Description

【0001】

The stick-shaped cosmetic material supply container includes a container main body cylinder 51, a front cylinder 52 connected to the container main body cylinder 51 so as to be relatively rotatable, and a push rod which is accommodated in both cylinders 51 and 52 so as to be movable back and forth in the axial direction. 53, and a stick-shaped decorative material 54 is held at the tip of the push bar 53. Further, a female thread portion 55 having a helical groove 55 a formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner hole 51 a of the container body cylinder 51 is projected, and the helical groove 55 a of the female thread portion 55 and the screw are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the push bar 53. A group of projections 56 to be joined is projected. A flange 57 is provided at the lower end of the push bar 53 to determine the advance limit (stroke end) of the push bar 53, and the upper surface of the flange 57 of the push bar 53 is brought into contact with the lower end surface of the female screw part 55 at the advance limit. The forward movement of the push bar 53 is prevented.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the bar-shaped cosmetic container, it cannot be known from the outside that the push bar 53 has reached the forward limit. For this reason, although the push rod 53 reaches the forward limit, there is a problem that both the cylinders 51 and 52 are further rotated relative to the forward side of the push rod 53 to damage them. The same problem occurs when the push bar 53 reaches the backward limit.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can know from the outside of the container that the push rod has reached the forward limit or the reverse limit, and can prevent an unnecessarily high load from being applied to the feeding mechanism. The purpose is to provide a stick-shaped cosmetic container.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention includes a main body cylinder part, a front cylinder part attached to a front end opening of the main body cylinder part so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the main body cylinder part, and a front end A rod-shaped cosmetic material holding portion is formed in the portion, and a rod-shaped body that is disposed so as to be able to advance and retreat in the inner holes of both the cylindrical portions, and a state in which the rod-shaped body is fitted over a predetermined portion of the inner hole of the main body cylindrical portion. and a disposed a cylindrical body, to form the threaded portion on the inner peripheral surface of the upper Symbol cylindrical body, on the outer peripheral surface of the rod-like body, to form a screw portion screwed to the threaded portion of the cylindrical body, the rod-like body vertically slidably it was not rotate engaged with the leading tube portion, as well as projecting teeth under end face of the cylindrical body, the inner hole of the main body tube portion, of the cylindrical body lower end surface provided with a stepped portion abuts, with the step portion, projecting teeth tooth portion of the cylindrical body is engaged, and the stepped portion of the lower end surface of the target tube portion and main body tube portion The cylinder sandwiched tubular body in a state where the teeth are engaged with the teeth and the main body tube portion of the tubular body, upwardly projecting protrusions from the upper end surface of the cylinder, corresponding to the convex portion between With the upper end portion of the body remaining, a window portion is formed in the cylindrical body to form a spring portion that can bend in the window portion, and the convex portion is always elastic on the lower end surface of the front cylindrical portion. and configured so as to abut the both tubular portions to advance and retreat the Ribo-shaped body by the fact that relatively rotates at maximum advanced position and the maximum retracted position of the rod-shaped body, relative rotation of the both tubular portions When a certain load is applied to the cylinder and the rod-like body, the spring part is bent into the window part and the tooth part of the cylinder and the tooth part of the main body cylinder part are disengaged. A configuration is adopted in which the body is configured to idle in the main body cylinder portion.
