Description

【0001】

However, in a conventional movable handrail that can rotate a grip member vertically, a plurality of fitting grooves provided for locking the grip member and a stopper member that fits in the fitting groove are provided. However, in the conventional shape, it is necessary to provide a gap between the fitting groove and the stopper member such that the fitting can be smoothly performed. The larger the gap is, the larger the wobble of the movable handrail becomes, so that there is a problem that the user may feel uneasy.
[0008]
In addition, in a conventional movable handrail that allows the gripping member to be rotated vertically, the position at which the U-shaped gripping member can be locked can be changed by adding or deleting a fitting groove in the side vertical wing piece. Has to be performed, and there is a problem that a large cost is generated.
[0009]
Also, in the case of a conventional movable handrail in which the gripping member can be rotated vertically, in the case of a movable handrail in which the gripping member is rotated using a spring, the moment of the spring and the moment of the gripping member are balanced. Thus, the operating force when rotating the grip member can be reduced, but when the length of the grip member changes, the moment of the grip member changes, and it is necessary to change the moment of the spring. There was a problem that the number of springs had to be made equal to the number of springs.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and even if a vertically rotatable movable handrail is held at a predetermined position, wobble is small, and it is inexpensive to change the predetermined position that can be held. An object of the present invention is to provide a movable handrail having a structure that can be easily manufactured at a low cost and can easily balance the moment of the grip member that changes with the length of the grip member.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to claim 1 of the present invention, a substantially U-shaped grip member projecting from a bracket fixed to a wall surface, and a fixed shaft installed on the bracket and capable of vertically rotating the grip member with respect to a floor surface. A movable type comprising: a fitting plate fixed to a shaft and having at least one substantially tapered fitting groove; and a stopper fitted to the fitting groove by one or more substantially tapered projections. It was a railing.
This makes it possible to provide a movable handrail in which the movable handrail has little wobble and can be used by the user with peace of mind.
[0012]
According to the second aspect, in the movable handrail capable of vertical rotation, the position at which the gripping member can be locked is changed by changing an installation angle of the fitting plate having a fitting groove with respect to the fixed shaft. Provide a movable handrail characterized by being able to do so.
Thus, it is possible to provide a structure of a movable handrail that can change the locking position according to the usage of the customer at low cost.
[0013]
4. The grip according to claim 3, wherein the grip has a substantially U-shape protruding from a bracket fixed to a wall surface, a fixed shaft installed on the bracket and capable of rotating the grip vertically with respect to a floor surface, and the grip. A movable handrail having a spring that balances the weight of members, a locking portion that holds the gripping member rotatable vertically with respect to the floor at a predetermined position, and an operating member that operates the locking portion. ,
A movable handrail, wherein a weight for adjusting the weight of the gripping member is provided in the gripping member without changing a spring that balances the weight of the gripping member.
Thereby, the components of the movable handrail can be shared, and an inexpensive movable handrail structure can be provided.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
1 to 8 show a movable handrail according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a side view, FIG. 2 is a plan view, FIG. 3 is a front view, and FIG. 4 is a side view of FIG. 2 shows a partially omitted cross-sectional side view of FIG.
[0015]
As shown in the figure, the movable handrail 1 projects perpendicularly to a mounting surface 2 which is a wall, and is held by a bracket 3. The bracket 3 includes a left support portion 4 and a right support portion 5. The rotation shaft 6 of the gripping member 7 is rotatable around a fixed shaft 49 fixed between the left support portion 4 and the upper support portion 5. , And the gripping member 7 can be vertically rotated. Further, a stopper member 8 which is a locking portion for holding the rotation at a predetermined position is provided in the rotation shaft 6 and the grip member 7.
[0016]
The gripping member 7 shown by a solid line in FIG. 1 shows a state parallel to the floor surface 11, and the position 41 of the gripping member 7 shown by a two-dot chain line rotates the gripping member 7 vertically upward, 3 shows a state perpendicular to.
[0017]
The grip member 7 is provided with an operation section for operating the stopper member 8. The user can operate the operation member to operate the stopper member 8 and hold the grip member 7 at a predetermined position.
[0018]
The grip member 7 is substantially U-shaped, and a part of the stopper member 8, a part of the connecting member 9 and a part of the operation member 10 are incorporated in the upper rod portion 17, and the operation lever 14 of the operation member 10 has an opening of the grip member 7. The stopper member 8 protrudes from the rotary shaft 6 and the grip member 7.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 4, the fitting plate 13 in the rotating shaft 6 is provided with four fitting grooves 16 in which the stoppers 15 are locked, and the operation lever 14 is slid to the side opposite to the mounting surface 2 to stop the stoppers 15. Is released, and the gripping member 7 can rotate vertically upward. By releasing the operation lever 14, the fitting can be fitted again into the fitting groove 16.
