【0040】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a linear motor armature and a linear motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A plurality of steel plates are laminated to each other, and a core is provided with a plurality of pole teeth, and a part is arranged in a plurality of slots formed between two adjacent pole teeth of this core to excite the pole teeth. An armature for a linear motor having an exciting winding is known. However, in such a linear motor armature, the magnetic pole surface side of the slot is open to the stator side, so the magnetic flux density is high at the pole teeth, and the magnetic flux density is low before and after that. For this reason, there is a problem that the cogging torque is increased. Therefore, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-42496, a comb-shaped first unit core (pole tooth connection block) in which a plurality of pole teeth are connected to each other by a bridging portion that closes the opening on the magnetic pole surface side of the slot. ) And a comb-shaped second unit core (yoke block) whose pole tooth portions are connected to each other by a yoke, and a linear motor that couples both unit cores through a screw that passes through each unit core. Armatures were proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a conventional armature for a linear motor has a problem in that both unit cores (pole tooth connection block and yoke block) cannot be sufficiently adhered to each other, and the magnetic resistance between the both becomes high. Further, in such an armature for a linear motor, the coupling between the pole tooth connection block and the yoke block is complicated.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide an armature for a linear motor and a linear motor that can sufficiently connect a pole-tooth coupling block and a yoke block so as to reduce the magnetic resistance therebetween.
[0005]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a linear motor armature and a linear motor that can easily couple a pole tooth coupling block and a yoke block.
[0006]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a linear motor capable of screwing a linear motor armature and other members such as a stage member or a side block member.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The armature for a linear motor to be improved by the present invention has a core and a plurality of phases of excitation windings. The core is configured by laminating a plurality of steel plates, and includes a yoke extending linearly in a direction perpendicular to the laminating direction of the steel plates and a plurality of pole teeth arranged along the longitudinal direction of the yoke. A plurality of pole teeth are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction so as to form a slot between two adjacent pole teeth, and one end located on the side opposite to the magnetic pole surface of the plurality of pole teeth is on the yoke. Are combined. The multi-phase excitation winding has a plurality of excitation windings that are partially disposed in the plurality of slots of the core and that excite the plurality of pole teeth. In the present invention, the yoke is composed of a yoke block formed separately from the pole teeth. In the engaged portion to which the plurality of pole teeth of the yoke block are coupled, there are a plurality of pole tooth fixing fitting holes in the longitudinal direction that open in both the lamination direction of the steel plates and the direction toward the pole teeth, respectively. Form at intervals. In addition, a plurality of wedge press-fitting fitting holes are formed in the engaged portion of the yoke block and open in both directions in the stacking direction of the steel plates and in the direction toward the slot. Here, the wedge press-fitting fitting hole allows the wedge to be press-fitted from the opening located in the stacking direction, but has a shape that prevents the wedge from dropping from the opening toward the slot. In addition, the pole tooth fixing fitting hole has a shape that allows loose insertion of the pole teeth from the opening located in the stacking direction but prevents the pole teeth from dropping from the opening toward the pole teeth. ing. The one or two pole tooth fixing fitting holes adjacent to the wedge press-fitting fitting hole are arranged so that when the wedge is press-fitted into the adjacent wedge press-fitting fitting hole, It has a deformable shape so that the fitting state between the one end and the pole tooth fixing fitting hole is a strong fitting state.
[0008]
In the linear motor armature of the present invention, first, one end of the pole teeth is inserted into one of the pole tooth fixing fitting holes from one opening in the stacking direction of the steel plates. Next, the wedge is press-fitted into the wedge press-fitting fitting hole from the opening in the laminating direction of the steel plates to couple the pole teeth and the yoke block. When the wedge is press-fitted in this manner, the wall portion around the wedge press-fitting fitting hole is pushed out by the wedge. Along with this, the pole tooth fixing fitting hole adjacent to the wedge press fitting hole is deformed, and the fitting state between one end of the pole tooth and the pole tooth fixing fitting hole is strengthened. For this reason, according to the present invention, by increasing the pressure input into the wedge press-fitting fitting hole of the wedge, the pole teeth and the yoke block can be sufficiently brought into close contact with each other, and the magnetic resistance therebetween is reduced. it can. Further, in the linear motor armature of the present invention, the pole teeth and the yoke block can be coupled simply by press-fitting the wedge into the wedge press-fitting fitting hole.
[0009]
The multi-phase excitation winding can be formed by winding a winding conductor around every other pole tooth of the core pole teeth.
[0010]
The core has a structure in which a plurality of pole teeth are connected to each other by a bridging portion that substantially closes openings on the magnetic pole surface side of the plurality of slots, and a pole tooth connection block having a single structure. And a yoke block formed separately. In this way, there is no variation in magnetic flux density due to the bridging portion, and the cogging torque can be reduced.
[0011]
When the wedge is press-fitted into the adjacent wedge press-fitting fitting hole, the fitting state between one end of the pole tooth and the polar tooth fixing fitting hole is What is necessary is just to make it have a shape which can deform | transform so that it may become a strong fitting state which can prevent the movement to the lamination direction of the end of a tooth | gear. If it does in this way, a pole tooth connection block and a yoke block can be combined stably.
[0012]
The pole tooth connection blocks can be arranged on both sides of the yoke block. In this way, the thrust of the mover can be increased.
[0013]
The cross-sectional shape in the direction orthogonal to the stacking direction of one end of the plurality of pole teeth preferably has a shape in which the width dimension along the longitudinal direction gradually decreases toward the magnetic pole surface side. For example, a trapezoidal shape can be adopted. If it does in this way, the structure of the fitting hole for pole tooth fixation can be simplified, and the fall of the pole tooth from the opening part which goes to the pole tooth side of the fitting hole for pole tooth fixation can be prevented reliably.