[0006]
That is, the stick-shaped cosmetic container according to the present invention includes a main body tube portion, a tip tube portion attached to the front end opening of the main body tube portion so as to be rotatable relative to the main body tube portion, and a stick-shaped cosmetic material held at the tip portion. And a rod-like body that is slidably engaged with the front tube portion in a non-rotatable manner. Then, a cylindrical body is disposed in a predetermined portion of the inner hole of the main body cylindrical portion in a state of being externally fitted to the rod-shaped body, a screw portion is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, and an outer periphery of the rod-shaped body A threaded portion that is screw-coupled to the threaded portion of the cylindrical body is formed on the surface, and the rod-shaped body can be advanced and retracted by relatively rotating both the cylindrical portions. In addition, a tooth portion protrudes from the lower surface of the cylindrical body, and a step portion with which the cylindrical body abuts is provided in an inner hole of the main body cylindrical portion, and a tooth with which the tooth portion of the cylindrical body meshes with the step portion. The tube is provided in a projecting manner, and the cylindrical body is sandwiched between the front tube portion and the step portion of the main body tube portion so as not to rotate. Therefore, in the present invention, when the two cylindrical portions are rotated relative to each other, the tooth portion of the inner hole of the main body cylindrical portion and the tooth portion of the cylindrical body are engaged, and the rod-like body cannot rotate to the front cylindrical portion. The rod-shaped body can be advanced and retracted because it is engaged with. Further, when the two cylindrical portions are rotated relative to each other at the maximum advanced position and the maximum retracted position of the rod-shaped body, the rod-shaped body does not advance or retreat, so that a rotational stress is applied to the cylindrical body, and the tooth portion of the cylindrical body becomes the main body cylindrical portion. Get over the teeth. Then, when the tooth part of the cylindrical body gets over the tooth part of the main body cylindrical part, for example, a clicking sound is heard. By listening to this sound, the rod-like body reaches the maximum advanced position or maximum retracted position from the outside of the container. You can see that Therefore, destructive stress is not applied to the internal structure portion.
[0007]
In the present invention , since the spring portion is formed at the upper end of the cylindrical body, and the cylindrical body is elastically brought into contact with the front cylindrical portion and the main body cylindrical portion, the cylindrical body has an elastic force in the vertical direction. are held in a state, it is possible to absorb the backlash at the time of rotating rotatably connected to the front cylinder portion and the main body tube portion, and hence there is no need to provide an unpleasant feeling to the user.
[0008]
In the present invention, to form a spring portion to the upper end of the cylindrical body, and the spring portion is drilled window on the side surface of the cylindrical body, since the cylindrical body and the upper end is configured to flex in the window portion, the main body tube parts and leading tube part cylinder are sandwiched by an elastic between, it is possible to absorb the backlash of the leading tube portion and main body tube portion, by adjusting the elastic force of the spring portion, The idling start torque of the cylinder can be adjusted.
[0009]

In the figure, reference numeral 19 denotes an annular groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the lower cylindrical portion 17, and an O-ring 20 (see FIG. 2) is accommodated and fixed. The O-ring 20 acts to give a predetermined resistance during the relative rotation.
[0014]
In addition, the inner hole of the upper cylinder part 18 (that is, the inner hole 2a of the front cylinder part 2) includes a small diameter cylindrical surface part 21 at the upper end, a truncated cone surface part 22 following the small diameter cylindrical surface part 21, and the truncated cone surface part. 22 and a large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23, and two projecting ridges 24 facing the large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23 extend along the axial direction of the inner hole 2 a over the entire length of the large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23. It is formed (see FIGS. 11 and 12). And each fan-shaped vertical piece 26b of the holding | maintenance part 26 of the rod-shaped body 3 mentioned later is slidable in the inner peripheral part of the said large diameter cylindrical surface part 23, Comprising: The part 23a formed between both said protrusions 24 is mentioned. The rod-shaped body 3 cannot be rotated into the front tube portion 2 by engaging with both of the protrusions 24 so that a cutout portion 26a and a longitudinal groove 27 of the rod-shaped body 3 described later are slidably engaged. In addition, it is slidable.
