Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a movable handrail in which a handicapped person using a wheelchair or the like can turn a gripping member used when using a toilet or the like in a horizontal direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In toilet booths of public facilities and private facilities that consider the use of physically disabled people and the elderly, there are individual differences in the degree of disability for the physically handicapped and the degree of physical fitness for the elderly. In order to assist persons with physical disabilities, it is common practice to provide a movable handrail in the toilet booth so that the majority of users can use it.
[0003]
For example, in the toilet booth shown in FIG. 10, in the case of a wheelchair user, by installing a movable handrail on either one or both sides of the sanitary ware, the movable handrail can be transferred when transferring between the sanitary ware and the wheelchair. A user or a caregiver can move to a position where it does not become an obstacle, making it easy to transfer between sanitary ware and a wheelchair.
[0004]
In addition, after moving to sanitary ware, a movable handrail can be brought close to the sanitary ware to stabilize the user's sitting position during excretion, preventing the user from being caught and falling down.
[0005]
As a movable handrail capable of horizontally rotating a conventional grip member, it has a stopper structure for restricting the horizontal rotation of the grip member as shown in FIG. 11, and an operation lever is arranged at the center of the grip member. In addition, there is a movable handrail that releases the stopper by operating the operation lever and enables horizontal rotation.
[0006]
Its configuration consists of a gripping member whose end is connected to the rotating shaft and a bracket that supports the rotating shaft. The lower horizontal wing piece of the bracket is provided with a plurality of fitting grooves and is fitted inside the rotating shaft. One stopper that is selectively fitted into any one of the grooves is arranged. The stopper is connected to an operation lever arranged at the center of the gripping member through one connecting member in the gripping member. By operating this operation lever, the stopper is configured to be fitted into the fitting groove so as to be freely fitted and detached. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2.)

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the movable handrail that can rotate the conventional grip member horizontally, a plurality of fitting grooves and one stopper that fits into the fitting grooves are provided in order to hold the grip member in a predetermined position. However, in the conventional structure, it is necessary to provide a gap between the fitting groove and the stopper so that the fitting can be smoothly performed.
Since the wobbling of the movable handrail increases as the gap is increased, there is a problem that the user may feel uneasy.
[0010]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, be held horizontally pivotable grip member in a predetermined position, and an object thereof is to provide a wobble variable dynamic handrail have less .
[0011]

[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
1 to 9 show a movable handrail according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a side view, FIG. 2 is a plan view, FIG. 3 is a front view, and FIG. 4 is a part of the side view of FIG. An abbreviated cross section is shown.
[0016]
As shown in the figure, the movable handrail 1 protrudes perpendicularly to the mounting surface 2 that is a wall and is held by a bracket 3. The bracket 3 includes a lower support portion 4 and an upper support portion 5, and the grip member 7 is rotatable about a fixed shaft 6 </ b> A fixed between the lower support portion 4 and the upper support portion 5. The grip member 7 can be rotated horizontally . The stopper member 8 is a locking portion for holding the rotation at a predetermined position is provided on the upper support portion 5 side of al.
[0017]
The gripping member 7 is provided with operation portions 10A and 10B for operating the connecting members 9A and 9B and the stopper member 8. The user can hold the gripping member 7 at a predetermined position by operating the operation members 10A and 10B to operate the stopper member 8.
[0018]
When the user stands up while sitting on the sanitary ware, the operation member 10A located near the center of the movable handrail 1 close to the sanitary ware can be used. When approaching from the front and turning the movable handrail 1 for transfer, the operation member 10B near the tip of the movable handrail 1 can be used.
Therefore, the two operating members 10A and 10B are provided on the movable handrail 1 at positions where they can be easily used depending on whether they are close to or away from the sanitary ware.
Further, when the assistant uses the operation members 10A and 10B that are most easily used in the positional relationship with the assistant requiring assistance, the operation members 10A and 10B may be selected and used.
[0019]
The gripping member 7 is substantially U-shaped, and a part of the stopper member 8 and a part of the connecting members 9A and 9B and the operating members 10A and 10B are built in the upper collar part 11. The operation levers 14 of the operation members 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B protrude from the openings 12 and 13 of the grip member 7, and the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 protrudes from the opening 17 of the grip member 7.
[0020]
In the present embodiment, the gripping member 7 includes a resin-coated tube in which a stainless steel pipe is covered with a soft vinyl chloride resin in the vicinity of the operation member 10B and the substantially U-shaped bent portion 7A. Although the lower collar portion 7B uses a stainless steel pipe, the entire gripping member 7 may be made of only a stainless steel pipe, a metal pipe other than the stainless steel pipe, or only a resin-coated pipe. Further, the resin used for the coating may be a resin material such as an elastomer instead of the soft vinyl chloride resin. Moreover, although the cross-sectional shape of the grip member 7 is circular, it may be oval, square, or trapezoidal.
[0021]
Next, the structure of the stopper member 8 that is a locking portion that can hold the grip member 7 in a predetermined position will be described.
