Claims (14)
- マグネトロンから発生したマイクロウェーブを案内する導波管の出口部に設置されて、光は通過させ、マイクロウェーブを内部で共振させる共振器と、
前記共振器の内部に位置し、マイクロ波エネルギーによって光を発光する発光物質が封入されている発光部及び該発光部と一体に延長形成される軸部を有する電球と、
前記電球の軸部が挿入設置されるように内部に貫通孔が形成され、前記共振器の内部に配置され、前記電球の発光部の位置及び前記共振器の全体長さによって最適のマイクロウェーブの共振が行われるように高さが調節される共振調節部材と、
前記共振器の周囲に配置されて前記電球から発光される光を反射させるリフレクタと、
を有することを特徴とする無電極ランプシステム。 - 前記電球の軸部と連結される電球回転モータをさらに有する請求項1に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記電球の軸部と当接する前記共振調節部材の前記貫通孔の内周面には、前記軸部の円滑な回転のためにベアリングが装着される、請求項1に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振調節部材は、金属で形成される、請求項1に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振調節部材は、シリンダー形状に形成される、請求項1に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振調節部材の横断面は、円形である、請求項5に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振調節部材の横断面は、多角形である、請求項5に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振調節部材の一端には、インピーダンスマッチングのためのリング型のスタブが一体に形成される、請求項4に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振調節部材の外周面は誘電コーティングまたは金属コーティングされる、請求項5に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振器は、シリンダー形状に形成される、請求項1に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振器の横断面は、円形である、請求項10に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振器の横断面は、多角形である、請求項10に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記共振器の内部には誘電体が充填される、請求項10に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
- 前記電球の発光部は、前記共振器の内部で、前記共振調節部材の外側の一端と前記共振器の内側の一端間の中心部に位置する、請求項1に記載の無電極ランプシステム。