[0014]
Further, the pole tooth fixing fitting hole preferably has a shape in which a slight gap is formed between one end of the fitted pole teeth. If it does in this way, insertion of the pole tooth from the opening part located in the lamination direction of the fitting hole for pole tooth fixation can be performed easily.
[0015]
Various structures can be employed to make the fitting state between one end of the pole tooth and the pole tooth fixing fitting hole into a strong fitting state when the wedge is press-fitted into the wedge pressing fitting hole. For example, the wedge press-fitting fitting hole is formed so that the cross-sectional shape in the stacking direction is smaller than the press-fitted portion into which the wedge is press-fitted and the press-fitted portion communicates with the press-fitted portion and the slot. A small cross-sectional portion that expands when the wedge is press-fitted can be used. In this way, the wedge is press-fitted to widen the small cross-sectional portion, thereby expanding the wall portion around the press-fitted portion, so that the fitting state between one end of the pole tooth and the pole tooth fixing fitting hole is Can be strong.
[0016]
The cross-sectional shape in the direction orthogonal to the stacking direction of the press-fit portions can be substantially rectangular. In this case, the wedge has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape and has an elongated shape in which the cross-sectional area increases from one end portion (tip portion) to the other end portion (rear end portion). Then, two wedges may be press-fitted from the front end side into the press-fit portions of the respective wedge press-fitting fitting holes from the openings on both sides in the stacking direction of the steel plates.
[0017]
Moreover, you may make the cross-sectional shape of the direction orthogonal to the lamination direction of a press-fit part substantially circular. In this case, the shape of the press-fit portion is formed in a truncated cone shape in which the cross-sectional area increases from one end portion toward the other end portion, and the wedge is also formed from one end portion (tip portion) to the other end portion ( It is formed in a truncated cone shape in which the cross-sectional area increases toward the rear end). And when the wedge is press-fitted into the press-fit portion of the fitting hole for wedge press-fitting arranged adjacent to the pole-tooth fixing fitting hole, one end of the pole tooth and the pole tooth fixing fitting hole What is necessary is just to form in a shape which can deform | transform so that a fitting state may be a strong fitting state which can prevent the movement to the lamination direction of the end of a pole tooth.
[0018]
A pole tooth connection block can be made into the structure where a plurality of pole tooth connection block units are combined using a fitting structure. If it does in this way, the armature for linear motors of a desired thrust can be obtained by combining an appropriate number of pole tooth connection block units. In this case, it is only necessary that one pole tooth is formed by a joint portion between two adjacent pole tooth connecting block units. If it does in this way, there exists an advantage which can make the shape of the fitting hole for pole tooth fixation of the yoke block with which a pole tooth fits into the same.
[0019]
The yoke block is arranged so that two or more yoke constituent segments configured by laminating steel plates and one or more attachment segments made of metal plates that are thicker than steel plates and can be machined are alternately arranged. It is preferable to be configured. If it does in this way, a stage member can be screwed and fixed to an attachment segment of a yoke block. In the present invention, the yoke constituting segment and the mounting segment can be easily coupled by simply press-fitting the wedge into the press-fit portion of the wedge press-fitting fitting hole.
[0020]
In addition, cooling piping can be laid in the plurality of slots so as to sandwich the excitation winding therebetween. If the cooling pipes are laid in this way, the pole teeth and the excitation winding can be efficiently cooled.
[0021]
One or more extension pole teeth blocks that extend the pair of pole teeth in the longitudinal direction are coupled to the pair of pole teeth located at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the pole tooth connecting block via a fitting structure. One end of each pole tooth and one end of the extension pole tooth block can be fitted into the same pole tooth fixing fitting hole. The magnetic pole surface of such a pole tooth block for extension includes a triangular plane portion extending toward the front side in the longitudinal direction continuously with the magnetic pole surfaces of the pair of pole teeth, and two sides of the triangular plane portion. What is necessary is just to form from the 1st and 2nd inclined surface part which inclines so that it may approach the side in which a yoke block is located continuously toward the front side. By using such an extension pole block, the cogging torque can be further reduced.
[0022]
Such an extension pole tooth block may be formed by connecting two extension pole tooth blocks side by side to a pair of pole teeth.
[0023]
A stator having a magnetic pole array configured by alternately arranging a plurality of N-pole permanent magnets and a plurality of S-pole permanent magnets on a base, and the armature of the present invention. On the other hand, a linear motor can be configured by including a mover that is movably supported.
[0024]
In a specific configuration of the linear motor using the linear motor armature in which the pole tooth connection blocks are arranged on both sides of the yoke block, the mover is a pair of opposing surfaces where the magnetic pole surface of the core of the linear motor armature is not located. First and second side surface block members arranged so as not to come into contact with the excitation winding are arranged in contact with the plurality of pole teeth and the yoke block, respectively, on the side surface to be The first and second side surface block members can be fixed to the core by a screw member penetrating the member and the core. The stator is configured such that a plurality of N-pole permanent magnets and a plurality of S-pole permanent magnets are alternately arranged on a pair of opposed wall portions of a base having a pair of opposed wall portions. The two magnetic pole rows can be fixed and configured. A support member that supports the mover along the stator so as to be movable is provided on one of the first and second side surface block members of the mover, and the magnetic pole surfaces of the magnetic poles of the two pole tooth connection blocks of the mover. And two magnetic pole rows of the stator are opposed to each other. In this way, a linear motor having a high thrust can be configured relatively easily.