The stopper member 8 has a structure in which the stopper 15 and the fitting groove 16 are fitted to hold the gripping member 7.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, fifteen fitting grooves 16 are provided on the lower surface of the upper support portion 5 of the bracket 3 so that the stoppers 15 are engaged. In the figure, the stopper 15 is fitted in the fitting groove 16 in the center and is held perpendicular to the wall as the mounting surface 2. By sliding the operation lever 14 to the side opposite to the mounting surface 2, the stopper 15 is separated from the fitting groove 16, and the fitting is released, so that the gripping member 7 can be rotated in the horizontal direction.
Then, by rotating the gripping member 7 and releasing the operation lever 14 at a predetermined position, the stopper 15 can be fitted into the fitting groove 16 and the gripping member 7 can be held at the predetermined position.
[0022]
The operation lever 14 protrudes downward from the gripping member 7, but protrudes upward by opening each opening 12, 13 of the operation members 10 </ b> A, 10 </ b> B at a position rotated 180 degrees with respect to the axis of the gripping member 7. Alternatively, the rotation position may be 90 degrees, 270 degrees, or the like.
[0023]
The structure of the stopper member 8 will be described in more detail.
5 shows details of the stopper member 8, FIG. 6 shows details of the stopper 15, FIG. 7 shows details of the fitting groove 16 provided in the upper support portion 5 of the bracket 3, and FIG. 8 shows the stopper 15 and fitting groove. 16 shows the details of the fitting.
[0024]
4 and 5, the stopper 15 is fixed to the upper surface of the first stopper movable member 35 by welding, and the first stopper movable member 35 is screwed by the second stopper movable member 36 and the nut 39. ing.
The second stopper movable member 36 is connected to the first movable member 22 of the operating member 10A via the first coupling member 26 in the coupling member 9A.
Further, the first movable member 22 is connected to the second movable member 23 of the operating member 10B via the second connecting member 24 in the connecting member 9B.
As a result, the operation lever 14 of the operation members 10A and 10B and the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 are configured to be movable in conjunction with each other.
[0025]
6 and 7 show the shapes of the stopper 15 and the fitting groove 16. This example shows a stopper structure in which the gripping member 7 can be horizontally rotated and fixed in increments of 15 degrees.
[0026]
The stopper 15 is provided with convex portions 41 </ b> A, 41 </ b> B, 41 </ b> C, and a taper angle is provided in accordance with the taper of the fitting groove 16 of the bracket 3. Specifically, both sides of the central convex portion 41A of the stopper 15 are each provided with a taper of 5 degrees, and the same taper is provided also in the fitting groove 16 fitted to both sides of the convex portion 41A.
[0027]
Here, the taper angle is such that the convex portion of the stopper can be smoothly inserted into the fitting groove and the backlash is small even after fitting, and may be in the range of 1 to 10 degrees. In this example, the case of 5 degrees is shown.
[0028]
In addition, the taper angle on the outer side of the convex portions 41B and 41C on both sides of the convex portion 41A is provided with a taper of 20 degrees in the same manner as the fitting groove 16 fitted to the convex portions 41B and 41C, and the gap between the fitting portions is reduced. Occurrence is prevented.
[0029]
20 degrees the taper angle is to allow fixing to the horizontal rotating grip member at 15 degree increments, in order that both sides of the taper angle of the central convex portion 41A and 5 degrees.
[0030]
Further, a taper angle of 1 degree is provided on the central convex portion 41A side of the convex portions 41B and 41C, and when the central convex portion 41A side of the convex portions 41B and 41C is engaged with the fitting groove 16, the fitting is performed smoothly. It has a structure that can.
[0031]
If the taper angle in this structure is in the range of 1 to 10 degrees, the fitting can be performed smoothly and the wobble can be further reduced.
Therefore, in this example, since the gripping member can be horizontally rotated and held in increments of 15 degrees, the taper angle on both sides of the convex portion 41A is in the range of 1 to 10 degrees, and the outside of the convex portions 41B and 41C. May be in the range of 16 degrees to 25 degrees obtained by adding 1 degree to 10 degrees in 15 degrees, and the inside of the convex portions 41B and 41C may be in the range of 1 degree to 5 degrees.
[0032]
Furthermore, the stopper 15 is provided with three convex portions 41A, 41B, and 41C in addition to providing a taper angle for smooth fitting and reducing wobbling.
[0033]
This is because when the convex portions 41A, 41B and 41C are provided with a taper angle and the convex portions of the stopper are fitted in the three fitting grooves 16, one convex portion 41A and one fitting groove are provided. As compared with the case of fitting with 16, it is possible to prevent the gap between the fitting parts due to manufacturing variations formed in the shape of the stopper 15 and the fitting groove 16. As a result, the gripping member 7 of the movable handrail can be prevented. The wobble of the tip can be reduced.
In this example, the case where there are three convex portions of the stopper 15 is shown, but four or more convex portions of the stopper 15 to be fitted may be used.
