BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a wire rod holder that binds and holds a branch portion formed by branching a wire rod bundle of wire rods such as an electric wire, a tube, and a hose at a predetermined position.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When forming a branching portion by branching a bundle of wires bundled with wires such as electric wires (including optical fibers), pipes, hoses, etc. used for vehicles, telecommunications, fluid transportation, etc. at a predetermined position, In a wire harness routed in a vehicle, a large number of branches are used to route a required number of wires to various electrical and electronic components by branching a bundle of wires bundled with a large number of wires at a predetermined position. Part is formed. In this case, the wire bundle at the branching portion is bound by tape winding or the like so as to prevent the wire bundle from sagging, unwinding, or being displaced or deformed by external force at the branching portion, thereby preventing the shape of the branching portion from being deformed. The branch part 2 is held and fixed at a predetermined position.
[0003]
However, in the bundling method using tape winding or the like, the bundling operation of the wire bundle such as the electric wire bundle at the branching portion becomes complicated, and it takes man-hours and time and is not efficient. Therefore, the wire bundle is formed by branching at a predetermined position. For example, a wire rod holder shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) is proposed that binds and holds the branched portions.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the wire rod holder 1 has a band insertion locking block 3 and a locking block 3 in which the free end side extends in a Y shape (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3). Or two winding bands 4 provided in parallel (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 4), though not shown.
[0005]
And as shown in FIG.6 (b), each winding band 4 is located in the center of the branch part 2 formed by branching the wire bundles, such as the wire bundle which comprises a wire harness, for example in a T shape. The wire bundle 2c is sandwiched so as to be wound around the outer circumferences of the wire bundles 2a and 2b located on both sides thereof, and the free ends of these winding bands 4 are inserted into the band insertion holes 5 of the band insertion locking block 3, The locking projections and other locking portions 6 provided on both outer surfaces of the band 4 are engaged with elastic locking pieces and other locking bodies 7 provided in the band insertion holes 5 of the band insertion locking block 3. Then, while restricting the movement of each winding band 4 in the return direction, the band insertion holes 5 are inserted, and these winding bands 4 are pulled out from the outlet side of the band insertion holes 5 so that the wire bundles 2a and 2b are drawn. It is intended to be tightened. Reference numeral 8 denotes a clip which is erected on the head of the band insertion locking block 3 and has a tip formed in an arrowhead shape for attaching the wire rod holder 1 to a support member such as a panel of a vehicle body, an electric device, or a wall. is there.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the branch portion 2 is to be bundled using the conventional wire rod holder 1, the two winding bands 4 need to be individually tightened, so that the wire rod bundles 2a and 2b of the branch portion 2 are not tightened. It tends to be balanced and it is difficult to evenly tighten the wire bundles 2a and 2b. For this reason, when the branch part 2 is bundled in a state where one of the wire bundles 2a, 2b is insufficient, the branch part 2 may be deformed or may be displaced in the direction in which stress is applied in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, there is a possibility that the branch part 2 cannot be held and fixed in a correct position.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a wire rod holder capable of eliminating the shape change of the branch portion and the positional displacement in the longitudinal direction and holding and fixing the branch portion in a correct position.

[0026]
According to the auxiliary band locking means 29 configured as described above, when the wire rod holder 11 is attached to the branch portion 23, the binding band portion is attached to the band insertion locking block 27 on the band coupling fixing portion 15 side of the main band locking means 25. An operation of inserting a predetermined amount of the free end side of the main band 17 and temporarily locking the 13 main bands 17 is performed in advance before the mounting operation, and during the mounting operation, between the binding band portion 13 of the wire rod holder 11 and the band coupling fixing portion 15. After positioning the branch portion to be bound at a predetermined position, the auxiliary bands 19 and 21 of the binding band portion 13 are simply bent along the outer periphery of the wire bundles 23a and 23b constituting the branch portion 23, and the band connection fixing portion 15 In addition, the branching portion 23 is sandwiched between the binding band portion 13 and the band connecting and fixing portion 15 by inserting and locking the other locking projections 41 and 41 into one of the locking holes 39 and 39. But It becomes ability. Therefore, it is preferable because the wire holder 11 can be easily attached to the branch portion 23, the workability of attaching the wire holder 11 is further improved, and the attachment work can be automated.
