この発明は、橋梁用支承体の移動制限装置に係わり、更に詳しくは重量を軽減し、経済性及び生産性の向上を図ることが出来る橋梁用支承体の移動制限装置に関するものである。

従来、橋桁等の上部構造物の水平方向の移動を規制するために、図5及び図6に示すように、上沓2aと下沓2bとを備えた支承体2のベースプレート4上に橋軸直角方向(矢印方向)に移動制限部材1を設置することが知られている。

この移動制限部材1は、支承体2の橋軸直角方向の側部に設置する場合、鋼材を逆T字型に削りだし、この取付け裾部3を前記ベースプレート4上に複数本の取付けボルト5で締め付け固定し、震度法を超える大地震時には、取付けボルト5が破損する強度となるように設計されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は上記目的を達成するため、ベースプレート上に、上沓と下沓とを備えた支承体を設置し、前記支承体の橋軸直角方向側部のベースプレート上に、実質的に支承体の橋軸直角方向の移動のみを規制する移動制限部材を設置した橋梁用支承体の移動制限装置において、前記移動制限部材を、断面円形または多角形状で棒状の支柱部の下端にベースプレートに埋入して螺嵌するネジ部からなる固定部を設け、該支柱部の上端に、支柱部よりも前記上沓側に突出して上沓に当接する当接部を設け、該支柱部に前記支承体に所定以上の水平力が作用した際に剪断する剪断特定部を形成して構成し、該剪断特定部を支柱部の剪断強度を低下させる支柱部周長方向に連続または間欠的なノッチとするとともに、前記支承体に橋軸直角方向の水平力が作用していない状態では前記当接部と上沓との間にすき間を有するように前記移動制限部材をベースプレート上に設置したことを要旨とするものである。

前記支承体2の橋軸直角方向(矢印X方向)の側部のベースプレート4上には、図1及び図2に示すように、支承体2の橋軸直角方向の移動を規制する移動制限装置を構成する移動制限部材8が設置してあり、この移動制限部材8の一部には、前記支承体2に所定以上の水平力が作用した際に剪断するノッチ(切り欠き部)等の剪断特定部9が形成してある。

前記移動制限部材8は、ベースプレート4上に設置するネジ部等から成る固定部10と、前記支承体2の上沓2aに当接する当接部11と、前記剪断特定部9を設けた鋼材から成る一本または複数本(この実施形態は2本であるが3本以上にすることも可能である)の支柱部12とで構成されている。

前記移動制限部材8は、図3(a),(b)に示すように、支柱部12が断面円形の鋼材で形成したものや、また図4(a),(b)に示すように、支柱部12が断面多角形(この実施形態では四角形であるが、形状は限定されない)の鋼材で形成し、支柱部12の下部は、ネジ部等から成る固定部10を介してベースプレート4に螺嵌させて立設し、支柱部12の上端には所定の長さの当接部11が固定してある。なお、支柱部12が複数本の場合は、当接部11 として支柱部12を連結する当接部が良い。

〔実施例〕
図7は、この発明の移動制限装置の一実施例を示し、上沓2aの高さtu、支承体2の高さhr、下沓2bの高さtl、ベースプレート4の高さtbの移動制限装置に、水平力H2eを、表中の水平力の作用高さhj2で、かつ支柱部12の径で作用させ、剪断特定部9で剪断するようにしたときの、移動制限部材8の重量を試算した。

【発明の効果】
この発明は上記のように、ベースプレート上に、上沓と下沓とを備えた支承体を設置し、前記支承体の橋軸直角方向側部のベースプレート上に、実質的に支承体の橋軸直角方向の移動のみを規制する移動制限部材を設置した橋梁用支承体の移動制限装置において、前記移動制限部材を、断面円形または多角形状で棒状の支柱部の下端にベースプレートに埋入して螺嵌するネジ部からなる固定部を設け、該支柱部の上端に、支柱部よりも前記上沓側に突出して上沓に当接する当接部を設け、該支柱部に前記支承体に所定以上の水平力が作用した際に剪断する剪断特定部を形成して構成し、該剪断特定部を支柱部の剪断強度を低下させる支柱部周長方向に連続または間欠的なノッチとするとともに、前記支承体に橋軸直角方向の水平力が作用していない状態では前記当接部と上沓との間にすき間を有するように前記移動制限部材をベースプレート上に設置したので、移動制限装置自体の重量を軽減でき、取扱いや、取付け作業性も良く、安価で生産性の向上を図ることが出来る効果がある。