[0034]
By providing a screw 42 on the connection end surface of the first connecting member 26 of the first connecting member 26 of the connecting member 9A to the second stopper movable member 36, the processing error in the lengths of the first connecting member 26 and the gripping member 7 can be reduced. Further, loosening can be prevented by screwing with the nut 43.
[0035]
The second stopper movable member 36 is housed in a stopper housing case 37, and the stopper housing case 37 is fixed to the gripping member 7 with a bolt 38. Since the movable member storage case 32 made of resin is provided between the second stopper movable member 36 and the stopper storage case 37, the operating force can be reduced and the peristaltic noise can be reduced by smooth movement. Can do. Since the opening 44 is provided in the lower surfaces of the stopper storage case 37 and the movable member storage case 32, it is possible to prevent water from entering the gripping member 7 even when water enters during cleaning.
In addition, the cover 45 is welded to the upper support portion 5 so that the fitting groove 16 formed on the lower surface of the upper support portion 5 of the bracket 3 cannot be seen from the upper surface of the bracket 3 to improve the design. .
[0036]
FIG. 9 shows details of the connection between the lower end face of the gripping member 7 and the rotating shaft 6.
A convex member 46 for inserting the lower end surface of the grip member 7 and a joint 47 as a holding member are fixed to the rotary shaft 6 by welding, and a cover 49 for covering a gap 48 due to a processing error of the grip member 7 is convex by a screw 50. The member 46 and the joint 47 are fixed.
Thereby, the gap 48 due to the processing error of the grip member 7 can be covered, and it is not necessary to perform a cutting process to match the dimensions of both end faces of the grip member 7 to a predetermined dimension after bending, and the grip member is parallel to the floor surface. The movable handrail can be made with good design.
[0037]
Generally, the upper support part 5 receives mainly the load because the upper collar part 11 of the grip member 7 is used as a handrail.
The end surface of the upper collar part 11 is fixed to the rotating shaft 6 by a bolt 51 shown in FIG. For this reason, even if a user applies a load to the movable handrail 1, the load is transmitted to the mounting surface 2 via the rotating shaft 6 and the upper support portion 5 of the bracket 3. It can be used as a movable handrail without being fixed.
[0038]
With the above configuration, in order to rotate the gripping member 7, the operating lever 14 of the operating member 10 </ b> A or 10 </ b> B is moved against the pressing force of the elastic member 18 in the direction opposite to the mounting surface 2. When the operating lever 14 is moved in the direction opposite to the mounting surface 2, the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 moves in the direction opposite to the mounting surface 2 via the first connecting member 26 and the second connecting member 24, and the upper support portion The stopper 15 is removed from the 5 fitting grooves 16.
[0039]
When the fitting between the fitting groove 16 and the stopper 15 is released, the gripping member 7 is rotatable in a horizontal plane. When the operation lever 14 is released at an arbitrary position in the fitting groove 16, the operation members 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B are moved to the mounting surface 2 side by the elastic force of the elastic member 18, and the first connection member 26 and the second connection member 24 are interposed. Thus, the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 moves to the mounting surface 2 side and fits into the fitting groove 16 of the upper support portion 5. When the stopper 15 is fitted into the fitting groove 16, the gripping member 7 can be fixed.
[0040]
The present invention provides a grip member that protrudes from a bracket that is fixed to a wall surface, a fixed shaft that is installed on the bracket and extends in a vertical direction so that the grip member can be horizontally rotated with respect to a floor surface, and the grip By restricting the rotation of the member, it has a locking portion that holds the grip member at a position selected from a plurality of predetermined positions, and an operation member that releases the holding of the grip member by the locking portion. In the movable handrail, the locking portion is movable on a virtual axis perpendicular to the fixed shaft by operating the operation portion, and is provided on the grip member and protrudes toward the fixed shaft. A stopper member having three convex portions, and the three convex portions can be fitted and detached at the same time by moving the stopper member, and a plurality of the convex portions are provided on the bracket, and the fixed shaft is the center. Arc And the three convex portions are substantially rectangular central convex portions located on the virtual axis, and substantially wedges located on both sides of the central convex portion. And the fitting grooves are dug toward the fixed shaft so as to form a rectangular shape that is substantially the same as the central convex portion, and the three convex portions. In the state where the fitting groove and the fitting groove are fitted, the central convex portion is fitted with the central fitting groove located on the virtual axis among the fitting grooves, and the both convex portions are A first outer surface that is fitted to both side fitting grooves located on both sides of the center fitting groove and is opposed to the center convex portion of the outer side surfaces of the both side convex portions is an inner side surface of the both side fitting grooves. A gap is formed between the first inner side surface close to the central fitting groove and the outer side surfaces of the both side convex portions are farther from the central convex portion. Second outer surface, and a movable handrail, wherein the configured along the farther the second inner surface from the central fitting groove of the inner surface of each side groove.
Thereby , the structure of the movable handrail which a user can use with little wobble of a grip member can be provided.