[0015]
The holding part 26 of the rod-shaped body 3 (see FIGS. 13 to 15) has two cutout parts 26a that face the cylindrical side wall relative to each other (the width of each cutout part 26a is the upper side). It is composed of a pair of notches along the axial direction of the rod-shaped body 3, ie, a pair of substantially semicircular arc-shaped pieces 26b (slightly larger than the width of each protrusion 24 of the cylindrical portion 18) (see FIG. 16 and FIG. 17), each vertical piece 26b is slidably engaged with a portion 23a formed between the protrusions 24 on the inner peripheral portion of the large-diameter cylindrical surface portion 23. Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the rod-like body 3, a vertical groove 27 extending downward in a straight line from the lower end portions of the notch portions 26a is formed up to a screw portion 28 described later (see FIGS. 16 and 18). In addition, in FIG.16 and FIG.18, the detail of the screw part 28 is not shown in figure.
[0016]
Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion (except the lower end portion) of the rod-shaped body 3, a screw portion 28 that is screwed (joined) to a screw portion 30 on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 4 described later is formed. Has been. The threaded portion 28 has a shape in which a continuous screw formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion of the rod-shaped body 3 is cut at two locations facing each other along the axial direction of the rod-shaped body 3 for convenience of molding. Of each screw portion 28 formed in a multistage manner on the outer peripheral surface of the lower half portion (the portion of the screw portion 28 of the substantially half-circular spiral ridge formed between the two cut portions) ) 28a is continuous (see FIGS. 15 and 19). A cylindrical stopper portion 29 having a diameter larger than that of the screw portion 28 is provided at the lower end portion of the rod-shaped body 3.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 20 to 22, the cylindrical body 4 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a screw portion 30 formed of a four-thread screw is formed in the lower half portion of the inner peripheral surface thereof. The screw portion 30 is screwed to the screw portion 28 of the rod-shaped body 3. Further, the threaded portion 28 of the cylindrical body 4 is formed to have a larger diameter than the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 of the main body cylindrical portion 1, so that the upper-end opening of the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 is formed. The lower end of the cylinder 4 is in contact.
[0018]
In addition, the cylindrical body 4 is provided with a pair of convex portions 31 projecting upward in a state where the upper surface of the cylindrical body 4 is opposed to the upper end surface, the upper surface being formed in a semicircular arc shape. In addition, a substantially rectangular first cutout (window) 32 is formed at the upper end portion of the cylindrical body 4 at the lower portion of the both convex portions 31 (see FIG. 23). A second cutout portion 33 is formed over the upper side of the cutout portion 32 and the upper end surface, and the upper end portion of the cylindrical body 4 sandwiched between the cutout portions 32 and 33 (that is, the first cutout portion 32). Two sets of spring pieces 34 having convex portions 31 are formed on the upper portion of the notches 32. Both spring pieces 34 can be bent to the first notch 32. Further, the convex portions 31 of the spring pieces 34 are arranged such that the lower cylindrical portion of the front cylindrical portion 2 is in a state where the cylindrical body 4 is in contact with the upper end surface of the small-diameter lower inner hole portion 11 of the main body cylindrical portion 1. The lower end surface of 17 is always in contact with elasticity.
[0019]
An upper ratchet portion 37 that engages with the lower ratchet portion 14 of the main body cylinder portion 1 is formed on the lower end surface of the cylinder body 4. As shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, the upper ratchet portion 37 includes four tooth portions (claw portions) 38 projecting downward from the lower end surface, and a flat surface formed between these tooth portions 38. 39, the tooth portions 38 and the flat surfaces 39 are formed with the same length in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 4, and are arranged at equal intervals. Each tooth portion 38 is an isosceles triangle having the same shape, and is formed in the same shape as each tooth portion 15 of the lower ratchet portion 14. That is, the apex angle α of each tooth portion 38 is an obtuse angle (approximately 126 ° in this embodiment), and the height h of each tooth portion 38 is a predetermined height (in this embodiment, About 0.5 mm). 24 and 25, 38a is the top of each tooth portion 38, 38b is the bottom of each tooth portion 38, and the flat surface 39 is formed between these bottom portions 38b.
