Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure suitable for use in, for example, a front end panel of a front end module.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a technique related to a conventional structure, a technique used for a resin drawer as shown in Patent Document 1 is known. This resin drawer has rail protrusions and concave grooves extending in the longitudinal direction on the side surface of the drawer made of a resin material, and the rail reinforcing bracket formed by bending with a metal plate is connected to the rail protrusions and concave grooves. It is assumed that it fits in. This increases the strength of the rail portion so that it can withstand repeated use.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-31520
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, there is no consideration that the rail reinforcing bracket is restrained in any of the upper, lower, front, rear, and right and left directions when the rail reinforcement fitting is fitted to the drawer. When it is used and receives an external load such as vibration, it is conceivable that the reinforcing bracket is detached and the resin portion cannot be reinforced.
[0005]
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure that can prevent the removal of a reinforcing metal fitting even when receiving an external load and maintain an original reinforcing function.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
[0007]
In the invention according to claim 1, in the structure in which the reinforcing metal plate (120) is fitted and reinforced to the predetermined surface of the resin portion (110) constituting the foundation structure portion,
The resin part (110) has a U-shaped cross section,
The reinforcing metal plate (120) is fitted to the U-shaped outer surface of the resin portion (110),
The resin part (110) engages with an insertion part (111) into which an end part (121) of the reinforcing metal plate (120) is inserted and a hole part (122) formed in the reinforcing metal plate (120). Claw portion (112) is provided,
The claw portion (112) is formed on the side wall erected from the end portion of the bottom portion that forms the U-shape of the resin portion (110),
Reinforcing ribs that are formed in the inner region of the U-shape of the resin portion (110) corresponding to the positions of the insertion portion (111) and the claw portion (112) and suppress deformation of the side walls in a direction facing each other ( 113, 114),
The reinforcing metal plate (120) is characterized in that it is locked in the three axial directions of the resin part (110) by the insertion part (111) and the claw part (112).
[0008]
Thereby, even when the structure (100) receives an external load, the reinforcing metal plate (120) does not come off from the resin portion (110), and the original reinforcing function can be maintained.
[0010]
Moreover, it can suppress that the resin part (110) itself deform | transforms when receiving external load, and can suppress the displacement with respect to the reinforcement metal plate (120) of an insertion part (111) and a nail | claw part (112) in connection with this. Therefore, the reinforcing metal plate (120) can be more firmly locked to the resin portion (110).
[0011]
The resin portion (110) is preferably applied to at least the support portion (101a) of the front end panel (100) constituting the front end module, as in the second aspect of the invention.
[0012]
In addition, the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each said means shows a corresponding relationship with the specific means of embodiment description mentioned later.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(First embodiment)
A first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. In the first embodiment, the structure of the present invention is applied to a front end panel 100 of a front end module.
[0014]
As is well known, the front end module is a unit in which a radiator, a condenser for an air conditioner, a blower, and the like are integrated with the front end panel 100, and is mounted in front of the vehicle. As shown in FIG. 1, the front end panel 100 is a rectangular frame 101 provided with mounting portions 102 and 103 for a vehicle, and the frame 101 supports the radiator, the condenser, the blower, and the like. The mounting portions 102 and 103 are support portions for supporting the front end module itself on the vehicle.
[0015]
The frame body 101 and the mounting portions 102 and 103 are required to have strength capable of withstanding the vibration load received from the vehicle. Here, the upper beam portion 101a, the lower beam portion 101b, and the mounting portion 102 that extend in the lateral direction of the frame body 101 are required. In the following, the details will be described with reference to FIG. 2 using the upper beam portion 101a as a representative portion.
[0016]
The upper beam portion 101a of the front end panel 100 includes a resin portion 110 and a reinforcing metal plate 120 that form a basic structure portion. The resin part 110 is formed of a resin material whose mechanical strength is improved by glass fiber or carbon fiber, and has a U-shaped cross section. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the U-shaped opening side is the rear side, and the longitudinal direction of the resin portion 110 is the left-right direction.
[0017]
A plurality of insertion portions 111 are provided in the longitudinal direction of the resin portion 110 on the opening side of the U-shape and on the outer surface, in which the end portion 121 of the reinforcing metal plate 120 described later is inserted in the front side and the left and right sides. It is formed integrally (the same applies to the lower side in FIG. 2). The gap dimension in the insertion portion 111 is set to be approximately equal to the plate thickness dimension of the reinforcing metal plate 120. In addition, an inclined portion 111 a that is inclined to the rear side is formed at the front end portion of the insertion portion 111 in order to improve insertability when the reinforcing metal plate 120 is inserted.
[0018]
A plurality of claw portions 112 having a triangular cross section rising from the surface of the resin portion 110 toward the rear side are formed between the insertion portions 111 (the same applies to the lower side in FIG. 2).
[0019]
Further, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 113 and 114 are integrally formed in the U-shaped inner region of the resin portion 110. The reinforcing rib 113 is formed in the vertical direction at a position corresponding to the claw portion 112, and the reinforcing rib 114 is connected to the central portion of the reinforcing rib 113 from a position corresponding to the insertion portion 111. It is formed to be inclined.
[0020]
On the other hand, the reinforcing metal plate 120 is a reinforcing member that increases the rigidity of the resin portion 110 to increase the strength, and is formed in a U-shaped cross section along the outer surface of the resin portion 110 from an iron-based plate material. . The reinforcing metal plate 120 is provided with holes 122 so as to correspond to the positions of the claw portions 112 of the resin portion 110.
[0021]
The reinforcing metal plate 120 is fitted to the resin portion 110 from the front side toward the rear side, and the end portion 121 is inserted into the insertion portion 111. At the same time, the hole 122 fits into and engages with the claw 112.
[0022]
In the front end panel 100 (upper beam portion 101a) configured as described above, the reinforcing metal plate 120 is locked in the vertical direction by the insertion portion 111, and is locked in the front-rear and left-right directions by the claw portion 112. Therefore, even when the front end panel 100 receives an external load of the vehicle, the reinforcing metal plate 120 is not detached from the resin portion 110, and the original reinforcing function can be maintained.
[0023]
Further, here, since the reinforcing ribs 113 and 114 are provided on the resin portion 110 in accordance with the set positions of the insertion portion 111 and the claw portion 112, the resin portion 110 itself is deformed when subjected to an external load. Can be suppressed. Therefore, since the displacement with respect to the reinforcement metal plate 120 of the insertion part 111 and the nail | claw part 112 can be suppressed, the reinforcement metal plate 120 can be more firmly latched to the resin part 110. FIG.
[0024]
(Other embodiments)
In the first embodiment, the resin portion 110 has a U-shaped cross section and the reinforcing ribs 113 and 114 are provided inside the cross section. However, the resin portion 110 may be solid, hollow, or the like.
[0025]
Moreover, although the structure of the present invention has been described as being applied to the front end panel 100, the present invention is not limited thereto, and can be widely applied to a support part such as a heat exchanger or a blower, a support part of a vehicle bumper, or the like.
