]
The holding part 26 of the rod-like body 3 (see FIGS. 25 to 27) has two cutout parts 26a that face the cylindrical side wall relative to each other (the width of each cutout part 26a is the upper side). It is constituted by a pair of substantially semicircular arc-shaped pieces 26b which are cut out along the axial direction of the rod-shaped body 3 with a width slightly larger than the width of the two protrusions 24 of the cylindrical portion 18 (see FIG. 28 and FIG. 29), each vertical piece 26b is slidably engaged with a portion 23a formed between the protrusions 24 on the inner peripheral portion of the large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23. Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the rod-shaped body 3, a vertical groove 27 extending downward in a straight line from the lower end portions of the notch portions 26a is formed up to a screw portion 28 described later (see FIGS. 28 and 30). In FIG. 28, details of the screw portion 28 are not shown).
[0021]
Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion (except the lower end portion) of the rod-shaped body 3, a screw portion 28 that is screwed (joined) to a screw portion 30 on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 4 described later is formed. Has been. The threaded portion 28 has a shape in which a continuous screw formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion of the rod-shaped body 3 is cut at two locations facing each other along the axial direction of the rod-shaped body 3 for convenience of molding. Of each screw portion 28 formed in a multistage manner on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion (the portion of the screw portion 28 of the substantially half-circular spiral ridge formed between the two cut portions) ) 28a is continuous (see FIGS. 27 and 31). A cylindrical stopper portion 29 having a diameter larger than that of the screw portion 28 is provided at the lower end portion of the rod-shaped body 3.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 32 to 34, the cylindrical body 4 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a screw portion 30 formed of a four-thread screw is formed in the lower half portion of the inner peripheral surface thereof. The screw portion 30 is screwed to the screw portion 28 of the rod-shaped body 3. Further, the threaded portion 28 of the cylindrical body 4 is formed to have a larger diameter than the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 of the main body cylindrical portion 1, so that the upper-end opening of the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 is formed. The lower end of the cylinder 4 is in contact.
[0023]
In addition, the cylindrical body 4 is provided with a pair of convex portions 31 projecting upward in a state where the upper surface of the cylindrical body 4 is opposed to the upper end surface, the upper surface being formed in a semicircular arc shape. In addition, a substantially rectangular first cutout (window) 32 is formed at the upper end portion of the cylindrical body 4 at the lower portion of the both convex portions 31 (see FIG. 35). A second cutout portion 33 is formed over the upper side of the cutout portion 32 and the upper end surface, and the upper end portion of the cylindrical body 4 sandwiched between the cutout portions 32 and 33 (that is, the first cutout portion 32). Two sets of spring pieces 34 having convex portions 31 are formed on the upper portion of the notches 32. Both spring pieces 34 can be bent to the first notch 32. Further, the convex portions 31 of the spring pieces 34 are arranged such that the lower cylindrical portion of the front cylindrical portion 2 is in a state where the cylindrical body 4 is in contact with the upper end surface of the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 of the main body cylindrical portion 1. The lower end surface of 17 is always in contact with elasticity.
[0024]
An upper ratchet portion 37 that engages with the lower ratchet portion 16 of the main body cylinder portion 1 is formed on the lower end surface of the cylinder body 4. As shown in FIGS. 36 and 37, the upper ratchet portion 37 includes four tooth portions 38 projecting downward from the lower end surface, and a flat surface 39 formed between the tooth portions 38. The tooth portions 38 and the flat surfaces 39 are formed with the same length in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 4 and are arranged at equal intervals. Further, each tooth portion 38 is an isosceles triangle having the same shape, and is formed in the same shape as each tooth portion 15 of the lower ratchet portion 16. That is, the apex angle of each tooth portion 38 is an obtuse angle (approximately 126 ° in this embodiment), and the height of each tooth portion 38 is a predetermined height (approximately 0 in this embodiment). 0.5 mm). 36 and 37, 38a is the top of each tooth 38, 38b is the bottom of each tooth 38, and the flat surface 39 is formed between these bottoms 38b.
[0025]
In the above configuration, when the stick-shaped cosmetic 5 is fed out (advanced), the main body cylinder portion 1 is rotated relative to the front cylinder portion 2 in a predetermined direction (for example, the front cylinder portion 2 with respect to the main body cylinder portion 1). Rotate clockwise). Then, since the lower ratchet portion 16 of the main body cylinder portion 1 and the upper ratchet 37 of the cylinder body 4 are engaged (see FIG. 38), the main body cylinder portion 1 and the cylinder body 4 rotate together, and the leading cylinder Since the protrusion 24 of the portion 2 and the vertical groove 27 of the rod-shaped body 3 are slidably engaged with each other so as not to rotate, the front tube portion 2 and the rod-shaped body 3 rotate together. Due to the screw connection between the threaded portion 30 and the threaded portion 28 of the rod-shaped body 3, the rod-shaped body 3 moves forward, and accordingly, the bar-shaped cosmetic 5 also moves forward, and the tip opening of the front tube portion 2 pops out.