[0020]
In the above configuration, when the stick-shaped cosmetic 5 is fed out (advanced), the main body cylinder portion 1 is rotated relative to the front cylinder portion 2 in a predetermined direction (for example, the front cylinder portion 2 with respect to the main body cylinder portion 1). Rotate clockwise). Then, since the lower ratchet portion 14 of the main body cylinder portion 1 and the upper ratchet 37 of the cylinder body 4 are engaged (see FIG. 26), the main body cylinder portion 1 and the cylinder body 4 rotate together, and the leading cylinder Since the protrusion 24 of the portion 2 and the vertical groove 27 of the rod-shaped body 3 are slidably engaged with each other so as not to rotate, the front tube portion 2 and the rod-shaped body 3 rotate together. Due to the screw connection between the threaded portion 30 and the threaded portion 28 of the rod-shaped body 3, the rod-shaped body 3 advances, and accordingly, the rod-shaped cosmetic material 5 advances and jumps out from the front end opening of the front tube portion 2.
[0021]
And if the upper surface of the stopper part 29 of the rod-shaped body 3 contact | abuts to the lower end surface of the cylinder 4, the rod-shaped body 3 will be in the maximum advance position (refer FIG. 27). If the relative rotation is further performed in this state, the stopper portion 29 of the rod-shaped body 3 is in contact with the lower end surface of the cylindrical body 4, so that the rotation is impossible, and this rotational torque is transmitted to the cylindrical body 4. . When this rotational torque exceeds a certain level, the teeth 38 of the upper ratchet 37 of the cylinder 4 are pushed up by the teeth 15 of the lower ratchet 14 of the main body cylinder 1 (see FIG. 28), and the cylinder 4 is rod-shaped. While slightly rotating together with the body 3, the tooth portion 15 moves toward the tip side by the height of the mountain. Further, along with this movement, the spring piece 34 remains in contact with the lower end surface of the lower cylindrical portion 17 of the front cylindrical portion 2 while the convex portion 31 of the spring piece 34 of the cylindrical body 4 is in contact with the first notch of the cylindrical body 4. It bends in the portion 32 (see arrow A in FIG. 21). At this time, the meshing angle of both the tooth portions 15 and 38 (in this embodiment, approximately 126 °), the inclination angle of the thread groove of the threaded portion 30 of the cylindrical body 4 (relative to the axial direction of the cylindrical body 4), Are substantially the same, the cylindrical body 4 smoothly turns around the outer periphery of the rod-shaped body 3. When the tooth portion 15 of the lower ratchet portion 14 gets over the tooth portion 38 of the upper ratchet 37 (see the one-dot chain line in FIG. 28), a clicking sound is generated. After climbing over, the cylindrical body 4 is pushed down by the return elastic force of the spring piece 34 (see FIG. 29), and the cylindrical body 4 slightly rotates together with the rod-shaped body 3 while the rear end corresponding to the height of the crest of the tooth portion 15. Move to the side. Since such an operation is repeated during the above relative rotation, the main body cylinder portion 1 and the front cylinder portion 2 idle while making a clicking sound.
[0022]
On the other hand, when the rod-shaped cosmetic 5 is stored (retracted), the main body cylinder portion 1 is relatively rotated with respect to the front tube portion 2 in the direction opposite to the rotation direction. Then, in the same manner as described above, the rod-shaped body 3 moves backward together with the rod-shaped cosmetic 5 and is drawn into the front tube portion 2.
[0023]
When the rod-like body 3 reaches the maximum retracted position, the lower surface of the stopper portion 29 of the rod-like body 3 comes into contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall 13 of the main body cylinder portion 1. At this time, the screw portion 28 of the rod-shaped body 3 and the screw portion 30 of the cylindrical body 4 are screw-coupled (see FIG. 1). In this state, even if the relative rotation in the opposite direction is further performed, the rod-like body 3 does not move backward, so that the main body cylinder portion 1 and the front cylinder portion 2 I go idle.