[0027]
Next, a method of attaching the wire holder 11 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) of the above embodiment to the branch portion 23 to bind the branch portion and hold it in a desired shape will be described with reference to FIGS. As described above, the branching portion 23 to be bundled branches a wire bundle such as an electric wire bundle constituting the wire harness into a T-shape, for example, at a predetermined position, and the wire bundles 23a to 23c in three directions from the center. Is formed to extend in a T-shape. The wire rod holder 11 temporarily inserts a predetermined amount of the free end side of the main band 17 of the binding band portion 13 into the band insertion locking block 27 of the main band locking means 25 according to the outer diameter size of the branching portion 23. It is locked.
[0028]
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the main band 17 and the auxiliary bands 19 and 21 of the binding band portion 13 of the wire rod holder 11 are spread and opened on the same plane, and the connection point between the main band 17 and the auxiliary bands 19 and 21; That is, the branch point where the auxiliary bands 19 and 21 are bifurcated at one end side of the main band 17 and the center of the T-shaped branch part 23 substantially coincide with each other, and at the center of the branch part 23. Further, the wire bundles 23 a and 23 b located on both sides of the branching portion 23 are orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the main band 17 so that the wire bundle 23 c located is on the triangular space between the auxiliary bands 19 and 21. Then, the branch portion 23 is positioned and arranged on the binding band portion 13.
[0029]
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the auxiliary bands 19 and 21 of the binding band portion 13 are rotated in the direction of arrow B (counterclockwise in FIG. 4), and the flexible arm 33 of the band connection fixing portion 15 is moved. Rotating in the direction of arrow C (clockwise in FIG. 4), the binding band portion 13 and the band connection fixing portion 15 are wound around the outer circumferences of the wire rod bundles 23 a and 23 b of the branch portion 23, and the auxiliary band locking means 29 The locking projections 41 and 41 are inserted and locked in the locking holes 39 and 39, and the wire bundles 23 a and 23 b are clamped between the binding band portion 13 and the band connection fixing portion 15. At this time, the wire bundle 23 c located at the center of the branch portion 23 is also sandwiched between the auxiliary bands 19 and 21. Thereafter, the main band locking means 25 pulls the free end side of the main band 17 of the binding band portion 13 from the band insertion locking block 27 in the direction of arrow D to tighten the wire bundles 23a and 23b. In this way, as shown in FIG. 5, the wire rod holder 11 is attached to the branch portion 23, and the branch portion 23 is bound and held in a predetermined shape.
[0030]
According to the wire rod holder 11 configured as described above, the branching portion 23 positioned and arranged at a predetermined position between the binding band portion 13 and the band connection fixing portion 15 is sandwiched between the binding band portion 13 and the band connection fixing portion 15. Since the free end side of the main band 17 of the bundling band portion 13 inserted into the band insertion locking block 27 on the band coupling fixing portion 15 side is tightened by pulling out from the band insertion locking block 27, the branch portion 23 is provided at a plurality of locations. At the same time, it is possible to perform sufficient tightening with an equal tightening force. As a result, the branch portion 23 is not deformed or displaced in the longitudinal direction, and the branch portion 23 can be held and fixed in the correct position.
[0031]
In addition, since the wire bundles 23a and 23b constituting the branch portion 23 can sufficiently cope with the size change even if the outer diameter sizes are different, the wire rod holder 11 is excellent in versatility and adapted for each outer diameter size. It is not necessary to manufacture a large number in advance, and the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since there is no need to select and mount the appropriate wire rod holder 11 from among the numerous wire rod holders 11, the man-hour for the mounting work on the branch portion 23 can be reduced.
