Description

The present invention relates to a clear aqueous gel for bathing agents used in bathing agents.

As a bath agent to be used by being put in a bathtub, a bath agent containing a fragrance, a pigment, and other bath agent components is commercially available. Such a bath agent is generally in the form of a powder, sol, or the like, usually containing each of the above bath agent components, and is commercially available in a state of being enclosed in a package such as an aluminum foil. It is put into a bathtub and dissolved before use, but no consideration is given to the product form, appearance, aesthetics in use, fun, playability, etc. When such a bath agent is made into a transparent gel product that floats in warm water, the aesthetics and other characteristics are improved, and it can be enjoyed in the form and dissolved in the warm water after being put in the bathtub. However, there is no such transparent water gel product that floats in warm water.

Conventionally, Patent Document 1 discloses a bath agent obtained by coating an oily bath agent component such as a fragrance or a pigment with a water-soluble gel film such as high-concentration gelatin as a gel-like bath agent. However, this bath agent is obtained by coating an oily bath agent component with a gel film such as high-concentration gelatin so that it is granulated, and only the film is a gel such as gelatin, and the whole is a transparent gel. It is not a bath agent, and the appearance of the product is inferior. Moreover, since it is coated with a high-concentration gelatin gel or the like, the dissolution rate when put in a bath is slow. In this way, when coated with a high-concentration gelatin film, gelatin gel dissolves in water. Therefore, if the bath agent component to be coated is an aqueous solution, an aqueous sol, etc., the gel film itself dissolves. Cannot be applied and only oily components can be coated. Further, when ethanol or the like is blended in the bath agent component, the water contained in the gelatin film is dehydrated to condense the gelatin, so that the gelatin film hardens and becomes insoluble and cannot be used as a bath agent. For this reason, water-soluble fragrance | flavor, ethanol, surfactant, etc. cannot be mix | blended with the said bath agent component.

The object of the present invention is a transparent aqueous gel-like product form, which has an excellent appearance and characteristics, does not become a sol even at high temperatures, floats in warm water when placed in a bathtub, and easily dissolves in warm water It is to provide a clear aqueous gel for a bath preparation.

The present invention is the following transparent aqueous gel for bath preparations.
(1) Contains gelatin, ethanol, a gelling temperature regulator and water,
The gelling temperature adjusting agent comprises a nucleotide and a hydroxy acid,
A transparent aqueous gel for bath preparations having a specific gravity of 1.1 or less.

(5) The transparent aqueous gel for bath preparation according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein the gelation temperature is 30 to 50 ° C.

Gelatin is a water-soluble protein obtained by denaturing collagen with heat, enzymes, or the like. Since such water-soluble gelatin has skin care effects such as moisture retention as collagen protein, agglomeration effect (rinse effect) on the skin, and skin protection, gelatin is used as a base of the bath preparation in the present invention. This bath agent forms an aqueous gel so that gelatin and other bath component components dissolve rapidly in hot water when placed in the bath. In this case, the commercial value can be increased by adopting a transparent aqueous gel-like product form so as to have an excellent appearance and characteristics.

Such gelatin is water-soluble, but it dissolves in water to form a sol at a high temperature, and usually gels at a low temperature such as room temperature (room temperature) to form a gel. It is insoluble in organic solvents such as alcohol. Therefore, in order to form an aqueous gel of gelatin, gelatin can be formed by dissolving gelatin in high-temperature water and cooling to form a gel. In order to use such a gel as a bath agent, a transparent aqueous gel for a bath agent can be obtained by blending a fungicide, a fragrance, and other bath agent components in the gel. When a bath agent made of such a transparent aqueous gel is put into a bathtub in a gel state, the gelatinous gelatin dissolves in warm water, and the fragrance and other bath agent components in the gel also dissolve.

When an aqueous gel is formed using commercially available gelatin, it is in a gel state at room temperature, for example, 25 ° C., but becomes a sol or fluidized state at a temperature higher than, for example, 30 ° C. as in summer, so that the gel-like product form Can no longer be maintained, and the product value is reduced. In general, in order to prevent such gelatinization or fluidization of gelatin, gelatin is crosslinked and gelled. However, since the crosslinked gel does not dissolve in water, it cannot be used as a bath agent. In the present invention, in order to prevent such solation or fluidization and maintain solubility in warm water, a gelling temperature adjusting agent is blended in an aqueous gel to maintain the gel-like product form and commercial value. Keep it high.