[0024]
As described above, in this embodiment, when the rod-shaped body 3 is in the maximum advanced position or the maximum retracted position and the rotation operation is further continued, the main body cylindrical portion 1 and the front cylindrical portion are sounded while clicking. 2 is idle, and by listening to this sound, it can be seen that the rod-like body 3 has reached the maximum advanced position or the maximum retracted position from outside the container. At this time, since the main body cylinder portion 1 and the front cylinder portion 2 are idle, excessive stress is not applied to the main body cylinder portion 1, the front cylinder portion 2, the rod-like body 3, and the cylinder body 4. Nor.
[0025]
FIG. 30 shows another embodiment of the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention. In this embodiment, in the above-described embodiment, the holding cylinder 41 that holds the chip 42 protrudes downward from the bottom wall 13 of the main body cylinder portion 1. A cylindrical lid 43 that covers the chip 42 is detachably fitted and fixed to the holding cylinder 41. Other parts are the same as those in the above embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same parts. This embodiment also has the same operations and effects as the above embodiment.
[0026]
FIG. 31 shows still another embodiment of the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention. In this embodiment, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a holding cylinder 45 that holds the mascara brush 44 projects downward from the bottom wall 13 of the main body cylinder portion 1. Further, a cylindrical lid body 46 that covers the mascara brush 44 is detachably fitted and fixed to the holding cylinder 45. The other parts are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the same reference numerals are given to the same parts. Also in this embodiment, the same operation and effect as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are shown.
[0027]
32 and 33 show still another embodiment of the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention. In this embodiment, the second notch 33 is not formed in the cylinder 4 used in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The other parts are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the same reference numerals are given to the same parts. Also in this embodiment, the same operation and effect as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are shown.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the stick-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention, when the main body cylinder part and the front cylinder part attached to the main body cylinder part are relatively rotatable, the inner hole of the main body cylinder part is formed. Since the tooth portion and the tooth portion of the cylindrical body are engaged, the main body cylindrical portion and the cylindrical body rotate together, and the front cylindrical portion and the rod-like body are slidably engaged so as not to rotate. For this reason, the front tube portion and the rod-shaped body rotate together, whereby the rod-shaped body disposed in the inner holes of the both tube portions can be advanced and retracted. Further, when the rod portions are further rotated relative to each other at the maximum advanced position and maximum retracted position of the rod-like body, this rotational torque is transmitted to the cylindrical body. When this rotational torque exceeds a certain level, it tries to push up the teeth of the cylinder with the teeth of the main body cylinder, which causes the spring formed in the cylinder to bend and the cylinder to turn the outer periphery of the rod-shaped body. While the tooth part of the cylindrical body climbs over the tooth part of the main body cylinder part, the engagement between the tooth part of the cylindrical body and the tooth part of the main body cylindrical part is finally reached. After getting over, the cylinder is pushed down by the elastic force of the spring part, and the cylinder descends by the height of the tooth part while turning around the outer periphery of the rod-like body.
[0029]
In the present invention , since the spring portion is formed at the upper end of the cylindrical body, and the cylindrical body is elastically brought into contact with the front cylindrical portion and the main body cylindrical portion, the cylindrical body has an elastic force in the vertical direction. are held in a state, it is possible to absorb the backlash at the time of rotating rotatably connected to the front cylinder portion and the main body tube portion, and hence there is no need to provide an unpleasant feeling to the user.
[0030]
In the present invention, to form a spring portion to the upper end of the cylindrical body, and the spring portion is drilled window on the side surface of the cylindrical body, since the cylindrical body and the upper end is configured to flex in the window portion, the main body tube parts and leading tube part cylinder are sandwiched by an elastic between, it is possible to absorb the backlash of the leading tube portion and main body tube portion, by adjusting the elastic force of the spring portion, The idling start torque of the cylinder can be adjusted.
