Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2672119 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional technique as described in Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
(1) Although the adjacent outer wall panels are watertight, there is a risk of water intrusion from between the frame material and the outer wall surface material, and there is concern about the watertightness of the end face of the outer wall panel. For this reason, the frame material and the outer wall surface material must be made watertight by bonding the entire surface between the frame material and the outer wall surface material.
(2) Since the outer wall of the outer wall material can be seen, it is not possible to use an outer wall material having an unfavorable wooden surface from the viewpoint of the design. For this reason, it will receive the use restrictions of an outer wall surface material.
[0005]
The main subject of this invention is providing the wall panel, joint material, the joint part structure of a wall panel, and the attachment method of a wall panel with good waterproof performance.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a joint material provided in a joint part between adjacent wall panels, the joint body being mounted on the joint part, and the wall panel straddling between adjacent wall panels provided on one side of the joint body. The joint body is provided with a long plate material that passes through the approximate center of the joint portion and substantially bisects the joint portion, and on each side of the plate material, a plate material and A pair of leg plates that are orthogonal and separated from each other in the width direction of the plate material are erected, and a water-tight material is filled between the leg plates, and the water-tight material has a thickness dimension that protrudes from the tip of the leg plate, The distance from the tip of the provided leg plate to the tip of the leg plate provided on the other side of the plate material has a dimension that substantially matches the width of the joint portion.
[0009]
Further, the present invention is a joint structure of a wall panel in which joint materials are provided at joint parts between adjacent wall panels, and each of the wall panels arranged adjacent to each other has an outer wall surface material as a frame member. A wall panel that covers the back side of the outer wall material, and the peripheral edge of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet that is stretched between the frame material and the outer wall material extends around the end surface of the wall panel. The above-mentioned joint material is arranged between the moisture permeable waterproof sheet attached to the end surface of one wall panel and the other wall panel. It is.
[0010]
Furthermore, the present invention is arranged adjacent a plurality of wall panels in the lateral direction of the building structures, in mounting method of a wall panel mounting the grouting in the vertical joints between the wall panels, adjacent wall panels After attaching one to the building frame, attach one end of the joint panel to the end face of the wall panel, and then contact the end face of the other adjacent wall panel to the opposite end of the joint panel. It is characterized by being attached to the building frame.
[0011]
And in the above-mentioned wall panel mounting method , the present invention is such that the exposed surface of the watertight material filled between the leg plates of the joint material is subjected to a process for improving the sliding property in advance, and the wall panel is built. It is characterized by being jacked up and attached to a predetermined height position along the frame of the frame.
[0012]
Further, the present invention provides the above wall panel mounting method, wherein the wall panel is a wall panel in which an outer wall surface material is attached to a frame material, covers the back side of the outer wall surface material, and the frame material and the outer wall surface material It is a wall panel in which the peripheral edge of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet stretched between the two is attached to the end face of the wall panel .
[0013]
(Function)
According to the wall panel, the periphery of the moisture permeable waterproof sheet is attached to the edge of the wall panel, so the back side of the outer wall material is covered with the moisture permeable waterproof sheet including the end surface, improving water tightness. And waterproof performance is good.
For this reason, it is sufficient if there is a slight waterproof property between the outer wall surface material itself and the outer wall surface material, and a widely used siding material or the like can be used, and the freedom of selection of the outer wall surface material is greatly expanded.
[0014]
Further , according to the joint structure of the wall panel, since the adjacent wall panels are the same as described above , water does not enter from the end face of the wall panel, and one wall panel and the other wall at the joint part. Since the joint material is arranged between the moisture-permeable waterproof sheets attached to the end face of the panel, the waterproof performance of the joint part is good.
[0015]
According to the joint material of the present invention, it consists of the joint body attached to the joint part and the parting that is attached so as to conceal the mouth of the wall panel. It can be hidden, and the appearance design of the joint is good. For this reason, since it can be used even if it is an outer wall surface material in which the design of a mouth end surface is not preferable, the breadth of an outer wall surface material selection spreads.
The joint body is filled with a water-tight material between the leg plates, and the water-tight material has a thickness dimension that protrudes from the tip of the leg plate. Secured. In addition, this leg plate serves as a guide when filling the watertight material in the meantime, and helps to prevent kinking.
In addition, the distance from the tip of the leg plate provided on one side of the plate material to the tip of the leg plate provided on the other side of the plate material has a dimension that substantially matches the width of the joint, so that the positioning of the outer wall panel Also useful.
[0016]
Further, the present invention provides a joint portion structure of the wall panel, the joint material, since those mentioned above, in addition to the effects of the joint portion structure further similar action to that described above joint member There is an effect.
[0017]
Further, according to the wall panel mounting method of the present invention, after attaching one of the adjacent wall panels to the building frame, the one side plate of the joint material is in contact with and attached to the end face of the wall panel. Since the end face of the other wall panel is attached to the building frame by abutting against the leg plate on the opposite side of the joint material, the water-tight material on both sides is in an appropriate compressed state and the waterproof performance is good.