[0020]
In the present embodiment, a resin-coated tube in which a stainless steel pipe is covered with a soft vinyl chloride resin is used for the vicinity of the operation member 10B of the grip member 7 and the substantially U-shaped bent portion 7A, and the operation member 10 and the lower portion are used. Although the rod portion 7B uses a stainless steel pipe, the entire gripping member 7 may be a stainless steel pipe only, or a metal pipe other than the stainless steel pipe may be used, or only the resin-coated pipe may be used. The resin used for the coating may be a resin material such as an elastomer instead of a soft vinyl chloride resin. The grip member 7 has a circular cross section, but may have an elliptical shape, a square shape, or a trapezoidal shape.
[0021]
In general, a user rarely uses the gripping member 7 in a state where the gripping member 7 is perpendicular to the floor 11, and the gripping member 7 is parallel to the floor 11. used. Therefore, in FIG. 4, the installation angle of the fitting plate 13 provided with the fitting groove 16 is set to be only at a position where the gripping member 7 is in a state parallel to the floor surface 11.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 4, the operation lever 14 protrudes below the grip member 7, but may be provided so as to protrude upward by opening the opening 12 at a position rotated by 180 degrees with respect to the axis of the grip member 7. Alternatively, the position may be 90 degrees, 270 degrees or the like.
[0023]
The structure of the stopper member 8, which is a locking portion, will be described in more detail.
FIG. 5 shows the details of the stopper member 8, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show the angles at which the fitting plate 13 of the stopper member 8 is mounted on the fixed shaft 49 in the counterclockwise direction shown in FIG. Here are the details if:
FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line AA of the rotary shaft 6 shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 9 is a detailed view of the fitting groove 16, and FIG.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 is connected to the first connecting member 26 of the connecting member 9 by a screw, and is fixed by a nut 39. Further, the first connection member 26 is connected to the joint 22 by a resin ring 21, and the joint 22 is connected to the second connection member 24 by a screw and fixed by a nut 39. With this structure, the stopper 15 is connected to the movable member 23 of the operation member 10 via the first connection member 26 and the second connection member 24, and the operation lever 14 of the operation member 10 and the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 are linked. It has a movable structure.
[0025]
The stopper 15 is housed in a stopper guide 37, and the stopper guide 37 is further housed in a stopper guide cover 46. The stopper guide 37 and the stopper guide cover 46 are fixed to the rotating shaft 6 by welding, and the gripping member 7 has two members. It is connected to a stopper guide cover 46 by a bolt 36.
[0026]
A flange 47 is provided on the stopper 15, and an elastic member 35 is housed in the stopper guide 37. The elastic member 35 presses the stopper 15 toward the rotating shaft 6 by the movable member buffer ring 31. Since the movable member buffer ring 31 is made of resin, the operation force can be reduced by smoothing the movement of the stopper 15, and the sliding noise can be reduced.
[0027]
By providing screws 38 on the connection end face of the first connection member 26 with the stopper 15 of the connection member 9 and on the connection end face of the second connection member 24 with the joint 22, the first connection member 26 and the second connection member 24 are provided. The processing error in the length of the gripping member 7 can be absorbed by the screwing allowance of the screw 38, and further, by fixing the screw with the nut 39, loosening can be prevented. Further, even when the length of the gripping member 7 is different, the length is different by changing the length of the first connecting member 26 or the second connecting member 24, or omitting the first connecting member 26. It is possible to respond even in the case.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 10, a taper 51 of 7.5 degrees is provided on both sides of the convex portion 32 of the stopper 15. As shown in FIG. 9, a similar taper 52 is provided in the fitting groove 16 provided in the fitting plate 13 in the rotary shaft 6. This prevents the occurrence of a gap between the convex portion 32 and the fitting groove 16, and provides a structure that facilitates fitting.
[0029]
The stopper 15 and the fitting plate 13 are made of stainless steel. As shown in FIG. 8, the width 43 of the projection 32 to which they are fitted is 19 mm, the width 44 of the fitting groove 16 is 16 mm, and a force is applied to the gripping member 7. But it has enough strength. The fitting plate 13 having the fitting groove 16 is formed by stacking eight plates of the same shape with a thickness of 2 mm, inserting the plate into the fixed shaft 49, and press-fitting the pin 50 between the fitting plate 13 and the fixed shaft 49. , And the width 44 is 16 mm. Further, the fitting plate 13 may be formed of one piece instead of eight pieces.
[0030]
In addition, the angle of the taper provided on both sides of the fitting groove 16 and the convex portion 32 is preferably in the range of 1 to 10 degrees from the viewpoint of easy fitting. If it is larger than 10 degrees, the wobble of the tip of the gripping member 7 becomes large.
In the present embodiment, the taper angle of the fitting groove 16 and the projection 32 is set to 7.5 degrees from the processing accuracy of processing the fitting groove 16 and an assembly error of eight sheets.