The gelatin used in the present invention is dissolved in water at a high temperature, for example, 40 to 60 ° C., and is cooled to a low temperature, for example, 30 to 50 ° C. to form a gel, and the hot water in the bathtub, for example, 30 to 45 ° C. Any commercially available product can be used. The produced | generated gel should just melt | dissolve in the warm water in a bathtub, for example, 30-45 degreeC warm water. As gelatin for forming an aqueous gel, those having a molecular weight of 50,000 to 400,000, preferably 100,000 to 200,000 can be used.

As the gelatin used in the present invention, a low molecular weight gelatin having a molecular weight of 1000 to 12000, preferably 1000 to 5000 is blended together with a high molecular weight gelatin having a molecular weight of 50000 to 400000, preferably 100,000 to 200000 for forming an aqueous gel. It is preferred to use. High molecular weight gelatin is suitable for forming an aqueous gel, while low molecular weight gelatin is suitable as a cosmetic. By blending both, the release property when gelled is improved. When high molecular weight gelatin and low molecular weight gelatin are blended and used as gelatin, the blending ratio of high molecular weight gelatin: low molecular weight gelatin is 1: 0.1 to 1, preferably 1: 0.1 to 0.5 ( (Weight ratio) is preferred.

The gelation temperature adjusting agent used for the aqueous gel of the present invention contains a nucleotide and a hydroxy acid , and can further contain an acid amide.
Nucleotides are phosphate esters of nucleosides, particularly sodium guanylate, such as 5'-guanylic acid 2-Na, inosinic acid, such as 5'-inosinic acid 2-Na. By using nucleotides, the heat resistance of the transparent aqueous gel for bath agents can be improved.

Hydroxy acid is an organic acid having a carboxyl group and an alcoholic hydroxyl group, and α-hydroxy acid is particularly preferable, and examples thereof include lactic acid, citric acid, and tartaric acid.
An acid amide is a compound obtained by condensing one molecule of H 2 O from a carboxyl group of a carboxylic acid and ammonia or an amine, and particularly includes nicotinamide.

Gelation temperature modifier, by a Turkey used in combination nucleotides hydroxy acids, high heat resistance in the atmosphere, and transparency, solubility can be obtained by utilizing a bath agent for the clear aqueous gel.
Gelation temperature modifier is blended in combination as further acid amides, such as nicotinic acid amide, preferably it is possible to increase the gel strength.

The clear aqueous gel for bath preparation of the present invention contains ethanol as a bactericidal agent and a specific gravity adjusting agent. Since ethanol has a lower specific gravity than water, it is possible to adjust the specific gravity of a transparent aqueous gel for bath preparations by adjusting the blending amount of ethanol, which makes it possible to float the aqueous gel on or in warm water. Become. In the present invention, since the ethanol is uniformly dispersed in the aqueous gel, the gelatin does not harden and become insoluble, unlike the case where the ethanol is coated with a gelatin film.

In the aqueous gel of the present invention, for example, erythritol, xylitol, mannitol, sorbitol, arabinose, dulcitol, calcium gluconate and the like can be blended as a ring-opening reducing sugar. This greatly contributes to the hot water solubility and transparency of the gel, and a gel excellent in hot water solubility is obtained.
For example, vitamin B2 and ascorbic acid can be added to the aqueous gel of the present invention as vitamins. Thereby, the three-dimensional structure of gelatin is affected, and the heat resistance can be improved by the combined action.
Moreover, the transparent aqueous gel for bath preparations of the present invention can contain pigments, cosmetics, bactericides other than ethanol, and the like as perfumes and other bath agent components.

The transparent aqueous gel for bath preparation of the present invention has a specific gravity of 1.1 or less in order to float in warm water, preferably 1.09 or less, more preferably 1.00 or less. Even when the specific gravity is 1.1, the specific gravity is 1.09, and the specific gravity is 1.00, the gel may float due to buoyancy and can be used. The lower limit of the specific gravity is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 0.85 or more, preferably 0.90 or more, and more preferably 0.95 or more. The specific gravity can be adjusted by adjusting the blending ratio of each component, particularly the blending ratio of ethanol, and the gel can be suspended at a position close to the surface of the warm water as the specific gravity is reduced.