[0032]
In the description of the embodiment, the case where the wire rod holder 11 is attached to the T-shaped branch portion 23 and the branch portion 23 is bound so as to hold a predetermined shape has been described. The shape is not limited to a T-shape. In addition, there are two wire rods corresponding to the Y-shaped one, the substantially Y-shaped one obtained by branching a linear wire bundle obliquely at a predetermined position, or the wire bundle 23c located at the center of the branch portion 23. The present invention can also be applied to those branched as described above.
[0033]
Further, the auxiliary band locking means 29 is not limited to a combination of the locking holes 39, 39 and the locking projections 41, 41 inserted and locked therein. In addition, although not shown, for example, a configuration corresponding to the main band locking means 25 may be used. In this case, for example, the auxiliary band 19, 21 is provided with a portion corresponding to the locking portion 35 on the free end side, and the auxiliary band locking member 31 is directly or directly connected to the other end side of the band coupling fixing portion 15. Accordingly, a band insertion locking block 27 that restricts the movement of the auxiliary bands 19 and 21 inserted from the free end side in the return direction is spaced apart. Further, in order to attach the wire rod holder 11 in a state where the branch portion 23 is bundled to a support member such as a panel of a vehicle body, an electric device or the like, a wall or the like, a clip having a shape or the like whose tip protrudes in the shape of an arrowhead is attached. You may make it attach to the outer side wall of the band insertion locking block 27 in the stop means 25. FIG. This is preferable because it is possible to fix the substantially central portion of the branch portion 23 to the support member and to improve the mounting accuracy of the branch portion 23.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the wire rod holder described in claim 1 of the present invention, the branch portion positioned and arranged at a predetermined position between the bundling band portion and the band coupling fixing portion of the wire rod holder is the bundling band portion. Because it is clamped by pulling the free end side of the main band of the binding band part inserted between the band insertion fixing block and the band insertion fixing block on the band connection fixing part side, it is tightened by pulling it out from the band insertion locking block. The part can be sufficiently tightened at a plurality of locations at the same time and with a uniform tightening force. As a result, the shape of the branch portion does not collapse and the position shifts in the longitudinal direction, and the branch portion can be held and fixed at the correct position.
[0035]
According to the wire rod holder described in claim 2 of the present invention, when the wire rod holder is attached to the branch portion, the band insertion lock block on the band connection fixing portion side of the main band lock means is attached to the band insertion lock block. A work of inserting a predetermined amount of the free end side of the main band and temporarily locking it is performed in advance before the mounting work, and at the time of the mounting work, the wire band holder is tied to a predetermined position between the binding band part and the band connecting and fixing part. After positioning the power branch part, simply fold the auxiliary band of the binding band part along the outer periphery of the wire bundle constituting the branch part to the band connection fixing part, and the other locking projection to one of the locking holes By inserting and locking the portion, it is possible to sandwich the branch portion between the binding band portion and the band coupling fixing portion. Therefore, it is preferable because the wire rod holder can be easily mounted on the branching portion, the workability of mounting the wire rod holder is further improved, and the mounting operation can be automated.
[0036]
According to the wire rod holder described in claim 3 of the present invention, when the wire rod holder is attached to the branch portion, the band connecting and fixing portion is easily bent along the outer peripheral surface of the wire rod bundle constituting the branch portion, and the gap Therefore, the branch portion can be securely sandwiched between the binding band portion and the band coupling fixing portion. Further, since the space on the main band pull-out side of the band insertion locking block of the main band locking means is widened without being obstructed by the auxiliary band locking member, the free end side of the main band of the binding band portion is connected to the band insertion locking block. Therefore, it can be pulled out easily and smoothly, and the workability of mounting the wire holder is improved, the wire bundle is easily tightened, and the reliability of the bundling unit is improved.