[0031]
From the viewpoint of the strength of the fitting portion, the width 43 of the convex portion 32 and the width 44 of the fitting groove 16 are both preferably made of steel having a length of 15 mm or more. In this embodiment, stainless steel is used in order to further improve the corrosion resistance. Further, the number of protrusions 32 of the stopper 15 to be fitted may be two or more.
[0032]
The stopper 15 is provided with a convex portion 32, and the convex portion 32 is tapered, and the width 43 of the convex portion 32 and the width 44 of the fitting groove 16 are both made of stainless steel of 15 mm or more, or made of steel. It is possible to prevent the generation of a gap in the fitting portion as compared with the conventional product, and to provide sufficient strength when the gripping member 7 is fixed. Thereby, the wobble at the tip of the grip member 7 of the movable handrail can be reduced, and a safe movable handrail can be provided.
[0033]
Also, in consideration of the safety of the user, as shown in FIG. 8, the gripping member 7 is not rotated by its own weight from a state perpendicular to the floor surface 11 at the position 41 shown in FIG. In the rotary shaft 6, two springs 45 are provided, and by balancing the combined moment of the two springs 45 and the moment due to the weight of the gripping member 7, the range in which the gripping member 7 can be gently moved and an arbitrary position Can be divided into ranges that stop. Further, the weight of the grip member 7 is supported by the spring 45, so that the grip member can be operated with a light force.
[0034]
In this embodiment, the gripping member 7 is gently movable to a position 41 when the gripping member 7 is in a range of 60 degrees to 90 degrees with respect to the horizontal, and the gripping member 7 is stopped at an arbitrary position in a range of 60 degrees from the horizontal. As possible, the moment due to the weight of the grip member 7 and the combined moment of the two springs 45 are balanced.
[0035]
Since the moment of the gripping member 7 changes when the length of the gripping member 7 changes, it is necessary to change the combined moment of the two springs 45. By changing the weight in the gripping member 7, for example, by changing the size of the bolt 29, or by providing a weight in the gripping member 7 separately from the bolt 29, the moment due to the weight of the entire gripping member 7 is constantly adjusted. can do.
Thus, it is possible to cope with the difference in the length of the gripping member 7 only by arranging one kind of the spring 45, the components of the movable handrail can be shared, and an inexpensive structure can be achieved.
[0036]
Depending on the user, the gripping member 7 may be used in a state where the gripping member 7 is held at the position 41 or the position 42 shown in FIG.
FIG. 6 shows a case where the installation angle of the fitting plate 13 with respect to the fixed shaft 49 is changed by 90 degrees counterclockwise from the position shown in FIG. FIG. 7 shows a case where the installation angle of the fitting plate 13 is changed by 180 degrees counterclockwise from the position shown in FIG. The gripping member 7 can be held at the appropriate positions and at the positions 41 and 42.
Therefore, by changing the installation angle of the fitting plate 13 to the fixed shaft 49, the position at which the gripping member 7 can be locked can be easily changed.
[0037]
In the conventional product, the fixed shaft 49 is fixed to the bracket 3 by bolts or the like at the axial position of the rotation shaft 6 that is the center of rotation from both sides of the left support portion 4 and the right support portion 5 of the bracket 3. There is a possibility that the bolt is loosened or dropped due to the vibration of the rotation operation of the gripping member 7. When the fixed shaft 49 is fixed to the bracket 3 with the bolt 40 at a position other than the axis of the rotating shaft 6 as shown in FIG. 8, the bolt 40 does not loosen or fall off due to the vibration of the rotation operation of the gripping member 7 and is used. The user can use the movable handrail with peace of mind.
Further, when the bolt 40 is exposed, the bolt 40 is removed due to mischief or the like, and the design is poor. Therefore, the bolt 40 is covered with a cover 48 to improve the design and safety.
[0038]
With the above configuration, in order to rotate the gripping member 7, the operation lever 14 of the operation member 10 is slid to the side opposite to the mounting surface 2 against the pressing force of the elastic member 18. When the operation lever 14 is moved to the side opposite to the mounting surface 2, the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 moves to the side opposite to the mounting surface 2 via the connecting member 9, and the stopper 15 is moved from the fitting groove 16 of the fitting plate 13 to the stopper. 15 comes off.
When the fitting between the fitting groove 16 and the stopper 15 is released, the grip member 7 becomes rotatable in a vertical plane. When the operating lever 14 is released at a position where the protrusion 32 and the fitting groove 16 can be fitted, the movable member 23 of the operating member 10 moves to the mounting surface 2 side by the elastic force of the elastic member 18, and As a result, the stopper 15 of the stopper member 8 moves toward the mounting surface 2 and fits into the fitting groove 16 of the fitting plate 13. When the stopper 15 is fitted into the fitting groove 16, the gripping member 7 can be held.
When the operating lever 14 is released at a position where the fitting groove 16 is not provided, the weight of the gripping member 7 and the combined moment of the two springs 45 built in the rotating shaft 6 are balanced. The gripping member 7 moves gently within the range, and can be stopped at an arbitrary position.
[0039]