The blending ratio of each component in the transparent aqueous gel for bath preparation of the present invention is 2 to 30% by weight of gelatin, preferably 10 to 20% by weight, and 0.5 to 10% by weight of gelling temperature adjusting agent, preferably 0. 5-8% by weight, ethanol 10-50% by weight, preferably 30-50% by weight, fragrance and other bath agent components 0-10% by weight, preferably 0.1-8% by weight, remaining water Can do.
When it contains a ring-opening reducing sugar, it can be 0 to 8% by weight, and when it contains vitamins, it can be 0 to 5% by weight. The blending ratio of each component can be determined in consideration of the specific gravity, solubility, heat resistance, etc. of the transparent aqueous gel for bath agent.

When nucleotides and hydroxy acids are used as the gelling temperature adjusting agent, the mixing ratio (weight ratio) of nucleotides: hydroxy acids is 1: 0.5-10, preferably 1: 1-5.
When the gelling temperature adjusting agent contains an acid amide, the mixing ratio (weight ratio) of nucleotide: acid amide can be 1: 0.1-2.

The transparent aqueous gel for bath preparation of the present invention is swelled by adding water to gelatin, heated to 45 to 55 ° C. while adding non-volatile components such as pigment, and dissolved in water. To form a sol. The sol is manufactured by adding a gelling temperature adjusting agent and volatile components such as alcohol and fragrance, filling the container, sealing with a sealing agent, and cooling to room temperature to gel the sol. The order of addition of each component, treatment temperature, time, etc. can be arbitrarily selected depending on the convenience of production. The mold may be filled and gelled and then released, and the gel may be filled into a container and sealed.

The transparent aqueous gel for bath preparations of the present invention thus produced is a transparent aqueous gel, which remains in a gel state without being fluidized in the air at 45 ° C. or lower or in a packaged state, and in warm water at 30 ° C. or higher. It swells in 1 to 5 minutes, dissolves within 15 minutes, and does not freeze even at about -10 ° C. For this reason, during storage, transportation or over-the-counter sales, it maintains the state of a transparent gel without fluidization, the product value is high, and it is easy to store, put into a bathtub, dissolve in hot water, etc. Good characteristics and handleability.

The transparent aqueous gel for bath preparation of the present invention can be enjoyed in a state of being suspended in hot water or being dissolved even after being put in a bathtub. In addition, a transparent aqueous gel having a high dissolution rate and a transparent aqueous gel having a low dissolution rate can be included so as to be enjoyed as a playground equipment. By changing the dissolution rate, for example, a clear aqueous gel with a slow dissolution rate is placed on the top of the clear aqueous gel for baths, and a clear aqueous gel with a fast dissolution rate is placed on the bottom of the clear aqueous gel for baths. A transparent aqueous gel can also be constructed. Thereby, after putting in a bathtub, the upper part form of the aqueous gel for bath agents can be enjoyed for a long time, and at the same time, the lower part is easily dissolved in warm water, so that the scent, color and other effects as a bath agent can be enjoyed. In addition, it is possible to enjoy the change according to the elapsed time since the addition of the bathtub by making the dissolution rate different and making the fragrance and pigment contained in each different. By blending low molecular weight gelatin and other cosmetic ingredients in high molecular weight gelatin, the cosmetic ingredients can be dissolved to impart a cosmetic effect.

The transparent aqueous gel for a bath preparation of the present invention contains gelatin, ethanol, a gelling temperature adjusting agent and water, the gelling temperature adjusting agent contains a nucleotide and a hydroxy acid, and has a specific gravity of 1.1 or less. Therefore, it is a transparent aqueous gel-like product form, has an excellent appearance and characteristics, does not become a sol even at high temperatures in the atmosphere, and can be floated in warm water when put in a bathtub. It is possible to obtain a transparent gel for bath preparations that can be enjoyed while being easily dissolved in warm water.
