Description
(a)酸に不安定な保護基を有する第1分子の層を固体基板上に結合させる(コーティングする)段階、
(b)前記第1分子層上に本発明の前記単量体PAG組成物の層をコーティングする段階、
(c)前記組成物の層を露光させ、熱処理して露光された部分に対応する前記第1分子から酸に不安定な保護基を除去する段階、
(d)前記露光された部分と露光されていない部分から前記単量体PAG組成物層を洗浄して除去する段階、および
(e)露出された前記第1分子に第2分子を結合させる段階。
本実施例では、単量体PAGと界面活性剤を含む複数の組成物を製造し、これらの固体基板上でのコーティング性を調べた。
(1)固体基板上への第1分子のコーティング
まず、ガラス基板を洗浄溶液(95%のエタノール水溶液1L、水12mL、水酸化ナトリウム120g)に12時間浸漬した後、数回水洗し、空気中で乾燥した。
0.05gのジヒドロキシナフトルジメチルスルホントルエンスルホニウム塩(単量体PAG)と0.001gのFC−4432界面活性剤(3M Company、米国)とを混合し、NMPに10%(w/v)の濃度で溶解させ、単量体PAGの組成物を製造した。次に、前記組成物を、実施例2(1)で製造された前記リンカーが結合したガラス基板に、3,000rpmでスピンコーティングした。
Claims (12)
- 光酸発生剤単量体及び非イオン性界面活性剤を含む光酸発生剤単量体の組成物であって、
前記非イオン性界面活性剤は、フッ素系界面活性剤であり、かつ
前記光酸発生剤単量体は、下記式(I)〜(III)からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種のスルホニウム系光酸発生剤単量体である;
または、前記光酸発生剤単量体は、下記式(IV)および/または(V)のヨード系光酸発生剤単量体である;
さらに、前記光酸発生剤単量体と非イオン性界面活性剤との重量比が100:1〜1000:1であることを特徴とする光酸発生剤単量体の組成物。 - 前記フッ素系の非イオン性界面活性剤は、100%のフルオロ脂肪族重合体エステル、または95%のフルオロ脂肪族重合体エステルと5%のN−メチルピロピドン(NMP)との混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記光酸発生剤単量体及び前記非イオン性界面活性剤は溶剤中に5〜50%(w/v)含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1ないし3のうち何れか1項に記載の組成物でコーティングされた固体基板。
- 基板と、
前記基板上に結合される酸に不安定な保護基を有する第1分子の層と、を有し、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光酸発生剤単量体組成物からなる層を、前記第1分子の層の上にコーティングされる請求項4に記載の固体基板。 - 前記固体基板はシリコン、二酸化ケイ素、ガラス、表面改質ガラス、ポリプロピレンまたは活性化されたアクリルアミドからなるものであることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の固体基板。
- (a)酸に不安定な保護基を有する第1分子の層を固体基板上に結合させる段階、
(b)請求項1ないし請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の光酸発生剤単量体組成物を調製する段階、
(c)前記第1分子の層上に前記光酸発生剤単量体組成物の層をコーティングする段階、
(d)前記組成物の層を露光させ、熱処理して、露光された部分に対応する前記第1分子から酸に不安定な保護基を除去する段階、
(e)前記露光部分及び未露光部分から光酸発生剤単量体の組成物層を洗浄、除去する段階、および
(f)露出された前記第1分子に第2分子を結合させる段階
を含む、基板上に化合物を合成する方法。 - 前記固体基板はシリコン、二酸化ケイ素、ガラス、表面改質ガラス、ポリプロピレンまたは活性化されたアクリルアミドであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記化合物は核酸または蛋白質であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記核酸は、DNA、RNA、PNAまたはLNAであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第2分子は核酸または蛋白質の単量体であることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項7〜11のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されたマイクロアレイ。