[0026]
And if the upper surface of the stopper part 29 of the rod-shaped body 3 contact | abuts to the lower end surface of the cylinder 4, the rod-shaped body 3 will be in the maximum advance position (refer FIG. 39). If the relative rotation is further performed in this state, the stopper portion 29 of the rod-shaped body 3 is in contact with the lower end surface of the cylindrical body 4, so that the rotation is impossible, and this rotational torque is transmitted to the cylindrical body 4. . When this rotational torque exceeds a certain level, the teeth 38 of the upper ratchet 37 of the cylinder 4 are pushed up by the teeth 15 of the lower ratchet 16 of the main cylinder 1 (see FIG. 40), and the cylinder 4 is rod-shaped. While slightly rotating together with the body 3, the tooth portion 15 moves toward the tip side by the height of the mountain. Further, along with this movement, the spring piece 34 remains in contact with the lower end surface of the lower cylindrical portion 17 of the front cylindrical portion 2 while the convex portion 31 of the spring piece 34 of the cylindrical body 4 is in contact with the first notch of the cylindrical body 4. It bends in the portion 32 (see arrow A in FIG. 33). At this time, the meshing angle of both the tooth portions 15 and 38 (in this embodiment, approximately 126 °), the inclination angle of the thread groove of the threaded portion 30 of the cylindrical body 4 (relative to the axial direction of the cylindrical body 4), Are substantially the same, the cylindrical body 4 smoothly turns around the outer periphery of the rod-shaped body 3. Then, when the tooth portion 15 of the lower ratchet portion 16 gets over the tooth portion 38 of the upper ratchet 37 (see the one-dot chain line in FIG. 40), a clicking sound is generated. After climbing over, the cylindrical body 4 is pushed down by the return elastic force of the spring piece 34 (see FIG. 41), and the cylindrical body 4 slightly rotates together with the rod-shaped body 3 while the rear end corresponding to the height of the crest of the tooth portion 15. Move to the side. Since such an operation is repeated during the above relative rotation, the main body cylinder portion 1 and the front cylinder portion 2 idle while making a clicking sound.
[0027]
On the other hand, when the rod-shaped cosmetic 5 is stored (retracted), the main body cylinder portion 1 is relatively rotated with respect to the front tube portion 2 in the direction opposite to the rotation direction. Then, in the same manner as described above, the rod-shaped body 3 moves backward together with the rod-shaped cosmetic 5 and is drawn into the front tube portion 2.
[0028]
When the rod-like body 3 reaches the maximum retracted position, the lower surface of the stopper portion 29 of the rod-like body 3 comes into contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall 13 of the main body cylinder portion 1. At this time, the screw portion 28 of the rod-shaped body 3 and the screw portion 30 of the cylindrical body 4 are screw-coupled (see FIG. 1). In this state, even if the relative rotation in the opposite direction is further performed, the rod-like body 3 does not move backward, so that the main body cylinder portion 1 and the front cylinder portion 2 I go idle.
[0029]
As described above, in this embodiment, since the sponge holder 6 or the brush holder 13 that holds the mascara brush 8 can be attached to the lower small-diameter cylindrical portion 9 of the main body cylindrical portion 1, one type of main body cylindrical portion is provided. 1 may be produced. In addition, when the rod-like body 3 is at the maximum advanced position or the maximum retracted position and the rotation operation is further continued, the main body cylinder portion 1 and the front cylinder portion 2 are idle while making a clicking sound. By listening, it can be seen that the rod-shaped body 3 has reached the maximum advance position or maximum retract position from the outside of the container. At this time, since the main body cylinder portion 1 and the front cylinder portion 2 are idle, excessive stress is not applied to the main body cylinder portion 1, the front cylinder portion 2, the rod-like body 3, and the cylinder body 4. Nor.
[0030]
42 and 43 show another embodiment of the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention. In this embodiment, used in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, have a form a second cut-out portion 33 in the cylindrical body 4.
[0031]
The other parts are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the same reference numerals are given to the same parts. Also in this embodiment, the same operation and effect as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are shown.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above , according to the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention , both the brush holder for holding the brush and the tip can be attached to the cylindrical body protruding from the bottom of the main body cylindrical portion. It can be used in common between the mounting portion and the mounting portion of the brush of use, such that it is not necessary to manufacture the two mounting portions separately.
[0033]
In the present invention, a stopper portion for receiving this contact with the bottom surface of the rod-like body in a state where the rod-like body has reached the bottom dead center is formed on the bottom of the main body tube portion, a through hole is formed in the stopper portion In this case, the brush holder can be fixed to the main body cylinder using the stopper.
