Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, wastes such as general waste and industrial waste are pyrolyzed and melted in a shaft furnace type pyrolysis melting furnace, and the granulated material obtained by subjecting the melt to water granulation is conveyed. The present invention relates to a scraper conveyor for a granulated material of a waste melting furnace.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an example of waste disposal methods such as general waste and various industrial wastes, waste is introduced into a waste melting furnace together with auxiliary materials such as coke and limestone, and drying / preheating, pyrolysis, combustion in the furnace -Waste melting treatment technology that melts and discharges the molten material discharged from the waste melting furnace as slag or metal is known.
[0003]
The molten product discharged from the waste melting furnace flows down into the granulated water tank and is granulated, and the granulated material consisting of slag and metal is scraped up by the scraper conveyor for the granulated material and taken out from the granulated water tank. (See, for example, JP-A-10-73230).
[0004]
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a granulated water tank attached to a conventional waste melting furnace, in which the melt 2 discharged from the waste melting furnace 1 is introduced into the granulated
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, on the return side of the conventional granulated scraper conveyor, chain play caused by chain elongation occurs, the chain tension disappears, the scraper snakes, derails away from the guide rail, or Wear of the scraper end face and the side wall of the granulated water tank may occur.
[0006]
Furthermore, since the guide rail and the scraper or chain slide, the friction is large and a large chain tension is required. It tends to happen.
[0007]
In addition, since the finely pulverized granulated material adheres on the guide rail and acts as an abrasive, there is also a problem that the wear of the contact surface proceeds quickly.
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention secures the chain tension on the return side of the scraper conveyor for the granulated material to absorb chain play, prevents friction and derailment due to meandering of the return side scraper, and The present invention provides a scraper conveyor for a granulated material of a waste melting furnace with reduced contact surface and reduced friction.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The scraper conveyor for the granulated material of the waste melting furnace of the present invention is a granulated water tank for the waste discharged by pyrolyzing and melting waste such as general waste and industrial waste in the waste melting furnace. In the scraper conveyor for a granulated product , the chain is connected to the scraper notch that scrapes the resulting granulated product from the granulated water tank, on the return side of the scraper conveyor on both sides of the granulated water tank In addition, a plurality of wheels that are rotatable in the moving direction of the scraper conveyor for the granulated material are disposed at intervals, and only the chain is supported by the link of the chain entering a groove formed in the wheel. A catenary curve is formed between the wheels by the weight of the chain and is tensioned by the action of tension to absorb play due to chain elongation .
[0010]
The wheel may be formed with a groove that supports a chain connected to a scraper.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the return side chain is supported by the wheel and the chain is tensioned by the weight of the chain. Therefore, the play of the return side chain caused by the chain elongation can be absorbed, and the tension is applied to the chain to cause the elongation. Derailment can be prevented.
[0018]
Further, in the present invention, since the return side chain is received by the wheel, the contact surface is reduced and the friction is reduced, so that wear is reduced. In addition, chain elongation can be reduced.
